Hi. So, I'm kind of nervous about this story, I don'tknow if it'll be good yet or anything, but I hope you like it!
The King, putting all formal manner aside, raced to get to his wife's room. He spotted Gerda walking down the hall and asked breathlessly, "How is she?"
"I was just coming to get you," Gerda answered. "You are now the father of a beautiful baby girl."
A baby girl! King Adgar, his eyes filled with tears, asked, "Can I see her?"
"Yes, you may," answered Gerda.
The King immediately flung open the door and walked up to his wife and new daughter. Immediately he felt confused. "She doesn't look anything like either of us," he said.
"She doesn't," replied Queen Idun, clutching her daughter. "I was just thinking that it was very odd."
The baby had porcelain pale skin, bright, almost unnaturally blue eyes, and platinum blond hair.
"Well, she's still beautiful. What should we name her?" asked King Adgar.
"Something that starts with E for sure," said Queen Idun.
"Ella?" the King suggested.
"Doesn't sound quite right. How about Elsie?"
"That will sound girlish when she's queen," said Kind Adgar. "How about Elise?"
"No, I don't like that name," said Queen Idun.
They continued debating what name to pick.
"Emma?"
"Eir?"
"Ellen?"
"Embla?"
"Ellecia?"
"Elsa," said Queen Idun. "She looks like an Elsa."
"Elsa," said the King trying it out. "Yes, I like Elsa a lot."
"Hello Elsa," said Queen Idun. "Welcome! I have no idea where you got those beautiful blue eyes from, but you are so pretty! You are going to make an excellent queen."
So, what do you think? Please review!
