What's UP!

I'm Back! Sorry about the long update, but yah know things happen. There is no excuse for me, but luckily I made this just in time!

So I know you guys want to skip this so let's begin.

Also disclaimer I don't own Pokemon, Nintendo does or whoever else make the game, manga, and anime.

Pallet Town (Game Dimension)

Pallet Town, the town named for sleeping legends. The town was one of the most peaceful and healthiest towns or cities throughout the Kanto region. The Pokémon and humans that live in the town were dependent of each other with Pallet's citizens trying to interact with Pokémon more and the Pokémon being more welcoming and interactive with humans.

The Pokémon in the town were happy living next to people with Ratatas, Spearow, and Pidgey like being next to human bird feeders or Poke feeders. A few rarer water types such as Poliwag and Shellders also live near Pallet as well interacting with Pallet towns' ocean view to Cinnabar Island.

Pallet was also where two of Kanto's champions were born and raised in. Blue who was the previous champion grew up in his grandfather's lab, the great Professor Samuel Oak. Blue was an active boy when he was young. He saw Pokémon as excellent partners, but he also believe that some Pokémon where more important than others resulting to him having a superior complex with the more powerful type of Pokémon in Kanto.

Meanwhile the other Champion, Red, or the Champion of Mt. Silver had a different view of Pokémon than Blue. Red believe that Pokémon had their own unique characteristics and behaviors that would be beneficiary in battles, contest, and even other nonprofit activities such as cooking, cleaning, moving, ect. Red saw Pokémon's potential to help humans have a easier and more successful life style with friends along with them.

This was also why Professor Oak had saw that Red's ideal, even though slightly unrealistic, but was still admirable. Sitting on one of his lab computers the famed Professor Samuel Oak was working on the data that Red had gather. As he looked at the data, Professor Oak mused that he did agree with Red, on the concept that Pokémon even to the weakest Pokémon, Magikarp, had a potential to be great. The Professor saw this in action when Red fought his own grandson into the match of championship. Even though he wasn't there to see it personally, the video footage was quite vivid of the six on six Pokémon battle for the Championship.

From there the professor had seen the boy who was the current Champion of Kanto turned into a man with many dreams being achieved and through hardship strengthen his bond for his Pokémon and his friends. Now though the professor wondered if he should return, will he settle down or continue his quest of adventure?

Currently though, the Professor had other problems. From Red's data that he observe and gotten from the updated Pokedex that he had of this Sinnoh Region, the Professor was quiet amazed by the new Pokémon and new moves that the Pokemon were using. This meant that Pokémon will continue to learn moves and possibly evolve into a higher level. The data that Red had sent was also vivid about how a Pokémon's personality can link to the power that it had. Such as a Pokémon's characteristics can result to being stronger or faster. This brought out a new study that the Professor had his lab assistant try to recreate from the lab Pokémon and for the most part it was quite accurate.

The Professor's eyes then switch to the orb that was on the screen. With the help of the item transporter, Red was able to send the "Lustrous Orb" as the people in Sinnoh called it, to the Professor to study.

"Hmm... The sphere like structure feels natural enough, but how about the weight of this orb..."

The Professor look behind him and motioned his Pokémon assistant, a Alakazam, to lift the orb to the balance scale. The psychic type seeing his master wanting to test out the odd orb, obeyed and used Psychic to move the object to the scales.

"Hmm... 13.6 kilogram and 35 centimeters in diameter. Either this object is used for some type of worship or this was part of a Pokémon considering the glow of power radiating from the orb. Hmm... Maybe it's this Palkia's missing link, or ma-" the Professor stated from his data before he was cut off.

"Sup! Gramps!"

Startled, Professor turned around and saw his grandson, Blue, leaning from the door of his lab. His grandson was looking at the mess of the room with multiple tape measure, paper, coffee cups, and a few sandwich wrappers around the lab tables.

"Err... Do you need a helper to clean this up, Gramps?"

Chuckling slightly, the Professor gave his grandson a merit full smile before getting up from his lab computer to give his grandson a hug.

"Not at all, Blue, but I have been busy."

"Busy as in how?" Blue asked as he finished giving his grandfather a small hug. After all it has been a few months since his last visit.

"Well, a friend of yours has been giving me data ever since he left and quite frankly it was over whelming and new." The Professor stated with a bit of glee, before he and his grandson self to go to one of the lounges in the research center.

"Oh, so what has the dork doing?"

"Dork?"

"Yes, he is to quiet and at times I still think his mute, though that might be because he tries to ignore my gabs." Blue stated and started to stroke his chin bit thinking about that revelation.

"Well, yes. Anyways he is alright, but his fast pace data is giving me more paper work than necessary," the Professor sighed.

This made Blue laugh at the Professor's expression at the same time earned him a half hearted glare.

"Well, lucky me I didn't experience your bad luck. Red manages to effectively finish his paper work, but wouldn't tell me how. But with how much Lance is ranting right about now, I bet he wished that he knew it now!" Blue laughed.

"Oh?"

"As, you know, Red has changed a bit about the league and as of now the Champion has more work, but at the same time more power. Though the only problem is with Lance he now has to take all the paper work that Red didn't finish and his own paper work for the league at the same time!" Blue continued now though it was more of a chuckle.

"I see..."

"But anyways, gramps. What was that thing in your lab. It was one of the largest pearls that I ever saw."

"It is not a pearl Blue."

"Well you could have fooled me."

Sighing the Professor looked at Blue and then widen his eyes, "That 'pearl' as you called it is apparently a item for a legendary Pokémon in the place that Red is at."

"Really?"

"Yes, but when you stated that it was a pearl, it showed something that I over looked."

"What is it?"

"That item could be just a replica, but at the same time it radiates power that most of the Pokémon here are afraid to go near it."

"So?" Blue asked slightly bit confused.

"Blue, think for a second now. You are my grandson and you were a former champion yourself now think. Why would a person or people make something that replica the real thing, but also how could it radiate power that Pokémon could fear it?"

"Err... For museum purposes?"

"Think about the Johto towers Blue."

Blue retrieving his slightly unused history knowledge suddenly widened his eyes.

"Do you think that people wanted to use a legendary for their own pleasure! It's almost like Team Rocket all over again!"

"So you saw what I was hinting at didn't you."

"Yes, but do you really think that there would be another Team Rocket over there were Red is at?"

"By the look of the data and the compound of the orb I believe so..."

Sinnoh Valor Lakefront

Sitting on the lake side of Valor Lake front, Red was having a relaxing and well deserve rest after his battle with Candice back in Snowpoint city. After being up at Sinnoh's coldest city, Red thought it was time for his Pokémon to have some break from the cold which reminded the trainer and his Pokémon of the time that they stayed in Mount Silver though not as rough. As for being in Valor Lake Front, Red though that staying cool and warm at the same time was a perfect combo especially with how his Pokémon were acting right now.

On the water surfing were his Pokémon with his Blastoise surfing on top of the lake with Pika and Vee staying on top of the Shellfish Pokémon having fun with the cool water spraying them. On the shore line was Red's Venausaur. The giant seed Pokémon was soaking up the water creating a sweet smelling aroma from photosynthesis. Lastly his Charizard and Gabite were facing the Lake, but never going close to the water. The two were weak around water resulting them to observing the lake similar to their trainer.

Red started to mused that it was quite interesting when Snor and his Munchlax stayed back at the ranch to have a food competition that resulted to both being in a coma. Meanwhile his Staravia who was almost close to evolving was being trained by his Pidgeot to have a higher agility capability. The Starivia had found himself a worthy master and a powerful one at that. His other Pokémon were given some rest as well though at the ranch considering that some of them don't work well near water and the fact that Shieldon was frozen and did not feel like traveling just before Red left back to Emeragrove Town.

So, now giving a full week for his Pokémon to relax, Red on the other hand was not. After the battle between him and Candice, Red was contact by Mr. Fuji who stated that he wanted him to meet with a few of his colleagues that he was associated with for the past few years. Seeing no harm on the meeting, Red proposed to have it at Valor Lakefront considering that not only was it a place peaceful for all Pokémon, but it was also near a port that connects boats from Sinnoh to other regions.

Speaking of other regions, Red manage to talk to a few dry dock sailors at the dock of Port Valor that the port was predominantly connected to Johto and Kanto, but at the same time a few ships from Hoenn and a far off distant region called Unova was also involved with the port's trade though not so often as the Kanto-Johto region.

What intrigue Red the most was that a few Pokémon from Kanto, Hoenn, and Johto actually migrated to Sinnoh while Unova had it's own different and unique species of Pokémon creating the diverse Pokémon in Hoenn and Unova that they had which in turn made Red want to travel through these regions.

Now though he was waiting for the call from this pro-

"Hello!"

Turning around Red faced the shouting voice from a rather quiet lake shore. Upon facing the shouting voice, Red noticed that it was the Nurse Joy from Valor Lakefront. She was running as fast as her pink dress could possibly stretch for the run.

Once Nurse Joy arrived, Red aided her by letting her catch her breath and calling his Pokémon back in case if something happened. Patting and rubbing her back a bit Red, manage to decrease the nurse's fast beating hear from her run from the center to the lake shore which was quite far.

"Thank You!"

Still Smiling at the slightly hyper nurse, Red then stop suiting her back.

"You welcome."

The nurse upon calming down and breathing normally again, finally started to straighten her posture to speak in the most professional voice that Red had heard from any Nurse Joy that he met.

"Thank You again for your help, Mr. Red. But your meeting with Mr. Fuji and Professor Sycamore."

"Alright then," Red stated. With that Red balled up all his Pokémon except for Pika who went up to his shoulder relaxing some more.

Nodding the nurse and the Kanto-Johto Champion left for the Pokémon center. As they walked Red was thinking back to the thought of Mr. Fuji and this Professor from this new region. It wasn't uncommon to hear a new region in this world, but back to where he had lived it was completely different. It was believe that there was only two or three regions in the planet, but he guess that his world wasn't explored completely yet.

'Hmm... This Professor Sycamore must specialize on a specific type of Pokémon study. From what I understand from Mr. Fuji, he and this guy worked on Pokémon evolution similar that Professor Rowan guy here at Sinnoh.'

'Maybe Mr. Fuji and this new Professor guy are studying further evolution for Pokémon, G?' Pika stated through his thoughts.

'Hmm. Maybe..."

Upon a few moments of thought silence Pika spoke out through there connection.

'Yah know, I really wish that there was a evolution to myself that give me more stats and a better look. You know how I don't like to evolve, but I really want the stats, G."

Chuckling Red nodded, but stated back, 'Sure, I wish that was the case, but you are kind of over powered already aren't you Pika?'

'You got that right! I am the best of the best out there even C, can beat me!'

'Don't let him hear you say that, Pika.''

'Hmph! He won't do anything about it!'

Chuckling Red listened to Pokémon rant on about being stronger. Meanwhile Nurse Joy was looking at him oddly every time he chuckled as if a joke was being stated, that or the man beside her was a pervert with his far away look on his face.

Valor Lakefront Pokémon Center

In one of the conference room of the Pokémon center, were four figures. The first one was an elderly looking man with a bald head, grayish white eyebrow wearing a tan colored button up shirt with a pair of Khaki pants with matching sandals. The man who most people in Emeragrove town and Lavender town as Mr. Fuji.

Sitting across from Mr. Fuji was a young looking male Professor. He had the ever present lab coat which most Professors in the Pokémon world wore with a blue button up shirt under it. He had a silver and gold colored belt which holds his black pants in place with red converse shoes. Blowing his hair away from his eyes, which were gray in color, revealed a rather handsome man with a few stubs in his face.

Behind the man was a young man in the age of sixteen. The teen had neck-length hair which was covered by his red had with a pair of sunglasses on top of it. He wore a blue jacket with white trimmings and a pair of pants with the cuffs of the pants under a pair of black boots.

Lastly was a teen in a corner similar age to the blue themed teen. He wore a Pokéball beret hat with a white scarf around his neck. In addition to this he had a dark red full-sleeved shirt with a dark blue and black jacket and black pants that covered the top of his grey shoes.

The room was in a calm silence. Not tense, but rather calm. They were here to discuss about the a new finding, but for now it was nerve wracking considering that everyone was excited to get to know what's new. Though the teen with the Pokémon beret hat was shifting uncomfortably in the corner.

Just as the teen was about to speak, a man around his twenties open the door of the conference room resulting to all the occupants to turn to the door.

"Ah! Red, you made it on time!" Mr. Fuji exclaimed.

"Hello again, Mr. Fuji." Red stated.

"Yes, yes, come so that we may begin. Though I do have to ask where Professor Rowan is at?"

This time the beret wearing boy answered, "Err... Sir, Professor Rowan is not able to come as he has had another business that he had to attend to."

"Oh and who might you be?" This time it was the handsome and dashing Professor who asked.

"Uh... I am Lucas, sir. I am a lab assistant of Professor Rowan."

"Why would Rowan even send a lab assistant in the first place?" the Professor continued.

"Well I am the one that records for him sir and I help him usually in his field work."

"Oh!" Mr. Fuji took on an enlightened look. Putting his eyes on the teen he continued.

"You are the boy that Rowan was stating who wanted to replace him as Sinnoh's top Pokémon researcher on evolution."

Blushing Lucas nodded. He didn't trust his words as of now. Especially since these the two in the room were either highly renowned Professors themselves or extremely powerful trainer especially the teen that was next to the Professor of Kalos and the man next to this Mr. Fuji.

"Ah. I see. I have heard a good bit of praise from Rowan of you Lucas. Sorry that I was suspicious, but the work that Rowan, Fuji, and I have done could revolutionize the whole world as we know it. Oh! Forgive me again, but I forgot to introduce myself. I am Kalos lead Pokémon Research Professor, Professor Sycamore." The man said with a small gracious bow which Mr. Fuji chuckled a bit. Continuing on, "And the one beside me is Calem my aid for my travel here in Sinnoh."

The blue themed teen nodded his head a bit and didn't said a word which made Lucas shift a bit and Red eyed him suspiciously. Mr. Fuji seeing that the Professor introduced himself and his companion also followed suit. Waving his hand a bit, Mr. Fuji pointed at himself first.

"As for me young Lucas, I am Mr. Fuji. I am the Researcher as well though now I am retired, but still have my wits for me to be a Pokémon Researcher. The one beside is Red a friend of mine and a assistant of Professor Oak." Mr. Fuji said while introducing the ever quiet Red.

This resulted to a wide eyed Lucas, who understood that being an assistant of Professor Oak was a big deal considering that Professor Oak was one of the founders of Pokémon research and put forth the idea of the Pokémon League.

Meanwhile Professor Sycamore looked on intrigued while Calem looked on a bit of interest after all who has not heard of the great Professor Oak?

"Interesting." The Professor mumbled.

"Well you would be more interested on this Sycamore." Mr. Fuji smiled.

"What do you mean Mr. Fuji?"

"Well, you know that I told you about the gem that we are studying at your lab."

"Yes, what about it?"

"Well that gem is the second gem that I had found. The first gem is given to him. He is also the one that first tested it and manage to create a reaction of his Charizard. He also was the one that solved out that it was through the bonds of Pokémon and humans anything was possible." Mr. Fuji said sagely with Red nodding in agreement with a small smile.

Widening his eyes the Professor looked at Red and noticed the a silver cord around his neck with a sphere like gem with multi color inside and a symbol in the middle. The gem looked as if it was a marble, but the Professor knew better.

"That is the first gem that you have!" cried out an the amazed Kalos Professor

"Yes, Oak was quite fond of his Pokémon trainer lab aids and quite frankly I feel as if Oak has found luck on his side with Red over here. Not only that, but I have saw the effects that it can do to a Pokémon when trained and loved by the trainer especially when a trainer was as young as twelve." Mr. Fuji said smugly.

This resulted to a wide eyed Professor and at the same time the teens in the room were quite confused on what the Professor and the old man was talking about. Though they did notice that it had something to do with the guy with radiating power.

"THIS IS AMAZING! Tell me Fuji who is this man!?" Sycamore asked with great interest considering that most of the subjects of Sycamore's test usually were people who had great relationships with their Pokémon resulting to him testing adults instead of children or teens considering that most of them didn't care about Pokémon, but to see this man who originally was a kid learn with his Pokémon to result to a further evolution was amazing by itself.

"Well this young man could introduce himself. So Red, introduce yourself." Mr. Fuji said with a knowing smile.

Sighing Red step up to face the other three occupants in the room before he smirked. Reaching his right hand on the tip of his hat. Red inclined it a bit which allowed him to release his weird psychic ability of turning his eyes red for a bit which unnerve the Sinnoh beret loving teen in the room.

"I am Trainer Red. The Pokémon Champion of Kanto and Johto." Red stated with his smirk before he gave a bow resulting to him not seeing the gob smack expression of the three non-Kanto and non-dimensional hoping people with Mr. Fuji laughing a bit.

"That you are Red. Or Champion Red."

Alright added Calem, Professor Sycamore, and Lucas in this part. I know that I am mixing this a bit, but hang on. I have a purpose for this. Though you just have to find out.

I will try to post as much chapter as I can, but I got so many stories going into my head right now that it is not even funny. So yeah. I will try to post as best as I can.

Also review please if possible.
