Cranidos tries to get back up from that hard blow from the shiny imposter. "Look! I don't have time to deal with you! Just what did you do with Mawile?!"

Shiny smiles mischieviously, "Would you really like to know? I placed her at the very top! Where that Heatran lurks. She doesn't have a chance."

This got Cranidos more furious with Shiny, "I have made it this far so I must be strong enough to fight you." This causes Shiny to laugh, "You don't have a damn chance to stop me! And that jawed freak isn't going to last much longer."

Cranidos unleashes all of his might in his head smash attack, "She's... not... a... freak!" He charges at Shiny with full force and Shiny dodges it like nothing, but what he didn't expect is him locking on to him like a homing missile that humans uses.

Cranidos finally hits him and it slams him at the pillar that rose Mawile earlier. It make a large crack, Shiny recovers from the hit. "Very good, Cranidos. I might think you got a slim chance of beating me." He charges his hyper beam, "Too bad this attack will finish you off."

Cranidos stands in front of it and waits for it to go off, when it did, he charges away from it as fast as he can and it follow him around the room they are fighting in.

It finally reaches the pillar and it is about to go down, Shiny doesn't know where Cranidos went but he went behind him and he headbutts Shiny towards the pillar and is caught underneath and it collapsed on him.

Cranidos feels so invigorated by this point and he runs up on the collapsed pillar and reaches almost the end of the mystery dungeon.

When he got to the top of the pillar, notices how the ground is covered with hot rocks with streams of lava. Cranidos doesn't let this stop him and continues on.

Cranidos admits that the rocks feel uncomfortable on his feet but he learns to get used to them. He fought more of the same Pokémon that are higher leveled but he defeats them and gets massive levels.

The trick that he uses is to get behind them and strike away until they fall, good thing that Cranidos is too small for them and it gives him a big advantage. After a few more floors he finally meets face to face with Heatran.

Heatran roars loudly, "WHO DARES INTRUDE MY HOME?!" Cranidos walks up to it bravely, "I did. I'm here to rescue my girlfriend, Mawile." Heatran roars again, "MAWILE?! YOU MEAN THAT SWEET GIRL THAT CAME PAST HERE AND WANTED THAT RELIC?!"

Cranidos nods, "Yep." Heatran stomps, "WELL... IF YOU WANT PAST, YOU MUST FACE ME!" Cranidos roars as loud as he can, "So be it!" The battle starts.

Heatran starts with an opening attack, Heat wave. It causes everything to be very hot for Cranidos, he couldn't even breathe. He is gasping for air, Heatran uses fire spin and burns Cranidos up a bit and trapping him in a fiery vortex.

Cranidos tries as heard as he can to escape the fire spin, Heatran charges at Cranidos and uses iron head and smashes him.

Cranidos is definitely in trouble now, Heatran uses crunch and bites Cranidos as hard as he can. It really didn't do much as Cranidos is used to Mawile's bites.

"You call that a bite? Mawile has bitten me harder than that." Cranidos charges his hyper beam and shoots Heatran with it and sent him back a bit.

Cranidos pants from exhaustion as Heatran tries another move out... flame charge.

Heatran charges as fast as it can at Cranidos but Cranidos twirls around and dodges, "I learned that one from Mawile." Cranidos uses zen headbutt and hits Heatran with all he got.

It didn't do much to Heatran as it is immune to psychic attacks. Cranidos thinks on what he could do and stomps in frustration, this causes a big shockwave and goes towards Heatran and knocks it on it's back.

Cranidos smiles confidently, "Oh... you don't like that move? Well time for me to finish you off!" Cranidos jumps up as high as possible and uses a combo of zen headbutt and head smash directly at Heatran's belly and it causes an explosion.

Cranidos does some flips and land back on his feet and Heatran is knocked out. Cranidos roars proudly. Heatran gets up and says, "Well done. I just wanted to be sure that you are willingly to go this far."

Cranidos nods, "Of course!" Heatran nods back, "I'll be leaving now. I'll come back once you leave." Heatran goes in the ground and disappears. A wall opens and reveals a passageway, Cranidos goes through it and sees a miffed Mawile.

Mawile scolds Cranidos, "Where were you?! I was worried sick! You took your sweet time, didn't you?!" Cranidos looks down sadly, Mawile still didn't really care, "I was lonely, too! How dare you leave me all alone!"

They get beamed out with some unknown power and the are back at the entrance. Mawile's mood seemed to have changed dramatically. She seems to be infatuated with Cranidos which was odd because she was mad at him.

Of course, Cranidos is weirded out by this, Mawile is close to Cranidos' face and which made Cranidos back up a bit but Mawile scoots closer to him. "I can't believe you would go this much just to make sure I am safe! I think I just fell in love with you again."

Cranidos looks at a direction and back at Mawile, "But... you were mad at me." Mawile started blushing, "I know... I'm sorry. I just... overreacted. Please forgive me." Cranidos nods, "Of course! I wouldn't come and save you for no reason. I want to say sorry as well, for calling your heirloom stupid and stuff."

Mawile hugs Cranidos tightly, "Apology accepted, Cranny!" Cranidos then whispers to Mawile's ear, "Want to get married?" Mawile's eyes turned into hearts, "Yes! A thousand times yes!" She dances around happily which made Cranidos sweatdrops but is still smiling happily.

Mawile then turns back towards and still has those hearts in her eyes and is smiling as big as she possibly can, "Come here, my Cranny-kuuuuun!" Cranidos is shocked to hear her use a Japanese subtitle or whatever they were called.

She rushes to Cranidos full speed and jumps into Cranidos' arms and causes him to fall on his back. Mawile is just so happy to hear Cranidos propose to Mawile of all Pokémon. All the Pokémon comes by and notices them.

Cranidos notices the Pokémon and blushes, "They're watching..." Mawile whispers to Cranidos, "I want them to watch." Mawile then kisses Cranidos as passionately as possible.

Croconaw is there as well and didn't make fun of them but actually started the applause that soon breaks out. All the Pokemon is cheering for them. Cranidos and Mawile's friends were there too. It is a happy day for the both of them, well... mostly for Mawile but Cranidos learns to enjoy it as well.

Later that day... Cranidos carries Mawile home as she is still kissing Cranidos. Cranidos turns to Mawile and says, "How long are you going to kiss me?" Mawile giggles in responce, "Until you stop being so cute, which will be never!" She continues to kiss Cranidos.

Croconaw comes by and snickers a bit, "How long has she been doing that?" Cranidos replies, "All day since I proposed to her." Croconaw shrugs, "Glad it's not me." Mawile sees Croconaw and says, "Are you questioning our love again?"

Croconaw shakes his head, "Just wanted know how long you're going to plan to kiss Cranidos. Bye!" He leaves in a hurry.

Mawile then looks at Cranidos with a pouty face, "How come you are not kissing me back, Cranny?" Cranidos replies, "I don't like kissing as often as you do."

Mawile frowns, "Oh... I see. So now that we are engaged we cannot kiss anymore?" Cranidos shakes his head, "You can still can kiss me if you want." Mawile then kisses Cranidos some more, "Thank you, Cranny-kun!"

Cranidos thinks to himself, "What did I just do?" Mawile snuggles closer to Cranidos and wraps her jaws around him, "I love being close to you." Cranidos shrugs and hugs Mawile back, "So do I." "I think I just adapted to some of Mawile's habits." Cranidos thought.

Just then Shiny bursts through the window all pissed and brutalized from the pillar. Mawile notices him, "Oh! He is real! Hello there, fellow Cranidos!"

Shiny roars, "Stop the sweet talk! I got unfinished business with that Cranidos you're snuggling with!" Mawile is confused, "What do you mean?" Shiny explains himself, "He cheated! He pushed me into that pillar and it collapsed on me!"

Mawile gets angry with Shiny, "You also are the one that stole my heirloom so I suggest you leave before the both of us force you to!"

Cranidos joins in, "Yeah! And we won't hold anything back!" Shiny laughs, "There's that Cranidos spirit I was looking for!"

Cranidos and Mawile are puzzled and said in unison, "Huh?" Shiny laughs again, "If your girlfriend is this hostile then that means she isn't the pushover I thought she was!"

This got Mawile to chomp him, "You thought I was a pushover? I don't let anyone get away with anything when they mess with me!" Shiny is stuggling to keep the jaws from closing on him, "Let me go!" Cranidos looks at him smugly, "What's the matter? I thought you were a strong Cranidos." Shiny replies, "I am... why is she so strong?"

Cranidos crosses his arms, "Because she is. She may be sweet and kind, but she puts punks like you in your place." Mawile nods, "Yeah! So I suggest you leave us two alone!"

Shiny is losing his stamina trying to keep the jaws open, "Fine! Just let me go!" Mawile opens up her jaws and Shiny falls out shaking, "What the hell is the matter with you? I'm seriously claustrophobic!" Cranidos replies, "Well then don't judge how strong we are when you got your weaknesses!"

Shiny crawls out slowly still shaking, "You guys win... hope you are happy with yourselves." Mawile feels a bit bad, "So... were you here to get Cranidos toughened up?" Shiny nods. Mawile gasps, "I'm sorry! Then why did you try to destroy my heirloom." Shiny replies, "A test for Cranidos. He passed with flying freaking colors!"

Mawile looks down with guilt, "I'm so sorry I bit you. I thought you were going to kill Cranidos." Shiny shakes his head, "We don't kill our bretheren! We might talk tough and hurt each other but never kill. You on the other hand..."

Cranidos closes his mouth, "Ok! That's enough... it's time for you to go." Shiny nods, "See ya, bluey!" Shiny leaves and Mawile replies, "What about me?"

Cranidos holds her hands, "Oh nothing... he's just talking tough like I do. Come on, let's go back to what we're doing."

Mawile gets all lovey again, "OK!" And they cuddle up again.

Next time there might be wedding bells and such. This might be the final chapter and I might make another story to continue wedding times. See ya then and... peace!
