Ringabel smiled holding Tiz's hand while walking down the hallway getting ready to go to bed. The two boys just came back from their date and Ringabel wanted to make sure Tiz's smile wouldn't fade away. He loved that smile. Ringabel loved Tiz's laugh, giggle, voice, scent, height, and everything else about him. Ringabel stopped and patted Tiz's head. Tiz smiled and wrapped his arms around him. Ringabel picked him up bridal style and kissed his lips.

"Tiz, did you know you can scare anyone?" Ringabel said while putting Tiz down gently and kneeling down to his height. Tiz still had his arms wrapped around him. "He's so cute being short!" Ringabel smiled.

"I can!?" Tiz squeaked in shocked.

"You sure can!" Ringabel cheered ruffling his hair. Ringabel turned and saw Jackal walking towards them. "Watch. Go scare Jackal. You will scare him instantly! I'll hide!" Ringabel whispered and hid behind a corner leaving Tiz alone. Ringabel pulled out an apple and a dagger from his bag waiting for the time to be right. Ringabel smirked.

Tiz nervously looked around seeing no one other than Jackal coming. Could he really scare anyone as Ringabel said? Tiz trembled once he didn't see Ringabel. Where did Ringabel go? Tiz felt shivers go down his spine. He needed Ringabel for his own protection because people thought of him as an easy target to ravish when he was alone. Ringabel was always there protecting him but he didn't love Ringabel for protection. He loved him for who he was; always treating Tiz right. Tiz swallowed and got the courage to stand up for himself for once.

"Hey Tiz!" Jackal waved smiling.

"Roar!" Tiz shouted but Jackal just laughed.

"That was cute! Do it again!" Jackal giggled.

Tiz looked down and looked back up next time he had a scowl on his face. "Roar!"

"Hahaha! You're so cute Tiz!" Jackal patted Tiz's head.

"ROAR!" Tiz shouted aggressively.

"Haha…uhh…" Jackal's eyes widened as he saw Ringabel behind Tiz pointing his dagger at him with a death glare. Ringabel pointed at the apple meaning the apple was Jackal and stabbed his dagger through the apple meaning Ringabel will stab him if he harms Tiz. Jackal screamed like a girl and made a mad dash out of the hotel. Tiz gasped and jumped up in the air cheering. Ringabel hid behind the corner before Tiz could see him.

"I did it! I did it!" Tiz cheered happily.

Ringabel came out of corner and smiled at Tiz. He had his apple and dagger in the bag. "What happened Tiz?"

"Did you see what happened? I scared Jackal! He ran off screaming like a little girl!" Tiz cheered hugging Ringabel. Ringabel tried not to laugh at Tiz's cute reaction. He wrapped his arms around him. "You were right! I can scare anyone!" Tiz giggled.

Ringabel ruffled his hair and picked him up to kiss his cheek. "Good boy."
