A Booth and Brennan One-shot

A sunrise is what everyone would call, a brand new start. It signals a brand new day until a sunset hits and another sunrise appears once again.

Gazing out towards the beautiful sunrise, a blonde-haired woman with the brightest green eyes holding Christine, her three-month-old baby girl. In her hand was a photo… a photo of her, her baby, and the man who she loved and had to abandon in order to protect her family.

"Da-da," The baby cooed while pointing to her dad's face repeatedly. "Da-da."

"Yes, that's your daddy. That's da-da."

The woman looked up and saw the sunrise almost appearing, signaling that it's almost morning time for them to start moving once again. She gives out a soft sigh before gazing back down at the photograph.

"Honey, it's time for us to go."

"Okay." The woman lifted Christine up to put her into her grandfather's stretched arms. "Go with your grandpa."

When her father took Christine to the car, the woman turned her gaze back towards the sun, seeing almost already half of sunlight rays.

"I love and miss you, Booth. We'll be together soon… once this is all over with."

She looked at the sunrise again before gathering up the picnic blanket and walking back to where her father is waiting.

Welcome to a new one-shot for my prompt table! I wrote this actually a long time ago in my notebook when I was in class, but was too lazy to write into in a word document and upload it. I have more to upload too, but we shall see how lazy I am.
