"Emily, it's starting to rain." The girl said to her. She stood looking at the stone before her. Loving Daughter. Loving Friend. The words etched into the back as Emily read it over and over again. The feelings that setteled over her after reading it the first time were indifferent. She didn't know what to feel. "Lets go home."

"I don't know how to feel about this." Emily mumbled as Spencer slipped an arm around her waist, leading her back to the car.

"Is it horrible to say that I feel relieved?" Hannah whispered so no one around the girls would hear her.

"No. That is how I am feeling right now too." Aria sais.

"Guys, can we at least wait until we are in the car to pick this apart. Look at her mother." The girls turned to see the woman huddled over the stone, crying. All four girls climbed into the car, Spencer turning the heat on and heading back to her parents house. Five days ago Veronica called Spencer to break the news to her that Allison had been hit by a vehicle and died on impact. The girls all drove back to Rosewood for the funeral, staying at Spencer's parents house while her parents were away.

"She really knew how to make an exit, huh?" Emily asked after a moment of silence.

"Totally." Hannah said with a snicker. "Only the 'queen of mean' would go out Mean Girls style."

"Im with Emily, it's still sad. At one point she was a friend to us all." Aria said, squeezing Emily's hand.

"Yea, and then she opened her big fuckin' mouth." Hannah said. There was a long pause before all four girls busted out laughing. "Who gets hit by a vehicle, when their name isn't Regina George?" Hannah walked into the house first, heading right to the liqour cabinet.

"She would probably be happy to know that she backed traffic up for two whole hours." Spencer said as she got out glasses for everyone, Hannah pouring a little liqour in each glass.

"To the bitch!" Hannah yelled before clinking her glass with everyone's, everyone throwing back the shot.

"Hey." Paige said from her spot leaning against the door frame. "I can see it was an emotional day for you four." she said laughing at Hannah. She turned her attention to Emily, a silent question passing between the two, asking if the darker skinned girl was ok. Emily nodded and held her hand out to Paige, who gladly grabbed it and was pulled into the circle. Emily slid a glass to Paige and Hannah went around refilling everyones glass.

"How about we all go around and tell a story about her. About the real Alison. Not the one everyone was making up at the church, because believe me, if that had been the real Alison, this day would totally be hell." Hannah suggested.

"I wouldn't have Emily. I wouldn't have met you all had Alison not been a bitch and broken Emily's heart." Paige said. "She made me come out of the closet. Pushed me out, really. But without her, I would have probably never told my parents. Hell, I would probably still be training with my dad, or worse, at the bottom of the pool." Paige said as she took her shot, the other girls following suit.

"She always made fun of my clothing choices and hair colors. Screw that!" Aria said taking her shot as the others laughed and followed.

"She knew about my addiction to speed. She tried to use it against me before I told my parents. That is why I went to rehab." Spencer said as they took their shots.

"Hefty Hannah." Hannah said sadly before taking her shot and refilling the glasses. "Your turn Em."

"She gave me my strength." Emily said, pausing and looking down to her hand that was connected with Paige. "She pushed me until I snapped and fought back. For that, I will always be grateful." Emily was the only one who took her shot, lowering her glass to look at the four girls starring back at her. "She was a terrible fuck?" She asked as Hannah slid the bottle to her and took her shot, Emily drinking from the bottle.

"That is better." Hannah said, walking to the couch and sitting down as Aria followed and Spencer made to call for take-out.

"You're a far better lay." Emily whispered hottly into Paige's ear, earning a feirce kiss from the girl. Paige pulled Emily into her arms and looked into her eyes.

"It has been two months without any heart issues. I dare say, you fixed me Fields." Paige said, placing another kiss to Emily's lips.

"Yea, well. It is kind of my job." Emily said with a laugh before she got serious. "I love you Paige."

"I love you too, Em." Paige said. "I am going to miss these three when we go home."

"Home. I still get goosebumps when you call it that. And don't worry, soon they will be back and interrupting our lives and stopping use in the middle of awesome, sweaty, hot.."

"Emily! What do you want on your pizza?" Hannah whined from her spot on the couch.

"See? I can't even talk about it when their around without one of them interrupting." Emily said with a laugh.

"I wouldn't want it any other way." Paige said, kissing Emily's head before she walked to Spencer and left Emily to fight Hannah. This was her new home. Her fixed life. And she couldn't wait for the rest of it to happen.

A/N: Sorry for that long wait for the last chapter. I had to change my ending a little bit after all the negative feedback of the idea of killing Paige. I didn't want to do it either, but it was going to be a great ending. For those wondering I am posting Second Chances as done, for now. Might add a few small chapters with wedding stuff. But this story is finished. Thanks to all who followed and reviewed, they mean the world. Good and bad. I am putting my Awakening stories on a HIATUS as of now. But don't worry, I have another story in the works as we speak, so bare with me. No more long waits for updates.
