Three different paths lay for one little spaceship, far from a home that its occupants had been driven from.

In one path, a starship commanded by Captain T. Kirk finds it and through no fault of his own, unwittingly makes himself a terrible enemy of a proud, arrogant man. The man, Khan, dies alone and bitter.

In another path, the ship is discovered by Admiral Marcus, and again Khan is awoken and again, becomes a viscous enemy, to a much more deserving subject of his wrath to be sure, but as always, he takes out more than just his foe. He doesn't die this time, but he does loose.

In the third path, a pair of time-travelers in a blue police box, the snow of a Christmas in Cardiff still clinging to roof, find the ship and a whole new world of adventures opens up for the occupants of both ships. In this one Khan awakens to a gruff Northern voice and a cheery cockney voice, and the chance at a new life and possibly a new way of life.
