End Credits Scene

So although not many people asked for it, I'm still making the end credits scene because for gosh sakes, it's my fic and I'll do whatever I want. Take that! HA!

;)

"Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my- Tony!" Pepper screamed, coming around the corner surrounded by broken glass, cracked walls, and holes in the floors.

"First off- Aliens don't have a schedule! I can't control these things!" Tony defended himself, leaping up from the sitting area where he, alone with Natasha, Steve, Clint, Thor, and Bruce were sitting eating from take-out containers of schwarma.

She ran a hand through her hair and stared at the opened hole in the window with shards of glass laying on the floor around it.

"Are they gone?" She asked after a while, to no one in particular as she rubbed her hands together under the sink's faucet.

"All gone." Tony promised, coming up behind her and rubbing her shoulders affectionately.

"Are you okay?" Pepper whispered in his ear after turning around to embrace him.

He gave a slight nod, ignoring the mwah mwah kissy kissy noises that Clint was making from the sitting area.

She kissed him on the cheek and let him go, following him back to the main room.

"Tasha', come to think of it, we never told Fury that the aliens were gone." Clint said, rubbing a forgetful hand over his face.

"You boys never remember anything." Natasha clarified, then continued. "Good thing I called him."

"So there is a reason you're here." Clint said, snapping his fingers.

She took that as an opportunity to dig her high-heel into his toes.

"Okay, I take it back! Stooppp!" Clint begged, swatting her foot away.

She devilishly laughed, and turned to her other side, where Bruce and Steve were sitting. "Note to selves, don't bad talk the spider." She instructed, then hopped up from the couch and swiftly walked down the hallway to her undamaged bedroom for the night.

"Mommy Tasha' is scarier than Mommy Pepper." Clint whispered loudly to the group.

Pepper gave him the I will find you and I will steal your arrows look.

"Never-mind." Clint sang, moving over to the end of the couch next to Bruce.

Tony rolled his eyes. "I'll be right back." And he went down the hall, towards Natasha's room, not sure exactly what he was hoping to gain.

"What?" She asked, her voice coming from the end of the hall, where she had been waiting. How did she always know everything?

"The suits, they're necessary, right?" Tony asked, his voice low and mumbled.

"Depends. Were they necessary today?" Natasha replied calmly.

He nodded, even though she couldn't see him, then let the conversation hanging and returned to the main room.

Were they necessary today? Yes.

Will they be tomorrow? I'll just have to find out.

AND NOW, We can all sigh a sigh of relief.

Until Age of Ultron... Then we're all screwed.

Everyone cross their fingers for no main character deaths.
