Chapter 8: Bitten by the love bug

Konoha East gate

Team 7 meet up at the East gate early waiting for the client while waiting Yugao decided to check on their element affinity

"Okay Shino since we know Mei and Naruto's element," Yugao said as she pull out chakra paper.

"I want to check on your element affinity all you need to do is channel chakra into it," Shino nodded and took the chakra paper.

"Wind if it splits in to two, if it crumples it's lightning, if it burn fire, water if it dampens and earth when it crumble into dust, any question," Shino shook his head.

"None Yugao-sensei," then he channel chakra into it. The paper burned into ashes this cause Naruto to chuckle a little and all eyes was looking at him

"What's so funny Naruto-kun," Mei ask and Shino raising an eyebrow.

"Wouldn't his fire element barbeque his kikaichū," Naruto said causing Mei and Yugao to giggle a little. "Actually they wouldn't if I perform the proper augmentation," said Shino knowing if he combine his element his Kikaichū it will make them stronger. "Could you explain Shino," Yugao asked her student "Well if I get the right insect gene I could make my kikaichū shoot fire or turn them in to explosive bugs and so on," Shino said and Yugao nodded in understanding.

"Excellent job on picking the team Yugao," a voice said "No doubt they are the perfect this job," the team turn and saw the Hokage along with Shibuki.

"My apologies for keeping you waiting there was a few thing that we were discussing," the Hokage said "Not a problem at all Hokage-sama it gave me time to learn my student element," Yugao said and the Hokage nodded "Now you best get going you might be able to get to Taki by sundown," The Hokage said and disappeared via Shunshin.

"Shibuki-san is there anything you need to do before we leave," Yugao asked the Taki shinobi

"None at all Yugao-san," Yugao nodded and all of them headed towards Taki.

Takigakure No Sato

The journey wasn't eventful but Naruto did cry a little because they stop by a dango shop to rest and saw Anko on her way back to Konoha. Anko addiction to dango could empty up the entire Namikaze funds. When they enter the village Naruto felt a sting in his head. He clutches his head with both hand and fell to his knees.

'HELP!' was being transmitted into his head.

"Naru-kun what the matter," Mei got beside him worried for he boyfriend.

"Someone… Screaming… in my…Head," Naruto gritted his teeth due to the pain.

'Kit its Nanabi and she is calling for help,' Kurama told his partner.

"Where," the blond ask.

'North east and hurry the villagers is about to commit the final blow to her Jinchūriki,' Kurama said without a second thought Naruto leap from roof top to roof top with his team and Shibuki following him. He saw an angry mob surrounding a girl with mint green hair with a Taki head bend on her right forearm. Naruto leap down towards the crowed while in mid-air he brought out his Ninjato and slash a man who was about to beat the girl. Some of the villagers runaway but the shinobi brought out their katana.

"Who the fuck are you boy,"

"None of your business you piece of shit," Naruto replied "The moment you hurt my sister is the moment you sign your death warrant,"

The Taki shinobi grin "Another demon, let's get him boys," They charged at the Konoha shinobi.

"Stop," Someone yelled and the Taki shinobi stopped immediately.

"S-S-Shibuki-sama y-your back," The Taki shinobi said and Team 7 raised an eyebrow.

"I didn't really tell you but I am the Takikage of this village," Shibuki said then the mint hair girl quickly ran up to Shibuki hugging him tightly.

"Shibuki-niisan," She said. "Hey, it's okay I'm here but as for you bunch of you, Anbu take them for execution," the Takikage declared and Anbu came out and took the group of shinobi to the execution sight.

"Now Fu-chan isn't there you want to say to this boy," The girl look and Shibuki and nodded she face Naruto and bowed a little and said.

"Thanks for saving me,"

"No problem what are siblings for," Naruto said sincerely.

"But I'm not related to you, to tell you the truth I don't even know you," She replied

"You don't know me but I have someone inside me know the thing inside you," Naruto pointed out Fu eyes widen so did the other. "Naruto-kun you don't mean that she is," Mei ask and Naruto nodded. "Yup Mei-chan, Fu-san here is a Jinchūriki like me and by the way Kurama said hello you overgrown tick," Naruto replied Kurama message. Fu just stared a few minutes till she spoke up "Hey there flea bag it's been a while,"

"Right why don't we go to my office to discuss about the mission, Fu-chan you follow too you will be in this mission," Everyone nodded including Fu.

Takikage Tower

"Okay Yugao-san your Hokage has told you about the other reason why you are here,"

"Hai Shibuki-dono, team the Hokage didn't tell you this but we are her on another mission, a few month ago there has been rumours about rouge Konoha shinobi hiding in Taki forest, we are here to cooperate with Taki, to investigate and take out the bandits, any question," Out of the three Shino raised his hand.

"Sensei why didn't Hokage-sama send an Anbu squad,"

"Your lack of faith hurts me," Yugao pretend to get hurt "The Council mostly the civilian side see it as a waste of resources and didn't care so the Hokage came up with a plan to help Taki with the bandit problem by sending us," Shino nodded to his answer and Shibuki groan.

"I know how the Hokage feel about those damn Civilian Council they have been a pain to my father side and mine, my father tried to adopt Fu-chan here but was shot down by those idiot's in the council but instead of adopting Fu-chan, father let her stay with us which they can't do anything," Shibuki said.

"Um Shibuki-dono if you may can you by any chance make an announcement after the mission," Naruto offered causing the others to raise an eyebrow.

"Why would I do that," The Takikage ask.

"Well I'm going to teach all of Taki a Jinchūriki anatomy," Shibuki rub his chin and thought about it.

"Okay but your mission starts tomorrow in the meantime Fu-chan show them around they will be staying at the willow Inn,"

"Hai Shibuki-niisan, I'm sure you guys are hungry right, I know the best place," Fu said and the

Taki streets

"Thanks for saving me, umm I never really got your name," Fu asked.

"Oh right my name is Uzumaki Naruto, this beautiful redhead is the girl I love very much is Terumi Mei and the quiet one is Shino," Shino nodded and has a slight blush and Mei extend her hand. "Nice to meet you Fu-san I know the Rokubi Jinchūriki," Fu shook her hand. "It's nice to meet you too," They then entered a Ramen stand the owner was like the Ichiraku they always welcome to the ramen stand. When their food came a beetle landed near Shino's bowl "Well hello what's this," Shino was about to pick it up but Fu slap his hand away.

"Hey don harm it," Fu said "it didn't do anything to you," she took the beetle.

"I'm sorry but I wasn't going to harm it but to observe it, if you may," Shino ask and Fu handed the beetle.

"Quite rare you are," Shino said while observing the beetle and causing Fu to raise an eye brow. "Why you talk like you understand it," Fu asked curiously "Well it's because my Clan uses insect for fighting," Fu processed the information "Wait then that means you're from the Aburame clan," Shino nodded. "Wow I never thought I would meet an Aburame out here, say can I get an second opinion from you, you see I got my own insect called Shin'nyūchū Nanabi help me create the hive," Shino raised an eyebrow and look at Naruto.

"Nanabi is a giant beetle," the Blond replied while eating his third bowl of ramen.

"Naruto-kun don't talk while your mouth is full," Mei said politely.

"Sorry Mei-chan," Naruto said while rubbing the back of his neck and smiled sheepishly.

"Naruto-kun is it me or are they getting close," Mei whispered to Naruto, while Fu and Shino seemed to be busy talking and sharing notes.

"Aww somebody got bitten by the love bug," Naruto teased causing Mei giggled and the two bug users blush.

"So Mei tell me who's the Jinchūriki for the Rokubi," Fu asked.

"His name is Utakata Terumi, my brother we got separated in Kiri he stayed behind with a couple of shinobi to get everyone to safety," Mei started to tear up remembering her brother and Naruto quickly hugged her.

"Shh its okay Mei-chan I'm here," after calming her down all of went to the inn and settle down. At the same time Yugao just came into the room and just drop on to the couch.

"Stressful day Yugao-sensei," Mei ask and Yugao just groan.

"You have no idea the Taki team wants to use Fu as bait then the civilian council found out everything is just ugh," The Jonin groan in a very frustrated tone.

"That is not good at all," Shino said knowing the mission is going to be compromised.

"Tell me about it but the Hokage sent a message saying to continue the mission while he handle the council," Yugao said.

"Poor old man if Kurama and his age doesn't kill him the civilian council will," Naruto had a sympathy tone and the other nodded.

"But Shibuki-dono said only Fu will be helping out during meaning she will be a temporally team member," Fu and the others cheered.

Meanwhile in Konoha

Biwako just came in to the Hokage office with a cup of water and aspirin, she saw her husband rubbing his forehead.

"Why did I take back job again?"

"To stop Danzo from turning Naruto-chan from being a weapon," his wife replied.

"Right," He said and sigh "I wish time could go faster,"

Bandit Base

The next morning

They started the operation and waited to get everyone in their position as the sun rises it was time to strike Shino and Fu started by swarming the base with their insect. Many bandits excited their base but got melted by Mei's Yoton and Futton jutsu while some fell prey to Naruto's Hyoton and Ranton jutsu. Mei and Naruto hold the bandits off at the front line while Fu and Shino continue to flush out.

"Damn you Aoi," a bandit leader said as he was making a run for it Yugao then appeared out of nowhere and fought the bandit leader.

"Wait you would want Aoi Rokushō not me," Yugao narrowed her eyes "Where is he,"

"He should be killing one of your Genin," The bandit leader charged towards her and their sword clash.

Mei was holding of a bandit with her Tanto then there was an umbrella spinning above her.

"Jouro Senbon," a voice said and the umbrella unleash a hail of senbons. Mei saw the incoming senbons "Yoton: Gomu bōei," Mei form a rubber like tube around "Well, well, well if it isn't the demon brat," Aoi Rokushō said with a smirk plaster on his face.

"Oh you, I'm going to make sure you pay for what you did to Ibiki's brother,"

"Ha I should have killed him but you on the other had is much more fun," He took out a hilt and lightning came out of the hilt.

"Mei are you okay," Naruto asked and she nodded.

"Oh look he brought your whore with you, once I'm done with you I'll take my sweet time with her," Aoi said as he got closer than felt a chill done his spine. Fu and Shino arrived but when Fu was about to help, Shino stop her "Hold on if I were you, I would not interfere," Fu raised an eyebrow "Why is that," She asked.

"When we were doing a D-rank mission in Konoha a man refuse to pay us and insulted us," Shino said then shiver a little remembering what happen that day "And let's just say he use the rape word on Mei and in front of Naruto, yeah it was not a pretty," Fu also could feel the shiver down her spine.

"You," Naruto narrowed his eyes.

"Y-y-y-you d-d-don't s-s-scare me," Aoi stutter and saw Naruto brought out a kunai.

"Ranton: Reza ken no jutsu," the kunai erupted a with storm release laser. Without warning Naruto charged towards Aoi.

"You bitch," the leader said as he spat out blood.

"I'm going to kill you," The leader said and charged toward s Yugao again but Yugao but she entered a sword fighting stance.

"Dance of the Crescent Moon," Yugao cut the bandit leader into two.

"Hold still," Aoi said and Naruto dodge him while trying to land strikes on the Rain shinobi.

They both continue their sword fight up into the trees the shinobi landed on different trees and face each other. They leap towards one another but Naruto brought out another kunai and charged it up with his Ranton Jutsu. Aoi was caught off guard and its result was losing his arm that was holding the Raijin, Naruto quickly cross his laser sword near Aoi neck.

"Under the laws of Konoha you are hereby under arrest may Ibiki and Anko-neechan have fun torturing you," Naruto said as he uses his medical seal to keep Aoi in it. Naruto the pick up the Raijin and examine it then Yugao appeared.

"Are you four okay?" Yugao asked and everyone nodded.

"Here sensei you keep this safe and Aoi is in the medical seal," Naruto said and Yugao took the Raijin and the medical seal. "Good work everyone," Yugao said.

"We should head back and tell Shibuki-niisan that the bandits are not going to be a problem," Fu said the other nodded and was about to leave not before blowing up the bandit base.

Takigkage Tower

"Ah team 7 and Fu-chan," Shibuki said "Welcome back I hope the mission was successful," Fu smiled and spoke up "It was complete without any problem," Shibuki nodded then he grin and look at Naruto "Time to beat some senses into Taki," Naruto nodded.

"Citizens of Takigakure no Sato," Shibuki announce "Today you will be thought a lesson on being kind to Fu-chan,"

"Why should we be kind to that demon brat," a random civilian.

"Because she has been protecting you bastards form the Nanabi wrath since she was born," Naruto said this caused an up roar.

"How would you know you don't live here," a shinobi yelled.

"Yeah it's not like you know how she feels," a female said

"Let's just kill her," some of the people was about to charge towards Fu. Till they got caught by Mei "Yōton: Gomuheki," "Bōsui no Jin," They were all stopped by multiple rubber bullets and Kikaichū. "Sure kill, but you all die in the process," Naruto said bluntly

"What do you mean brat If we kill her the demon dies along with her," a shinobi said.

"Yeah she must be a demon herself," a kunoichi said.

Naruto rub his for head and look at Shibuki "Are all the people in Taki this stupid," the Kyuubi Jinchūriki asked. "Pretty much," Shibuki said "I really got to start that new study program for the academy," Shibuki clamp the bridge of his nose. "Are all of you a bunch stupid idiot," Naruto yelled "if you think if you're so damn smart, then answer this if you seal a kunai in to a scroll does it become a kunai or a scroll," then a shinobi smirked.

"It becomes a kunai," a shinobi and his friends nodded but causing the Takikage, Team 7 and Fu to face palm. "No you fucking idiot," Naruto said "It remain as a scroll," Naruto brought a scroll and release his kunai "See a scroll,"

"Let's just kill that bitch,"

"Go ahead kill her," Naruto said "But like I said before if she dies you die along with her,"

"How could we die in the process?" A civilian yelled.

"Listen I'm a Jinchūriki myself," Naruto pull his shirt and people saw the seal. "This is a seal," Naruto pointed out "Every seal needs chakra to contain a Biju, as long as there is chakra helping the seal your sorry asses are safe, now by killing her you cut off the chakra from the seal, meaning," Naruto wants them to answer.

"The Demon dies with her," everyone cheered and they face palmed again.

"NO YOU FUCKING MORON, BY CUTTING OF THE CHAKRA FROM THE SEAL YOU LET NANABI COMEs OUT AND PLAY," Naruto snap everyone stops cheering and they start to put everything Naruto said together. A few minutes later in sync everyone bowed their heads and beg for forgiveness "Please forgive us Fu-sama," they all said.

Then Naruto winked at her and she grinned knowing she was now the boss "I don't know after years of abuse I felt like committing suicide," Fu said while twirling a kunai causing many people to pale "Give me a good reason why I should not kill myself," Fu asked.

"Please Fu-sama, forgive us we should have known better," a shinobi said. "We will give you anything,"

"Well there are thing I want," Fu brought out a list "But first I want the civilian council be disbanded," she read the first thing on her list and it was a long list. "Done," everyone said without hesitation. "You can't do that," a councilmen said "Of course we can," Shibuki said "The people have voted so I hear by band the civilian council," Shibuki smile as the civilian council his now disbanded.

"That is all for now," Fu said "You are all dismissed," everyone left to do what they were doing earlier. Team 7 was at the exit door from Taki "Thanks again for helping me brother," Fu said and hugged Naruto "Jinchūriki have to stick together," Naruto said as they broke the hug. "Thank you all of you,"

"That is my boyfriend always helping others," Mei said and kiss Naruto on the cheek "That is what I love about him,"

"Oh that reminds me," Fu said and yank Shino by the collar "Buckle up lover boy," Fu kissed Shino on the lips causing Shibuki jaw drop. After a few minutes they broke "I hope you will write to me," Fu said and gain a nod from a still dumbstruck Shino.

Then a pigeon came before they left "huh Message from the Sandaime,"

"What does it say Yugao-sensei," Mei asked

"Team 7 is to go to the land of wave and help Team 6," Yugao said. "Well good luck and keep safe," Shibuki and Fu said. Team 7 said their good byes and excited Taki and headed to the land of Wave.
