A/N: Here we are, folks, end of the road! I've love writing this story and I thank you all so much for sticking with it and enjoying it. I hope this epilogue makes you smile :)

Almost seven years down the road, and here Anna was. It took convincing, but she was finally here, walking down the isle.

Not convincing Elsa to get marry her, no, proposing was the easy part. Then came the challenge of getting Elsa to let Anna walk down the isle. "But you'll trip," Elsa had said, but Anna pressed on. And finally, after some time of deliberation, Elsa conceded under one condition: someone made sure that the strawberry blonde didn't trip in her heals.

That someone was Rapunzel, who was now almost completely carrying a swooning Anna down the isle to the altar. The red head's legs had turned to jello, feeling so much like the dessert that Anna had half a mind to chow down on them.

Up ahead was Elsa, the most gorgeous woman Anna had ever met. Me, I'm marrying her! The reality made Anna's throat constrict like a hungry boa, clenching air, drawing the blood away from her brain.

And she looked so beautiful in her dress. All white, none too fancy, but sporting a light, floral trim, sparkling glitter snowflakes speckled in her hair, making the veil pop that much more. She was radiating beauty, making the world around her look black and white and faded, soaking up all the light. Or maybe that was because Anna was fainting.

"Anna!" Rapunzel caught the poor red head before any damage was done, picking her up and helping her continue on. Elsa had placed one leg forward, as if to rush and catch her fiance. Once Anna regained some semblance of composure, she stared directly at Elsa, a huge, stupid smile and tears already dripping from her face. It was painfully obvious that the platinum blonde was also struggling to remain upright.

Kristoff was the best man. He stood by Elsa's side, grinning like a fool, happy to see his two closest friends like this. He also got a kick out of how clumsy they were both becoming in that moment.

The crowd was small, just the most important people to both of the girls. Anna's father, miss Arendelle, Euguene, Olaf, and Sven. At the reception they'd each be aloud a plus one; but for now, in the church, the spectators were kept to a minimum.

And that's exactly how they wanted it.

"Anna, steps."

"Right." The red head was yanked from lala-land and had to make an conscious effort to get up the offending ledges.

But she did it, and before she knew it, she was standing at the altar, face to face with her love. Elsa's skin was so smooth, a touch of makeup scattered on it, but it wasn't completely pale. Instead, it was bitten by a red tint as the girl blushed profusely, as did Anna. "Oh my god, Elsa you look- you look- I love you!"

Elsa giggled. "I love you, too. And you look perfect."

Kristoff nudged Elsa. "Pay attention, you goofballs."

Neither Elsa nor Anna really paid attention.

"Do you, Elsa, take Anna to be your lawfully wedded blah blah blah blah-" The minister's voice faded into background noise for the red head. She was lost in blue eyes, looking back at everything they had gone through, how far they had come. Each of the women had grown as a person over the years, mending together, becoming closer and closer. They built each other up and kept each other happy. There were, of course, the occasional arguments, but that's normal in a healthy couple. Elsa and Anna had made it. Here they were, getting married.

Married. It still hadn't hit Anna, she still felt like she was in a dream as she let her mind wander. To Elsa. Married to Elsa. Here the red head was now, forever binding herself to the woman of her dreams, to the person she fell in love with again and again every single day. Every time she saw her fiance she still felt a new excitement inside of her, she still giggled when Elsa preformed her little, adorable smile.

Elsa, the girl who used to be so shy, so scared of other people that she didn't even talk. But then came along Anna, a girl so beautiful, so pure, and so perfect that Elsa had to talk. She almost had no choice. Elsa, who had battled mental illness, depression, anxiety, fought through trying times, and who had practically lacked a mother and a father for nine years. The platinum blonde beauty standing in front of Anna had gone through more than anyone should ever have to.

But it made her strong.

It drove her and Anna together, it shaped who Elsa was. It even shaped who Anna had become. They had worked it out together, creating a bond tighter than any other, and here they were as a testament to said bond.

Anna smiled, tears pouring down her cheeks, almost unable to contain herself.

As if now was the perfect time for introspection, the red head looked back on her own life. How she had grown. Before, she was happy, she'd always been happy. She had managed to get through losing her mother and become close to her father, but she had always wanted something more. Something just wasn't adding up, but she never really knew for sure what it was.

Until she met Elsa. Since the two met, Anna hadn't felt that longing for something else, she felt... whole. She felt like the last piece of her puzzle had fallen from the sky, fitting perfectly in to its space.

And that's all she could ever really want in life, isn't it? Isn't that what everyone wants? Love? Not just teenager love, not a love that withers like a rose, but true love. Love so pure that it renews itself every day, rising like a phoenix from its own ashes, stronger than before. A bond that can never be severed. A bond Anna had found with Elsa, a bond Elsa had found with Anna.

The strawberry blonde was sobbing recklessly now, she didn't know, but Rapunzel was holding up almost all of her weight again.

A joyfully teary voice caught Anna's attention. "I-I do."

Anna's heart skipped a beat. She nearly passed out. She had an overwhelming urge to lunge forward and press her lips against Elsa. Literally overwhelming, Rapunzel had to stop her. The minister had moved on, saying something about in health and in sickness, better or worse, blah blah blah, who cared? Anna knew the commitment she was making, and she was overjoyed at making it. That's an understatement.

Then, there was silence. A wait while Anna choked and cried in happiness, trying to get two words out. She was fainting again, but she held her ground. After a few moments of struggling, she finally did say it. "I do."

She was sure her heart would never beat again. Or maybe it was beating so fast that it felt like it wasn't moving. Either way, she couldn't stop shaking.

With a great grin, the minister declared "I know pronounce you wife and wife. You may kiss the bride."

They did. Intensely, soaking in the moment, the unreal, barely lucid situation. The world didn't even exist passed Elsa's lips and hands, passed her body against Anna's. Nothing existed passed the lovers.

Distant cheers from their friends and family played passed Anna's ears, falling upon deftness.

At the reception, Olaf took the first opportunity he could to crush both Elsa and Anna in an "extra warm" hug. He then went to dance with his date. The newlyweds held a doll dance, in which anyone could come up and dance with them for a couple minutes at a time. Anna danced with her father, Elsa's mother, Kristoff, Rapunzel, Eugene, Sven, Olaf, and, well, everyone, as did Elsa.

The night was full of tears, smiles, accusations of unconstrained pride, and love. Anna got to slow dance with her new wife, hugging her tightly and reminding her of the Winter Ball Elsa asked her to so many years ago. Wife. Elsa is my wife. This really was a dream come true.

Soon enough, it was time to cut the cake. Giggling, Anna led Elsa over to the massive, multi-layered, and very expensive chocolate cake. It was German chocolate, paid for so kindly by Elsa's mother, and Anna could practically taste it already. Her mouth was watering, and whether or not some drool dribbled from her mouth, the red head did not know, nor did she care.

Her and Elsa stepped up, the crowd gathering around them as they both reached for the knife. Anna grabbed the utensil and Elsa placed her dainty fingers atop Anna's hand so they could cut the cake together.

Dragging the knife to the top and pushing it down, Anna peered over her shoulder at very close, very gorgeous blue eyes looking back at her. She leaned over and kissed her wife briefly on the lips, to which Elsa smiled.

Right there, Anna felt her heart explode and pour out warm love, sugarcoating her insides. She was falling in love all over again, and she was sure it'd happen again soon.

The knife easily cut through the massive desert, cleanly creating a triangular piece for the two to share. Anna turned and picked up a fork and not so carefully acquired a bite of cake. Smiling like and idiot, the red head held out the piece of cake to Elsa, who grinned back at her, opening her mouth and producing a forkful of cake for Anna to munch on as well.

They fed each other the wedding cake, both humming in delight as the delicate balance of sweet sugar and bitter cocoa melted in their mouths.

The two love birds opened their eyes to lock with one another, both giggling like the lovestruck fools they were. In the background, Ms. Arendelle and Mr. Summers shared a quick kiss on the lips, grinning at their children, hearts full to the brim with pride.

Elsa and Anna couldn't be happier if they tried, they had found each other, completing their lives. Whatever came next, Anna didn't know, she only knew she wanted Elsa by her side to see it. She wanted the love of her life right there with her to watch the unveilings of time, to see where their life would take them.

And together they did, living happily ever after.
