Chapter 5: The aftermath of the blackout

Looks like I finally have 30 reviews and such. So here I am, I deeply apologize for such a late update. I just have no idea what to do with the next chapter even with the past ideas in my head all I had was an idea for KnB, Natsume Fullbuster and a Eucliffe sibling. Fullbuster and Eucliffe OC's are mine.

Please take note that I am aware of the grammatical errors that I have made. This story is UNDERR CONSTRUCTION but still ongoing.

Fairy Tail is so not mine. Like seriously, I envy the one who created it. The OC's are to their creators too also.

So lets go on with the story shall we?

LUCY -OCTOBER 31 2XXX

It's been a few days since the sudden faint or blackout of Natsu,Me, Ana and Sakura. It was unclear on why in the world would that happen to us but I also found out it became some sort of epidemic on every player left in this death game.

Ana and Sakura had to party with us for a little while due to the fact that Sakura got so pissed after what happened. And for some reason Natsu was shivering and he was mumbling "She's Erza's mom!"

Erza?

Anyways, we were in Midorin Town, it was quite spacious and free or in short , for me, it was peaceful.

"Mohh, Sakura-nee, it obvious that everyone experienced it, why are you so bent in finding out why?" Ana quietly said.

"Cha! You know, I can't sit still after that happened to me! I just have a feeling in my gut that the pissy creator did all of this!" Sakura shouted, all angry.

I just stayed quiet, having no intention of butting in with their fight.

I looked at Natsu and he was still shivering in fear.

I sighed.

Poor Natsu.

Flashback

I know that hours passed before I woke up. After that I felt the sun shining on my face I immediately got up. Still alert with what happened, I looked around. The other three were already waking up.

So I planned everything smoothly, the things that will happen after this. But NO. SAKURA messed it up! How?

Well you see, Sakura immediately stood up, she was boiling with anger.

"CHA! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED, WHY DID WE FAINT?" then she faced natsu, " ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?!" Sakura roared. Natsu could barely speak, he was shivering in fear and he let out a lot of sweat. But before Natsu could answer Sakura beat the crap out of Natsu.

I could only watch, but after a few minutes I heard someone sigh beside me and only to find that it was Ana.

"Lucy-nee, no one could stop Sakura-nee now. If she's pissed like this, she'll want to find answers. But at the first moments, she beats someone up if she doesn't get her answer right away." Ana said with a quiet sing-song voice.

"Oh…" I mumbled.

"I do suggest though that you get a lot of potions for Natsu-nii. Even if beating someone up will only take a little HP in this world, Sakura-nee takes an hour and by that time Natsu-nii's HP will have been decreased by half of its amount." She continued.

"You know a lot." I told her in surprise.

"Before even trying to level up, I found a library in the starter town. Its very useful." Ana said.

"sure." I answered as I was preparing the red liquid in the vial potions for Natsu.

Flashback end

"We're not getting anything out of this Sakura. Only the creator might know why." I finally told her.

"But still, the NPC's might know…" She said with a little hope but a hit if anger.

"NPC's are programmed to this game, there is a 0% chance that they may know." I answered back.

"But—"

As she was about to counter me, some sort of ding came from our menus, the icon with a mail image in it appeared.

"should we open it?" Natsu asked.

"Duh, pinky. It's mail we are supposed to open it." Sakura said.

Natsu then got annoyed.

"First of all, My hair is salmon colored not PINK and second of all it might not be important! Some kind of reward or something." Natsu growled.

Sakura took time to process what Natsu just said, she just shrugged it off and said "your hair is still pink."

"WHY YOU! " Natsu shouted annoyed, ready to tackle her but I stopped him.

"but lusheee, she's bullying meeee." Natsu pouted and I have no idea why I found it cute.

Oh my! LUCY concentrate.

"but she's still in our party and also decided to help us with food, so at least show some respect, Natsu." I scolded him.

Natsu pouted once again and mumbled a "fine."

CHILIS TAVERN

MIDORIN TOWN

AFTERNOON 1:00

OCTOBER 31, 2XXX

To all players,

I sincerely apologize for the sudden black-out of your avatar.

It took hours to restore back everything. Why you ask? I have just gotten news that the authorities, have gotten a hold of every player playing even the ones eliminated and are trying their best to bring each individual back.

Your bodies in the real world have been transferred to a safe facility near your house or district. But due to the power of the Nerve Gear it is impossible to bring you back. I am the rule of this game.

Everything that I have mentioned in the tutorial are true and until you finish your main job you will not be allowed to leave or logout of this game.

That is all.

After reading that letter I was filled with rage, I didn't show it neither did Ana but Sakura and Natsu did.

"this is a pile of crap. A load of freaking bullshit." Sakura said quietly.

"I know." I answered.

"We have no other choice, we just have to get stronger." Natsu said.

"Natsu-nii is right." Ana quietly chided.

"So I guess this is where we part ways. Goodbye Natsu and Lucy. We hope to meet you soon."Sakura said as she stood up the same time as Ana.

"Goodbye Natsu-nii, Lucy-nee. Please don't die on us. We wish to see you soon." Ana said formally and after that we added them to our friends list and they left.

"Will we really ever see them again?" I asked sadly.

"Of course, we'll see them. We just have to believe in them. They are our nakama after all." Natsu said as he put his hand on the top of my head."

"right." I said, comforted by his words.

"Luce, you do know we also need to part ways right?" He suddenly said as our orders came in. Of course for natsu, one of everything.

"What do you mean?" I asked with shock and a hint of fear and I think natsu noticed it.

It's just that I was so used to natsu being with me….

"I know for the fact that you have to find someone and I also have to find someone too." Natsu said.

I chuckled sadly, when did he get so smart?

But anyways, I was just so sad that I had to part ways with Natsu. I didn't even know what to say.

"Are you okay with this Luce?" Natsu asked.

I was silent for a long time. I was so happy and still am, that I met Natsu he became my closest friend but maybe to best friend also.

I made up my mind and answered the one word Natsu may or may not have expected to hear.

"Yes."

EPILOGUE FOR TUTORIAL ARC

Once we parted ways I immediately received mail.

I was surprised by its sudden appearance.

So once I opened it, I burst into tears.

Luce,

I'm sorry that I decided to part ways with you but I really have to find my friends, if you ever run into them... befriend them they are really kind! :))

I'll give you some people well 2 since she's a monster and he's a stripper.

and if you run into Lisanna befriend her too! she's my childhood friend!

but if I ever run into them first, Lucy, I'll tell them about you! I'll them how awesome, kind and weird you are. HAHA. So Luce, dont cry about me leaving you alright? because after I find those 3, I will be, surely, looking for you. No matter where you are, I will find you because you are my partner and best friend! We formed a team right? Team Natsu, even if we are not in a guild... but anyways Lui-err Luce take care.

DONT YOU DARE DIE. MAKE SURE THAT I WILL DEFINITELY MEET YOU STRONG AND HEALTHY.

I could not help but burst into tears and smile. and I couldn't believe it, he knows Gray!

I have another story call the devotion of the rain, a katekyo hitman reborn, yamamoto takeshi fanfic. I just integrated the first chapter with the one I accidentally wrote in school so yeah, please pm me if I should make it into a one shot or a story.
