Two predatory eyes focussed on his motionless body.
The slitted pupils regarded it coolly. So this is the all-powerful Time Lord. Time's Champion, Wanderer in eternity, etc, etc.
Stalking closer with the graceful gait of one long accustomed to superiority, the creature purred in its incomprehensible language, "You imagine yourself a free man, belonging to no one. You're wrong."
With that the cat nudged its head against the Doctor's ankles, marking him forever as her property.
