"Whoaaa, this place is awesome!" said Ash as he looked around.

"It looks like we just stepped into an episode of Life of the Rich and Famous!" pointed out Misty as she looked at all the beautiful decorations that seriously looked like they belonged to someone who had more money than anyone would know how to spend it, so they squandered it on fancy objects for mere satisfaction.

"Yep, that's exactly where we got the inspiration to make this ship!" said a woman out of nowhere who surprised the gang.

"Whoa! Stranger danger!" exclaimed Ash who threatened to ward her off by taking out a Pokeball. Of course, he could've just asked Pikachu to use thundershock, but Pikachu seriously did not seem that intimidating. Not that he had a Pokemon which would be intimidating to anyone, but still.

"Chill out, guy," said the woman as she took out a Pokeball of her own. "I have a Blastoise that could really got the hurt on anything you have."

Ash let go of the ball. It was Charmander's, after all, so it definitely wouldn't do any good.

"Fine," he said. Brock and Misty immediately rushed past their raven-haired friend towards the buffet table and began to eat the meat of animals that somehow never appeared in their universe, like shrimp and chicken.

"Pssst..." whispered Mew who mysteriously had found her way into his backpackc. "She actually had a Rattata named Wendy if you wanna intimidate her."

Ash had no reason not to believe what Mew had just said, and it wasn't like this woman was going to follow him around the entire trip. If anything, if what Mew said was correct, it would keep her away since Ash may appear as a psychic in her eyes.

"Yeah, keep Wendy the Rattata away!" cried out Ash to her. The woman immediately had bulging eyes as a response to that. She felt her body feel cold all the sudden from that reply that Ash just said and she kept on walking, refusing to ever encounter the boy again.

"Pssst, Ash..." whispered Mew gently as she had something REALLY important to tell the boy she decided to keep on following merely because he was so random in the glitch that somehow defied everything in the universe and space-time continuum. "This is not a real party. It's a setup by Team Rocket and they're gonna try to steal all the Pokemon. I don't want all the Pokemon to get stolen!"

Ash began to put two and two together; it made so much sense now! How else would well over 3/4 of the people here who looked like they were wearing just plain middle-class or lower clothing be able to afford to get on this ship normally? Also, someone just gave away the tickets, so it definitely appeared fishy. He trusted Mew, but he couldn't just talk to her like this with people surrounding him. He had to go to somewhere secluded to talk to her. He made his way over to a bathroom which fortunately was a fancy room for just one person only. He didn't want to talk to loudly so anyone outside could hear him.

"Ash, there are two listening devices that also serve as tiny cameras in this room: one behind the very small crack in that tile to the northwest of the edge of the mirror, and one behind the toilet tank. I know you wanna talk to me, so get rid of them first."

Ash got on top of the toilet with the lid closed and saw the tiny and very easy to miss crack. He pulled off the tile and grabbed the small device and smashed it on the ground. He found the other device where Mew had stated and destroyed it as well.

"You don't have much time before they come to inspect what happened!" Mew said.

"What are we gonna do? We can't let them steal all these Pokemon!"

"Just leave it to me; we're going to have to distract the 'crew' first; that woman you talked to was in fact a female grunt named Melissa, but that's irrelevant." Mew's ears perked up. "I'm teleporting us now."

Two seconds after all the flashing of the teleportion finished, the door opened.

"HEY!" said a member of Team Rocket as he looked all around. He looked at all possible ways that could be used as escape points, but nothing appeared to be untouched other than the tile on the wall and the toilet.

"Where he hell did he go?!" said the grunt.

"I'm not sure, but we can't make a scene yet," said the other one who accompanied the other one. "It's not time yet, and people will know something is up if we get rowdy with a passenger now."

"Let's just go back and mingle with the actual rich people," said the other grunt as he closed the door. "Who knows? Maybe we can get a big tip if we make some of these ugly women feel better."

Ash and Mew were now at a secluded part on the stern. The closest person must have been at least 10 meters away and there was a bit of a loud wind and if he looked out to the ocean, it wouldn't look weird.

"Mew, why are you doing this? Why are you helping us or following us?" He started to get used to the pink legendary just tagging along, but there had to be a purpose.

"I've been waiting for someone to activate the messed up thing for over two years!" she chirped. "You just have to trust me with this Team Rocket thing, even if it's the last thing you do."

"That's...a bit drastic," said Ash. "But I will."

"Good," said Mew. "Now, listen up..." She began to formulate her plan to foil Team Rocket and also warned of a storm that could capsize the ship and how she would use her powers to neutralize the waves. They didn't have long; less than 20 minutes to intercept the plan.
