The police in the borough of Canley, have had some major restructuring. The CID at Barton Street Station has been merged with Sunhill CID. DI Neil Manson has been promoted to DCI and is now personally leading CID because of the sheer size of the department whilst also having supervisory duties of CSU (Community Safety Unit) which has been merged with their Barton Street counterparts. DI Samantha Nixon has returned to Sunhill to lead CSU.
