Not so Subtle

Only distractions and melee worked on Kaguya. It really was a much-welcome return to roots for Naruto. Acting surprised, he pointed off into the distance to somewhere behind the Rabbit Demon.

"Look, a distraction!"

"Naruto, you can't expect that to wo—"

Sakura was cut off by the sight of Kaguya actually turning to look where Naruto was pointing, and then getting punched in the face as he ruthlessly capitalized on the situation.

"…How did that work?" she murmured.

Peeking out of her sleeve, Black Zetsu shrieked, "Why did you look?! It was the most obvious trick ever!"

Her head still turned away from Naruto, Kaguya smiled serenely.

"To mess with the pink-haired girl."

Zetsu looked closer at her face as she turned around. The smile still looked serene, but he was sure there was some mischief in her eyes.
