"There's a time and a place for mucking around-!" Sung a widely grinning Tony as he jabbed the thin, metal black sword shaped in the form of a clocks' hand towards the sky with a hearty laugh and gleaming red irises. Nancy followed close behind as she swirled and leaned back, causing her multicoloured curls to go swinging over her shoulders while joyously chiming in, "Whoa there friend, you might need to slow down!"
The two parted with their wicked smirks, gracefully stepping in short glides around one another as Nancy curled her fingers tightly around the beloved sharpened pencil held in one sappy hand.
"I wonder what wonders we two can create?"
The wind howled in their ears in a sinister, hollow tune, creating the beat of their dark harmony.
Tony licked his lips as he rolled his eyes at the human notebook, "Would you please cut the chatter? I can't stand to be—" Stepping in mid turn to once again approach her with a mischievous glare of his eyes that soon quickly faded at the feeling of a sharp pain in his chest as his fingers released the sword with a clatter, the clock croaked out:
"—Late..."
Nancy and Tony were now facing each other again. Completely still. The pleasant hiss of the wind had ceased as Nancy's wide eyes gazed back into Tony's, full of fear and brimming with tears to realise what she had done...
With the thick pencil prodding from Tony's chest, she watched as a patch of darkness began to blossom from the wound through his black trench coat that was clearly blood. Nancy sat back on her ankles and cradled her hands weakly to her chest, staring at her lover's state of pain as her curls slowly began to fall and unravel just as her emotions did the same.
"Who said I was finished?" She breathed hoarsely as she watched him slowly begin to die.
"Who said I was done?" Nancy raked her quivering fingers slowly through his thick black hair as her free hand cupped his cheek.
"How dare you end now, when we've only begun?"

Tony lied uncomfortably upon the ground, eyes closed as he spoke best possible through burning pain and gritted teeth. "Oh, but everything ends- even me and you..." Tony replied softly to her, one white gloved hand slowly sliding to smudge his thumb along Nancy's tear stained cheek as he sneaked one other hand along to grip the handle of his fallen sword silently.
"Would it make it more fun..." He rested his forehead to hers, lips curling into a familiar demonic grin.
"If I ended you, too?"
On his last word, Tony forcefully drove the pointed tip of his clock hand sword forwards up into her stomach until it impaled through her back, a low chuckle smoothing past his blue lips.
Despite the extremely long stick of metal driven through her torso, Nancy only smiled and wrapped her arms around Tony's neck.
"Yes, everything ends..." Said Nancy.
"And everything stops-" Responded Tony, smoothing his bloody hands through her limp colorful curls as the two held each other closely.
"Even you," Nancy whispered, touching her lips lightly to his own.
"Even I..."
Tony tilted his chin slightly to deepen their passionate kiss, eyes fluttering closed as they began to lie down to the ground together.
"Even paper..."
"And clocks."
The two were flat to the floor, unmoving, unbreathing, resting in a puddle of scarlet blood with Tony's arm across Nancy's hip.

Nancy immediately sat up and giggled, alive as ever before with the black sword still clearly through her spine. "Wow! That was fun!" She laughed, gripping both of Tony's hands as he sat up just as lively and well in front of her. "I concur! Let's do it again!"
