Secret

The first time he nearly told them is when he was at the dinner table. He'd just sat down and they were already teasing him but when they bring up the fact that blew up his previous school, he holds his tongue.

The second time he almost tells them is after he nearly blows the whole International Rescue operation when he fires up Thunderbird 1. But when his dad cuts him off he holds his tongue.

The third time is when his dad and brothers are trapped up on Five, running out of air but the communication gets jammed before he can.

The fourth is straight after his dad and brothers have woken up and Five's geostationary orbit has been re-established but the hood is causing a major problem in London so he must go and help, he must proof himself all the while holding in his emotions the things he real needs to let out.

The fifth time is when he sees his family after him, Tintin and Fermat have saved the people in the monorail but as his dad say's "They still have a job to do." So he holds in his emotions.

The sixth time is at the party but there is so much happiness, so much celebrating that he doesn't want to get them down so he keeps it inside like always.

But no one can hold pain in for ever not even Alan Shepherd Tracy. It isn't straight after the party it isn't even during spring break it's Summer before they have the conversation, before Alan let's his emotions out.

Here's what happened, Alan was sitting in his room doing homework when there was a knock on the door.

"Come in!" He called, the door opened and his dad and all brother's file in.

They stood there looking at each other until Jeff spoke, "Alan we are worried about you. Are you all right?"

Alan nodded his eyes not leaving his work. Scott sighed, "Alan you know you can talk to us if you want?"

"Do I?" Alan whispered so his brothers and dad couldn't hear him.

But they did as John, Virgil and Gordon said at the same time, "Al are you alright?"

"Allie are sick?"

"Sprout did you do something bad at school again?"

Alan snapped, "I am so sick of you guys acting like you care about me, acting like I matter, babying me, asking if I'm ok! In fact I'm sick of everything! I'm sick of life I'm about ready to vomit because of it!"

"Alan what do you mean 'acting like we care about you and acting like you matter'? We all love you and would give our lives for your safety." Jeff said and all Alan's brother's nodded.

Alan laughed a bitter laugh and Scott said, "Alan why do you think we do not really care about you?"

"Oh good question, Scott!" Alan said sarcastically. "Maybe it's because hmm nobody ever acts like it."

"Alan…" The rest of the Tracy family said together. "We Love you more than you can ever imagine, more than anyone ever can you have to believe us. And we are really sorry if we don't always show. Please forgive us!"

Alan looked round at his family and managed a small smile he knew they were sorry, he knew they loved him, he knew they were desperate for him to forgive them he could hear it in their voices. He stood up and walked over to his family and hugged them. His Family were taken aback by this and fell on the bed and that was where they were found hours later by Onaha when she tried to find them for tea but seeming them all together she left them alone.
