While wondering about that, the brown-haired young man opened his eyes sleepily until he was stunned by what had happened on his bed.

Rias, Asia, Akeno, Koneko, Xenovia, Raynare, Origami and Tiamat were all sleeping in his bed. Most of them had nothing but their panties on. At least Koneko was wearing a big t-shirt.

'What in the world is going on here?! Why are they sleeping in my room?! Why is it that most of them aren't wearing clothes at all?!'

Issei started to panic, until someone decided to speak in his mind.

The young man greeted her with a smile and the latter one replied with a smile as well.

"Good morning, Ise."

"I was told that they entered the room when we're sleeping."

"I see. Did Nova tell you that?"

"Yep. And he didn't even try to wake me up, just sat there and enjoyed the view. I feel so ashamed to have such a Perverted Dragon who carries the title Red Dragon Emperor."

"Heheh. You know that we don't mind at all, as long as it's you."

"But still…I feel like wanting to cry for having such shameless Dragon living inside of me."

"There there, Ise. Let me heal your heart."

"Don't you dare tease me, Akeno."

"Ufufufu. Anyway, if it's healing Ise's feelings, I could do the something as well."

Saying that, Akeno took Issei's hand and pulled it straight towards her breast.

Both Issei and Rias were shocked at Akeno's action.

Just when Issei was just a little push away from having a serious amount of nosebleed, a person interrupted their moment by knocking at the door.

"Ise-sama, Rias-sama, are you awake yet? It's morning already… …"

The person entering the room was the Gremory maid, Tohka. The maid observed the bed scene with her lips twitched a little.

'Maybe I should've joined them last night…'

Tohka silently said it in her head.

Nova's suggestion was turned down instantly.

Asia who was just awaked, asked the group as she rubbed her eyes. Followed up by Koneko, and the rest of the girls started to wake up as well.

"Ohayoooo~! Wakie wakie, Ise-kun, Asia, Xenovia! I, Shidou Irina has arri–"

Running into the room was energetically was Michael's Ace. Well, she was energetic until her face and body froze at the scenario in front of her.

Semi-nude women were on Ise's bed.

"W-w-w-what's happening here?!"

She shrieked.

Then, another came into the room as well.

"Guys, we have to go to the school soon. Or else I'll be late on my first day at wor–"

It's the silver-haired girl who has no boyfriend even now, Rossweisse.

After the Loki incident, she got left behind by Odin, she got talked into being reincarnated into a Devil by Rias and started working at Kuoh Academy as a teacher just like Azazel and Zack.

Seeing the situation in front of her, Rossweisse started to turn tomato red instantly.

"T-t-this is indecent! A-after the Loki-sama incident, I thought I would see you in a different view even though your dragon has a oppai fetish, but I never expect you playing so many women on the bed! You pervert!"

"Wait, Rossweisse-san! It's not what it looks like!"

But before he could explain, Rossweisse already ran down the stairs.

"Tohka-san, have Ise, Rias-san and Asia-chan woken up yet? Breakfasts are all readied. But why did Rossweisse run to the kitchen with her face all red… …"

The next who appeared was his dear non-related brother, Zack. His eyes widened a little when he saw the number of ladies on his little brother's bed.

He then gave Issei a thumbs up gesture.

"W-why is everyone appearing in my room? And for the last time, it's not what you think!"

Issei defended.

"Hai hai. Breakfasts are ready, so please come downstairs people."

Zack simply smugged a little and walked away and the room went silent for a while.

"Umm…can you girls please get off me now?"

All girls looked at the only man in the room who was still on the bed with a pile of girls above him.

After having their breakfasts made by Zack, the students now headed towards their school.

"Today's weather sure is nice."

Issei did a stretch while Rias and Akeno were beside him.

"It sure is."

Rias answered back with a small smile.

Weeks have passed after the fight against Loki. Everything has returned to a temporary peaceful life as Khaos Brigade wasn't causing any major trouble. But…

Watching the group silently from afar were two unknown people wearing masks.

One appeared to a young girl as she had a height of a twelve or thirteen years old. Her eyes irises were yellow, and she had black sclera and pupils, a long flowing black hair with a black ribbon as a hair ornament. She wore a black dress with red frills, black stockings supported with garters and a red boots. She wore a veil which covered her face. One could barely see her lips.

Standing beside her was a male of tall and slender build with short black hair. He wore a long black trench coat and black pants matching his black shoes. He wore a white mask with purple lightning symbol over the right eye and a thin red curved slit across the mouth that made it looked as if he's smiling.

"Is he the one?"

"That's right."

"Shall I test him out now?"

"No. Now isn't the best time."

"I wonder Sephiroth is so interested about him…"

The little girl tilted her head innocently as she observed her prey.

Back to Issei, who was walking to the school along with the girls, he suddenly felt a chilly feeling down his spine.

"Brrrr. What's this creepy feeling I'm having right now?"

(Kuoh Academy – 2nd Year Classroom)

"M-my name is Rossweisse. I'll be teaching you guys from now on. Nice to meet you all and please take care of me from now on."

Rossweisse introduced herself with a little shyness in her speech.

" " "Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!" " "

The class when wild after a moment of silence. The students, especially the males were all cheering and celebrating for the new gorgeous teacher of theirs.

"Alright guys, settle down. Do anyone of you has any question for Rossweisse-sensei."

Zack controlled the students and asked them at the same time. It was then, Kiryuu raised her hand.

"Yes, Kiryuu? What's your question for Rossweisse-sensei?"

Kiryuu had a perverted smile on her face and the question she's about to ask happened to be Rossweisse's landmine.

"Rossweisse-sensei, do you happen to have any boyfriend?"

"Oh! That's a good question!"

"If Rossweisse-sensei is still single, that means that I might get a chance!"

"Don't be silly! You dating her?"

"Are you even allowed to have a relationship with a teacher?"

While the males in the class were hyped, Issei, Asia, Raynare, Xenovia, Irina, Tohka and Origami all their hearts dropped when they heard what Kiryuu said.

That's the only thing that came to the brown-haired boy's mind when he heard that. And the next thing you know, hell broke down.

"I-I-I…I've never dated anyoneeeee! I never had a boyfriend beforeeeeeeee!"

Kiryuu's single question just broke her new teacher. The image of Rossweisse's elegant beauty was immediately shattered into tiny pieces. All who witnessed it had sweats dropped on their heads.

An image of a reaper wielding a big scythe and place the weapon close to his throat suddenly appeared before the young man. In natural reflexes, Issei instantly pushed himself up from his seat, leading the chairs to hit the ground with a "Bang!" sound. There were sweats on his forehead.

'…It's that creepy feeling again. A bloodlust…'

He looked at Asia and the rest of the girls to see whether they felt the same thing as he just did, but they were only looking at him with bewildered expression. So were Zack, Rossweisse and the rest of the students.

"S-sorry 'bout that."

Issei picked his chair up in a hurry and sat back down.

But one more being felt it and he spoke.

{Partner, I felt it too.}

"You too, Nova? How come Nii-chan and the rest didn't felt it?"

{That killing intent was directed to you and only you.}

"That amount of killing intent…so cold and it's as if the person who did that is…"

{…Born to kill.}

Nova finished the sentence which Issei couldn't.

{You best be prepared, partner. Enemies are close by, hiding in this town.}

Without saying a word any further, the young man made a small nod.

(At Kuoh Street)

Issei's currently on his way back home after purchasing some groceries from the store.

*Sniff. Sniff*

As he passed by a certain region, he stopped his movement when his nose caught a particular scent and frowned as he peered at certain spot.

"I know you're there. Come out."

*…Psssshhhhhhh~*

The person uncloaked himself from the darkness, was the estoc user, Sterben.

"Greetings, Red Dragon Emperor."

"You…Sensei talked about you before. The one who can disappears into thin air."

"That's right. My name is Sterben. I am pleased that you are able to detect my presence through smell."

"…Call your body to come out as well. It's pointless for him to act as your shadow if he can't even hide his damn smell."

After saying that, the shadow beneath Sterben started to move. It rose up and began to morph into a human form about Sterben's height.

"Yare, yare. Looks like I was found out after all."

Rogue cracked his neck as he performed an upward stretch.

"And you are?"

"The name's Rogue. Please to meet ya."

"What do you two want?"

Issei silently let his red aura slipped out, giving the two person standing in front of him a warning for not doing anything stupid.

"Wow, wow. Time out, bro. we're just here to talk."

Rogue raised his hands up, trying to convince Issei.

"…I'll say again. What do you want?"

"Look pal. Let's just drop the whole you and me fighting thing. Why don't you come and join us instead?"

"!?"

Issei's eyes enlarged because he thought he had misheard what Rogue just said. The latter one continued without caring or noticing.

"I mean, with someone of your calibre, you would've could've done so much more. Just look at me and Sterben here. Boss allows us to operate freely. Not like the shitty higher-ups of yours who did nothing but talk shits. You're a dragon right? So you must have the feeling of wanting freedom. We could give you that. Join us and you can basically do whatever you want. You can even rule over the wo–"

"I think I've heard enough."

Issei stopped Rogue from continuing any further.

"So what's your answer, Red Dragon Emperor?"

"No. There's no way in hell I'm joining you guys. But…"

The red aura around Issei suddenly flared out and thickened. He cracked his hands and told the two of his enemies something.

"…dragging you two back to hell wouldn't be such a bad idea."

"I told you this was a stupid idea."

*Psssshhhhhhh~*

"Oh shut it, Sterben. You never know the answer until you try it."

Issei burst towards Rogue while he's pulling his right fist back. Seeing the former's approach, Rogue quickly evaded by becoming a puddle of shadow on the ground. Sterben took his time to jump away from his position as he threw something which he took out from his pocket, towards Issei. The object was at the size of a baseball.

"A bomb?"

Issei crossed his hands and prepared himself for the blow. But what happened next was something he didn't predict.

*Boom!*

Instead of explosion, Issei was blinded by the brightness emitted from the bomb. When the young man opened his eyes, the atmosphere around him has changed. He's in another dimension.

"Where am I?"

{Looks like we're currently trapped in a replica of the Kuoh Town.}

Issei then turned his attention back to the enemies of his.

"If you don't wish to get hurt badly, I suggest you release me from this dimension, right now."

Rogue simply smirked at Issei's threat.

"Oh but we're not the ones that's gonna fight ya, pal."

"!"

Immediately after hearing that, Issei felt cold sweats running down his head as the familiar creepy sensation he had felt came back. He turned around and saw a male of tall and slender build with short black hair. He wore a long black trench coat and black pants matching his black shoes. His face was covered by a white mask with purple lightning symbol over the right eye and a thin red curved slit across the mouth that made it looked as if he's smiling.

{Be careful, partner. From what we just felt, that guy is dangerous.}

"…Who are you?"

Issei asked but no reply came from the man.

*Woosh~*

"!"

Without making any sound or dust on the floor, the slender masked man appeared in front of Issei.

"What the–"

*Shiinn!*

Two knives came out from the slender masked man's sleeves and he drove them straight towards the young man's chest. But the latter one managed to grab the former's wrists on time before the tip of the blades even touched his chest.

*Baam!*

"Gah!"

The masked man slammed his head against Issei's, causing the young man to take a step back. The masked man then moved on in slashing Issei's arms, shoulders, laps in high speed and delivered a hard kick to the his abdomen. Thus, pushing him further backwards.

"Kuhh!"

{What the heck are you doing?!}

"He's fast, that's what!"

{Well, you're faster! Use your lightning mode for goodness sake!}

"Dragon Force – Lightning Dragon Mode!"

*Zaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam!*

Lightning were instantly released from Issei's body.

In a single flash, Issei stood before the masked man with his left fist charged with incredible amount of lightning.

"Let's see how you take this head on, Lightning Dragon's Iron Fist!"

*Baam!*

*Dshh! Dshh! Dshh! Dsssssssssh~!*

Issei punched at that man's chest with all the strength he could muster. The blow and its force destroyed the surrounding walls and sent the man flying like a skipping stone. Seeing his opponent was down, Issei turned his attention back to Sterben and Rogue.

"Now that I'm done with him, you guys are next."

"I wouldn't be so sure if I were you."

*Psssshhhhhhh~*

"!?"

The young man turned his head to see the masked man stood back up like a lifeless doll while smokes were still coming out from his body.

"What are you?"

The masked man answered back with silence. He made a few cracks on his neck and summoned two more blades from his sleeves. But this time, he merged the two of them together, and slowly, they started to fuse together, the form was changed. The two knives were changed into a form of a giant scythe.

The masked man then touched the lamp post that was next to him and the next thing that happened surprised Issei. The pole melted down and turned into molten metal circulated circulated around him.

"What the hell?"

*Click.*

With a snap of his fingers, the fluid took shapes of him. Creating additional six more of himself in metal forms. The metal doppelgangers armed themselves by creating giant scythes as well.

Four doppelgangers charged themselves forward while the other two remained beside the masked man. Swinging the giant scythes around left, right, up and down. Trying to cut the young man, but he simply dodged them with ease.

"They're slower than I thought. I should just go straight for the puppet master."

*Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!*

Saying that, Issei nailed all four of the metal doppelgangers into the ground in split seconds. He took a deep breath and turned himself towards the masked man.

"Lightning Dragon Roar!"

A blast of yellow lightning was fired right out of Issei's mouth.

'He's not moving…why?'

Issei's question was answered when the last two metal doppelgangers raised their hands simultaneously. The blast of lightning was split apart and hit the metal doppalgengars.

*BZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt!*

'! Of course! He's using the two of them as lightning conductors!'

The masked man flicked his right index finger and the doppelgangers that were on the ground regained their 'conscious' and grabbed Issei by his arms and feet and immobilized him. The doppelgangers then started draining the electricity.

"Tch. These metal-shaped humans sure are annoying."

Confirming that Issei could no longer move and his lightning attack won't be a problem to him, the masked man bolted. He swung his scythe while aiming at the young man's neck

"Oh for the love of Satan, you guys are annoying! Fire Dragon Mode!"

*Fwooooooooooooooooooooooooo!*

Flames erupted from Issei's body, generating strong heat.

*Wooosh!*

"?"

The masked man tilted his head when he saw Issei's head was still attached to his body. He looked at his scythe only to find put that the blade of his weapon was gone?!

"Dude."

He then turned towards the person calling him, Issei. Behind the mask of his, the masked man's eyes widened when he saw the metal doppelgangers that were restraining Issei were gone as well.

"Fire Dragon's Talon!"

Issei delivered and upward kick at the masked man's chin before the latter one could do anything.

"Guhh…"

With his enhanced ears, the red-haired young man could hear the masked man let out a feint cough as blood came out from the corner of the lips of the mask.

"Fire Dragon's Twin Knuckles!"

With the masked man falling back down without doing anything, Issei stood forward and embedded both his flaming fists into the masked man's abdomen. He felt he cracked something, but he didn't stop there.

"Fire Dragon's Crushing Palm!"

He delivered a palm strike at the masked man's chest. Flames burst out of the masked man's back, destroying the back side of his clothes.

"Fire Dragon's…"

He pulled his left hand back and gathered all flames on his fist.

"…Pulverizing Strike!"

*Baaaaaaaam!*

A huge 'Bam' sound could be heard clearly when he smashed his fist onto the face of the masked man.

*Cric…Crack.*

The mask was starting to get cracks from the impact and the pressure from Issei's fist.

"Ooooooooooooryaaaaaaa!"

The young man pushed his fist forwards further more.

*PAM!*

*Dsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssh~Dom!*

The masked man crashed a crossed the alley through several houses and a huge cloud of dust could be seen just not too far from them. The alley was destroyed, along with a couple of houses.

"Dayummmmmmmmmmm. Now that's what I call being sent flying!"

Rogue said that as though he enjoyed watching his allies being beaten up.

Issei didn't look at Rogue, he simply changed back to his Lightning Dragon mode and went straight towards the masked man's location.

*Psssshhhhhhh~*

"We should go as well."

"Right. It should be 'her' turn now."

Both partners agreed and followed after Issei.

*Crick. Crack…Thum.*

In the middle of a ruined house, the masked man was lying on the ground not able to move.

"…Cough! Cough!"

He coughed out some blood. Blood were flowing out from his damaged mask as well.

'…I think my ribs are broken. I could barely move a muscle.'

He turned his head a little and looked at the young man who cladded in lighting standing before him.

"Who are you?"

"… … …"

"Still keeping quiet I see. Let's just take that mask of yours off, shall we?"

When Issei kneeled down and reached his hand out for the mask the image of him being sliced apart suddenly flashed into his mind.

"!?"

This caused him to back away from the masked man instantly.

"You…You're not the one who exuded the killing intent! There's someone else! Who is it?!"

Issei started to look around to see if there's another person trapped in the dimension. But his eyes, ears and nose didn't pick up anything at all. His search ended when he suddenly felt a cold chill ran down his spine. Issei failed to realise that someone was standing behind him.

A young girl at a height of a twelve or thirteen years old with long flowing black hair and a black ribbon as a hair ornament. She wore a black dress with red frills, black stockings supported with garters and a red boots. Her face was covered by a veil. She wielded a huge purplish axe.

"!–"

*Gon!*

"–Gah!"

*Thoom!*

By the time he noticed it, Issei received a hard kick in the left side of his stomach. Thus, sending him crashing into another house. Seeing Issei won't be getting up for a moment, the girl then kneeled down and touched the masked man.

"Hei…are you alright?"

"…Heh. Could've been worse."

For the first time, the masked man named Hei (Black in Chinese) actually talked.

"Cough."

He spurted out more blood. The girl touched his chest lightly.

"You've been hurt badly. More than twelve of your ribs had been broken."

"Like I said…cough…it could've been worse."

"Shhh. Stop talking…Rogue, Sterben."

Her voice was gentle at first, but it went serious when she called for Rogue and Sterben.

"You called, Madam Rory?"

Rogue emerged from the shadow and Sterben uncloaked himself.

"Bring Hei back to the base and heal him."

She ordered the two them as she looked towards the house which Issei crashed into.

"Roger that ma'am."

Without any jokes, Rogue simply complied. He touched Hei's wrist as the shadow underneath them started to expand and engulfing them.

"Lady Rory, may I suggest that I stay back?"

Sterben looked at the same direction as the girl, Rory and he saw Issei getting up.

"Your assistance in this fight is not required, but do as you like. If you wish to stay, don't get in my way."

Just her words are already filled with power.

*Psssshhhhhhh~*

"As you wish, Lady Rory."

"Alright then. See ya later, buddy. Make sure you record the whole thing."

Those were Rogue's last words before the shadow engulfed them completely.

"Let's focus on the Heavenly Dragon shall we?"

Saying that, Rory started mumbling softly under her veil and several black spheres were formed on her right hand. She then released the sphere up into the atmosphere.

"Construct."

*Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble! Rumble!*

The ground beneath them started to shake violently. Very soon, some of the houses were uprooted from the ground and drew straight towards the black spheres. The suctions were so strong that even the grounds were breaking apart and being drawn to the black spheres. When the ground stopped shaking and the wind stopped blowing, hovering above them were multiple numbers of enormous satellites.

"What the hell?!"

Issei was shocked when he saw those. A total of twelve satellites were floating above him.

{If these were to fall in the real world, the entire Kuoh Town would've been destroyed.}

"Fall."

With her command, the satellites starting crashing down from the sky.

{Uhh…partner? May I suggest we start boosting and destroy those rocks before they destroy us?}

"I get it already! Balance Break!"

{Red Dragon Archfiend, Balance Breaker!}

Instantly, the young man cladded himself in his red armour and began boosting his power.

While enduring the strains he's receiving, Issei boosted his strength nonstop. The aura surrounding him just gets thicker and thicker.

"This is it! Eat this, Maximum Power – Emperior Dragonic Blast!"

Issei threw both his fists upward and a huge blast of red aura was fired into the sky.

*DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

The huge explosion occurred in the sky and the whole sky was dyed in red.

"Hahh…hahh…hahh…"

The aura that's around Issei had faded away. He's running low on stamina.

{Partner, in your current condition, it's best if we don't fight. We should retreat.}

"You said it like it's an easy thing."

{Oh, would you just look up?}

It was then, Issei noticed that there were a few cracks and holes on the sky.

{The explosion may have disrupted the barrier. This is your chance.}

*Booooom!*

Issei shot out a beam of energy to the ground to create covers for himself. He then removed his armours, shifted to Lighting Dragon mode and speeded towards the hole in the sky.

When Issei was about to reach his destination, the young girl appeared before the hole and delivered an axe kick that aimed at Issei's head. Though he managed to block them by crossing his arms, the kick was too heavy for him to handle. The impact sent him crashing back down to the ground.

*TOOM!*

{Partner! Partner! Are you alright?!}

"Cough! Dammit…who would've thought she's this fast and this strong…"

{No time for that! Look above you!}

Issei moved his eyes and saw Rory, with her giant axe fully charged with powers was about to slice at him from above.

*Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiin! Shiiiiiiiiiin!*

The little girl started swinging her axe numerous times in a rapid motion, and numbers purple crescent energy waves were unleashed upon him.

{What are you staring at?! Move you idiot!}

Heeding Nova's warning, Issei sent every bits of energy he had to his legs and got out of the crater he's in. When the waves hit the ground, the entire town was covered by purple light.

Hovering above the town, but under Rory was Issei cladded in his lightning form. He looked at the town in shock as soon as the light faded away. The town was completely destroyed, there's carvings embedded deeply into the earth.

"S-she destroyed the entire town just like that …"

Issei was shivering in fear from what he just witnessed. He stared at the girl hovering above him. And it was then, for the first time, Issei had the chance to look and analyse her.

"Her power level is insane…She's as strong as…master. There's no way I could take her on…not with my current state."

{No kiddin'. You'll need at least Calamity Juggernaut Drive to match her. But fighting her in a berserk mode won't do you any good. Plus, not to mention the side effect of draining your life.}

"Yea. Thanks for stating the obvious, genius. Maybe I can boost my strength and–"

{Don't bother trying. Your stamina has depleted when you boosted your strength in order to destroy those satellites.}

"Great. Is there anything else, Nova?"

{Uhh…We're toast?"}
