I'm so sorry for the long wait... It's been months. I've explain it all at the end in an authors note so please give it a read. It's really important :/

Enjoy xx

"Go!"

Alan fell through the air, letting go of the wretched branch once and for all. He wanted to close his eyes, to squeeze them shut and block out the world that was rushing past him; but the need to see where he was going overtook the want for darkness and he felt it impossible to do so.

Everything slowed down. He saw Scott's worried yet determined face beneath him, standing on a branch with his hands stretched upwards to catch his younger brother. He saw the faces of his other siblings on the ground; John directly below Scott with the look of pure fear swimming in his eyes and Virgil behind him for support if Alan fell. The middle Tracy looked worse than John though, amongst the obvious terror stricken across his face, there was guilt, and Alan didn't like that. It was HIS fault that he climbed the tree, not Virgil's, they'd discussed this. Yet evidently the elder brother felt responsible, and Alan knew that when he got down, IF he got down, that would have to change.

Mid-fall, Alan also saw Gordon that stood a little further back, his hands on his head pushing back his hair as he looked up to his flailing brother. He was leaning on his front leg and his posture was tilted forwards, as if ready to run towards the bottom of the tree the second that his younger sibling was in danger. As if there was a possibility of Alan falling past Scott.

Seeing the fear in his brothers' eyes, he quickly moved his line of sight to concentrate on where he was going once more instead of his surroundings. Scott's arms were a lot closer than when the teenager had last looked; he was falling fast. To his dismay, the young blonde noticed that he was not in line with his brother.

Alan began flailing his arms, trying to push against the air rushing past him to right his body so he fell to Scott. A noise escaped his mouth that sounded something like a scream, which consequently brought about more yelling from below him. He was too far left. With the tree trunk to his right and his eldest brother leaning partially against it for support, Alan realised that his body was aiming to hit the branch that Scott stood on, instead of being caught in his arms.

He tried again and again to close his eyes, but still the want to see was too much. He needed to see where he'd land, or fall, or die...

As time gradually sped up for Alan, he threw his arms out in front of him and tried to push his legs further back, making his body fall diagonally so it would be his arms and hands that made contact with the branch his brother was on. Maybe then, just maybe, he'd have a chance of being saved.

Scott had watched as his brother let go of the branch that had previously held him, he just hoped that the branch he was on could hold both their weight. His arms were still upright, waiting for his brother to crash into them and his hands were outstretched, ready to grab whatever part of his brother he could to keep the young blonde from falling further.

Mid-fall, Alan had screamed, causing Scott to break out of his thought process about the weight capacity of the piece of wood he was perched on. Upon glancing briefly away from his flailing brother, the elder could see why Alan had been distressed. He wasn't going to fall to him.

As fear flowed through Scott's veins, he had only two things to keep him from moving from his stable position and jumping to catch his brother when he passed the branch. Two shards of hope were left: either Alan would grab the branch with his own hands and hang on, or he'd fall and one of the others would be there for him waiting at the bottom to catch him.

To his relief, Alan manoeuvred his body so that his arms were out in front of him, and his legs behind. Scott watched as his little brother tensed up, ready for impact, but kept his eyes open.

Then, time sped up.

Alan's relatively small figure (in comparison to the other brother currently in the tree) fell right by Scott. His body passed the branch and out of eyesight of the eldest Tracy son. Scott instantly dropped his hands and fell to his knees on the branch; he began crawling along the wood, hoping beyond hope that his little brother was holding on.

"Alan?!" Came a yell from below that sounded like John's voice.

"Alan, are you okay?!" That was Virgil, and was followed by a "Oh my gosh!" from the redheaded Tracy.

In Scott's mind, this could either mean that his youngest brother had fallen to his sibling below, or was clinging on for dear life just as Virgil had described Alan's predicament earlier.

"Alan?" Scott asked cautiously, "Please tell me you're there." He ordered as he began to reach the end of his branch without a sign that his blonde brother was holding onto it.

"I hate trees."

Scott body flooded with relief and he let his shoulders sag for a moment and took that brief time to look up to the sky and whisper a 'thank you'.

Sure enough, Scott came across a pair of hands at the very end of the branch, trying their best to wrap their small palms and fingers around the huge area of bark. The eldest brother instantly let go of the branch with his left hand and reached down to grab Alan's upper arm. The youngest's legs were hanging in the air as the branch beneath them stopped shorter than the one they were on, meaning that Alan had yet another huge gap beneath him, just waiting for him to fall.

"Hold on Allie." He reassured as he locked his grip around his brothers limb. The younger of the two winced slightly at the tightness of his brother's hold, but said nothing; he just wanted out of the overgrown weed.

"I hate trees too." Scott agreed, trying to lighten the mood as he began hauling Alan up to the branch. Alan let go of the tree with the hand that Scott had the arm of to allow his body to move up, but kept his other hand holding on for safety. Whilst still in his kneeling position with one hand on the branch to push against for support, Scott brought his left arm closer to his own body, pulling his sibling up with it. "Can I make a comment about your weight?" The elder asked, squeezing his eyes shut as his brother got closer and closer to him.

"Not unless you want me to retaliate with equally annoying insults. Possible more irritating than that, I don't know. Why don't you find out? Or better yet, how about you concentrate on saving my LIFE!?" Alan shouted the last part of his sarcastic speech to make the point that he was a not enjoying hanging off of the tree again.

"You know I could just let go..." Scott trailed off, leaving Alan feeling guilty for his outburst. His brother had done everything he could to help him out of his predicament, he was trying to use wit to ease the situation and make the younger feel better, and Alan had just shoved it back in his face.

"Sorry." He mumbled as the arm that Scott had used to pul him up was finally high enough for his elbow to loop around the wood. Using that arm for support, Alan brought his other arm up to join and looped it over the wood. He hung there for a moment, with a branch under his armpits and snaking across his chest, to catch his breath. Scott released the arm he'd been holding and Alan felt the blood begin to circulate once more.

"It's okay," Scott forgave, "but it's not over yet." He said as he reached down again with his left hand to grab Alan's right leg. "Can you swing your legs to me?"

Without responding, Alan did as he was asked until strong fingers grasped his right ankle and began pulling up his leg to join his arms on the branch. This movement caused Alan's stomach to rise up and scratch against the wood of the branch and the blonde winced again. Once his leg was up and over the other side of the branch, Alan realised he was lying on his stomach and was finally safe. He let out another breath.

With each leg either side of the branch, Alan sat up, keeping his hands on the branch; one in front of his body, and one behind his back. "Thank you." He said quietly to his elder brother who still knelt behind him on the branch.

"No problem, Sprout!" Scott ruffled the blonde's hair much to Alan's dislike. "Now let's get your feet on solid ground shall we?" The younger slapped away the hand on his hair and nodded. Scott merely laughed and began crawling backward along the branch until his feet touched the trunk. He then manoeuvred his legs so that he sat like his brother, his legs either side of the branch and he leant against the trunk.

"Copy what I just did, Allie." Scott coaxed, reaching out his hand to reassure his sibling. Alan began sliding backwards in his seated position until his back hit Scott's outstretched hand that remained flat against the blonde's spine for a sense of safety.

"Are you guys okay!?" Came a yell from below, "The last we saw of our little brother was his legs dangling from a bunch of leaves!" Scott couldn't make out who it was that was shouting, but felt instantly bad for leaving his family on the ground out of the loop.

"He's fine! I've got him! We're going to make our way down now so just keep your positions in case he slips!"

"Hey!" Alan protested, twisting his back to he could see his brother and poking him in the stomach, "I am not going to slip!" He was still feeling dizzy, sure, and he didn't know if his legs would hold him if he stepped down onto the branches below; but his brother didn't need to know that.

"Well let's just say that I do not hold the utmost confidence that your tree climbing skills are perfect; considering our current situation that is." Scott prodded his brother back and raised his eyebrows in a "don't argue" manner.

"Okay! We are right here!" Virgil shouted up.

"You're out of view at the moment, but we'll keep an eye out!" John added.

"Right, here we go." Scott said to his brother who sat in front of him now. The elder moved his hand from Alan's back and placed it on his shoulder, "You ready?" he asked. The blonde was still twisted round to face him, and nodded, giving a slight smile to hide his obvious fear.

"Follow me down okay? It's obvious that you can reach the other branches below us from now on as you climbed up them easily enough."

Alan looked down and felt dizzier than ever, but was relieved to see that his brother was right; he would be able to reach all the branches now that the shorter one that grew beneath them was under their feet. He brought his head back up to look at his brother behind him in time to see Scott swing his left leg over to the other side of the branch, making him simply sit with both legs dangling with his right hand on the trunk and his left hand still on Alan's shoulder.

The elder Tracy the began to slip down off the branch, taking his hand off of his brother and placing it next to him on the wood as his back scratched against it. He continued to hold onto the branch with the top half of his body as his legs searched for the one below until just his shoulders could touch the one Alan was still perched on. When his feet finally stood on what he was looking for, he turned on the spot to face his brother with his hand still up on the branch above.

"C'mon. Now you."

Alan gingerly brought his left leg over to join his right leg so they were on the same side as each other and he sat opposite Scott. The Tracy siblings locked eyes as the elder gasped the teen's right ankle again with a hand he'd freed from his support and gently tugged the legs down.

Once Alan's shoulders were level with the branch they'd been on and his feet didn't quite yet reach the once Scott was on, his brother moved his hand to the blonde's shirt and suddenly yanked him down. Alan instantly lost balance as his feet hit the wood, but the hand that had pulled him was placed on his lower back again to stabilise his swaying body.

"Again?" Scott asked, smiling.

"A little warning next time you pull me down please!?" Alan responded, still in minor shock. "As if we have a choice anyway." He added glumly, "We have to go again or we'll be stuck in this tree forever."

...

So they kept on going, Scott dropped first and worked out the distance between each branch, then allowed his brother to follow him down. Each time Alan couldn't quite reach the next branch, Scott would guide him down and support him until he could sit and dangle his feet ready for the next slip down. The young blonde didn't remember the gaps between the branches being so wide, so he concluded that either he'd jumped up to reach on some occasions whilst climbing, or that he'd used a different route to the one that they were taking down.

When they came into view of the others below, there was cheering and encouragement shouted to the brothers scaling the tree. Alan glanced down to see his brothers in the exact same positions, ready to catch him if he fell. But the fear in their eyes was gone; he was no longer in life-threatening danger. If he was to slip now, he'd survive for sure and have a higher chance of being caught by a sibling beneath him. Alan had to look back to what he was doing before the dizziness actually did cause him to slip.

As Alan slipped down onto the last branch that grew between him and the ground, he wandered how long he'd been up in the tree for. How long had he been perching and balancing on that stupid branch? He'd have to work it out later, right now he was too tired to give much thought to the question.

"Ready for the last jump?" Scott asked as he steadied his brother on the branch just like all the other times before. He rested a hand on his shoulder and looked down to the ground, ready to jump down out of the tree at the same time.

"Umm, well I-" Alan hesitated.

"What? What is it?" The eldest snapped his head back up to look at his brother.

"I'm still kind of dizzy, Scott. You've been stabilising me this whole time whenever I have to stand. I've have to sit down and slide down to you each time, because I don't know if I can quite stand still without swaying."

"You can't stand." It wasn't a question, it was a flat statement that Scott said aloud as if thinking it through in his head.

"What I mean is," Alan added so not to sound totally useless, "if we jump at the same time, I won't land on my feet. I'll fall down and knowing me I'll injure myself."

"So what?" Scott looked back down to his brothers and the jungle floor, "You want me to go first and for us to catch you?" The elder could understand perfectly well what his sibling wanted; he wanted to be on the ground safe and sound. To be honest, that's what all the brothers wanted for Alan, and if it meant they had to catch him because being in the tree so long had made him dizzy, then so be it.

"Fine, okay then just sit down here then push off and fall to me okay?"

Alan gave a sheepish smile as Scott helped him to sit down, legs dangling as they had done on every other branch. Then, without warning, Scott jumped. Gordon had set off running from his position behind his other brothers just before Scott had fallen and reached the eldest Tract brother as he hit the ground. He landed perfectly, knees bent and back straight, but if not for the redhead, Scott would've then tipped to one side as he tried to regain his balance.

"Thanks, Gords." Scott said as his aquatic brother helped him to straighten his legs and gain the right footing.

"No problem, now let's get Alan down before he climbs up again." Gordon laughed out loud as he and Scott moved towards John and Virgil.

"HEY!" Alan shouted down, "I want out of this tree just as much as you want to rub it in my face that I got stuck, just as much as Scott wants to lecture me about 'safety' and just as much as Virgil wants to get revenge!"

"What about me then?" John acted offended "What do I want?"

Alan eyes his fellow blonde brother for a moment, "I'm guessing you're fed up and want to go home?"

"Bingo! Got it in one." John said to his sibling in the tree, giving a thumbs up and a massively fake smile, then dropped it immediately, to show just how much he was enjoying himself.

"Okay, ready?" Virgil asked up to Alan.

"Jump to me." Scott ordered, "just push off the branch slightly when you fall and I'll catch you."

"That's what you said last time." Alan mumbled under his breath.

"Hey! What was that!?" Scott questioned loudly.

"Nothing!" The younger responded too quickly.

"It's not my fault you fell off to one side and not to me. Now quit trying to make an argument and jump!"

Gordon, John and Virgil positioned themselves around the eldest Tracy brother to cushion the blow if he was to stumble backwards or fall down due to Alan's weight. Scott lifted his arms once more and nodded to his brother as a sign that he was ready to catch him.

Yet again Alan fell, but time didn't go slowly. The drop from the branch to the ground was shorter than the gap between the two branches they'd been on before at the top of the tree.

Alan quickly landed in Scott's arms, his body colliding with his brothers chest as the elder was thrown back slightly into John, who was there ready with his arms out to steady them both. The youngest Tracy's arms wrapped around Scott, and the eldest sibling returned the gesture as they all stood there on the jungle floor for a few seconds, catching their breath and realising that the rescue (of sorts) was finally over.

"Thank you" Alan said into his brother's t-shirt, before pulling away and taking a step back to lean against the tree trunk.

"Again, no problem, Sprout." Scott smiled back, before realising his brothers posture against the bark. "You still dizzy, Alan?"

Alan nodded, closing his eyes and letting out a breath. Bad idea. He definitely shouldn't moved his head. He never realised how much being up high for a long time could affect him, especially as it wasn't exactly a rescue platform he'd been on; more like a couple of inches thick piece of wood he had had to balance on.

He felt a hand on each shoulder pushing him down to the ground until he was sat on the floor, knees up, and still his back was leaning against the tree trunk. He opened his eyes to see who it was but his head was guided between his knees and he was told to breathe deeply by a voice that belongs to the family medic.

Trust it to be Virgil to overly worry about slight dizziness. "Honestly, Virg, I'm fi-"

"Shut up and breathe."

"Well I wouldn't get very far without breathing would I?"

"Would you just-"

"Stop arguing you two." A pair of shoes walked into Alan's vision from where he looked at the floor: John's.

"I'm just trying to help him!"

"Yeh, I know." John said again, Alan could feel his eyes glaring into the back of his head.

The deep breathing, head down method was actually working for the young blonde, not that he'd tell Virgil. He brought his head up and straightened out his legs in front of him on the ground.

"Better?" Scott asked as he and Gordon walked over to him.

"Yeh, I guess." Alan sighed, he was unsurprisingly tired.

"Good." was all that was said as Alan felt four different palms smack him up the side of the head, one after the other.

"Okay, okay! I deserved that." Alan stood up suddenly and covered his head with his arms to stop anymore assaults.

"Too right!" Virgil almost shouted, "How'd you think I'd feel if you had actually hurt yourself or fallen?"

"It's not your fault!" Alan yelled as he began to walk away, once and for all, from the tree to find the track they'd all followed to get to the clearing.

"He's right Virgil, we've been through this." Scott said, following his little brother.

"It's all Alan's fault." Said Gordon bluntly, "He pushed this disgusting being into my beloved pool." He laughed as he used his thumb to gesture at Virgil who was walking behind him.

"I'm not chasing anyone else today, Gordon. So cut it out because you won't get the reaction from me that you're looking for."

"So I can insult you as much as I want?" Gordon looked like a child in a sweet shop.

"No," John said walking behind Virgil as they all found the trail, "because if you keep talking, Fish-face, then I'll chase you."

Gordon was silent and it was Virgil's turn to laugh.

Ahead of the three brothers, Scott and Alan walked side-by-side along the track, pushing the foliage out of there way as they went.

"I know what I did was stupid, you don't have to remind me."

"Hey, I told you I wouldn't tell Dad what you did, that saves you a lifetime of ranting from the man. I think I'm entitled to lecture you." Scott crossed his arms and looked down at his brother.

"Uh, fine." Alan sped up slightly as they walked, trying to get home faster in order to cut Scott's speech short.

"First off," the elder started, "why'd you push our artistic brother into the pool?"

"Why not?" Alan tried to hide his smirk, "he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and I was suffering deeply from boredom."

"Read a book!"

"That's John's thing."

"Draw something?"

"Virgil."

"Go swimming yourself."

"Did it this morning."

"Run on the beach?"

"That's what the pushing into the pool led to."

"So what? Just because John reads books means you can't?"

"Something like that." Alan mumbled and Scott gave up on the topic of activities the young Tracy could have been doing.

"Why climb the tree?"

"Virgil was throwing death threats."

"You believed him?"

"No! They weren't genuine, of course not. But it's the principal; he was obviously pi-"

"Alan." Scott warned him on his use of language.

"Uh." Alan sighed, "He was obviously peeved." He corrected himself, giving his brother a big 'sorry' smile.

"So... You climbed a tree!?"

"Whilst trying to evade my angry brother!" Alan added to the end of Scott's comment, "I'd have been caught and dragged back home and dumped in the pool myself!"

"And you doubt that's going to happen now?"

"No, I know he'll get revenge. But you all know I'm exhausted so you'll let me sleep before dishing it out."

"I wouldn't be so sure!" Came a shout from behind from Virgil.

Alan gulped in slight fear that he may not get the sleep he wanted, but instead be in for an evening of torture.

The only response Virgil got to his threat was a swift glare from Scott as an order to stay out of their conversation. The medic rolled his eyes and continued his own chat with John and Gordon.

"I'll make sure the revenge isn't too unfair, considering the day you've had." Scott smiled as Alan visibly relaxed and let out a breath.

"Thank you."

"But..." Scott started again, "you are banned from the jungle for a month... from trees in general for that matter."

"Yeh, I got that. I don't really want to be out here again for a while." Alan laughed, trying to lighten the mood.

"No more runs on the beach without one of us with you either."

"Oh come on! I get up most mornings to have an early run before the sun gets up."

"Tough."

"If I was to wait for Virgil or John to get up, it's be midday before we got onto the sand!"

"I said, tough."

"Gordon hates running, he prefers to do his exercise in the pool! He'd never go with me."

"I'm getting tired of repeating myself. Tough."

"What about you? You run on the beach even earlier than me!"

"If you get up when I get up, then yes. You can go with me. If not, then you'll have to wait for one of the others or not go at all."

"That's not f-"

"It's totally fair. The one time one of us doesn't know where you are, you get stuck in a tree! Do you think we'd let you run out here for an hour each morning without a true idea of where you are?"

"Fine." Alan sulked as they all reached the beach and their feet hit the sand. "Anything else?"

"No, I'll leave the rest to Virgil when he gets you back."

"Gee, thanks." The sarcasm was dripping.

"Don't mention it." Scott half-laughed and slowed down his pace to walk with the others. Alan didn't want to be subject to more teasing or questions about his behaviour; instead of slowing down, he sped up into a run along the beach and hoped the others would have the decency not to chase him.

Scott started to run forward, after his fleeing brother, but an arm held him back. "Let him go." John said calmly, removing his arm. "He's embarrassed, he's tired and he's probably sick of the outdoors."

"I told him he wasn't allowed to run on the beach alone."

"He's not alone. We are here and it's not as if we don't know where he's going." John pointed to their villa at the other end of the sand.

"Plus," Gordon added, appearing next to John, "he's probably starving. He hasn't eaten since this morning, remember?"

At that, Scott dropped his argument and simply watched as his youngest brother ran up the steps to their home and disappeared from sight.

The four brothers finally entered the kitchen to see their father sat at the table on his own, piling his plate high with food. "I would ask where you've all been, but I suppose it has something to do with the fact that Alan refuses to eat with the family and has taken his food up to his room."

"We can explain-" Gordon began but was cut off by a jab in the ribs from Scott.

"We've been out on the beach, lost track of time." He'd promised Alan that their father wouldn't find out what had happened, he wasn't about to let Gordon spill it.

"So why isn't Alan comfortable with eating with us?" Jeff raised an eyebrow.

"The same reason you allowed him to go eat upstairs." John said quickly, ever the smart one. "Because he's exhausted and he looks it too."

That seemed enough for Jeff to let it go. The four standing Tracys found their spaces at the table and began to eat, each wandering what kind of revenge Virgil would get on Alan.

The next morning, five inhabitants of Tracy Island were awoken by a loud scream coming from outside. Pulling shirts over their heads and wrapping dressing-gowns around their pyjamas, Scott, John, Virgil, Gordon and Jeff ran out the double glass doors onto the patio.

The sight they saw made all of the sons crease up laughing, even Jeff wore a smile before he threw his hands up in the air as a sign of "I don't want to know" and returned back indoors. Each of the boys then went their separate ways of finding out just how Alan had ended up floating on a lilo in the middle of the pool, still in his pyjamas and his duvet draped over him and dipping into the water either side of the floatation device. Scott walked to the edge of the pool with John and sat down, both dangling their feet in the water and watched as their youngest brother got over the shock of his situation.

Virgil walked down the steps and sat on a poolside chair, laughing, yet trying to remain as surprised as the rest of them. Gordon wasn't holding back his laugher at all, yet again the redhead found himself on the floor clutching his stomach but this time was also pointing at his younger sibling.

"Hilarious, Virgil. Good for you, now pull me back to the side." Alan didn't sound amused.

"Wait what?" Virgil asked innocently, "I didn't do this."

"I don't think anyone believes you, bro." John muttered, kicking the water with his feet.

"Hey!" Alan shouted, "Watch it." He'd been splashed by John's moving legs. The elder blonde didn't apologise by stopped his actions.

"Virgil, come onnnn" Alan pleaded before sitting up suddenly and looking in the water below him. "ARE THOSE MY TRAINERS!?"

This triggered more laughter from everyone except the youngest.

"Scott!?" Alan demanded backup from his brother.

"Virgil, maybe that wasn't fair." Scott said a little more seriously.

"I think it is fair actually! Considering I had to run on the beach and into the jungle in bare feet when he had those on!" Virgil protested, pointing at the shoes at the bottom of the pool. Alan and Scott glared at him. "Ah don't worry about it, I'll buy him a new pair. Promise." He artist sighed and crossed his heart with his fingers; that seemed to satisfy the eldest sibling.

"I've had enough of being stuck." Alan said glumly, hinting that he wanted to be out of the pool.

"You're not stuck." Said Scott has he and John stood up and started to walk back to the door.

"There is a way out." The elder blonde said, following Scott.

"You know what you have to do." Gordon said, finally gaining composure, standing up and turning to go back inside. There was no way Alan was letting himself off this lilo into the water, he'd paddle to the edge or something. But that would take ages with the weight of his duvet and it meant that he'd have to jump back in anyway to get his trainers. He couldn't get his shoes without falling in.

The only person left was Virgil. "Please Virg? I said I was sorry!" Alan begged his brother not to turn away like the others and leave him on his own.

"I told you I'd get you back. Just be happy I didn't follow through with any of those death threats." With a sly smile on his face,

the middle Tracy son stood up from his chair, spun on his heel and walked inside.

"VIRGIL!"

Andddd it's over! Honestly thank you all so much for all your support and reviews; they are seriously what kept me going. Reviews are so loved. Xxx
I'm sure some of you are wandering why my update is so incredibly late... Basically I've been through a stage of enormous paranoia and I've worked out that the only way to stop it is to quit writing fanfiction.

I'm certain that a few of you would have heard of bills like SOPA which aim to make what we do illegal... And upon research I discovered that particular parts of what we write and put up on the internet is not considered 100% legal. And I will never be comfortable doing something that requires even a little bit of unlawful work.
I know it's also not 100% illegal, and that that fact is enough for most. But the fact for me is that I am NOT okay with it and I know that until I feel that in my heart and in the eyes of the law that fanfiction is 100% okay and follows the copyright guidelines, I'm stopping.
I never even thought that fanfiction was such a dodgy subject with the law, and that's why after reading up on it as much as I could, I've made up my mind.

I'm so sorry for anyone looking forward to the sequel of Reality; I can assure you that I am more upset than you are though :( I've planned it all and decided on the name and the plot and the ending... But I just can't bring myself to do it. I know that others of you would have done your own research and see all the "fair use" and "innocent use of copyrighted materials" information, but I'm still not okay with it. Others may know that loads of franchises out there love fanfictions as they boost sales in merchandise and encourage fans to watch more and to influence friends to join in. But at the same time these stories can take that away, if the fans prefer the stories to the show/film/book and sales drop. Either way, even if the owners are okay with it, the law is not.

Now, I'm not lecturing. I'm not saying "QUICK STOP ITS WRONG!" I'm simply saying that I'm nervous and I'm not comfortable. I am also one of those gullible fans that read the notice on other people's profiles that say "we are all going to maximum security prisons for what we write" and believe it and freak out until I read up on it.
I hope that in the future I can return, that I can feel comfortable writing what I love about the charters and worlds that I love, but until then I'll make up my own. I have ideas for my own stories, my own worlds with no law restrictions or fear of paranoia. Sorry that's just the sort of person I am... I worry too much.
This honestly breaks my heart. So as I'd already written this last chapter of Stuck and the poem (I'll put up next) they shall be my last updates.
I'm not too sure if I'll come back and write again, I hope I do when and if it becomes justified in the eyes of the law. It's such a release to write and to see all the positive reviews as well. I hope to find a place where others will see my OWN stories and characters :)
This has been such an experience, and some of your stories will stick with me forever :')
Thank you ever so much for all your support, all your reviews and PMs, all the ideas and imagery. I don't know if I'll stop reading fanfiction ... I hope to be out of this paranoia soon and feel right enough to simply check up on my favourite fandom once in a while :)
A special thank you to Ro-RoWeasley and , you guys have been so much help to me throughout all of this, I'll never forget it! :')

Bye y'all xx
