Last time, the meeting between the three factions has just began where Angel, Devil, and Grigori factions began talking about the incident that Kokabiel acted. With the incident of Kokabiel, several issues came into light, such as Mai being the hybrid child of a Devil and Fallen Angel. The biggest surprise was the fact that Naruto was actually a Seraph Class-Ultimate Angel with 12 wings, which makes the number of Angels/Fallen Angels to have that many numbers up to 3. With things progressing, Azazel brought up the Peace Treaty that the other two factions wanted to present as well. Unfortunately, the meeting had been interrupted when time has been stopped and the appearance of a loud destructive explosion.

Meeting Room

As the conversation about the incident, only the V.I.P.s and other individuals that are able to escape the time stopping ability of Rias' Gremory mutated bishop, Gasper Valper.

Before they could question on what's going on, an explosion accord outside the meeting room. Everyone turned to the windows outside to see a large gateway portal being formed over the Academy. Emerging from the portal, large numbers of people wearing old robes of such were descending down.

"Who are those guys?" Issei asked

"Those are magicians." Kiba answered

"Magicians?" Issei said in confusion

It was then that the magicians began to attack the Academy building using their magic. But before their attacks could hit, several circular barrier ruins appeared in front of the building where it blocked most of their attacks.

"Hey, I'm the magical girl here!" Serafall said out of annoyance from seeing the magicians appearing before her.

"What could have caused time to stop, then?" Michael wondered out loud

Azazel filled it in where he explained that Rias's bishop, Gasper Valper, may have been taken as a hostage where they forced sacred gear ability into a Balance Breaker state. Sirzechs can also agree with the theory since he stated that only a few, handful, of people could manipulate time.

As the terrorists continue their assault, they witness that the guards for the meeting have been teleported away using force teleportation spells.

"Conversely, they have disabled out transport magic circles." Grayfia informing the leaders.

"They got us good." Azazel admitted since not only was their timing perfect in trapping the several leaders in the Academy but also using Gasper as their weapon against them as well. But with it, the possibility of a traitor being among them came up since the enemy would have had information about Gasper's abilities beforehand.

Sirzechs' concerned about not only his family and friend's well-being but also the other factions leaders since Gasper's abilities are extraordinary strong. He even admitted that Gasper's Forbidden Balor View can even freeze them from retaliating where they be easy pickings for the people who wanted to kill them.

Hearing Lucifer's concerns, Issei couldn't believe that Gasper was that strong. Both Rias and Kiba explained that Gasper was a mutated bishop piece where she explained how powerful Gasper is, as well as what the mutation piece was. It was also because of Gasper's potential that he was sealed up until lately.

"Anyway, we've got to do something about that half-vampire. It's too risky to fight back with his powers on the loose." Azazel stated before he looked back at Naruto. "That is if we didn't have a secret weapon to handle a situation like this." Finishing what he said with a grin.

This caused everyone to look at the Governor General of the Grigori where they heard a stump on the circular table. They all turned to see Naruto was standing on the table before he made it the center where he sat down, cross legged. Once he was comfortable, Naruto held his hand out with his palms facing the roof where he summoned his sacred gear, Chakram, being levitated above his hands a bit where it started to spin around quickly without moving around.

"So, Naruto… how long will it take you?" Azazel asked

"If I'm not disturbed, a couple of minutes. But once it happens, we'll only have a window of the same amount of minutes or so before it reactivates again. That's as much time I'll be able to get in this situation." Naruto answered as he focused on his Sacred Gear.

Everyone was confused on what Naruto was planning on doing but Azazel spoke up and said to just wait until Naruto was ready to perform something very unique.

As Naruto was doing this, Rias told her brother that she was going to go save Gasper from the magicians. Sirzechs was worried since Rias can't teleport to the old school building.

"I left an unused Rook in the old building." Rias stated

"A Rook? You're going to castle?" Sirzechs questioned where Kiba explained on what it was to Issei who didn't know what it meant.

Sirzechs looked unpleased, "We can't send you alone, though." Said out of concern but it didn't deter Rias determination to rescue her family member/bishop.

"If we could borrow Sirzechs-sama's power, we would be able to send one more person with you." Grayfia suggested

Issei volunteered to be the one to go with Rias since he wanted to make sure that Rias was safe but also help save Gasper. Srizechs agreed where Grayfia prepared on performing the necessary teleportation.

At the meantime, Vali suggest on killing both the terrorist and Gasper would be a simpler means on dealing with the situation where he volunteered on doing it himself.

"Teme?" Issei said

"Oi! Are you trying to cause more problems for us? We came here to do a peace treaty you know…" Mai said with a concern look on her face.

"She's right, you should really read the mood here, Vali." Azazel added to Mai remark

"I just can't stand doing nothing." Vali simply answered

"Then why not go screw up our friends outside? They ought to panic a little when they see the Hakuryuukou." Azazel happily suggested

"All right." Vali agreed where he stood up from the wall and unleashed his White dragon wings

(Highschool DxD NEW OST: Saikyou no Sonzai)

Flying out of the meeting room, Vali moved with incredible speed where he sped through and pass several magicians. Once reaching a proper height, he stopped and turned back to see his opponents. Performing a small transformation move, he yelled out, "Balance… Break…"

"Vanishing Dragon… Balance… Breaker…" yelled out Albion within the Divine Dividing.

It was then that Vali's complete Balance Breaker, the Vanishing Dragon Scale Mail. A white dragon armor that covers his body and further increases the power and ability of the user.

Being covered in armor, Vali waited patiently as he crossed his arms on his chest. As Vali waited, the magicians fired beams of magical blasts at him where he had a barrier surround his entire body to stop the attacks. Being unimpressed by the attack, Vali gathered power into his right hand where he unleashed a 360 degree white lightning blast wave to disintegrate the magicians that attacked him.

Seeing Vali transformed so easily, Issei couldn't help but comment about how amazed on how easily he went into his Balance Breaker form or how powerful he was to control it compared to himself.

"However, his strength reeks of trouble." Xenovia added to Issei's comment which Kiba agreed

Getting his head back in the game, Issei turned back to Rias, "Buchou, let's bring Gasper back in one piece!" which Rias agreed

Before they went, Azazel got Issei's attention for something. Once he was done, both Rias and Issei teleported to the Old School Building where Gasper and Koneko were being held as hostages.

O.R.C room

Once in the clubroom, both Rias and Issei began their search for their two friends. Seeing that they weren't in the clubroom, they quickly left the room in searching the old school building. As they were about to search, Issei looked at in his right to see that he has two of the special bracelets that Naruto once gave him in his fight against Riser.

Flashback

Before teleporting into the Old School Building, Azazel gave Issei these bracelets which he recognized right away.

"I'm pretty sure you already know what these are, right?" Azazel said which Issei nodded in understanding since it was with this bracelet that Issei can go into his Balance Breaker.

"Good… now, like the last time use it as a last resort." Azazel plainly said

"I know that already." Issei replied

"Alright then. Once my godson over here does his special trick, the half-vampire's powers will be taken care of for the moment. In that time, give the other bracelet to him so it is kept that way. Heed my words, you've gotten lucky ever time so far, but you're just above as strong as a regular human. If you can't control you power, you'll die…"

As Issei remembered on what Azazel said, he remembered these words.

"You're your Sacred Gear's own weakness." Which he already knew it from the beginning, after which he placed one of the bracelet's on his left arm so to be ready to activate it.

Meeting Room

Holding onto Rias' rook piece, Sirzechs spoke out the game plan where once Rias and Issei rescued Gasper, they'll make their counterattack. It was at this moment that Naruto stood up from his sitting position where his chakram was rotating with incredible speed.

The thing that got everyone's attention was that inside the chakram was a fissure of energy colliding and unisonant together. He walked towards the window where he had a somewhat clear view of the Old School building where he then held his weapon like he was about to use to fire a cannon.

Seeing this, Serafall told him to stop since she, along with the others, thought he was going to blast the building. But Azazel spoke up again.

"Don't worry about... if this was a regular blast then you should be but this is a very special kind of blast." Where everyone wondered on what he meant.

Aiming it very carefully, Naruto held firm, "Alright, I'm ready… I just need someone to open the window for me." He said where Mai came up and broke the window in front of him with her elbow.

"That's good?" Mai asked

"Perfect." Naruto responded

He was about to fire, when Grayfia got everyone's attention as there was a teleportation circle appearing.

"This magic circle… is it…" Sirzechs said before he was greeted by the woman.

The woman was a tall bespectacled woman with a voluptuous figure. She has tan skin with long brown hair tied into a bun with headset and blue-grey eyes. She was wearing a dress that was extremely low-cut and had a high slit on which exposed a large portion of her breasts. In her hands, she held a sorcerers staff.

"Wh-what are you doing here?!" Serafall question in disbelief

"The descendant of the previous Leviathan, Katerea Leviathan?!" Sirzechs identified

"Chaos and ruin to the world…" Katerea said as she raised her staff into the air before unleashing a powerful attack on everyone in the room.

Rias and Issei were still wondering around the Old school building when they heard the loud explosion that was near the new school building. Both of them went to the closest window to see that it came from the meeting room.

As the smoke cleared and the explosion subsided, Azazel, Sirzechs, and Michael had erected a barrier shield around, not just them, but everyone in the room to keep them safe.

The magicians that continued with their attack seized their movements to see if Katerea was able to kill any of the leaders only to see that they came out unscathed.

"The leaders of the three factions putting up a protective barrier together? How pitiful!" Katerea stated as she found the sight hysterical.

"Oi, Naruto… were you able to use it?" Azazel asked his godson

"No, the attack was so sudden that I wasn't able to fire the blast. I can't use it now since where in this predicament." Naruto answered back where Azazel couldn't blame him since Naruto's Sacred Gear's power is a tricky one to use.

As the two converse with each other, Sirzechs question Katerea on what she was doing here and why she was attacking them.

Katerea passively answered, "To do exactly what this conference sough not to do. If God and the Satans are gone, this world will be ready for revolution."

She then explained one of the reason she was doing this was because the current Satans, who stole not only her, but the other descendants of the original Satans title away from them.

"Don't worry too much. I'll kill you right here, right now, and take back the title of Satan Leviathan that you stole from me Serafall." Katerea informed them

"Good heavens, I thought this was a big coup by the Devils…" Azazel suggested but figured out the truth on why this attack was happening.

"But you are after the whole world, aren't you?" Michael also figured out

Katerea agreed with their conclusion since with the death of God and the original Satans, it left the door open for her and the other descendant of the Satans, to take control. Azazel laughed at her declaration which she wondered on why he was mocking her.

"Rotting? Revolution? Like I've never heard that before. Those who says those word always die first." Azazel said

"How dare you mock me, Azazel…?" Katerea retort as she powered up her demonic powers.

Azazel was about to move forward when he heard Naruto say, "How about you stay down on this one old man. Let someone who is still young enough to fight take her on. Old vets like you should just take it easy." Naruto humorously said to his godfather

"Hey, don't make it me sound like an old guy. I can still take you on and still give a lesson or two." Azazel said with a smirk

"Whatever… but I think it's best to at least give a fair chance to actually win this battle, don't you agree?" Naruto mockery said which Azazel agreed

Katerea just looked furious on how Naruto was looking at her like she was no threat at all. Naruto unleashed his 6 set of wings while slowly releasing his powers. Both Naruto and Katerea flew up high while the leaders put back their barrier to keep the battle from harming those who are still frozen in time.

"Katerea, do you have no intention of backing down?" Sirzechs question

"No, Sirzechs. You were a very good Satan, but I'm sorry to say you were not the best!" Katerea stated

"I see… that's too bad…" Sirzechs said as he was saying goodbye to her.

Once the two were high enough, Naruto simply gazed at the woman in front of him.

"The descendant of the Levianthan… and a beast of the apocalypse… this is going to be an interesting match for me. Please show me what Armageddon looks like…" Naruto asked kindly

"You puny amateur Seraph." Katerea stated where they both drastically unleashed their powers out where anyone that didn't have a barrier was turned into dust.

Issei and Rias continued their search where they both sense the large power outburst. Looking out at the window, they both saw Naruto and a woman that Issei didn't know fighting each other. Issei's curiosity about the woman was answered as Rias explained to him on who she was. Rias explained to Issei about Katerea and how she along with any of the descendant of the Original Satans were banished to the farthest reaches of the Underworld.

"Also, seeing that Naruto-san is fighting against Katerea… his technique, whatever it is won't be unleash since he has his hands full. Looks like we'll have to change our plans on rescuing Koneko-chan and Gasper." Rias said which Issei agreed

Getting an understanding with each other, the two continued on in their search and rescue of Gasper and Koneko. Finding the room that held the two, they both made a sneak attack where it caught the magicians that held the two as hostages by surprise. While the two handled on rescuing Koneko and Gasper, Naruto continued his fight with Katerea.

As the two continued to fight, Grayfia was busy on analyzing the gate that the enemy was using, but needed time since the barrier that the three leaders were holding was starting to collapse.

Walking forward, Kiba, Xenovia, and Mai agreed to go out and by time by fighting off the magicians as best they can. The angel that was with Michael during the meeting agreed to provide support for them to ensure that they don't get injured. Agreeing with them, Kiba, Xenovia and Mai went out of the barrier where they started to fight.

While the fight on the ground continued on, Naruto had his hands busy with Katerea who was giving him a real workout. Their fighting stopped for the moment when Katerea summoned a jar in her hand.

"Are you prepared to die, boy? Katerea asked mockingly where she unsealed the jar where several black energy snakes wrapped her entire body. The serpents than fused together with her, increasing her powers up a level.

Naruto looked intrigued when Katerea fired a powerful blast of darkness at him. Katerea's face looked pleased as she thought she got him but turned into surprise when she heard someone from behind her.

"You just got me curious right now." Said Naruto, who looked completely unharmed

Katerea thrust a back fist punch where Naruto caught it in his hand. "Where did you get this power? This isn't something any regular descendant of a Satan could pull off. Who gave it to you?" He continued to speak

"I don't answer you since you're going to die little boy!" Katerea stated where their auras clashed again.

As the two continued to fight, everyone heard a dragon shot. Naruto took a quick glanced down to see that Issei and Rias had succeed in rescuing Gasper and Koneko.

Rias secure Gasper by having Sirzechs watch over him while she, Issei, and Koneko assist the others in getting rid of the magicians. As everyone continued to fight for their lives, Gasper looked at how everyone suffering since it was his powers that caused this much trouble. Gaining strength within, he used the bracelet's power that Issei placed on him to cancel out the effects of his Sacred Gear.

With Gasper unleashing his powers, he cancelled out the effects of his time freeze along with closing the large gate over the school. Seeing that the gate is closed and effects of the time freeze gone, Akeno and everyone else who was frozen regain consciousness.

Now, with even more alias their counterattack truly began as Akeno, Sona, and Tsubaki jumped into help where they combined their powers to destroy the remaining magicians.

As the ground team finished up their business, Naruto decided to finish up his battle.

"Alright now, I'm think it's time I end this little battle now." Naruto stated where he resummons his Sacred Gear, chakram.

Katerea watched as he turned his chakram into a diamond bladed sword with the handle being in the middle of the blade. Naruto held it behind him as he floated casually in front of her.

"Alright now, come on and bring it. I don't have all day you know." Naruto mockingly gestured at her, telling her that she wasn't a threat at all.

"Damn you!" Katerea yelled angrily as she moved towards the spiky hair blonde who stayed still.

She sped up and made it half way when an instant, she screamed in pain and disbelief when a large slash appeared in front of her body, slicing off the top of her clothes revealing her breasts and undoing her hair bun.

Katerea glimpse behind her to see that Naruto was now behind her which she couldn't believe since he was in front just an instant ago, not moving where he was now in slash position with his sword in front of him.

She didn't understand how it happened but she didn't care about it right now. She immediately rotated her body where she stretched her arms to unbelievable length where she caught his left arm.

"I'm not necessarily needed for the creation of our new world. If I can take out any one of the great powers, including any of their heirs, I welcome death… I'll destroy myself for glory!" Katerea stated crazily where she activated a self-destruct spell to finish both her and Naruto.

"Kamikaze huh… too bad for you, you're going alone." Naruto remarked where he held his weapon at his captured arm. His weapon them emitted an energy on it where Naruto said, "Reverse…" where the grip of Katerea's hands let go of his arm, shocking her in disbelief, "…Repel…" forcing Katerea's hand to being sent back at her.

"I don't want to mock your hopes and dreams but your still die." Naruto stated where he slash his weapon sending an energy slice beam directly at Katerea, slicing her in half as she screamed her voice out one final time before being disappearing into particles of dust.

"To bad for you since it would have work where I would have given up my arm if it wasn't for my Sacred Gear, huh." Naruto simple said to himself

With Katerea taken care of, the rest of the ground team continued to finish off the last of the terrorists.

"Looks like it's over now." Naruto thought out loud where he quickly glance back as an energy blast struck him from behind.

The blast continued on where it hit the ground, near where Issei was standing. The brunette was confused as he looked at the crater that was just created in front of him. Before anything could be said, everyone heard from behind Sirzechs.

"That was close. If I still didn't left my mark on you from our little spar a few years ago, that would have hit me. Thanks for acting as my anchor Sirzechs."

Everyone turned to see Naruto was now behind Sirzechs as they heard on what he said. They were amazed since Naruto was up in the air and was now behind Sirzechs, who he himself was just as surprised.

Before he was questioned, Naruto looked up at the sky, "Now that was a low move, don't you agree brother?" where everyone turned his attention to Vali.

"Well, knowing you, I figured you would escape that. I just had to try and see if the rumors about your speed was true, brother." He answered back

It was then that everyone now knew that Vali was the traitor that caused this whole meeting to turn sour as he joined up with the terrorists. Naruto and Azazel took to the skies where they confront Vali.

"Hey Vali… I want to ask you something." Azazel went up first, getting his attention.

"You know my Vice-Governor General, Shemhaza. He recently informed me about a rebellious group that is being formed from dangerous element in each of the three great factions. If I recall, correctly, they're call the Khaos Brigade." Azazel said

"Khaos Brigade?" Naruto curiously muttered to himself

"Khaos Brigade seems accurate." Sirzechs implied where Serafall wondered on who would lead such a group since if Katerea was in it, it must be powerful.

Everyone heard this as they to wonder on what this group is. Azazel continued on with his explanation.

"And their leader has to be someone powerful. If I had to guess, it would be Ophis, the Uroboros Dragon." He finished

Hearing Ophis name, many were very concerned about it. Issei has no idea who Ophis was where Rias said to him that Ophis is the Infinite Dragon God, a dragon so powerful that God, himself, was afraid of.

Vali agreed with Azazel's assumptions but said that unlike Katerea and other members, he and Ophis has no interest in world domination or anything like that.

"Well, that makes more sense. At first I thought it would be beneath you to join up with Katerea since you both had Devil Titles stolen from you." Azazel stated

"He's a Devil King's descendant too." Serafall repeated where everyone was curious/worried on what Azazel meant.

"Azazel… you should know by now that Vali cares little about the Satan Titles, especially if it had to do with anything with his family." Naruto remarked which stated that he also knows whose Vali ancestor was.

"My name is Vali Lucifer." Vali said out loud

"What?!" Sirzechs said which everyone couldn't believe on what they were hearing.

"I am the direct descendant of one of the dead Devil Kings. My mother was a human so I'm a half-blood. My father is the grandson of the former Great Satan Lucifer." Vali stated again which everyone was shocked to hear.

As everyone took in the information, Azazel continued to speak to Vali. Informing everyone that he doesn't only have the blood of a Satan flowing through his veins, but being born as half-human, he also became the wielder to the Vanishing Dragon because of his human side.

"So basically speaking… your very existence is a joke." Azazel simply stated

"I would say 'Miracle' fits me a lot better. But to each their own I would say." Vali responded as he spread out his 4 sets of devil wings for all to see. Seeing Vali like this was something no could ever suspect it.

"I get the feeling that he going to be the strongest of all of the White Dragon Emperor to ever live, past, present and future." Azazel commented

Hearing Azazel's comment, Issei couldn't believe it that Vali was his opponent of destiny. Before he could even think about it, Vali got Issei's attention as he started to explain on what Issei existence is compared to him who was both a descendant of a Satan and wielder of the Vanishing Dragon. How he wasn't anyone special if he didn't have the Boosted Gear, how he wasn't even a good high school student, how he is just an average person who so little abilities that it was funny to him.

"So what about it?" Issei responded

"I think you should try harder. Perhaps become an avenger like my brother had once become himself." Vali stated

"An avenger?" Issei he quietly repeated

"That's enough Vali... you shouldn't force him to do anything since unlike us, who has been training for years. He is still new to all this." Naruto remark

"That's true… but of course what I said about you is true. After all, you gained the power to rival or surpass Azazel because of one little girl, right? Or… was it because you were afraid of your power that you trained so hard… after all, if I remembered correctly, wasn't it because of the anger of losing one little girl that you lost control of yourself and ended up killing your own mother." Vali stated without any hesitation

Naruto didn't fidgeted at Vali's voice while those below could only hear in shock and surprise at what happened to Naruto's own mother. But none of them was more shock or sadden at the fact of Naruto's mother than Akeno, who view Kushina as her second mother.

Azazel gently landed on the ground since this conversation was between the two boys who were once as close as brothers. As the two boys glared at each other, Akeno went up to Azazel and asked on what happened years ago.

Seeing this, he guessed Akeno and other who cared or our Naruto's friends would questioned it where he quietly explained to them very quickly. He started off by explaining that after a month of the accident, Kushina had found out about it where she quickly went to find Akeno, where she hoped she was in the Himejima family, immediately to take her in and to raise her herself like she was doing with Naruto. Naruto was kept in the dark where Azazel watched over him but knew that something was wrong. A moment of lack of attention, Naruto escaped and flew directly to Akeno's old home before going to the Himejima family shrine.

He doesn't know the details of what happened since Naruto didn't tell him, but he must over heard something, something that involved in probably enraging him. It was during this enragement that a dark power over came him. In the end, he arrived to come to a sight that would forever be burned into his mind. Several bodies of the Himejima family were around, slashed and decapitated while Naruto had his hand sticking through his mother's chest as she held him tight in a loving embrace hug. He can see that she was still alive at the time but soon died with a smile saying that Naruto has returned to normal.

It was there that he took him in and soon, after letting him grieve and such, training him in controlling his powers which he did. But during that time, he was forbidden to go out anywhere, including on finding Akeno since he doesn't know if his powers would go berserk again.

Hearing the story, Akeno couldn't believe it. She looked up at her lover, finding out that the feelings he had for her was the main cause that made him loose control of himself and kill his mother. Anyone else, couldn't help but petty or be sadden at the fact that because of a friendship/feeling of love made him lose control and took his mother's life by accident.

Rias remembered on the conversation she had with Naruto, how he protect Akeno by not being around her, now she understood which she can't but be sadden at how two close friends now turned lover where once force to give each away.

Their attention quickly turned back to the two teenage boys as Vali continued on, "Back to the present at hand. If I kill Issei's parents, that should be the motivation for him to increase in power. That would also be more dramatic than living out their boring lives. Yes, let's try it." Vali stated

"How can you he say such a thing." Asia muttered out in tears after not hearing Naruto's story but also what Vali wanted to do to get Issei motivated.

Hearing what Vali was going to do to his parents, Issei's anger increased dramatically where he used the arm band to activate his Boosted Gear's Balance Breaker form, Scale Mail. Once in his armor, he declared he was going to break Vali apart.

Before the two could begin to fight, everyone heard Naruto speak to the boy.

"Vali… what you said maybe true. But an avenger… now that's insulting. I think it's time we settle our little spar we had several years ago." Naruto reminisce

"Oh, do you think you can take me on. I'm am one of the Heavenly Dragons. How are you going to take me on if Azazel can't take on this form?" Vali question

"Let me ask you a question Vali… do you know how the two Heavenly Dragons first started their destined rivalry?" Naruto questioned

"Why should I care about something that happened thousands of years ago?" Vali remarked

"You should, since the one who got the two to fight in the first place was me… the third Heavenly Dragon." Naruto responded

This got everyone confused, even Azazel. Albion and Ddraig, who were sealed into the sacred gears were also conflicted by what Naruto just said.

"There's no third Heavenly Dragon." Ddraig remarked within the Boosted Gear

"There's only the two of us." Albion added to the remark

It was then that the not just the dragons but also Issei and Vali heard a deep, strong voice from out of nowhere.

"I wouldn't be so sure about that… Ddraig… Albion…" where the two Sacred gears began to sense another presents where they looked through their wielders eyes, the gem in Naruto's chakram began to glow.

It was here that Naruto cross his arms in front of his face, holding his chakram in his right hand before it disappeared. What came next was something incredible. On his back, in addition to his 12 black wings, a pair of silver white dragon wings appeared where black flames markings started from the center and spread down to the tips.

"Let's go! Timaeus!" Naruto shouted

"Omni Dragon… Infinite Balance…" said the dragon in Naruto's own Sacred Gear

Naruto's form began to change as the Balance Breaker of his sacred gear turned into the form of the Scale Mail. His Scale Mail was similar to both Albion and Ddraig but the armor was white with highlighted in the chest, shoulder, and waist with dark flame pattern while having yellow gems on certain places in the armor like Ddraig and Albion.

"Another Heavenly Dragon?" Sirzechs surprisingly said

"Even I didn't know that. Today is just been surprising." Azazel remarked as he was surprised

But none where more surprise than Albion and Ddraig where they were not recalling memories from the past.

"Of course… it was you… Timaeus… you are the one that we started fighting each other in order to fight you." Ddraig commented

"Yes… that's right. I remember now." Albion said

"If you dragons can stop talking for a bit, I got someone's ass to kick!" Issei declared as he butted in on their conversation. "Let's go Ddraig!"

Deciding to put the conversation on hold he did was Issei said where he unsheathe Ascalon. Hoping to skewer Vali in the chest, he thrust his sword at Vali. Vali simply dodged it but was quickly punched hard in the face, forcing him back. He looked to see that Naruto attacked him.

"How about we forget about your conversation in hand, Albion." Vali stated

"Agreed. Especially since he has the Dragon Slayer on him. I won't be able to endure much if I get cut from it." Albion explained

"Then, I just won't get cut." Vali remarked

Both Issei and Naruto looked at each other and silently agreed. Immediately, all three Heavenly Dragons began to fight each other with incredible speed and power.

At the sidelines, everyone else could only watched as the three dragon powers continued to fight each other in an impressive display of flashing light and pounding noises.

During the fight Vali was able to directly hit both Issei and Naruto. Using his dividing powers, Vali sap half of Issei's power and absorbed it into his own. It would have been the same with Naruto if Naruto's dragon called out, "Reverse."

Doing that, the effects of Vali's Divide had changed where instead of absorbing Naruto strength is, Vali gave Naruto half of his power, along with some of the power he took from Issei which Vali felt.

"Now that's something I didn't expect him to do." Vali said as he panted at losing some of his strength.

"Well get used to it, since I still got more to give at you." Naruto said

The battle continued on where three continued to fight. It was here that Vali fired two blasts of energy directly at Asia and Gasper. Issei blocked the attack with his own body. Vali took this chance to try and take out Rias but Naruto beat him to it where he shoved him away from everyone.

"Vali!" Naruto cried out in frustration

"Alright brother… unleash more of your strength. Let's have some real fun." Vali excitedly declared as he got his fist ready. Naruto did the same where the two punched each other's fist while also launching an energy attack which pushed them back from each other.

It was here that Issei told Ddraig to transfer power to Ascalon so he can strike Vali with it. Vali saw this and prepared to dodge it but was surprised when Naruto caught him from behind and held him tightly.

Issei punched hard where it broke through, not only Vali's armor but also Naruto's. Issei than began to transfer power into Vali's Sacred Gear where it was going into overdrive, like he did with Riser.

"Receive the power of the Dragon Slayer!" Issei declared as he punched with enough force and power, using the Ascalon dragon slayer, to not only destroy Vali's armor but also break apart some of Naruto's power where the two boys were sent flying back and apart from each other into the ground.

As both regain their holding, Issei dropped down next to Naruto where he apologized on damaging him as well. Naruto said it was alright since it was only his chest plate that was destroyed while he still had the rest of his armor but still had a worried look on his face.

Coughing up some blood before excitedly laughing at the situation he was in.

"Amazing. You actually destroying my Sacred Gear's armor. You really are something, huh. Now that's what I expect from my original rival, huh." Vali declared before his armor was reformed once again without soo much as a scratch.

Naruto saw this where he too did the same thing by reforming his chest plate and making it look good as new where the two stand off against each other while Issei looked surprised at this.

"That can't be." Issei commented

"It would take more than a single big blow to defeat him. It won't end until the other person is unable to fight any longer. This is how dragon's fight." Ddraig stated

It was around this time that the armband on Issei's arm reacted, showing that the time limit was now short. Seeing this, Naruto looked back at Vali as he explained to Issei.

"Alright, I think it's best if you stand back from this point. Only someone who's as strong as him now can match him in terms of power and skill. Your still new at this so you need to back down." Issei looked back at the blonde teenager

"I can't run away. I won't abandon anyone." Issei declared before he looked down to see that he spotted one of Vali's Divine Dividing gems lying next to him.

"Ddraig… a Sacred Gear responds to what I am feeling, right?" Issei asked his dragon as he picked up the blue gem from the ground.

"Yes… but before you do something crazy… tell me are you ready to die?" Ddraig questioned

Issei declared that he wasn't going to die since he still needed to be with Rias. He even declared that he'll fight the entire world to be with her. Ddraig like his determination where he also joined in.

"As the embodiment of power, the Red Dragon Emperor of Heaven, let's survive and overcome this partner. Are you ready Hyoudou Issei!?" Ddraig shouted out

Which he agreed as Issei cried out to both Vali and Albion, "I'm going to take your power!" he declared as he shoved Albion's gem into this right hand, destroying it but started to absorb the power that was in it though.

For several moment, everyone watched in suspense as Issei tried to absorb Albion's power. While Issei did that, Naruto and Vali looked on to see what will be the end result.

"I don't know about you two but I have to give it up for the kid's idiocy." Timeaus stated

"That's true, but completely reckless. We are conflicting powers… it's just plain suicide." Albion declared

"So you already know Albion. But let me explain something important to you, something that learned from becoming this boy's partner. Even a fool can make the impossible possible, especially if they have the will to endure and never give up." Ddraig stated

Issei agreed with Ddraig on being a fool where he would pushed forward as a fool if it meant he can make anything possible. Declaring his resolve, Issei finally absorbed Albion's power into the form of Dividing Gear in his right arm.

Seeing his power completely merged with Issei, Albion couldn't believe it. Seeing this, Vali decided to go out where he took to the air once again.

"Half dimension!" Albion shouted out

The space around them was starting to distort where things were now becoming dangerous. It was at this moment that Naruto face Vali where he was starting to distort. But before it could happened Naruto's dragon shouted out, "Balance!"

Raising his hand against Vali's Naruto was canceling out Vali's power of distorting space with his sacred gear. As the two brothers continued to battle each other for dominance, the other watched in suspense at what was happening.

"What's going on?" Rias asked

"Vali is trying to distort the dimension. Naruto-san seems to be trying to cancel it out with his power. They're now fighting for dominance." Michael declared

"What can we do?" Rias question on what possibilities are left.

"There isn't much we can do. It's up to your pawn now since a third power can always disrupt two. Now let's see how crazy the Red Emperor Dragon really is?" Azazel said as he walked up close to Issei, who watched in suspense as well.

Getting his attention, Azazel explained on what was happening and what Naruto was preventing on doing. He even put in lames terms by saying that if Vali isn't stopped, then Rias Gremory's breasts would be half their original size.

Hearing what Azazel said to him, Issei was frozen in stun at the thought of losing Rias big breasts. It was then that he just went crazy with the boost ability as he yelled at what Vali was doing. He declared that he will crush Vali for trying taking away Rias' breasts from him. His powers began to double multiple times in an instant where Sirzechs created a barrier to keep everyone from being destroyed by the aura.

When it was done, Vali saw Issei tremendous power while Naruto looked at the brunette with surprise. With that, Issei's speed and power increased drastically where he knee Vali in the gut before chasing him. Both Naruto and Issei combined their attacks together where they two punched and kicked Vali at the same time where Vali received double the damage. At one point, Issei head bunt Vali with his, destroying their head armor.

When it was over, Vali stood across Naruto and Issei who looked ready to continue to fight.

"Interesting… This is very interesting…" Vali declared as he eyed his two opponents.

"Alright you two… you think you can handle something stronger. It's the Juggernaut." Vali said to them

"Are you planning on using that power? If so brother, then I'll use the same power to stop you." Naruto declared

Albion was warning Vali on not unleashing the power but he was beginning to use the unsealing chant which Naruto was doing as well. Before they could even finish it, the dome barrier around the school was shattered as someone came jumping down from the sky and landed next to Vali.

The person was a young man with short black hair. He wore an ancient Chinese armor that was used during the Three Kingdoms period.

"Bikou… what are you doing here?" Vali asked

"We're finally going to fight with the northern earth gods. So I was sent to find you and bring you back." Bikou simply said

"I see… it's about time." Vali responded

Issei questioned on who the new guy is where Azazel walked up and told him that he is the descendant of the victorious fighting Buddha, Son Goku.

"You know, I never thought that you would join the Khaos Brigade Bikou. But, I must say that the White Dragon and Son Goku do look good together." Azazel simply remarked

Laughing at that, Bikou responded to Azazel, "Well, charm and beauty do run in my family so I look with just about anybody. Until next time Red Emperor Dragon." Bikou said as he bid his farewell to him while teleporting Vali and himself away from the area.

"The battle will continued. The next time we three meet, let's make it more intense, brother or should I say my new destined rival. Make sure you're ready as well, Issei." Vali declared

Naruto just turned off his Balance Breaker, returning to his normal attire while Issei tried to stop them from escaping but the armband's power also stop which force him back into his regular form and ending his Balance Breaker mode. With that, the battle has ended with no casualties on their side.
