[ANNOUNCEMENT]
Hello everyone. First off, let me say thank you for your patience and interest in Twelve Days North of Hopeless. You may be wondering why the story is gone, and what's happening with my first crossover which has meant very much to me. Well, let me explain.
For those who aren't already aware, my very talented co-writer Aryea has left the site due to personal reasons, and as she is a published author I believe she has returned to writing on that front. We have spoken and I respect her decision, even if I do wish we could have finished this story together.
So what will happen to Twelve Days North of Hopeless? Well, after some brooding, I've decided to reboot it after the release of How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World next year, so as to have a fully encompassed idea of what lies beyond Berk. This will also give me time to work on my other series, Kopa's Legacy, which may not be complete by 2019 but will at least be much further along.
With that said, I can't wait to get back into this story, as I have many ideas for how it will play out. One of the major changes will be Thor's journey from the modern age into the Viking age, which will occur not at the end of The Avengers but between the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Thor: Ragnarok. But if you're thinking "Wait a minute, does this mean Loki won't be in it?", I say that'd be a huge waste of opportunity for a crossover like this. Loki will still be the driving force of conflict that Thor must confront. But you'll find he'll be a bit...different, in ways that will allow for even more emotional stakes than this original, unfinished iteration.
Anyway, I hope this is as exciting for you as it is for me. I look forward to sharing this adventure with you all.
