If you're reading this, then you must remember Ruby and Sapphire, so do I. Believe me, I only heard about this only 7 hours ago (8:00 PM GMT)!
This is, you could say, a teaser of what I'm sure will happen in the new game. It's more of reminiscing too.

Nearly twelve years.
It had been almost twelve years since they had helped each other on their journey across the region.
It started when Sapphire had a passion to conquer the Pokémon League.
On the other hand, Ruby was obsessed with taking on Pokémon Contests.
From that very first day she helped Professor Birch from a wild Pokémon attack, and then offered to help the Professor with his research and the Pokédex.
Ruby and Sapphire then had their first friendly battle. In that moment, they became great friends already.
It wouldn't be long before they both were journeying across the region in search of various types of Pokémon. They scaled mountains, surfed on oceans, maneuvered through caves, and ventured around forests.
They journeyed through cities and towns. Fortree City. Lilycove. Pacifidlog Town.
Sapphire would amass a collection of symbolic Badges – eight of them, to be exact.
Ruby would have a full collection of Ribbons – one of each rank and class.
Was it a mirage that Ruby and Sapphire were seeing the legendary Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza? How would they manage such an awesome encounter? Would Ruby and Sapphire run away from them? Defeat them? Or, maybe, manage the incredible feat of capturing them?
Was it also a mirage the two Trainers would be fighting two criminal gangs?!
Sapphire would be standing before the Pokémon League at Ever Grande City.
Ruby would be standing before the Lilycove Contest Hall for the final contest rounds.
…
And finally the Battle Frontier.
These days will begin... again.
Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby will be released for the Nintendo 3DS in November 2014!
