A/N: This is extremely bittersweet for me. I put it off as much as I could because I didn't want the story to end. But the time has finally arrived. Thank you and enjoy.

A cocky smirk graced Seth's lips as he walked down the corridor of the arena, gripping the gold Money in the Bank briefcase in his hands. The two toned hair wrestler was back on the road ready to get back to business of putting on great matches. Smackdown was being taped later that night and he was on his way to film a backstage interview segment to hype his current feud with Dean.

The moment the wrestler rounded the corner, his steps came to a quick halt, his chocolate brown eyes landing on an unknown slender frame standing in the hallway where the segment would take place. His gaze traveled over her frame, appreciating the way her form fitting turquoise dress hugged her curves, her shoulder length black hair with golden highlights curled to perfection. As Seth studied her softly mumbling to herself, his tongue absentmindedly snuck out of his mouth and licked his bottom lip.

The woman automatically turned on her heel, her stare landing on Seth. A few fleeting seconds passed as she looked him over before her gaze landed back on his face. The unknown woman approached Seth, her 5 inch heels clacking against the tiled floor. She stuck her hand out, a friendly smile creeping on the corners of her mouth.

"I'm Alani, the new backstage interviewer. Ready to get things underway Mr. Rollins?"

Seth's smirk widened at the sound of his name rolling off Alani's tongue, gripping her hand. His gaze unabashedly hesitated on her cleavage peaking through the top of her dress. "I'm ready whenever you are babe," Seth replied, his cocky grin still intact on his face.

Alani rolled her eyes and a frown replaced her smile. She crossed her arms over her chest as she clicked her tongue against her teeth, the eagerness that soared through her body at the thought of making her first appearance on the main roster quickly evaporating.

"The name's Alani, not babe. And I would prefer if you referred to me by my actual name instead of some demeaning nickname that your little brain conjures up Mr. Rollins," Alani sneered. "Now if you are done undressing me with your eyes and think salacious thoughts about me, let's start the segment shall we?"

Seth held his hands up in a mocking defensive stance, nodding his head. Without another word, Alani turned around and and walked away from Seth. Seth watched her hips sway with every step she took, shaking his head in amusement before following her to his appropriate spot, lightly chuckling.

Less than five minutes and he was already intrigued by the feisty new interviewer.

Alyssa softly padded down the steps, her stomach growling as the delicious scent of bacon and french toast wafted to her nostrils. Once she reached the last step, her brows furrowed in confusion when she didn't spot Roman in the living room or kitchen. A few seconds later she appeared in the doorway of the den, smiling at the scene before her.

Roman laid on the couch, Isaiah and Ethan both laying down on his muscular chest, a protective arm surrounding their tiny bodies to prevent them from falling. Sports Center was playing on the flat screen television and the three of them slept soundly, unaware of Alyssa's presence. She quickly pulled her cell phone out of the pocket of her robe and snapped a picture, wanting to capture the special moment between a father and his sons.

The past few months had been quite an adjustment for the Reigns family. After the chaotic labor Alyssa endured that resulted in the birth of Ethan and Isaiah, she was finally allowed to come home a few days later. Roman was busy with work but he continued to make it his priority to assist Alyssa whenever he was home. Luckily for them both, Roman's mother stayed with Alyssa for the first month to help the new mother acclimate to her new role. Although Alyssa was still a little bit nervous at the idea of being a mother, she was starting to become more comfortable and was happy the way things were going.

Alyssa walked to the couch and picked up Ethan, watching as the baby started to slowly squirm in her arms. He had light brown curls like hers along with Roman's grey eyes whereas Isaiah inherited his father's raven mane and Alyssa's doe like dark brown eyes. It was obvious the two of them would grow up and become heartbreakers just like their father, something Alyssa was hoping she wouldn't have to worry about for a long time.

Roman's eyes fluttered open as he felt a weight being lifted from his chest, his gaze focusing in on Alyssa. "Hey," he greeted groggily, wiping his face with the back of his hand.

"Morning handsome. Seems like somebody had an active morning." Alyssa slowly bent down and pressed her lips to Roman's before pulling away.

Roman sheepishly grinned and nodded. "Ethan and Isaiah helped me make you breakfast this morning. We were going to surprise you with breakfast in bed but I guess we fell asleep."

"Ro, you didn't have to do that. I know you must be exhausted from the shows. I could've whipped something together quickly."

"Gorgeous don't worry about it. I know the boys have been keeping you up since they came home so I wanted to let you get some more sleep. Anyway, I wanted to spend time with the twins too."

A small grin appeared on Alyssa's face as she observed the twinkle in Roman's eye. Seeing him so enamored with the twins made her heart swell, her love for her husband blossoming. The two parents walked out the den, heading towards the conjoined kitchen/living room area. They both placed the boys in their bassinets and once they made sure both of them were sleep, the couple walked into the kitchen.

"What are you thinking about?" Roman asked before he sat Alyssa's plate on the table. He pulled up a chair next to hers and plopped down.

Alyssa shook her head. "I'm fine."

Roman shot Alyssa a disbelieving look as he grabbed her hand, his finger caressing her knuckles. "Well why do you have tears in your eyes?"

Alyssa sighed and shrugged. "I think it just hit me right now how real this all is. When I was younger, I dreamed about having a family of my own to make up for my own shitty childhood. When my water broke in the car, I was afraid that I would miss out on my chance to become a mother again. But now that our sons are home with us and I have everything I ever wanted, it's just very overwhelming. I'm not saying I'm not happy because I am. But it's like part of me just expects to wake up one day and everything will be gone."

"This is reality gorgeous. This isn't a dream. Everything is just how it's supposed to be. This is a happy moment so no need for tears. Rejoice in this moment because if anybody deserves it it's you," Roman said as he placed the knuckle of his index finger underneath her chin, raising her head so that he could gaze in her eyes. "I love you baby girl."

Alyssa flashed Roman a watery smile and nodded. "I love you too Roman."

Alyssa leaned over and captured Roman's lips in a searing kiss. Her legs trembled and a chill rolled down her spine at the sensation of his full lips against her own, a moan slipping from her mouth. Roman pulled away, his cocky smirk spreading across his lips as his hands rested on the curve of her spine, pulling her body closer to his.

The sounds of Isaiah crying made the new parents part. Alyssa quickly went to the living room and picked him up gently, patting his back. "Aww what's wrong Zay? Is Mama's little man hungry?" she asked in a soft baby voice as she sat on the couch.

Roman watched with a smile as Alyssa adjusted Isaiah's body before pulling down her shirt and releasing her breast for him to latch onto. She locked eyes with Roman and playfully scoffed. "Stop looking at me like that perv."

"What? I think this is a precious moment between a mother and her child. I'm just enjoying seeing you be a natural at this mother role gorgeous."

"Yeah and you like seeing me whip my breast out on the fly as well."

Roman chuckled. "I mean that is an added bonus. You know how much I love your breasts and I see my boys love them as much as I do."

Alyssa laughed as a knock on the door interrupted the couple. She stood from her seat and made her way towards the den. "Calm your hormones down Pops and open the door," she told Roman before disappearing from the living room.

Roman shook his head with a grin and made his way towards the door. He swung it open, revealing Alexandria and Dean standing on the other side. "Hey you two. Glad you could make it," Roman greeted, stepping aside to let the couple into the house.

Alexandria smiled warmly at Roman, quickly giving him a hug. She glanced over her shoulder when she felt Dean's grip on her hand tighten. She flashed him a smile, silently assuring him everything would be okay. She turned around and her eyes lit up at the sight of Ethan lying inside his bassinet.

"Look at this cutie here," she cooed, walking closer to look at the baby. "He's absolutely handsome. Alyssa is going to have her hands full keeping all the girls away from him and Isaiah."

"Yeah, they're going to be heartbreakers just like their father," Roman joked with a laugh. "Did you want to hold him?"

Alexandria eagerly nodded her head making Roman and Dean chuckle. She picked up Ethan from his bassinet, making sure not to wrinkle the baby sized overall short set he was wearing. She gently bounced the baby in her arms as Ethan started to stir awake. "Hey little man do you know who I am? I'm your cousin Alex. I'm so glad you and your brother are here although your parents waited until the last minute to tell somebody they were expecting twins."

"I think you and Cameron are going to give me grief for the rest of my life about that," Alyssa said as she re-entered the room with Isaiah in her arms. She hugged Alexandria with her free arm before repeating the gesture with Dean.

"Thanks for inviting us although we don't know why you wanted to see us." Alexandria moved to sit on the couch as she removed her hoop earring that Ethan was trying to grab. Dean took a seat next to her while Alyssa and Roman sat down on one of the plush arm chairs.

Once Alexandria returned to Tampa with Dean after they reconciled, she and Alyssa slowly started to inch their way back towards fixing their friendship as did Dean and Roman. All of them realized that it wouldn't do any good to continue holding onto the past pain and hurt they caused one another and simply wanted to move on. This was the first time all four of them had been back in the same room at once and Alexandria hoped things wouldn't get out of control.

"I felt like all four of us needed to sit down to talk about things."

"Alyssa that's not really necessary," Dean told her. "Everything is worked out now."

"I know. But I just wanted to apologize to you both at once for the way I reacted when I found out y'all were dating. Dean, you made a mistake but hell we've all made mistakes. And I shouldn't have held it against you for as long as I did. And Alex I should've been there for you, as your cousin and friend, to support you in your new relationship and letting you gush to me about how wonderful Dean is. The way I acted was childish and I should've been more understanding. I hope you two can forgive me."

"We actually hope you two can forgive us," Roman interjected, wrapping his arm around Alyssa's shoulder and rubbing her arm comfortingly. "We both said some things that we shouldn't have said and although we can't take any of the things we said back, we're just hoping we can move on from it."

"I think I can speak for both of us when I say that's all we really want as well," Dean said, running a hand through his hair. Alexandria nodded her head in agreement. "We could be jerks about the whole thing but what good is that going to do? The only thing that matters now is things are good again between all of us. Alex and me are back together and happy. You two have your twins and are happy. There's really no need to rehash everything that happened in the past. Let's move on."

Alyssa released a sigh of relief, happy the situation was officially placed in the past where it belonged. She felt Roman place his hand on her shoulder, squeezing it gently. She shared a knowing glance with her husband before turning her attention to Alexandria. "Alex lemme show you around the house. I think Roman and Dean need some time to talk alone."

Alexandria leaned over and placed a soft kiss on Dean's cheek. She pulled away and mouthed the word 'relax' to her boyfriend before following her cousin out the room. Once the women were gone, Roman stood from his seat and walked towards the kitchen. Dean exhaled sharply and nervously sat up on the couch waiting for Roman to speak, wondering what it was he had to say that he didn't want to say in front of Alyssa or Alexandria.

"You don't have to look so tense man," Roman joked, returning to his seat with two water bottles. He handed one to Dean.

Dean chuckled softly as his icy orbs traveled around the layout of the house, his eyes landing on the expansive backyard through the deck doors. He released a low whistle of approval. "I see the face of the company money is treating you and Alyssa well."

"Yeah it's decent enough," Roman replied with a nod of his head, taking a gulp of his water. "You'll see soon though man."

The two friends fell silent, enamored with their own thoughts. This was the first time they had been alone with each other since the night Alyssa gave birth and Roman urged Dean to fight for Alexandria. Things still remained a bit awkward between the two but there was no doubt in either of their mind that they would be able to fix their friendship.

"So what did you want to talk to me about?" Dean asked, breaking the silence.

Roman sighed as he turned to face Dean, his body completely relaxing in the chair as he clasped his hands together. "I had to remain strong for Alyssa while she was pregnant so she wouldn't panic. Her emotions were all over the place so I had to try and be the rock that she needed. But truth is I was scared as hell myself. I didn't know the first thing about a pregnancy and when we found out we were having twins my anxiety went through the damn roof. I desperately tried to think positive thoughts but there were times when I would get a feeling something bad would happen. The night her water broke while you two were stuck in the car, I was afraid my fear would come true. I know Alyssa would've been devastated if something happened to our sons but truth is I would've been destroyed as well. If it wasn't for you, I don't know if I would have my family here today."

"I really didn't do much. She just threatened me and ordered me to get her to the hospital," Dean responded modestly.

"After the way we treated you, you didn't have to help her Dean but you did. I'll forever be thankful to you for that."

Roman paused to see if Dean would respond. When he didn't, he took the opportunity to tell him the real reason why he wanted to talk to him. "Alyssa and I were talking and we decided we want you to be Ethan and Isaiah's godfather."

Dean nearly dropped the bottle of water he was drinking from as his eyes widened in shock. He frantically shook his head. "Naw man. Me? I don't know if that's a good idea. There have to be other people that are better choices. Seth, one of your cousins, hell some bum on the street. Anybody else is a better option than me."

Roman laughed at Dean's reaction. "I know you think you wouldn't be a good option because of your childhood and how shitty it was. But if this experience has taught me anything it's that that a person's past doesn't always dictate person they are today. Take Alyssa for example. She thought she would've been a horrible mother because she didn't have a good example growing up. But I look at her now and it's clear that's not the case. She's a natural at motherhood just like I knew she would be. Stop being so hard on yourself man. You're not the same person you were once before, you've changed for the better."

Dean's gaze avoided Roman's and focused on the bottle he was holding in his hands, mulling over his friend's offer. It was true that he wasn't the same person he was before and he was making strides to becoming better. But did that mean that he was ready to to accept such a large role in Roman's life? Sure the two of them didn't feel the urge to rip each other's heads off but he also didn't want to disappoint Roman, or Alexandria for that matter if he did a horrible job of being a Godfather.

"But-"

"But nothing Ambrose. Look you don't have to be perfect because I'm not asking for that. I just want my imperfect best friend to be the godfather of my first borns. I want my sons to see that it's possible for them to be redeemed even if they make a mistake and you're living proof of that."

Dean's eyes landed on Roman and he exhaled. "I wouldn't even know what to do as a Godfather."

Roman's lips tipped upward into a grin, knowing Dean was warming up to the idea. "Basically you're the cooler one out of us two while still making sure they don't do anything stupid as they grow up. And when they turn 18 you take them to their first strip club. Simple shit."

The two men shared a laugh before Dean nodded his head, silently accepting the offer. Roman held his fist out and Dean pressed his own fist against his as Alexandria and Alyssa's chatter interrupted the two of them. Roman's smile widened at the sight of his wife and sons entering the room.

"I take it you said yes?" Alyssa asked Dean, her brow raised as she took a seat next to Roman, handing her husband Isaiah.

"Yeah. Are you okay with that?" Dean nervously rubbed the back of his neck.

"Look Dean I told you the night I gave birth, me and you we're more alike than we think. I can't continue holding things against you as if you can't change when it's clear that we all can change. Hell look at how I turned out. Yes, we both had horrible family situations. But I think if anything that made us develop into better people. There's no doubt in my mind you'll be the best Godfather you can be to Ethan and Isaiah."

Ethan's cries halted the conversation making Dean's head snap towards Alexandria who was holding the baby. "Uh oh. Somebody's crabby. I think they want their Uncle Dean to hold him."

"Oh no. Accepting a Godfather role is one thing. Having Alyssa almost crush my hand to dust is another. But holding a baby? That's where I draw the line," Dean declared nervously, shaking his head as Alexandria approached him.

"Relax babe. It's not hard whatsoever," Alexandria encouraged with a giggle as she slowly slipped Ethan from her grasp into Dean's arms. She adjusted his arm to make sure he was supporting the head and stepped back, looking at the image before her with a lazy grin. Ethan's wails soon stopped as he awoke, his grey eyes opening and locking on to Dean's face. Dean broke out into a goofy grin making Ethan giggle as he reached for Dean's face with his tiny hands.

"I think somebody has a new best friend," Alexandria whispered, pecking the corner of Dean's lips.

While Dean and Ethan held their stare, the wrestler felt a wave of emotions roll throughout his body. He wasn't necessarily a guy looking forward to having kids any time soon but seeing the baby stare at him with a childlike wonderment did nothing but warm his heart.

"Man your kids are so fuckin badass Roman," Dean complimented with a grin, making the others chuckle.

As Dean continued to make funny faces at Ethan, he couldn't help but think of how so much had changed within the past year. Just when things looked as if they were grim and he would spend the rest of his life by himself, he met a woman that helped show him that he wasn't beyond the point of redemption. Although he gave Alexandria the opportunity to be herself and make her own decisions, she did so much more for him. She helped him confront parts of his past he never had the courage to do and show him that he was capable of showing affection towards somebody he cared about.

While Alexandria tore down the barriers Dean built over the past several years, she helped him grow into a better person that now everybody saw.

No longer did he feel like a broken man with no hope for a happy ending. As he stood there holding one of his Godsons in his arms, his best friend and his wife along with his girlfriend watching the scene with smiles etched onto their faces, Dean's life was renewed and filled with promise.

He was anxious to see what else the future had in store for him.

A/N: Once again, thank you to those that joined me on the ride that is Dalex's love story, "Broken" whether you did it by reviewing, following, or marking as a favorite. Special thanks to InsaneCaliGurl, ItReingsJustice619, and benova13 for the pep talks whenever I got stuck and thought my writing sucked. You three definitely pushed me to finish this story and I'll be forever grateful. I love EVERY review I received for this story, all the threats I received via DM/Twitter, and just people simply taking the time out of their schedule to read. Like I said in the beginning, I never considered myself a fan of sequels. But I must say I absolutely adore this story & Dalex. I'm also glad I finished another story so mf'in kudos to me!

Now I'm pretty sure you all are wondering what's up with the first scene with Seth. After careful consideration, I've come to an important decision.

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

THERE WILL BE A PART THREE TO THIS SERIES! The next story, "Lazy", will be centered around Mr. MITB, Seth Rollins, as I show him some well deserved love (he's a traitor but I still lust him). The new story will also include Rolyssa & Dalex as well. However, the story won't be released until December/January. I know, you all hate me for that but I want to give myself ample time to write the best possible story for my readers. However, I do have some other things up my sleeve so you'll definitely see me before "Lazy" is posted.

See you all soon,

-Cara
