Everything was normal again. She and Tom had started over. Their troubles were far behind them now.

They had bought a new house, beautiful lawn, and porch with patio. Eddie and Harry thumped above upstairs in their rooms, their cries of laughter muffled by thick walls.

Walked into Tom's new study to find him reading a book.

He stood up and kissed her gently, smiling at his wife.

"Good Evening darling."

" Good Evening Tom. What are you doing?"

Tom turned away from her and picked up a manuscript from the coffee table.

"Just a bit of writing... noting some things," He put them back on the coffee table, "Nothing important."

He wrapped his arms loosely around his wife.

Claire pecked him on the lips.

"Would you like some tea?"

"That would be lovely, only make sure its the one I like."

Claire smiled. "Yes, darling."

She disappeared from the study.

Claire arrived at the kitchen moments later, filling a kettle full of water.

Claire set it on the stove when she heard the boys yelling and thumping about.

"Harry!Eddie! Stop running down the halls!"

The twins replied with a simultaneous "Yes Mommy!"

Claire turned back to the stove.

When the tea was ready, she poured the hot water over her husband's tea bag and let it steep. She put in two sugar cubes and headed back towards her husband's study.

When she arrived however, the study was in a mess.

Papers were every where, and Tom stood with his back to the door, rigid and silent.

Claire paused, tea cup still in hand. "...Tom?"

Tom spun around quickly, except it wasn't Tom...it was Hyde.

"Daddy's not here right now. I am." Hyde smiled, snatched up a random piece of manucsript, cleared his throat, and mock-read,

"Entry 24. I think he's still here- Hyde. Mother said he's not gone. Claire told me that Hyde is love. I somehow still find that hard to believe."

Hyde flung the paper back and sashayed to Claire.

"Such nice words coming from you Clairie-Pooh. Even made me tea!" Hyde took the cup, sipped from it, and dropped it. The cup smashed on the floor and tea ruined some of the manuscripts below.

"Not my cup of tea."

"Where's Tom."

"Mrs. Jackson, Tom's out... taking a nap. It's my turn to play... By the way, wanna play Lions?" Hyde said in a sing-songy voice.

Hyde walked around Claire, taking a glance down at her arse as he passed.

"I want Tom back." Claire stated.

"Well jeez, Claire-bear! I save the children and take a nap, come to say hi,and y' want me to leave already! I didn't even get a tour of the house!" Hyde plopped back on the lounge chair with a satisfied grin.

"Miss me?"
