"Hey, what are you doing?" Light asks Matsuda from where he sat at the desk with L. "Oh, I'm just surfing the waves of the internet," Matsuda answer, sitting at his laptop at the coffee table, "nothing's really going on though…wow!"

"What?" L asks him while he and Light both raise eyebrows at the older yet immature man. "Look at the fics for you two!" Matsuda says, his eyes widening. "Fics…? What are you going on about?" Light asks while walking over.

L walks over as well, only for them to both widen their eyes in shock. "People pair us?!" Light asks, his voice getting high pitch. "I cannot believe my eyes…sure, I and Light are friends, but I wouldn't fall in love with Light even if he weren't Kira and were more handsome than he already is." L says, shaking his head slightly.

"Well, I don't know…Light is pretty good looking, though I think Misa looks way better." Matsuda says, glancing over his shoulder at Misa. "What does that have to do with anything? Can we sue them Ryuuzaki?" Light asks, frowning at the computer screen.

"I'm not sure…but we could try to, I suppose." L answers, walking back to sit down at the computer desk again. "Hey, aren't you guys going to read this? It's pretty good!" Matsuda asks, smiling. "No, but thank you anyways. Also, you didn't correct me when I called you Kira, Light." L says, turning to Light now.

"I forgot about that when you said 'more handsome than he already is'…" Light tells L, walking over to sit down next to him. "There's nothing wrong with saying the simple facts as they are. By the way, you still didn't…." L says, frowning. "I'm not Kira!" Light yells out, smiling playfully.

"Hey, I got an idea for a fic! In it, Light will be Kira, but you love him anyways…" Matsuda begins excitedly. "And somewhere in that story I'll kill you for creating it." Light snaps at him. "Why can't I? Oh, and I have another idea! Somewhere in it, you manage to kill L, but then you realize how much you love him and then you bring him back…or something…oh, you write your name in it too!"

"I kill myself because of L?" Light asks, annoyed. "What? You don't care that you kill me?" L asks, his eyes widening a bit. "Well, you do keep accusing me of being Kira…" Light mumbles before turning away. "I'm now seventy-nine percent sure that you're Kira." L tells him, making Light smirk, "And you're so annoy…in fact, I might just have to kill you using my super powers."

L and Matsuda stare at him before L says, "Eighty-six percent sure!" Light laughs now, shaking his head, "My powers have to regenerate, so just wait, okay?" Matsuda gasps in shock, "They have to regenerate? Who did you kill?!" Light just continued laughing now, shaking his head still. "So you do learn something new every day…" Matsuda mutters, frowning, and then he begins typing.

"Matsuda, what are you doing?" L asks, turning to glare at him. "Writing…" Matsuda says with a small snicker. Matsuda then spent the rest of his day running and hiding…and wondering how he would get his laptop back.

Done, and please excuse my humor about people writing stories for L and Light. Really though, if you go to the D.N. section, then you'll see most of the stories there are about romance for L and Light. Pretty bad considering the anime and manga are mostly about them working with and against each other at the same time, and both the manga and anime have violence and death with little romance…. Anyways, that's all.
