There were few things Wally West would never do. Like, not eat. Or not saving his friends. More nots than anything else. Still things he would never do.

So he would not give up in saving the horribly confused blue armored Latino the had just found actually exsisting in a plane of existence he shouldn't have been able to find without somehow reading the speed force and tracking him here. Even if it was way out of his comfort zone. Wait, did he have a comfort zone when it came to saving people anymore?

Eh, probably not. Though this probably wasn't a passing grade on the "Artemis Acceptance Test." Or... Or well anyone's for that matter. Except Roy. But no one should attempt to do half the things he somehow reasoned was okay. Even if his daughter was freaking adorable. Wait where was he going with this again? Right, limits on saving someone. He didn't think he really had any anymore.

At least, he thought so until Jaime had accidentally said his name.

But that wasn't that important at the moment, given they were being surrounded by the government. And they had some really shiny and somewhat threatening weapons.

"Okay... Blue, you trust me?"

"I do. He doesn't though," Jaime hissed quietly as he glanced back at the scarab.

"Don't move."

Wally elected to ignore the order from the one eyed Kaldur- Pirate old man Kaldur? Whoever he was, Wally elected to ignore him in favor of breaking Blue out.

Huh. Never thought he's be thinking those words ever.

But he had thought stranger things before.

"Don't shoot me blue," Wally said. The armor rapidly began to glow a bright and hot red. No doubt vibrating similar to what he had seen Bart do. But Bart phased through objects without damage. What exactly was Wally doing?

"Destabilizing molecules. The Kid Flash is becoming a bomb. Create shield-"

Jaime crouched and shielded himself the best he could with the scarab's advice, as agents and heroes backed up in caution and fear as the armor seemed to explode. No, it did explode. Metal flew around the room and imbedded itself into the fall. No seemed hurt, just horribly disoriented. A controlled explosion with a red haired grimy individual standing in the center of it all. He gave a reassuring and familiar grin Jaime had seen on television growing up.

In the blink of an eye, Wally scooped Blue into a bridal position, getting a squeak from the armored hero. Blue looked into Wally's eyes with indignation clearly evident on his face.

"What the he- ah!" Blue screamed as the world around him became a blur. He instinctively buried his face into the elder hero's chest as they traveled far faster the Jaime was used to. Wally chuckled as he felt the familiar speed as he darted past the heroes and agents in favor of stealing a plane.

His plan had been to use the Iron Man suit to escape, but it was a needed casualty. Thankfully, there were no shortage of planes on the aircraft.

Besides, it was time to see if his joyrides in the Batplane with Dick had taught him anything.

In no time at all, he had deposited Blue in one of the planes. He groaned, sounding nauseous as he righted himself in the seat.

"Hold onto your stomach freshman," Wally joked, using Connor's favored nickname.

"You're a jerk," Blue groaned, feeling rather queasy. His vision still somewhat swimming as his brain tried to catch up with his body.

"You know... I think Nightwing said the same thing once," he said starting the plane. Agents shooted at them as Wally took a nosedive off the side of the platform for the planes. It took a moment for Jaime to realize they weren't pulling up.

"Dios mio! Do you even know how to fly a plane?!" Jaime squeaked, realizing this might have been a horrible plan.

"Well... I know how to fly the Batplane. I thought this would be pretty much the same thing," Wally shrugged.

"And?"

"It is not."

"Oh god you are going to get us killed."

"Probably not," he said pulling on the controls and leveling out the plane. Blue placed a hand on his head as if to contain the oncoming headache of the scarab and the once thought deceased Wally West.

"Now I think Mr. Stark mentioned something about a cloaking device on these bad boys," Wally muttered as he began messing around with equipment Jaime had honestly no idea if he knew what he was doing. Not that he had time to really ponder that as a big spider landed on their windshield.

Wally gave a short but girlish scream seeing Spiderman now obscuring their vision on the glass.

Artemis Acceptance Test mentioned by Father of Understanding. I couldn't help myself.

And yeah. Scary stuff having such a bid spider on your plane...
