He's been having nightmares night after night. Each one being worst then the last, vengeful spirits of the children. The sacrificial altar and several other disturbing rituals he witnessed during his escape north. And one where the final test happened, he didn't lose, he won by stabbing zero in the heart. Over and over again.

He took solace in the fact it never came to that, that the way he died wasn't by his hand.

But that dream was probably one of the worst 'what if' scenarios he could ever have.

Ichika was in the mall, a big two story building with wide open atrium that branches out to form a cross shape. A fun fact that the monorail to the IS academy was right across the street. This place also happened be the main transport hub for the city so any taxi, train, or bus you get on will probably go through here.

Also Ichika noticed something else. No one was reacting to him being there. He was just walking through the crowd, casually. Apparently if you're not somewhere people expect you to be they have harder time noticing you.

Come to think of it was sort of the same principle with his infiltration training. Get past the outer defenses and things become more complacent.

The reason he was here is…well it's more of reason of not being at his house. Since he now has three violent and crazy ninja ladies living with him…not that he welcomed them. Apparently if they aren't collectively trying to kill someone they're collectively trying to kill each other.

He has walked into the kitchen several times to see knives flying through the air. It was funny in an odd sort of way because the girls with their enhanced abilities and skills, the knife throwing was just more of a messed up game of catch seeing as how they caught the knives and threw them right back at each other.

But the noise and extra activity still gave him a headache so he got out of there.

He briefly wondered if this was why other people leave there houses on the weekend.

He quickly stopped any sociological analysis he was about to do deciding it'd be too much of a pain in the ass and decided to start out in the food court. However on his way he saw a group of guys causing a commotion in the middle of it was a girl. She was wearing an I.S. uniform.

That right there almost made him keep on moving. His track record indicates that most I.S. related people either try to kill him or end up being completely annoying. Chifuyu being the sole exception up till now.

But he is a nice guy, despite outward appearances and his dark and troubled past. And when that girl saw him he saw glint of hope light in her eyes as he being the only one paying attention to the group while the rest of the people continued on or averted their eyes.

Well he was getting himself involved.

But he figures he won't need to fight this time. The guys surrounding her looked more like the rich douche-bag type looking for date instead of the usual delinquent assholes he use to deal with.

Come to think of it there has been less of those guys since beat the crap out of a literal army of delinquents at his middle school graduation. He even remembers hearing a blurb on the evening news how school attendance was up and delinquent gangs were becoming less common.

Delinquents value being the top dog among their kind. And Ichika despite him saying otherwise is seen as such. Having someone proven to be so far above the rest of them in sheer martial prowess caused many to give up on that way of life and start focusing on getting a good life with a job.

He sighed as he walked up the cornered girl.

"Sorry have you been waiting long?" he asked using the cliché line with a straight face. The girls face brightened up with hope as she recognized his attempt to help.

"Aucun, I've only just arrived myself." She replied in foreign accent that Ichika recognized as French. Good thing he's been studying French on his own. While he may not seem like the type to take the initiative to learn something not related to combat or basic survival needs. This was different.

Truth is he's been getting bored being up on the roof by himself so has been taking online classes on his own. There really wasn't any particular reason for French either he flipped a coin between learning that and German.

"Are you really here for her, or are you just here trying to poach my game!" said the evident leader.

"Wait boss, you don't want to mess with him, he's…" said One of the guys buddies obviously recognizing Ichika.

"I don't care who he is I'm…"

Ichika just kind of zoned out what was said next, summing it all up to my parents are rich and influential.

'Rich douche-bag confirmed.' he thought inwardly and then turned to the girl "[so how did you get wrapped up in this?]"

The whole group stopped and looked at him surprise that he spoke another language, before the girl chuckled.

"[I was meeting some class mates and these people found me first.]" she replied.

This however had an effect on the rich douche bags, finding out that these two both spoke French and interacted with an odd familiarity that could only be achieved by knowing each other before hand. They didn't, but speaking in language they didn't understand helped confuse them… Grumbling they left.

"Alright they're gone, you probably have an hour before you get bothered again." Said Ichika as he was about to carry on before the girl stopped him.

"Wait, wait… at least allow me to repay you." She said hurriedly obviously not wanting him to leave. "Maybe I could treat you to some food?"

As if on cue Ichika's stomach growled. He did not eat breakfast in order to get out of the PMC complex before the crazy ninja ladies started going at it. The girl chuckled before beckoning him to follow her. Not having any reason to refuse he did.

"My name is Charlotte Dunois." She introduced herself as they walked. "Thanks for your help earlier."

"No problem." He replied "I'm-"

"Ichika Sevchenko, I don't think there's a person in the world who doesn't know who you are." She replied with a nice smile. Though to his perceptive eye there seemed to be some sadness in her eye.

This made Ichika suspicious.

She was an ISA student, yet was relieved when she saw him despite knowing full well who he was. She obviously didn't want him to leave. So that meant whatever ulterior motives she had whether willingly or not involved him.

He subtly scanned the surrounding trying to see if anyone was tailing them. But he didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. They made it to the food court and got table, Charlotte went out and go them both food when they got back Ichika got right to the point.

"So who are you working for?" Ichika asked bluntly. This caused her to stiffen before relaxing in acceptance.

"You don't pull any punches do you?" she asked with a sad smile. Ichika looked at her curiously.

"I thought that you'd put up more of a fight to prove you weren't working for someone." He said a bit perplexed. He is not use to things going that easy for him. "So why?"

"My family put me up to it…" she said with sad smile.

"The Dunois corporation?" he asked, Ichika ever since his most recent I.S. takedown has been researching modern I.S.'s. while it might be pointless considering how the inventor herself sent that last one at him.

Still it gave him a good idea what he could potentially face. And the most wide spread I.S. in use right now was the Raphael Revive made by the Dunois Corporation.

"Oui." She replied "My father is the CEO and admittedly not the best of people, and his company is currently not doing so well due to failing to make an operational prototype of a third generation I.S.. However once he heard of you, someone able to stand up to one without one himself he sent someone to find out more…though you saw through it pretty fast."

"This seems like an extremely underhanded and complicated way instead of picking up a phone and having an interview in a video chat."

"My father thought that you would withhold information, also it was probably an excuse to get me away from home." She explained. Ichika just looked at her after that recent bit of information. "I'm not the daughter of my father's wife, I was born of a mistress."

'People still do that?' thought Ichika incredulously. Sure it was a potentially entertaining gag in love comedies but in real life...not so much. His opinion of Mr. Dunois dropped sharply.

"After I was born we were forced to leave the main house, but despite that, the time with my mother was the happiest of my life." She said.

"She died, didn't she?" asked Ichika, having lost numerous loved ones himself he was uniquely aware of when conversations went in that direction.

"Oui…she became ill and there was no cure." Charlotte explained her smile became pained. "A little afterwards my father called me back to the house, first thing that happened was his wife slapping me calling me 'the thief's daughter.'"

'What a bitch.' thought Ichika with an eye twitch.

"My value to him was because I was compatible with an I.S.. so I was sent to the academy to advertise the company's newest model and to find you. Though since you found me out my father will no doubt call me back when he finds out."

She took a long sigh.

"I'm glad I was able to tell you all of this, I do not like using underhanded means." She said "Especially to nice people like yourself"

"Me, nice?" asked Ichika wondering how she picked up on that. Not that he wasn't aware that he did some random acts of kindness, but he was usually a blunt and sarcastic person.

"From earlier." She explained referencing their first encounter. "Out of all the people in this mall you were the only one to help me."

Ichika thought about her story, it resembled his own past in an odd sort of way, though with much less death and violence. Being thrown into circumstances beyond your control from a young age due to the greed of others. He sympathized with that.

"Why not just leave?" he asked.

"Because, my mother loved that man, and he is my only blood relative left." Said Charlotte, in acceptance. Ichika has some things to say about that from personal experience.

"One, your mother had crappy taste in men." The blunt statement shocked her, after her mother's passing, her friends always ever blamed her father and no one dared to bad mouth her. "Two, a real family is connected by bonds not blood. Right now your living with bunch of strangers who are just related to you."

"But even if this true, my father still can call me back as they own my I.S.." said Charlotte

"They can't actually." Said Ichika, Charlotte instantly perked up at this "You are an ISA student as long as you attend the academy, no outside organization can touch you, even your father's. for the next three years you are safe."

"How do you know that?" she asked stunned.

"One of my best (only) friends little sisters is going to the academy next year." He explained "She's been trying to make conversation based on the topics from the book, most of it goes over my head, but I do apparently retain some things."

"Thank you Ichika." She said "You have given me some peace of mind, if only for the next few years."

"Well why don't you do something about it?" he asked, Charlotte looked at him curious. "You go to the I.S. academy aside from the obvious intention to train you pilot them, it's also where sponsors come and select representatives for their countries. You have a personal I.S. right?"

He knows this because Chifuyu occasionally came home and complained about how she had to keep vultures AKA scouts from pressing students into their countries or companies service prematurely.

"I do, but it's only a second generation that's been upgraded a bit so it'll have chance against the third gen prototypes." She explained still not sure if she had chance but obviously interested.

"Then use your skills." He said with a small smirk "I basically the living example of skills beat technology in this day and age. You have a chance right now for you to make your own future with your own hand."

Charlotte went wide eyed at that revelation.

"So fight, use your skills, use your strength to show the world that you can fight. And then if you did well enough, you can become a representative and be backed by a government. And maybe make a family of your own." Said Ichika before realizing what he said "haha…I guess I am becoming more like my dad."

Out of character inspirational speeches and all.

He scratched his cheek a bit sheepishly. Thinking back to the last things Sevchenko said to him. That the world wasn't total crap and he could now live a life he wanted to live and be happy.

"…thank you." Muttered Charlotte.

"Hm?" asked Ichika not quite catching that last part.

"Thank you." She said more clearly, Charlotte showed a radiant smile, not like what she did before which was mixed with sadness, pain, or just seemed hollow. Ichika has just done more for her in five minutes than anyone has ever done in her entire life. She had hope that the future can be better if she just tries. So for the first time in long time, her smile was one of pure happiness.

'That's beautiful.' He thought, now it was his turn to be stunned. "And if you tried your best and it didn't work out, I'll help you."

"You would really do that?" she asked surprised.

"Hey I'm a nice person remember?" said Ichika jokingly with smirk "Plus I apparently don't like your dad from what I've heard of him and this would be nice way to flip him the bird…metaphorically speaking." Charlotte just looked at him for a moment before laughing. What he didn't say was that she was also the first I.S. trainee that didn't turn out to be a pain in the ass.

"You really are fearless aren't you?" she laughed, people who defied her father weren't around for very long and here was boy who so offhandedly talked about doing it out of spite. "As expected of the man who faces off with an I.S.."

"To be fair it's not like a chose to." Said Ichika "But from experience even the third generations can be taken down with tactics and enough firepower." Being that he wrecked one last year.

"Well you would definitely be considered an expert compared to anyone else in the world." She joked. "By the way your French needs some work."

"Really?" asked Ichika, he thought he did a decent job, but then he shrugged "Well that's what you get from using a phone app."

"I would be willing…no I would like to help you with that if you'd let me." She said.

"Seriously?" asked Ichika surprised. "It really was just something I did to pass time until school lets out."

"Well, it would also be a great way for us to keep in touch." She said a bit bashfully.

"You know if you wanted my number you could have just asked." He said with small smirk. Charlotte blushed at bit at having her intentions revealed again. But they did end up trading numbers. For Ichika she was new member among his very few friends, and the first I.S. pilot that he hasn't too much of a negative feel from.

Then Charlotte noticed something

"It seems my friends from school are here." She said looking at spot behind him, he turned to see what she was looking at.

'Small world…' he thought, standing there was Houki, Rin, and Laura. They didn't seem to notice them evident how they were looking around. Which is good, Ichika is pretty certain a pain in the ass situation would happen if they did.

Something along the lines of. 'Ichika what are you doing here?' and 'Why are you sitting with her.' All with increasingly suspicious and judgmental gazes.

"I have to go." She got up, Ichika understood. "Once again thank you."

"I just stated an opinion." Said Ichika with a shrug "You're the one who has to do everything."

"That is true" she giggled a bit "But it was an opinion I really needed to hear."

She got up and met up with the group of girls and they walked off to another part of the mall.

"For someone who claims not to be romantic, you do have a way with women." Said a familiar voice humorously . The owner of which was approaching him.

"Hey Chifuyu." He greeted with small smile. They haven't seen each other for a week. But they are always glad to meet. "It's good to see you."

"It's good to see you too." She said with a soft smile of her own, then as she looked at him she noticed something. "Are you okay? It doesn't look like you've been sleeping well." It was subtle signs most people wouldn't even know something was off about him. But she did.

"It's… nothing." Said Ichika, not wanting to bother her with his returning nightmares.

"You're have nightmares again, aren't you?" she asked concerned. Chifuyu however knew him to well to be fooled. "You know you can talk to me about what's bugging you."

"I don't know what it is." Said Ichika honestly. He understood it was pointless to hide things from her. "I seriously thought I got over my past."

"Well when you figure out what it is, I will always be here for you." Said Chifuyu.

"Maybe it's because you aren't there to rest my head on your lap while I sleep." Joked Ichika. This however managed throw Chifuyu for a loop.

"How…?" she asked honestly surprised and with a slight blush. That is a rarity for her.

"I woke up in the middle of the night once and I saw you there asleep." Explained Ichika chuckling a bit as Chifuyu dragged her hand down her face.

"I know I've said this before but you really are turning out like Sevchenko." She said "Annoying sense of humor and all."

Speaking of Sevchenko his 'ghost' hasn't popped up for awhile. Ichika could really use him now. Actual spirit from beyond or figment of his imagination didn't matter.

"So are my… 'sisters' behaving?" she asked a little uncomfortable addressing them as such. Ichika already told her about how they took up refuge at his place.

"About as well as you'd expect." He said with a strained expression. "It's one of the reasons I'm here."

"Sounds like them." She said plainly already knowing what that meant. "If they get to troublesome just say the word and I'll come and kick them out myself and I'll make sure they get locked away in deep hole." She obviously still has issues with her family.

"I'll remember that." Said Ichika a little put of, he isn't use to seeing Chifuyu act with such hostility. Though he did remember the Sarashiki envoys stopped coming immediately after she 'had a meeting' with the head of the family

Both of them noticed someone approaching them, timidly.

"Speaking of your way with women, this one has probably been waiting awhile to get the chance to speak to you." Said Chifuyu looking at the newcomer.

Ichika looked over and saw a girl with small stature. With red eyes and light blue hair. That pegged her as Sarashiki. She wasn't the annoying one so that means…

"Your that girl I saved a year ago." He said recognizing her. She seemed to brighten a bit when he said that and nodded her head with small smile.

"I'll leave you two to get better acquainted." Said Chifuyu with a small smirk "And when you do find what has been bothering you, you can always call me." She said this with a soft smile as she left.

That seem to throw the younger girl for a loop. Chifuyu was known as the strict demon teacher of I.S. Academy. Seeing her act like this with someone is like seeing a different person with the same face. But she wouldn't dare ask something so personal as their relationship.

"So…" said Ichika awkwardly beginning the conversation "How have you been?"

"Good…" replied the Sarashiki

'This is awkward.' Thought Ichika 'Neither of us apparently have any conversational skills.'

"I haven't been able to thank you properly for saving my life." Said the short girl with a mild blush either out of general shyness or something else.

"You don't have to." Said Ichika "I did that of my own choice."

"But you even got shot." She said memories of that nigh still very vivid to her. And of the brave boy who freed her.

"Wouldn't have been the first time." Said Ichika offhandedly, he is uncomfortably use to getting himself hurt. "Also not that I'm annoyed or anything but why take so long to thank me?" He figures most people would stop trying after the first month.

"My family was extremely protective of me after that incident and I ended up being kept in families compound until I could go to the I.S. Academy." She said looking away ashamed and then muttered "…even though I really wanted to see you again…"

"Hmm?" Ichika asked not making out that last part.

"N-nothing!" she replied quickly realizing she said that out loud.

"Anyways I was…forcibly invited to your families compound." Said Ichika with annoyed expression of the memory. "Could have come and see me then."

"I… I thought you wouldn't want to see me after all the trouble my sister caused you getting you there." She said ashamed of her family members actions, especially towards him.

"You aren't your sister." He replied and then added mentally 'thank god for that.'

What he didn't know is that he once again hit the golden phrase for a girl just because of his unique point of view. The younger Sarashiki sibling always felt over shadowed by her sister because of how seemingly perfect she is and was always compared to her.

This guy just sees her as her.

"I see…" she said "Well thank you, again. For saving me. I have some things I need to take care of, so I must go."

She began leave, this was because if she stays any longer she fears she won't be able to hide that intense blush she feels trying to rise to her cheeks.

"Okay." Said Ichika before realizing something "Oh hey, I never got your name."

She mentally berated herself for telling that sooner. She turned around again using all the willpower she had to keep her composure.

"It's Kanzashi." She said "Kanzashi Sarashiki." And then ran off reaching the limit of her self control.

'Why'd she run?' thought Ichika confused 'Anyways that's two people I can put on my not-pain-in-the-ass I.S. pilots list. Even got to see Chifuyu. Today has been a good day for me.'

After that Ichika decided to go home, in case people start recognizing him as the (in)famous I.S. killer.

-Later-

He opened the door and first thing he noticed is how quiet it is.

'Did they manage to kill each other.' He thought dryly. Not use to the peace and quiet since those three arrived. He also noticed note pinned to a pillar in the room. It read as such…

In case you're wondering we didn't kill each other yet.

'Smart girl.' Thought Ichika have slight increase of respect for note writer, for understanding what he thinks of them.

Anyways me and my sisters are out doing something, and won't be back until later tonight. Sorry I won't be there to make dinner but this is important.

XOXOXOXO

-Chiharu

This set of warning signs in his head is that he is going have to deal with pile of corpses generated by the sisters.

P.S. We aren't killing anybody.

Respect +1

He put down the note and noted the sun was setting. He figured he did enough for today and so pulled out the hideaway bed in the couch which recently realized was there and went to sleep.

-Dream land-

And as expected it was another nightmare , it seems they finally moved up to fears of the future. He saw his current friends dying. Dan and Kazuma ripped apart by crab people. The pilots he met and have personal connections with dying in vague but brutal ways.

And then there was Chifuyu she was kneeling among bodies of his friends her body beaten and her clothes burned. Behind her was a silhouette of man with gun to her head.

Ichika had enough this. He was unarmed, and the amount of distance between him and the gunman left enough room for him to shift targets and hit him, but he would sooner die than let his family die again.

He began to run at them, but it seemed like not matter how fast he ran her never got any closer, like he was on an invisible treadmill.

And then it happened.

The trigger was pulled and Chifuyu the person he was closest to was executed. Her body fell in slow motion.

Ichika stopped. That was it, he was alone again. Everything he knew and come to enjoy all torn away from him once again. And this time there was no direction for a brighter future.

"Alright enough this bullshit." Said familiar yet pissed off voice. Everything froze and then broke away to a blank canvas. "I go away for a little bit and someone is messing with my kid."

Ichika turned in the direction of the voice and as expected there was Sevchenko.

"Dad…" Ichika said breathlessly.

"Hey there buddy." Said Sevchenko in the kind smile he used when he comforted the kids during the program. "I see you have been having nightmares again."

"Yeah, I don't know what problem is though." Said Ichika "I thought my past was behind me."

"It is, but sometimes nightmares just happen. Without cause or reason." Said Sevchenko ruffling Ichika's hair. "However this isn't one of those times, and it isn't a problem with you."

"What do you mean?" asked Ichika

"Give me second." Said Sevchenko "Daddy needs to take care of certain person bullying his kid. Now where are…there you are." He seemed to be looking around trying to find something.

"What?" asked Ichika confused but Sevchenko faded away without an explanation. He seemed to have look as he was going to ruthlessly kill someone. And for Sevchenko that only happened if someone pissed him off on a personal level.

A Warlord in Africa made that mistake once. Then he and his entire army of five thousand men plus armored vehicles was destroyed by the end of the week. No survivors. No one had any proof but everyone was certain Sevchenko did it.

-Outside the PMC compound-

There was a girl sitting in hidden area physically while mentally she was in what she referred to as a mindscape. For the past week she has been interfering with the boys dreams. At first it was difficult finding something to get at him.

She must say that he has seen some horrific sights in his short life. To the point she felt she needed to ask Tabane-sama to build a mind wipe device to get rid of these memories that she witnessed.

She was different than most people. Thanks to Tabane-sama she could manipulate nanites to cause hallucinations, hack machines, and manipulate dreams. At least when they were asleep the, the conscious mine proved too difficult to mold at her current level.

She knew there wasn't any reason to be here other than torture the boy in his sleep. But he made and enemy out of Tabane-sama and that was more than enough to make her do this.

Though strange it seemed like something forcibly stopped her control. It couldn't be the boy, he shouldn't even know she's there and she was certain no one else can do what she can.

"So you're the bitch that's been giving my boy trouble." Said a voice of man.

She froze, this shouldn't be possible, no one else should be here except her. She slowly turned towards the voice. It was man he wore a gray baseball cap and had tactical gear, a lack of a uniform indicated he was a mercenary or at least paramilitary.

She recognized him as the one the boy refers to as Sevchenko and sees as a father. Several records of him she read, indicated he was an extremely skilled operator when he was alive.

He should be dead and not here.

"Your suppose to be dead." She asked still not believing he was actually here. He was probably just the result of some feedback from the boys memories. "What are you?"

"I'm the spirit who forced his way out of hell to watch over the son he left alone in this world." He said plainly with a shrug "Quite a vengeful spirit at moment, too."

There was an underlying intent to inflict pain in that statement.

"This isn't real, you aren't real." She was beginning to panic, still refusing to believe this was happening.

"Well I don't' give shit what you think." Said the man bluntly "What I do care is that kid you have been messing with has finally got himself a happy life put together. He doesn't need you people fucking it up!"

He picked her up by the throat. She noted that she did feel the pain of being strangled.

"So I want to go back to that hole you crawled out of and tell the rabbit woman to back off." He then used his free hand to punch her. Knocking her into the real world with her head lurching back.

She was panting heavily, gasping for air. Her neck burned from where she was choked and there was a warm liquid flowing down her face. She felt it and to her horror saw blood.

'That wasn't just some mental defense.' She thought trying to make sense of what just happened. 'That…that was something else entirely.'

She had to leave.

She didn't know how, and she was certain didn't want too. But something bad would happen to her.

-Ichika's Dream-

"Well that takes care of that." Said Sevchenko reappearing dusting of his hands seeming quite proud of himself.

"What happened?" asked Ichika unaware of what transpired.

"Don't worry about it." Said Sevchenko "But you probably won't have nightmares for awhile and if you do there is one sure fire way to take care of it."

Ichika was looking at him expectantly

"Kick it's ass." Said Sevchenko, as if it explained everything. "Break away from the flow and just start tearing shit up!"

"Does that really work?" said Ichika wondering about the nonsensical advice.

"That's my advice, take it or leave it." Responded Sevchenko without a care.

Ichika shrugged, this guy has yet to steer him wrong before.

"Listen kid what happened in that nightmare won't happen in real life" said Sevchenko "Because you and me both know you won't let that happen."

Ichika couldn't argue with that.

"You don't have the determination of someone who has nothing to lose." Said Sevchenko "You have the determination of someone who has everything to lose and knows what it is like to lose everything. That makes you unstoppable when you try to protect it."

"Thanks dad." Said Ichika smiling at him.

Ichika felt himself waking up as the world began to blur out.

-PMC main room-

First thing Ichika noticed when woke is that it was dark and he wasn't alone in his bed. There something soft and warm on his left, something soft and warm on his right, there was also a weight on him.

"What the hell?" he said out loud.

"Hmm…oh you're up." That was Chiharu's voice from the left. That probably meant the other two are in bed too.

"What are you doing." Asked Ichika a bit annoyed, and then paused "Also why are naked?"

"Well men and women sleep together they usually don't have clothes." Said Chiharu in a mischievous tone. "Besides I still have my panties on."

"When men and women sleep together without clothes they usually aren't actually sleeping." Retorted Ichika. "Why are you in my bed?"

"Well you see we came back after shopping late into the night and saw you asleep." Explained Chiharu "You obviously weren't having a good dream, so without warning Chinami strips down and jumps in your bed and pulls you close. I thought that looked like fun so I joined in too, and then I think Madoka took at as completion and didn't want to be left behind."

"Why?" asked Ichika confused at that random act.

"I think Chinami likes you.~" Said Chiharu once again with mischievous tone.

"Didn't I hit her in the head with the stock of a shotgun?" asked Ichika.

"Well we're not what you'd call normal…" she started.

"That's an understatement." Deadpanned Ichika.

"You see were trained to respect one thing, strength." She explained "And you who defeated us three on one certainly qualify. You won her over that night we met. Madoka too even though she probably wouldn't admit it. You also…"

He felt her move her face close to his.

"…have me into you too." She whispered and began to lean in.

Ichika just put his hand on her forehead to stop her.

"Get me to actually like you and maybe we'll go there." He said in an even tone.

"You're no fun." She pouted "But I'm still sleeping here." Without waiting for a response she laid back down wrapped her arms around him and pulled her body close to his. And seemed to fall asleep impossibly fast. He also felt a pull in the other direction and another body press against him. That meant the other had him too.

'This is one of the strangest nights ever.' He thought, but decided to stop caring and went to sleep himself.

And done. Wanted a do a another bit leading into the next chapter. But I decided to stop it here. So not exactly an action packed chapter but that will change next time. Lot's of talking decided to get the Charlotte issue out of the way. Main reason for the delay is writers block, numerous other ideas in my head, and my computer crashes whenever I made actual progress on this story.

Also it turns out my Ichika as much of clueless chick magnet as in canon.

And for anyone who's waiting for a lemon this was probably the closest this story will get to one.

And what do you guys think of the ghost of Sevchenko bitch punching (he's to awesome for slaps) Chloe?
