Hello my darlings,

Four years, almost 90,000 words, thirty-three chapters, two movies, twenty-two characters, and endless hours editing movie scripts, here it is!

The final chapter of Two Worlds, One Family.

When I began writing Strangers Like Me almost five years ago, on January 21, 2014, writing a sequel wasn't even on my mind. It was my first fanfiction I had ever publically published, and I was so nervous. I remember a feeling of relief and excitement when I completed that story, and I remember, about a month later, thinking, "What if I made a sequel?". I didn't want to do a simple sequel, however. I wanted to do something different. So that's why I chose a "watching the movie" fanfiction.

When I started Two Worlds, One Family, on October 3, 2014, I didn't even think it would get a lot of attention. But over those four years, this story has gained so many fans, and I'm so grateful to every single one of you. It's really funny, because this story is a rewrite. I began rewriting it about a year after I first published in October, and back then, I was going to have North as the first Guardian to apologize first. That was also before I got the idea to start The Ice Princess, and I just fell in love with the relationship I created between Emma and Bunny. He's not quite a brother, not quite an uncle. I toyed with the idea of pairing Emma and Bunny for quite a while, but I decided to keep their relationship purely platonic and family-based.

If some of you are OGs, and you've been sticking with me since 2014, and have been following since I first published Strangers Like Me, you guys are so insanely amazing, and I can't thank you guys enough for sticking with me over the past five years through all those hiatuses, the rewrites, and the annoying writing. (i cringed so hard when I read Strangers Like Me. It was rough)

If some of you have only started following this story a few chapters in, or even have just started following this week, you guys are also absolutely amazing, and you're just as important to me as the fans who have been here since 2014.

This isn't me saying goodbye. This is the furthest thing from it. I'm just thanking you guys for being such amazing fans.

And now, onto the final chapter!

Enjoy, my loves

Disclaimer: After three stories, you all should definately know who I own by now.

Chapter 33

"What now?" Emma asked, Jackson's arms wrapped tightly around her. With a swirl of flowers and leaves, Emily appeared on the room as it lit back up.

"These movies were shown as a way to heal what had happened in the past." She began, and a soft smile appeared on her face as she looked at her father.

"We did heal." Jack said, looking over his shoulder to shoot a grin at Bunny, who smirked back.

"They have to go back, don't they." Em said quietly, looking at her grandparents.

"I'm afraid so, Emma." Emily said, and Elsa felt tears prick her eyes. Iduna and Agnarr stood, pulling Elsa and Anna up with them and into a hug. The two sisters clung to their parents, hugging them as tightly as they could.

"We love you girls more than anything." Iduna said, running a hand over Elsa's braid.

"We love you too." Anna replied. Elsa kept silent, simply hugging her parents. The last time she had seen them, she hadn't been able to hug them in years. She was packing years of missed embraces into a few moments, and her parents knew that.

"We will always be with you two, no matter what. We will always be proud of you both." Agnarr said, and Elsa reluctantly let go, taking Anna's hand. Em jumped to her feet and hugged her grandparents.

"I wish we could know you more, Emma, but always know that we'll love you." Iduna said, and Em nodded. "Never be afraid of your powers, Emma, and never let anyone be afraid of you. Your powers are a gift, and should be seen as such." Iduna kissed Em's head, and the young woman stepped back as Jasper and Maxine hugged them both as well. Elsa pulled her close, and Em leaned against her shoulder.

"Thank you for watching out for our daughters." Agnarr said, looking at Jack and Kristoff.

"Your daughters are extremely special." Kristoff said, looking down at Anna lovingly.

"And know that you two have our blessing to visit the Southern Isles." Iduna said with a wink, and the two men laughed.

"We love you." Elsa said, her voice shaking.

"We love you both." Agnarr said. He turned towards Emily with Iduna at his side, and the nature spirit smiled sadly at them both before raising her hands. Flowers swirled around the two until they were completely surrounded. Then, the flowers fell away, revealing an empty spot. Elsa held back tears, and Jack pulled her close. She buried her face in his shoulder as Anna cried quietly beside her.

"They're so proud of you, Elsa." Jack said softly, and Elsa nodded, sniffling slightly.

"I got to hug them without hurting them." She said happily, and Jack smiled down at her.

"You got your wish." He replied, and Elsa smiled back up at him.

"Is it our turn?" Jackson asked, looking at Emily.

"What's going to happen to us?" Emma asked, clinging to Jackson's hand as tightly as she could.

"I could send you both back with your memories intact a few moments before you step onto the ice, Emma." Emily said, and Em held back a gasp. "That would change your futures, however." Jackson looked from Emily to his future self. He saw the love in Jack's eyes as Elsa held onto him, and he saw the light in Em's eyes whenever she looked at her parents.

"If I never become Jack Frost, what happens to Elsa and Emma?" he asked, looking back at Emily. He felt the grip on his hand tighten as Emily looked at Elsa and Em.

"Elsa still learns to control her powers, and she still is beloved by her people, but she is tricked into a betrothal to a man who only wants her for her power. Anna and Kristoff help her to break the betrothal, but the damage is done, and Elsa's heart is broken." Emily said, and Jack pulled Elsa closer. "Emma is still abandoned in the woods by her parents, and Aster still finds her in the woods and takes care of her. However, since there is no one to save her from Father, she is turned into a fearling. Father is never moved by Jack's love for his family, and he ends up attempting to plunge the world into darkness, dying in the process." Emily had a pained look in her eyes, and Kozmotis flinched. Jackson looked at Em, whose eyes were wide. "You, however, live a full life, taking care of your family's land. You never marry, however, but Emma and her family live with you until your death." Jackson looked down at his little sister, and she was looking at him with a strong gaze.

"What happens to Emma?" he asked Emily. "If I die, what happens to her?"

"She mourns you for years, until she meets a young man who lost his own parents in a fire in their home. While they don't immediately fall in love, he and Emma create an orphanage for children who have lost their parents in accidents. They do end up getting married, and Emma is the one to begin the legend of Jack Frost." Emily explained, and Jack looked at his sister with wide eyes. Jackson looked at his sister as well, and she had a smile on her face.

"I don't want to remember this." He said, looking back at Emily. "Even though I may die, and my future is rocky, I end up happy, and with a family. Emmy ends up happy and taking care of people, which is something she loves to do. If she's okay with not remembering, then we'll do it."

"I'm with Jack. If I get to be happy, and if he gets to be happy, then I don't want to remember." Emma agreed, and Jack laughed slightly. Emma released Jackson's hand and ran over to her immortal brother, hugging him tightly. "Love you." Jack hugged her back tightly, shutting his eyes.

"I love you more, little sister." He said. Em hugged Jackson tightly.

"Just remember to always believe." She whispered, and Jackson chuckled, hugging her back.

"Of course." He replied, letting her go. Elsa stepped forward and kissed his cheek, and Jack stood, releasing Emma.

"Thank you." He said. Jackson took Emma's hand with a broad smile.

"Take care of them." Jackson said, nodding to Elsa and Em. Jack put his arms around his family, and Emma squeezed Jackson's hand.

"Are you ready?" Emily asked, and the two siblings nodded. Once again, flowers swirled around the duo, turning into a floral tornado. They fell to the ground, and Jackson and Emma were gone. Jack let out a sharp gasp, wincing slightly.

"Are you okay?" Elsa asked, and Jack blinked a few times before he nodded, smiling slightly.

"I'm okay." He replied. Emma stepped closer, leaning against her father.

"Are you all ready to be sent to your homes?" Emily asked.

"Will we remember this?" Pippa asked worriedly.

"Since everything that happened in the movie is in the past, and you will most likely meet Elsa and Emma soon, you will." Emily said, and Pippa sighed in relief. "I will send the children home first."

"Will you come visit us, Jack?" Jamie asked, and Jack nodded.

"I promise. The next snow day, we're going to have fun." He replied, and Jamie smiled broadly. The kids all moved towards Emily, waving and saying goodbye to the others. Pippa broke away from the group and ran over to Emma, hugging her tightly.

"Will you visit?" she asked, and Emma nodded firmly.

"I'll try and visit whenever Papa does." She said, and Pippa beamed at her. She ran back to the group, and Emma waved to her happily. Flowers swirled around their group, and fell back down to reveal an empty spot.

"Nicholas, Toothiana, you two will be sent away next." Emily said, and North and Tooth walked forward. Jack's arms tightened slightly around his family, and Bunny stood protectively beside them.

"We're sorry." Tooth said suddenly. "We made a terrible mistake in what we did. You never deserved what we did to you, and we never deserved to call ourselves Guardians." Jack was speechless, staring at the two in shock.

"Thank you." Elsa said, putting a hand on Emma's shoulder. "We appreciate your apology." Tooth smiled slightly, and she and North stood before Emily, who was completely still. After a moment, her eyes focused, and she looked down at the two.

"When you return to your homes, the Man in the Moon will grant you your positions as the spirits of Memory and Wonder. You will not be reinstated as Guardians, but your positions as the Tooth Fairy and Santa Clause will be returned." Emily said, and the two nodded. They were sent back to their homes in a swirl of petals, and the group seemed to breath a collective sigh of relief.

"I'm glad they apologized." Bunny said, crossing his arms. "I would have been worried if they didn't." Emily smiled slightly.

"Are you ready to return home, Aster?" she asked. "The Man in the Moon is allowing you one year to prove yourself to both him and the Frost family that you are worthy of becoming a Guardian once again." Bunny straightened slightly.

"Thank you, Mother Nature." He said, and Emma turned, hugging Bunny tightly.

"You have to visit. I don't want to lose you again." She whispered, and Bunny hugged her back with a small smile.

"I'll visit, ankle-biter. You haven't even been to the Warren yet, and I promised your cousins they could visit also." He replied, and Emma smiled brightly at him as she stepped back. Jack grinned at Bunny, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Thanks, Kangaroo." He said, and Bunny shook his head fondly.

"No, Frostbite. Thank you." He replied, and Elsa smiled softly as he looked at her. "For everything." Jack's grin widened as Bunny mussed Emma's hair playfully and he stepped up to Emily. "I'm ready." Emily waved her hands, and Bunny disappeared just like the others before him. The only difference was that he turned, grinning at the family behind him before he disappeared.

"You guys ready to head home?" Elsa asked, looking at her family around her. Maxine and Jasper both nodded excitedly.

"I think we are." Jack said, and he looked at Emily. "Thank you for doing this. For letting Elsa and Anna see their parents, and letting me see Emma, and being able to reconcile with Bunny."

"You reconciled with Aster all on your own, Jack. I merely sped up the process a bit." Emily replied with a sly smile. Emma grabbed her parents' hands, and held on tightly as they stood together with Anna, Kristoff, the twins, Sandy, and Kozmotis. Before sending them off, Emily hugged her father tightly.

"I'll see you soon, Father." She said softly, and Kozmotis smiled, hugging her back.

"You will, little flower." He replied. Emily pulled away with a wider smile, and she lifted her hands. Emma held on tight as the flowers swirled around them, tugging at her hair and dress. When she opened her eyes, they were standing in the courtyard, which was still covered in snow as if nothing had happened.

"I can't believe that happened." Anna said, sitting down on the bench. Kristoff sat beside her in equal bewilderment.

"But it did, and we got to see Mother and Father again." Elsa said, smiling brightly.

"I got to hug Emma one last time." Jack laughed, running a hand through his hair.

"Does your daughter know how to read minds?" Kristoff asked Kozmotis, who chuckled.

"She cannot, but she is Mother Nature. She knows all living things, and what they feel. Even as a child, she was always watching over others. Emily cares for all creation, no matter plant or human." Kozmotis said. Emma looked at her parents with eyes that were bright with happiness.

"So what happens now?" she asked. Jack pulled his family close, and they looked at one another.

"Now we live." He said, and Elsa laughed.

"Happily ever after?" she asked, raising an eyebrow at her husband. Jack grinned down at her, kissing her gently.

"I thought we already were." He replied. As if responding to his words, in the corner of the garden, unbeknownst to the families as they walked back to the castle, a daffodil bloomed, its yellow petals reflecting the sunshine beaming down.

It truly was a new beginning for all.

Bow down to your cheesey queen, peasants.
