12!

Emma's Pov

I can't believe Andi doesn't forgive me. Why did I have to go and hurt her? Jaxy and I are in my room. I'm crying on his shoulder. He has his arm around me.

"Jaxy. I don't know what to do. She won't forgive me." He hugs me and I sob deeper into his chest.

"It'll be okay Em. She just needs some time. That's all." I sigh and go deeper in his chest.

"No. She hates me." He puts his finger under my chin and lifts it up. I melt when he does that.

"I don't hate you. I love you. I'm here for you." I smile and kiss him. He's so nice to me. That's why I love him so much.

"Thanks. I needed that." He smiles and kisses me again. Seriously, what would I do without Jax? He's my life. I don't know what I would do if he ever got hurt.

"I'm always here for you Em." I blush at that. I'm lost without him.

"Thank you" Jax and I continue on with class. I just hope that Andi will forgive me.

Andi's Pov

How could Emma say that?! I deserve to be attacked?! I thought she was my best friend. I was wrong. I don't even know who Emma is anymore. Jax changed her. Not in a good way. I'm walking to my locker. A voice interrupts me from my thoughts.

"Hey Andi." I turn around and it's Mia. I sigh and look at her.

"Hey." She looks at me.

"Everything okay? Where's Emma?" When I heard that, I got even more sad.

"We had a fight. I don't think we're friends anymore." She looks at me and hugs me.

"Oh Andi. I'm so sorry. Anything I can do to help?" She pulls away.

"No. I just want to be alone right now." She smiles and nods.

"Okay. But you have my number in case you change your mind." I nod. She leaves. I still think there's something off about her. But, I'm too sad and upset to think about that right now. I open my locker and a note falls out. Maybe it's from Emma!

I know what she did to you. I know everything.

What the hell does that mean? Who knows about Emma? Does that mean they know about magic? Who is this person? Is Emma in danger? After I thought that, a voice inside of me said who cares? But that's crazy. I may be mad at Emma, but I don't want anything bad to happen to her. I shake off my thoughts. It's probably someone messing with me. I crumple up the paper and throw it away. Trying to get me paranoid for nothing. I go to the cafeteria. I get lunch and I sit down by myself. Times like these, I miss Philip. I understand why Emma sent him back, but I really liked him. Another thing to be mad at Emma. Maddie is too in love with Diego to sit next to me, Emma is with her Jax, and I don't know where Daniel is. I sigh and just continue to eat my lunch in silence. I then hear two voices.

"Hey Andi." I look up and see it's Mia and Daniel.

"Sorry. But can we sit with you?" I shrug. They both sit down.

"I heard about what happened with Emma. I'm so sorry." Daniel said. I smile a bit and then look at my food.

"Everyone is." I then start getting mad and stab my food. They flinch a bit.

"Sorry. We didn't mean to upset you." I look up and sigh.

"It's not your fault. I didn't mean to take it out on you." They nod and smile.

"It's okay. We understand. We have to go anyway, but let us know if you need anything." I nod and smile. They get up and leave. Are Mia and Daniel together? I throw my food away. I lost my appetite. I go to my locker. There's a picture of me and Emma. I get upset and tear it up. How dare she do that! Attack me, say all those mean things about me! She defended Jax too! He's a troublemaker! I look in my locker and see another note.

I know you're angry. I know about magic. Meet me here.

Whoa. Who the hell is this? And how do they know about magic? They gave me an address. What do they want to talk about? The bell rings. I look around and I leave school. I know i'm skipping, but I need to know who sent me the notes. It's bugging me. I want some answers.

Daniel's Pov

I've had to pretend to care about everybody. I couldn't care less about anyone. Except E of course. Oh Andi. She is getting notes. Hmm. Who could it be from? Note the sarcasm in that question. It's very obvious. Did you figure it out! It was Mia! Or E. She hates that name. She likes her actual name.

"Ugh. I hate going out as Mia. I like my true self better." I go up to her.

"Hey. At least you still get to manipulate Emma's friends." She smirks at that. The door is being opened.

"Show time." She goes back to Mia and motions for me to hide. I hate doing it, but I go and hide.

"Hello?" I hear Andi's voice. The lights turn on. Andi is downstairs and she sees Mia.

"Hey Andi." She looked shocked.

"You were the one who sent me this?" She nods and crosses her arms.

"Yeah. Because I know what happened." She then tries to deny it.

"Nothing happened. You're delusional." She scoffs. Then, she casts a spell. But she uses a different hand gesture so Andi won't figure it out.

"Am I?" Andi looks really shocked now.

"You're a witch?!" E nods.

"Yep. I know Emma is The Chosen One and that she attacked you." Andi looks down.

"It was an accident. Besides that, she is a nice girl." E then turns around.

"I've been looking for The Chosen One so I can destroy her!" There's the E I love.

"D-destroy her? Emma hasn't done anything wrong!" E turns around and looks at her.

"Hasn't she?! Didn't she turn evil and wear dark lipstick once?" She's talking about herself. Wow. If I didn't know that was E, I would've believed her myself. She is such a good actress.

"That wasn't her, that was her clone who is evil and a bitch!" E then starts to get mad, but composes herself.

"Okay, but how long until she becomes her? Look, I know you want to think the best of her, but eventually she will become evil." Andi scoffs.

"I knew I shouldn't have come here." Before Andi leaves, E speaks.

"She even scares Daniel." That got her attention and she turned around.

"What do you mean?" There's my cue. I then come out.

"Daniel?" I look at her and smirk.

"Hey Andi." She looked very shocked.

"You're on Mia's side?" I nod and cross my arms.

"Emma is bad. She will hurt you. She already has." She crosses her arms.

"How could you say that?! She's your ex, your friend!" I scoff.

"She stopped being that a long time ago." Man, it feels good to be myself again.

"But-" Before she can say anything, E becomes her actual self.

"Surprise." Andi screams.

"It's you!" She goes to her phone, but E casts a spell to freeze her.

"Yep. Granted, I was going to continue using my disguise, but after what you said, I couldn't help myself." Andi looks at her.

"Daniel? You're on her side?" I nod. I also use magic.

"Yep. I never lost my magic. Man, it feels good to say these things." She looks scared but also betrayed.

"I thought you changed. We've been friends for years." I look at her.

"I know. Which is why we're not going to hurt you." E unfreezes her and she looks at us confused.

"What?" E smirks and I cross my arms.

"Yeah. You're fiery and you could make a good addition." Andi looks disgusted.

"Look, even if Emma said all those things about me, I would never join you!" E sighs. She looks at me and I smirk.

"Let's just see how you actually feel." Andi looks confused. E casts a spell.

Andi doesn't like to say things out loud and likes to hide,

Tell us how she really feels deep on the inside

The spell hits her and Andi stands there.

"She's not saying anything." After I said that, Andi looked at us.

"I'm so mad at Emma! I wish I could just destroy her!" She then realizes what she said. We smirk.

"No, I didn't mean that!" Then she goes back to what she was saying.

"Ugh! I wish I never met her. By the way E, you look so much better and prettier than Emma." She then flips her hair.

"Thanks Andi. So sweet." Andi then says what we want to hear.

"Of course I want to join you!" She then has wide eyes.

"Get this spell off!" E rolls her eyes but she does it. E then pouts.

"You're no fun!" Andi looks at us.

"No matter what, I will never join you!" E sighs and looks at me. We both nod.

"I gave you a choice to join us willingly. But remember you made us do this." We both cast the same spell. Her eyes widened.

"What are you doing?!" We smirk.

Sorry, Andi you're escape was a bust,

You'll be loyal to only us!

She runs, but the spell hits her. We also made sure to add a mini spell so that no one can break it and that she still feels how she feels on the inside.

"Andi?" She looks at us and smiles.

"Minion Andi, at your service!" We both look at each other and smirk.

"Great. Now, here's what's gonna happen." She nods.

"You're going to forgive Emma, then you tell us everything that happens, and not tell anyone about me and Daniel." She nods.

"Got it." Oh, this worked out so well.

"But, obviously still be yourself. Don't want anyone getting suspicious." She nods.

"I'm all caught up. So excited!" We cross our arms.

"Oh, and I'm Mia in disguise and I dressed up as Emma, and said those things." She nods.

"I get it. You were in character." Wow. She's like a puppet. This is awesome!

"Now, go. Before school ends." She grabs her backpack and starts going up the stairs.

"See you soon!" She leaves. I think this is our best part of the plan yet. Oh Emma, you better watch out.

Jax's Pov

I feel so bad for Emma. She didn't mean to hurt Andi. As much as I can't stand her, she is Emma's best friend. Andi means a lot to Emma. Emma means a lot to me. She's currently crying on my shoulder right now.

"It'll be okay Emma. She doesn't know what she's missing out on." Maddie comes up to us.

"Hey. Anyone seen Andi? I've been trying to find her because I need to tell her off! She took my mascara!" Both Em and I roll our eyes.

"Nope. Haven't seen her." Just then, Andi comes up to us.

"Hey!" She seems… different. I can't put my finger on it.

"Andi!" Emma goes to hug her, but backs away at the last minute.

"Em. I'm so sorry. You're my best friend and I don't want to fight." Emma smiles.

"Me too. I'm sorry too." They hug. I'm glad to know that they made up.

"Yeah yeah. Friendship, now where did you hide my mascara?!" Andi rolls her eyes.

"Next time, don't leave it out in the open!" Maddie scoffs and leaves.

"Typical Maddie. I'm so glad we're best friends again!" Andi smiles. But it's a different smile.

"Oh, I am too." The way she said that kinda scares me. Emma doesn't seem to notice.

"Good! Now, let's hang out." Emma then looks at me.

"Jaxy, is it okay if I hang out with Andi?" I nod.

"Of course She's your best friend. Have fun." She giggles and kisses my cheek. They leave.

"Something's off." I say to myself. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. This is Andi we're talking about.

"Who are you talking to?" I turn around and see the new girl Mia.

"Myself. Sorry, didn't know anyone was there." Daniel and Mia are holding hands. Wow. They got together quickly.

"It's okay. I do it sometimes too. So, what's off about what?" I looked at her. I don't know why, but I am getting bad vibes about everyone today. Except Emma of course.

"It's probably nothing. I kinda get overprotective of Emma." Mia nods.

"Yeah. Andi told me how you're protective of Emma and she is protective of you as well." The way she said it, it's like she's angry or like she's enjoying this.

"Yeah. Well, we love each other very much." I look back at where Andi and Emma went. I still feel like something's going on. But, Andi is Emma's friend. If Emma trusts her, then I trust her. Maybe I am being overprotective. Just let it go.

"That's great. Well, it was nice seeing you. Bye" Mia and Daniel walk away holding hands. Andi's fine. I then just shake off any bad or negative thoughts I had and continue on. If Emma's happy, I'm happy. Nothing's going on with Andi.

Emma's Pov

I'm so glad Andi forgives me. It was only a day, but I was miserable without her. Of course I had Jax, but I missed hanging out with my girl best friend.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I hug her.

"Okay. Enough hugging." I pull away still smiling. She scoffs.

"I'm just glad we're hanging out again. I've missed you." She sighs and smiles.

"Me too. I missed how you talked about glitter and scrapbooking if you can believe it." I giggle.

"Listen. I really am sorry about what I did. I lost control for a minute and I took it out on you. It wasn't fair." She nods.

"To be honest, I could've done better. I know how important Jax is to you, and I shouldn't have said those bad things." I look at her.

"It's fine. We both messed up and now we can move past it." She nods and smiles.

"But you were right about one thing." She looks at me.

"What?" I then get serious.

"We need to have our guards up. E could strike at any moment." When I mentioned E, she immediately panicked.

"Yeah. E is really bad news, so the sooner we get rid of her the better." She chuckles nervously. Is she alright? She's acting strange.

"Yeah. Everything okay?" She nods. Her back is turned to me.

"Yes. Why wouldn't it be?" I shrug. She is kinda acting weird.

"I mean, you're acting a little weird." She looks at me and laughs.

"Em, I always act weird. And come on, you trust me right?" I nod.

"Then good. I've never let you down." She's right. She's always there for me.

"You're right. Sorry, I guess I had my guard up for a sec." She hugs me.

"It's okay to have your guard up. You need to." She is such a good friend.

"I know. Come on, let's hang out." She chuckles and I laugh. I've missed this. I've missed my best friend.

Maddie's Pov

I hate this so much! I hate that E and Daniel are threatening my proxy! I'm Maddie Van Pelt for crying out loud! I'm head panther and I scare people, not the other way around! Except, this time they do. It's so scary.

"So, how's Diego?" E asks. I gulp.

"H-he's fine." I hear the door open. Both her and Daniel are there, so who is that?

"Hey Maddie." She comes out of the shadows. It can't be!

"Andi?" She smiles wickedly and waves at me.

"Hey." I look at E and Daniel and then back at Andi.

"Masters E and Daniel. I am here." Masters? Oh no, she's under a spell!
"You put a spell on Andi?! Oh my gosh!" I go up to her.

"Andi! Listen, you need to fight!" I then try to undo the spell, but it doesn't work.

"Oh please, you think we didn't have extra security. Danny and I both put spells on it so no one can break it." Andi's stuck like this? I know we aren't friends, but she can't be like this.

"You won't get away with this!" All of them laugh then E and Daniel look at us. Daniel comes up to me and I back away.

"Won't we? Look at Diego." E pulls out her phone and I see Diego at his desk at home.

"Proxy…" E and Daniel both start to cast spells.

"All it takes is one little slip up, one accidental confession and…." They point it at the phone which goes to Diego and he starts to cough.

"No!" Andi looks at me with her arms crossed and she's smirking.

"Ooh. Doesn't look so good Madds. I suggest not to mess anything up." E is a bitch! I groan.

"Alright! Alright! I'll do what you want, just stop!" They stop and he starts to be normal again.

"Perfect. Glad to know you play by our rules." I need to warn them somehow. But, how do I do that without getting caught and hurting Proxy? I'm doomed. I can't do it. What am I gonna do?
