"You're blowing this out of proportion," Regina said. "I never laid a finger on him."

"No, you didn't have to. You waved your hand and he went flying into a trash heap. There are witnesses. What did you expect me to do?" Emma asked.

"Certainly not put me in a jail cell," Regina said crossing her arms behind the bars.

"Regina, don't you get it, using your magic like that, it's exactly the reason why people are hesitant to trust you. They never know if you are going to get upset and turn them into flying monkeys or something."

"Flying monkeys, really? Do I look like I am from Oz?"

"Wait, is there such a place as Oz."

"Not to my knowledge, but I haven't traveled all the realms. I merely started this quaint little town here in this one. Yet all I seem to get is grief from ungrateful peasants."

"And that attitude helps I am sure."

"I have two words for you which should prove what I did was a positive all the way around."

"I can hardly wait to hear this."

"Indoor plumbing," she smiled.

Emma opened her mouth to react, but finding no argument against it, she merely shrugged. "Still, you can't do what you did out there. I am sheriff people expect me to uphold the law, even when it comes to the mayor. Now do you want to explain to me what happened?"

"Why? You and the rest of them will condemn either way."

"Regina," Emma groaned. "I have a headache already, I want to go home, so can we speed this up? What did Hook do?"

"It's not what he did?"

"Meaning?"

"He said something I didn't appreciate and I let him know it."

"Again, you can't use your magic like that. What would Henry think?"

"I think in this matter, he would support my choice."

"What did he say that has you all up in arms?"

Regina backed away from the bars and sat on the cot.

"Come on, just tell me."

"He said … he said that I must be doing something wrong because you were a lot happier when he screwing you and if I wanted some pointers I could feel free to stop by the Jolly Roger."

Emma took out her keys and opened the cell door.

"You're letting me out. What about all your lecturing about my magic?"

"Oh, you are going to need your magic in just a bit in order to stop me from killing him."

Regina approached her, laying a hand on her upper arm, "What say we just go home and I prove he is wrong?"
