Hi y'all. Here is another chapter for you. I really appreciate the reviews I received for last chapter. This chapter is shorter than what I would have liked it to be, but I think it will start to set up what I have planned in the upcoming chapters nicely. Enjoy Chapter 101!

It was three days after my prime time address. I try not to pay attention to polling, I just wanted to focus on being President, being a caretaker for the country. I didn't care for internal polling, because I always thought internal polling was just a bunch of yes people telling you what you wanted to hear. The polling data from internal sources weren't accurate. I didn't want to look at the news networks for polling numbers. In the interview tonight, I am sure that James would give me the numbers and want my reaction to them, and I was perfectly fine with that. I wanted to be completely authentic.

"What color are you going to wear? You like it when we color coordinate, don't you?" Liv says as she is looking through the closet for a dress to wear. "I do like it when we color coordinate. I don't know what I'm going to wear yet. Whatever you end up wearing, I probably have a tie in that color, Livvie."

"You are no help at all," Livvie pouted. I tried to hide a smile. I love her so much. She is just so adorable. I began to wonder if the twins would have the same cute pout as Livvie does. "Do you have a favorite color that you like to see me in?"

I make my way to the closet and take out a goldenrod empire waisted dress. "How about this? You look beautiful in this color."

"This makes me look like an Egyptian queen," I told Fitz as the dress lay across the bed. The dress was goldenrod, but it had three shades of golden yellow. The beading along the neckline and the waist of the dress was very intricate. Fitz is behind me, wrapping his arm around me. He kissed me on the side of my neck. "That is the idea, Sweet Baby."

Within the next couple of hours, there was a flurry of activity to get ready for the exclusive interview. The interview was going to take place in the Mural Room. Fitz and I sat next to each other on the couch. I was nervous even though I had no reason to be. I pretended to smooth invisible wrinkles from my dress. Fitz seemed to notice my nervous movements; he immediately took my hand and kissed it.

"Thirty seconds," the cameraman signaled to James. The countdown accompanied the cameraman's hand motions. James sat about three feet across from us.

The cameraman signaled and the camera went live almost instantly. "Thank you for tuning into BNC. My name is James Novak and I am with President Grant and his fiancée Olivia Scott," I said looking toward them. I couldn't help but give them a small smile to ease their nerves. Fitz and Olivia are so cute together; they are every bit of what any couple who were in love aspired to be like. "So it is my understanding that this interview was your idea, President Grant. Since it is the two of you, I am sure we won't only be discussing your impromptu address to the American public, correct?" I asked trying to ease Fitz into answering questions. "Yes, James. That would be correct. This interview isn't just going to be about discussing my address in great detail. Olivia and I hope to share some personal things during the course of this interview as well," Fitz answers me, as he continued to hold Olivia's hand gently. "Excellent, so let's just dive in with the questions shall we?" I say with a smile.

What did you think of this chapter? The exclusive interview will officially get underway in the next chapter. The next chapter will be significantly longer. Until next time...Taylor
