Aye it's been a while! Honestly I don't know if anyone reads much Austin and Ally fan fiction anymore, I know I haven't in a long time. And I know I might not have anyone read this anymore, but what the hell, I'll update this chapter. For no reason. Just bored on a random day during my winter break.. Haven't written in years! Let's get to it... Hope you enjoy!

Ally's POV

I hopped up and down on my bottom as I reached my arms around and zipped up the eighth suitcase. Austin and I weren't sure how long we would be gone, so we packed as much as we needed. Honestly, I only packed three bags and a carry-on, but some people are more different than others.

"Thanks for helping me pack," Austin said as he helped me up from what felt like the hundredth luggage.

I couldn't help but laugh. "No problem," I smiled as I made my way to sit on his next suitcase. I always found myself observing Austin's reactions, and how he would look at me a little longer than anyone has as I smiled. I never can understand why he stares, because neither Trish or Kimi does. Maybe having male friends is a bit different?

As I began jumping on the suitcase, Austin began to zip. As he went around, I felt his hand graze my lower back. And by lower back, I mean my ass.

We both decided to ignore it. "So," he began to fill the silence before it turned awkward. "Do you need help packing, too?"

I used the symbol of my necklace to cool my hand, as I noticed Austin's ears were turning red. I reached my cold hand against one of his burning ears, my hand instantly matching his ear's temperature.

"I already finished packing," I answered. Austin reacted with a simple nod, but for some reason his cheeks began to match his ears. "Are you feeling alright," I asked, concerned that he might begin to have a fever.

He noticed the worry in my voice and began to pat his symbol against his face before putting it back underneath his shirt. "Yeah," he answered quickly. "Must be getting excited about the trip."

"Oh yeah," I added. "Before we leave my parents want to meet you again. They really liked you," I remembered to pass along the message.

He smiled as he finished zipping the last suitcase. "Your parents are hilarious," he said. "It's funny how our parents' symbols kind of match their businesses," he chuckled as he helped me up once again. We made our way out of his bedroom and into the kitchen as he added, "your hand was cold again, you play with your symbol a lot don't you?"

I guess I'm not the only one observing.

"Ally!" His energetic mother embraced me as we reached the bottom of the staircase. "I'm so excited that your signs was each other," she said as we sat down to a gorgeous breakfast. "Honestly, my sign on my journey to your father was just another trip to the mall," she told Austin as we began eating our pancakes.

Austin drizzled his pancakes in syrup as I waited patiently for the bottle. He handed it to me nonchalantly as he replied to his mother about always repeating her story on her ten-minute journey to find his father.

"How did you two not even know each other," he asked as I drowned my breakfast in syrup.

His mother turned off the running water, pausing her dishes as she turned around. "You know, you never know how close you could be with someone you truly love, no matter how far apart you might seem," she answered as she went back to her dishes. "And you act like you know everyone in this city," she muttered, jokingly.

Austin rolled his eyes as he let out a chuckle. "She always tries to act wise," he whispered to me. He looked down at my plate. "You put your syrups on your eggs and bacon, too?" he asked in disbelief, horror filling his eyes.

"It's good," I argued as I scooped up a fork of syruped eggs.

On it's way into my mouth, Austin grabbed my wrist and redirected it into his own mouth instead. His mouth dropped open after the taste.

"Good, right," I smiled victoriously as the red from earlier creeped back onto Austin's ears. I guess he was excited about finding something new to like.

He nodded. "Yeah."

After breakfast, we made our way to Sonic Boom and met up with my parents before the trip to the airport. We were reminded of how many times we should call and to send pictures of the Eiffel Tower when we get the chance, which is what Austin's parents lectured us about before we left his house.

"Oh, Ally-cat," my dad pulled me into another embrace, quickly followed by my mother as a Dawson-Family-Group-Hug. "We're so proud and excited for you," he added as their hugs got tighter.

"You better get in on this, you're basically family," my mother told Austin before he quickly joined in.

As we packed up our bags into the taxi, I couldn't help but give one last hug to my parents. The next time I see them, I'll be just another half of a couple.

I mean a happily paired woman.

oOoOo

"May I check your necklaces," the lady at the front desk asked.

We took our symbols out and placed them on the device reached toward us that scanned the temperature.

"A perfect zero degrees celsius," she told us contently. "Here are your one-way tickets to any flight, complimentary for your future soulmates," she said cheerfully while handing us the tickets. "Good luck on your journey," she added, the smile never leaving her face.

"Thank you so much," I smiled back.

As we headed toward the designated gate, Austin muttered in my ear, "Her creepy smile is gonna make its way into my nightmares," he finished with a shiver.

I laughed again, he stared again.

"So there's a special gate we go to for our private plane," I reminded him as we made our way through the airport. "We show our pilot our tickets and he'll scan them, he should already be informed that we're going to Paris. Then we check in at Hôtel Le Six our parents set up for us."

I noticed Austin smirk when I realized he didn't reply.

"You're such a mom," he teased.

"You're such a," I hesitated, not being the type that was good at comebacks.

He made a buzzard sound. "Time's up, couldn't think of something. You suck at this, you at least could have called me a kid," he said, earning him a slight shove from me.

As we boarded the flight, I watched as Austin awed over everything our private plane had.

"It even has a television," he exclaimed, making his way to a mini-fridge.

I chuckled, "you really are a kid," earning an eye roll from him. I paused, "Is that a jar of pickles?!"

"That's more like it," he smiled.

"This is your captain speaking, we are about to descent, please make sure to fasten your seatbelt at this time and thank you for flying with us."

Austin gripped my hand after we adjusted our seatbelts.

I squeezed back comfortingly. "Are you scared of flying? Is that why you didn't want the window seat," I asked, not even trying to wipe the smirk that made its way onto my mouth.

He noticed my face. "Pfft, no way," he brushed my hand off and leaned back in his chair.

The plane began to move forward, automatically making Austin's hand interlock with mine.

"You really are a kid," I muttered, Austin responding with another one of his eye rolls.

Throughout the plane ride, I decided to loan Austin my eye mask and neck pillow so help him relax.

"Are you sure you don't want to use this stuff," he asked, his voice shaking a bit.

"We've already been flying for a couple hours," I reminded him. "So whenever you want to look out the window I'll take my stuff back."

He gripped my hand tighter. "I think I'll just take a nap. I haven't slept in two days, this trip was too exciting," he cracked a nervous smile as he adjusted his head into the neck pillow.

I then noticed how tired my eyes felt after realized that I, too, haven't had a good night's sleep before the trip. The second I closed my eyes for more than a second, I found myself dreaming. I later forgot what it was about.

Austin's P.O.V

"We have arrived at our destination, prepare for landing."

The sound of the intercom woke me up, making me lift up the eye mask Ally lent me. I found her leaning against me, fast asleep. I couldn't help but let out a chuckle at her cute, kitten-like face as she slept. I didn't even mind that she drooled on my shoulder. I carefully leaned her back onto her chair and hesitantly looked out the window, hoping we already landed.

I shook Ally quickly.

"Croissant," she mumbled quietly as she started to wake up.

"Uhm," I started nervously. "More like, sushi?"

Her eyes widened as we both looked out the window, while the intercom turned back on.

"Welcome to Tokyo!"

Well if you could leave a review if anyone's still alive I'd like to hear your thoughts! I'll update if I know anyone's still reading or enjoying the story! Thanks!
