AN: I AM SO DAMN SORRY. It has been so long since I updated this. RL keeps getting in the way. I won't lie to you. I've had inspiration for this story coming and going so fast it's made my head spin and I've started this chapter 6 times just to scrap it each time. I truly hope you like this chapter and I'm not ashamed to beg for reviews, constructive criticism welcom
Beth
Things were getting better between us all. Or, I thought. I mean, Daryl and I talked, really talked and it was good. Daryl and Merle were okay again, too. They still are. They keep going on runs but no one tells me why. Maggie, my own sister, keeps going too. I'm hurt and I feel so betrayed. What are they hiding? Why? I keep feeling hurt and I can't get rid of it. It's so stupid.
I keep trying to blame most of the way I'm feeling on being pregnant, but it isn't. Yeah, I'm really, pregnant, but it isn't just that. I'm young but not completely stupid. Well, okay, maybe I'm stupid- I do have a relationship with two men who are brothers. Stupid. Weird. Stupid.
I thought I was over being insecure but I'm not, I guess. I love them both so much and I'm so scared of losing them.
Daryl
I came up with an idea to show Bethy how I feel and the way I hurt her was wrong. With the baby going to be here soon, I want to give her something special, a little bit of before the world turned to shit. I kind of kept track of the days that have gone by, since the news reports started of the "mysterious" illness that led us to this shit today.
I knew her back at her daddy's farm, the way she grew up, flowers and frilly shit, love always abundant and shit. She used to wear sundresses and drink sweet tea on the porch with her mama and family. Her life was good. She had birthday parties and celebrations for accomplishments. I want to give her that, if I can.
I told Merle, typical Merle, he liked the idea. Any sort of party excites him. He figured Beth would like it.
It's kind of shitty that we aren't home much with her over the last few weeks. I been missing her. It's worth it though, knowing she'll give me that million watt smile when she knows what we've been working on for her.
Merle
Me and Daryl got home from a run we went on with Spitfire and went in search of our woman, leaving the shit we brought back for Maggie to deal with. I won't speak for little brother, but I missed the fuck out of Suga.
Sugar was a bit subdued and quiet when we found her with her daddy in his cell, getting checked up. We figure she's five to six months along by now.
Her daddy smiled, "Bethy and the baby seem to be doing fine."
"That's good," I reached over and cupped her cheek. Daryl fidgeted next to me.
"She'll be sleeping more and likely having more cravings,"
"I'll find whatever I can fer her cravings," Little Brother announced.
"Thanks for the checkup, daddy,"
"Of course, sweetheart. Go an' rest before dinner,"
We followed behind her as she left Hershel's cell.
"Ya want us ta come wit' ya, when ya go out, Darlin'?" Darylina asked.
She shrugged. "If ya aren't busy, sure."
I answered before my brother could. "Ain't nothin' that can't wait."
She only nodded before walking towards the tower, with us trailing behind her. We got upstairs and she curled up in the bed, blankets pulled up to her chin. I kicked off my boots, pulled off my arm piece and climbed into the bed behind her. I pulled her close to me and rubbed her back. She stiffened up for a moment and then relaxed. It's a bit odd, but I chose not to let it bother me.
"Anythin' interesting happen?" Daryl asked, still standing by the door.
"Jus' Judy. She's starting to crawl more." Sugar replied, curling up tight against me.
"Shit, means she'll be all over the place soon," I chuckled.
"Soon I won't be able to keep up with her. It's already hard ta bend over," Sugar admitted.
"If ya's havin' trouble, make sure Tiger's wit' ya or Mouse, ta help ya out if we ain't near."
"Ya mean, more often than not?" She snipped. I glanced over at baby brother, raising my eyebrows.
"Ya want one o' us ta stay home wit' ya?" He asked.
She pulled away from me and rolled over. "No," she grumbled.
I felt like rolling my eyes. "Ya say no, but ya actin' like yer lyin', suga." I figured I'd call her on her bullshit.
Daryl
I had a feeling Beth was itching for a fight the minute we left her daddy's cell. All of her answers were short and she wasn't all that pleased to see me and Merle. I was right. Merle called her on her shit when she outright lied about not wanting at least one of us home with her.
I'm still getting used to this dating thing we got going on, but me and her have been friends too damn long to not realize she's fucking pissed. Fuck, she even rolled over and faced away from Merle.
"Jus' keep on doin' whatever it is y'all are doin',"
"Beth-," She cut me off.
"It ain't worth arguin' about. Ya both know how I feel when y'all are out there. I'm tired of arguin'."
Me and Merle shared a look. All I could do was shrug. I knew one of us would be staying home with her from now on, regardless of what she says. She hates us leaving, and we hate making her worry. If she's having as much trouble as she's hinting at with picking up Ass Kicker, neither one of us is going to want her lifting the baby up without help.

I woke up to Daryl sitting up in our bed and playing with my hair. "Good morning," I whispered, feeling shy.
"Mornin', Darlin'," His voice is still full of sleepiness.
I wiggled around until I was comfortable again and took Daryl's hand in mine. I smiled up at him as he squeezed my hand.
"Where's Merle?"
"Got watch,"
"Oh,"
"'S jus' ya an' me fer a few hours,"
"That's good. I missed you,"
Daryl leaned down and kissed me so sweetly. The kiss spoke volumes. "Missed ya too, baby,"
With my hand that isn't holding his, I reach up and thread my fingers into his hair. I gently tugged on ti, bringing his lips back to mine. I sighed into the kiss before deepening it. For hours we laid with each other, exploring the other's body and taking our time as we made love. Every kiss and every touch brought new sensations to my body; a feeling so different than before my pregnancy. New and so damn amazing. When I came it was with Daryl's name on my lips and the world exploding around me.
Merle
I finished my time on watch without any big problems. I had to go to the fence a few times and take out a few walkers building up, but that was it. I nodded to Michonne and left.
I didn't notice Sugar or Daryl leave our tower yet, so I headed up to our place, hoping for a couple hours of sleep. It only took me a moment to notice Sugar sound asleep in our bed, blankets barely covering her tits, or Daryl laying next to her.
I've known they fuck- probably just as much as she and I do- but we've kept our sex lives as separate as possible until this morning. Me and Daryl locked eyes, and I gave him a short nod. I expected to be pissed the day I walked into something like this. I'm not, though, not really. Anger stirred but I stomped on it. There isn't any use for it. I knew it was happening and had okayed it. I got no right to be anything but accepting.
I turned away, giving baby brother a chance to get dressed while I took off my arm blade.
"Sorry, brotha. Didn't wanna wake her up, jus' ta get dressed," He whispered as he headed towards the door.
"I wouldn't neither, baby brotha. Girl needs ta rest more." I kicked off my boots, "Imma catch some shut eye. 'M fuckin' tired,"
