Hey guys!
It's been a while, I know.
I assure you, my writing skills have improved since my last update.
This is a short addition to my story, I doubt I'll be making any more after this.
I suggest listening to "Exit Music (For A Film)" by Radiohead while you read.
I listened to it while writing it, it also fits the "Romeo and Juliet" theme.
Enjoy!
(This is a full version of Moriarty's video to Sherlock.)
It had been a few minutes after the two men left, Lestrade sat in his chair, tapping his foot.
He would miss them greatly.
He would never see them again.
Greg sighed deeply, taking a gulp of coffee.
He hoped they would stay safe. They deserved it at this point, with all of the work they had done for the force. It was the least he could do.
When he reached the point where he could avoid it no longer, he turned on the television. There, frozen, was Moriarty. Dressed as Shakespeare. Wearing a psychotic grin.
Lovely.
He pressed play and leaned back in his chair.
"You claimed you didn't have a heart Sherlock. But it's so obvious now. You didn't even put up a fight, did you?"
He grinned wider.
"I burned the heart out of you Sherlock. And you let me."
Silence.
"It was quite simple actually, you can be quite gullible. Let me start at the beginning. It was a slow process, and you know how Daddy hates waiting. I had to kill a few men of high security to pass the time in-between."
He sighed deeply, looking up, and then back to the camera.
"But nothing, Sherlock. Nothing was as stimulating as watching you cry. Watching you break. It's a shame you fell for a man like John Watson. So ordinary. Dull. Predictable. But me, I would be interesting. I almost made a proposal. You could have been helpful to me, very helpful indeed. In a way, you are still mine."
"My little angel."
There was something seductive in the way Moriarty had said this, a shiver ran down Greg's back.
"I enjoy ending lives in flames. Do you understand?"
He started laughing maniacally.
"Of course you don't. Because I broke you, Sherlock. I. Broke. You. Two car crashes within a year. Oh, you are pathetic. I have a feeling that I must spell it out for you."
He grinned widely and stepped closer to the camera.
"I murdered your parents. I personally cut their brakes."
Lestrade stood quickly, he staggered backwards and put his hand over his mouth.
Oh my god.
"I watched them enter the car, and I watched them as they drove away. I naturally threatened the Police Chief into keeping it quiet, that was easy. What isn't easy is keeping a secret. So I had one of my best men take care of him too."
"Are you shocked Sherlock? Oh, I'm sure you are. You didn't see this coming, did you?"
He chuckled again.
"It wasn't just Mummy and Daddy Holmes I killed. There's more to my story. Our story. Do you remember Molly Hooper?"
Greg's eyes widened significantly, his breathing becoming ragged and uneven.
"Ah, yes. Little Molly Hooper. So easily forgotten. In a way, I did her a favor. She died in a way no one will forget."
Lestrade's pulse quickened, his hands clenched into fists.
Molly.
"It's sad to see how simple your friends are, Sherlock. So easily manipulated. If it wasn't for your brother, you would have been average, like everyone else. I told her to shoot John. I told her to kill John. If she refused to kill John, I told her I would not only kill her, but her entire family. I would skin her cat, and smear his blood on her walls. I would murder her closest friends, and even her co-workers. She made her decision, and I made mine."
Moriarty sighed again, shaking his head.
"Unfortunately, she committed suicide before I could torture her like I had promised her. I had intended on her seeing all of the deaths she had caused, so when she was dead, I found the task tedious and unnecessary. Oh, she was a coward."
The remote went spiraling across the room and into the wall, shattering. There were tears rolling. Hands shaking. Molly.
"But John, John was the most fun. He was the hardest to break, believe it or not. He tasted delicious."
Greg lurched, holding onto the table. He was going to vomit. John. Taste. Molly.
"His simplicity served as an advantage to me for the first time. It was easy for me to find a replacement for him. I burned him alive. The DNA switch was easy, simple. But you couldn't see it, could you? You staggered around like a blind man. Do you know what my favorite part was? Of killing him?"
He smiled and wistfully looked upwards.
"Putting him in the coffin. He screamed Sherlock, wails that were almost animal. It was wonderful. I could almost see why you like him. Almost."
Moriarty's eyes darkened.
"I am going to kill all of them, Sherlock. Everyone you care for. Mrs. Hudson , Irene, even Inspector Lestrade."
Fuck.
Fuck.
Fuck.
Greg looked around the room wildly, grabbing his gun from under his desk and holding it up with shaking fingers.
"Then, when they are all dead, I am going to find you. I am going to make you mine, Sherlock. You are mine."
Moriarty growled that last word, his teeth gritted.
But then he broke into a large smile.
"Did you miss me?"
The DVD ended with a black screen.
The entire room was almost silent, except for Lestrade's rapid panting.
Sherlock.
He had to warn Sherlock.
He reached for his phone, tapping wildly.
Sherlock, oh god. He's going to kill everyone. Moriarty. He's going to kill me, Mrs. Hudson, he killed your parents, he murdered Molly...you need to run. He's coming for you. I don't know how much time I have. Get help. - L

He pressed it again.
Sending failed. Please try again.
No.
Oh, god. No.
He got up quickly and tried to open the door, it rattled.
Locked.
The door was locked.
He was going to die.
His breathing became shallower, he whipped his body around and yelled:
"Where are you!? Where the fuck are you?!"
Suddenly, he began to see white.
He couldn't breath.
He was choking.
Choking.
Lestrade fell to the floor, clutching his throat.
The coffee, oh god, the coffee...
Choking.
Choking.
Breath.
Choking.
Molly...Molly...Mol-
Black.
Please review!
I think this was the biggest cliffhanger yet. ;)
Let me know if you'd like me to continue this. With these new developments, I am considering a sequel.
Happy Valentines Day! 3
