A/N: Back with some more Junjou Romantica! It sure has been awhile. This is merely a drabble but I love the episodes about Haruhiko and the strawberries, so I had to pay tribute to it and give an homage to my lovely Brazilian friends, Daniella and Renatha :) Hope you like it!

They are endless.

Strawberries littered the kitchen, some in carefully-packaged boxes and others strewn about as Misaki racked his brain for a new way to prepare the little fruits. A week had passed since they first received the strawberries, but that wasn't long enough to consume all of them.

They're everywhere.

Damn that Haruhiko! And damn Usagi-san for trying to compete with him! Misaki thought. There wouldn't be such a predicament if Usagi would just let Haruhiko keep sending his strawberries, instead of trying to buy every strawberry in Japan in an attempt to compete with his half-brother.

After staring at the piles of ripe strawberries on the counter, Misaki decided that he couldn't come up with a solution for them on his own, and would have to search through his dessert cookbooks to find the perfect recipe.

30 minutes and 30 barely-different strawberry shortcake recipes later, Misaki finally stumbled upon what looked to be a Brazilian traditional recipe, a candy called "Bicho de Pé." It required only a few ingredients, but would require a lot of attention, as the strawberries needed to be stirred frequently. It sounded delicious and unique, so Misaki gathered the ingredients and began to prepare the candy.

Moments after the strawberries started to simmer, Misaki heard the front door open and close.

Usagi's home.

Misaki tried his hardest to remain calm and go about his business. He knew Usagi likely just sat through some boring meetings with his publishers or other important agents, and he will want to relax... with Misaki panting underneath him.

When it came down to it, Misaki couldn't say he really minded that. He likes to relax.

But Usagi picks very frequent and sometimes inappropriate times to "relax."

Just finished a chapter for a novel? Sex.

Dinner is ready? Sex first.

Misaki got an A on an essay? Celebrate with sex.

The sex was great, of course. Sometimes, however, there are strawberries to be cooked.

"Hello, Misaki. What are you cooking?"

Usagi walked into the room, removing his coat and placing some paperwork on the table. Seems casual enough.

"Hey, Usagi-san! More strawberries, of course. It's a Brazilian candy."

"I see. It smells delicious." Usagi smiled lightly and left the room before Misaki could reply.

Reducing the heat on the strawberries, he stirred them around and, like Usagi, appreciated their sweet, mouth-watering aroma. As he salivated over the mixture, he remembered why he loved the red fruit so much; it is purely addicting.

He tore his gaze away and began measuring out sugar. He had to exercise great concentration to ensure he measured the perfect amount, so he didn't hear Usagi sneaking up behind him.

The older man just watched Misaki for a moment. He looks so cute when he focuses like that, his brow furrowed as he measured. Usagi couldn't resist cupping the boy's cheek.

In response, Misaki nearly jumped out of his skin.

"Usagi-san! Stop! I need to finish thi- ahh!"

His pursuer hit the target – a tender spot on his neck. Intense pleasure jolted his senses. Misaki needed to finish the Bicho de Pé, but he couldn't bring himself to struggle more than half-heartedly as big hands found his pants zipper.

"U-Usagi..." Misaki sighed and relented.

So much for those strawberries.
