Hey everyone, both me and my co author (Holden Skyler) are very very very very sorry this took so long. Summer came and I went on vacation and we couldn't write together. But we are back. We will try our best to keep updating this story.

On another note, my co author for this story finally has their own fanfiction page. Just look up Holden Skyler, and go read her stories.

Also for anyone who reads my other stories, I will try and update my other stories as soon as I can. Now anyways lets get on to the chapter.

Ch 7: New Friends At Lunch

Holden walked into the café and started to search for Claire, who was sitting at one of the tables playing on her DS. Holden walked over to Claire and tossed her bag on the table before plopping down on the bench next to her and planted her face into her bag with a big sigh. "I over slept..." Turning her head to face Claire. "So what game are you playing this time?"

Claire looked up from her game, "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky." Claire then went back to her back.

"Nice. I just wish I would've gotten to bed earlier... Instead of playing kingdom hearts..." Holden smiled tiredly at Claire. "Stupid Leach Grave." She mumbled under her breath before putting her head back on her bag. "It kills me before I can get it down to one Health bar. What's with it"

"Did you take out the tentacle things?"

"Uh... No... To be honest I usually hid behind this big rock where It can't hurt me" Holden smiled proudly. "I have grown to love my big rock. I named him Dave"

Claire closed her DS and put her hand to her face and sighed, "If you take out all the tentacles it will temporarily knock out the Leach Grave."

"Ok... I'll try that"

"Hey. How's it going yo" Reno put his arms around both Holden and Claire. "Is anyone else as tired as I am. Man why can't school start sometime after two and then get out at like four"

"Cause it be way to easy if they did that... Or really hard" Holden had a concerned look on her face. "You have to actually pay attention or you'll miss it all" Demyx came bolting into the café. He ran over to Holden and Claire nearly running over the table.

"Did you guys know this school had a pool!" Demyx said excitedly.

"A lot of high schools have pools." Claire stated.

"Oh I can't wait! It's gonna be so much fun just lounging in a pool"

"Hate to burst your bubble but there is no free swim. You have to do different kinds of strokes and the occasional game" Holden said.

"Ah man..."

"Welcome to prison... Uh I mean school" Holden smiled brightly.

"Holden, aren't you forgetting that on Sunday the school's pool is open to the public?" Claire asked as she looked at Holden.

"It is?" Holden asked in shock.

"Yes it is." Claire said.

"I never knew that... Huh... The things you will learn" Holden said to herself.

Axel and Roxas entered the café and saw everyone gathered at the table. "Morning Holden" Axel smiled.

"Hey guys" Holden smiled back.

"Morning Claire" Axel said.

Claire was back to playing her game and wasn't paying attention to what Axel had said.

"Claire?" Holden tapped Claire's shoulder.

Claire looked up at Holden, "Huh? What is it?" Then Claire noticed Axel and Roxas, "Oh hey Axel, hey Roxas."

"Hi Claire." Roxas replied back.

"Hi" Axel gave a nod to Claire.

"Has anyone seen Mikoto?" Holden started looking around the café.

"I haven't seen him and I've been here for a while." Claire said as she played her game.

"Hey is that him?" Demyx pointed to a guy with bright red hair.

"Demyx tell me, how many guys do you know that have that red of hair?" Claire questioned as she closed her game and put it away. Holden pursed her lips and gave a short glare at Claire.

"Well I only knew of Axel. But then we met new people. So let's see... Three now... I think" Demyx tried counting on his fingers a few times. "Yeah I think its three"

"Seems like everyone got here before me" Mikoto stood by the edge of the table.

"No..." Holden grinned. "Riku isn't here yet" Holden looked over a Claire with a smile. "Do you know where he is? I mean how many silver-haired boys do you know"

"I hope he's here today." Claire said quietly, her cheeks where slightly red. Holden leaned over towards Claire and whispered so quietly only Claire could hear.

"I can't tell which is more red. Your cheeks or Axel's hair..."

Claire faced Holden and whispered in her ear, "Shut it." Claire blushes a little more.

"Alright. I'm sure he'll show up later, but right now we better get to class. I can't be late again... " Holden stood up and grabbed her bag.

"Wait before you head off" Reno walked up to Holden and hugged her. "I needed a hug from you before you walked off"

"Oh Reno.. You'll see me later"

"I know.." Reno let go of Holden and grabbed his things and started for class. Axel walked up behind Holden catching her off-guard.

"If he gets a hug so do I" Holden turned to face him and gave him a hug.

"I have to get going now. See ya later" Holden turned again when Demyx called out.

"So I don't get a hug" Demyx pouted.

"Alright... Come here" Holden walked up to Demyx and gave him and hug. "You too Roxas"

"Ok." Roxas said as Holden hugged him. Holden scuffed up his hair.

"Alright see ya guys later" Holden smiled and waved good-bye. She walked over towards Mikoto. "Let's get going" she smiled and took his hand and headed for class.

Later in the day, during the 6th period lunch, Roxas sat down at a table by himself. He sighed, he was all alone. All the others had lunch periods together. Roxas looked down at his food for the longest time before eating it.

"Let me guess... Your not from here are you?" Someone said standing behind Roxas.

"What?" Roxas said as he looked up and turned around to see a guy with short blue hair, he had some of his hair tied into a small, short ponytail.

"Your hair stands out from all the rest" the blue haired guy said.

"You're one to talk Takeru, your hair is blue." A guy with long, bright red hair tied back into a ponytail said.

"This school sucks... It has no juice and I'm not allowed to bring any" a guy with red-purplish hair said.

"Would ya quite obsessing over your juice!" Takeru glared at the red-purplish haired guy.

"Uh...just who are you guys?" Roxas asked, not sure what to make of the three guys.

"We are all gods. Surely you have heard of us. I'm Loki. Norse god of fire." The bright red-haired guy said.

"I'm Dionysus. I'm the Greek god of wine." The red-purplish haired guy said.

"And mr. grumpy over there is Susanoo. He's Japanese god of the sea. You can call him by his nickname, Takeru" Loki said nudging Takeru's shoulder.

"So you must know how we got here. Huh? Tell me. How do we get back!" Takeru slammed his hand down on the table causing the whole cafeteria to turn their attention on them.

"Try to be a little more quiet. Everyone is staring." Roxas said quietly.

"No! Tell me now! How do we get back!" Takeru snapped again.

"Now now Takeru... He obviously doesn't know anything" Dionysus said, trying to calm down Takeru.

"Fine.." Takeru backed away from the table, crossing his arms.

"Don't mind him. He can be pretty mean" Loki said. "So what's your name?"

"I'm Roxas." Roxas said rather quietly.

"So are there other like you trapped here?" Dionysus asked.

"Yeah there are some others here." Roxas replied.

"Ah are they friends of yours?" Loki asked.

"Yes," Roxas said. "Two of them are my friends, the others I just met a few days ago."

"So how many others are here then?" Dionysus asked as he put one of his hands on his hip.

"Well lets see, there is Mikoto, Reno, and Riku. Then there is me and my two friends, Axel and Demyx. so six of us all together."

"I wonder if there are any others. How many of us are there really that are trapped in this world"

The last bell of the day had rung and everyone was leaving class, Claire put her folders in her backpack and was getting ready to leave, but before she closed her backpack she took out a book. A new manga book she had gotten for her birthday from her uncle. It was called "Witch Buster" and on the cover was a boy with silver hair, with a slight purple tint to it. Claire smiled she always seemed to like anime/video game guys with silver hair, but her most favorite character would be Riku. She zipped up her backpack and headed out the class room door. She opened her new manga book and started reading. Claire didn't really have to look where she was going because she knew the way around the school really well and almost everyone had already cleared out of the hallway. Claire turned down and hallway and headed for some stairs but just as she was about to walk down the stairs she suddenly tripped and fell down the stairs and fell on top of someone. Claire quickly got off who she had fallen on and felt her whole face go red. She had fallen onto Riku.

Riku sat up and rubbed his and then looked at Claire, "Oh Claire are you alright?"

Claire continued to blush, "Y-Yeah I'm fine, I-I am so sorry. I shouldn't have read a book while going down the stairs."

"It's ok Claire." Riku said as he stood up and held out his hand to Claire to help her up. Claire took his hand and he helped her up. "Now are you sure you are not hurt?"

Claire looked at him and smiled "I'm fine, I have fallen and tripped before and I was fine."

"So what were you reading?" Riku asked as he picked up the book Claire had read, that fell to the floor. He looked at it for a moment before handing it back to Claire.

"Oh it's just a manga I got for my birthday." Claire said.

"You know I just notice your face seems to be red, is everything alright?"

"Oh," Claire said as she blushed even more, "We'll...it's just that...well." Claire sigh, "You know how in this world you are a character from a video game?"

"Yes." Riku replied.

Claire looked down at the floor and said "Well I play that game and you happen to be...to be my favorite character."

"Ah I get it. Well I'm your favorite character." Riku said with a smile. "Hey come on let's go met up with the others." Claire could only smile and nod.

Everyone, but Holden had gathered in the auditorium lobby after school.

"Hey has anyone seen Holden?" Axel asked.

"No I haven't seen her since sixth" Mikoto said.

"Hey Reno your with her eighth. Did you see where she went?" Demyx asked.

"Hmm? Oh uh I wasn't in class. Sorry guys" Reno said.

"Why weren't you in class?" Roxas asked.

"Nurses office... I wasn't feeling so well after science class so the teacher sent me to the nurse, but I'll all good now yo"

"Why exactly weren't you feeling well?" Claire asked as she crossed her arms.

"Huh? Oh so in class" Reno started.

Reno was getting ready for a lab in class.

"Alright I think I have everything it says to have on the list here" Reno thought. He turned to his partner. "So ready to get started?"

"Yeah" a boy with brown hair said. "Alright it says here to mix these two chemicals"

"Got it" Reno grabbed the two vials of liquids and poured them into a larger vial.

"Wait don't!" The boy partner turned to Reno. The vile started smoke and foam over. The boy started to back up "Reno you should step back" he warned but Reno remained in his spot.

"What's going on?" The teacher looked over. "Everyone clear the room now!" The teacher rushed over to Reno and ushered everyone out of the room. In the hall Reno started coughing. "Anthony take him to the nurse" Reno's partner nodded and walked him over to the nurse.

"Well you're gonna be just fine. Seems like you're only gonna feel a little nauseous so you should lie down and rest for a bit" the nurse said.

"But what about my next class. I'm already late for it" Reno said.

"Don't worry. You're excused just get some rest and you'll be feeling better" before long Reno was out cold.

The last period of the day had started and Eric turned to Holden tapping her on her shoulder "Looks like your buddy is playing hooky"

"Reno wouldn't do that... I would hope" Holden sighed. The teacher started her lesson. Holden's eyes were starting to feel heavy. Soon the board became blurry and everything went peacefully black.

"Holden. Holden!" Holden sat up with a jerk. "Care to explain yourself?" The teacher looked down at her.

"Oh no... I fell asleep? I'm so sorry it won't happen again"

"You're right it won't. I'll see you after class" the teacher went back to the board and continued.

"You were like dead to the world" Eric whispered. "I tried to wake you up, but you didn't move"

Holden let out a moan. "I can't believe I fell asleep"

After the bell rang for the end of the day. Holden sat and watched everyone leave the class room. "So Reno never showed up. Wonder where he is".

"Holden" Holden walked towards the teacher. "This is English class not nap class. I expect to see your eyes open and your head off your desk"

"Yes. I won't happen again. I promise"

"I'm letting you off with a warning. If I see it again I'll give you a detention"

"I understand" Holden turned to leave when the teacher spoke again.

"Maybe you should get more sleep at night and you won't find yourself sleeping in class. Your dismissed now". Holden quietly left the class room and made her way down the hall as soon as she turned a corner she started to pick up her pace. She pulled out her phone to see a message from Claire saying "Hey Holden where are you, yo?" Then another message from Claire showed up "Sorry about that. Reno took my phone for a minute, but seriously where are you?" Holden replied back "sorry. Had to stay after class to talk to teacher. Be there soon" Holden kept walking down the hall looking at her phone.

"Alright see you see you soon." Holden read the message that popped up on her phone. Holden started to pick up her pace even more and when she went to look up at where she was walking she ended up slamming into something face first and dropping her phone on the floor.

"Whoa. Slow down kitten. What's with the rush?" Someone said as they grabbed onto her shoulders. Holden looked up to see who it was. A boy with long, red hair smiled down at her. Holden just stared at him and she processed what had happened. She ended up walking face first into his chest and was still standing pretty close to him. It didn't take long before Holden realized who he was. The boy was still smiling at her. "Hey" he said. Holden slightly blushed before she turned away from him and bolted down the hall. "Hey wait!" He called out. He took a step forward and saw the phone on the floor and picked it up. "You forgot this." He started after her.

Holden was almost at the spot where everyone meets after school. She quickly darted around the corner, slamming into Demyx and knocking him down to the floor. Holden sat up quickly, straddling Demyx's back. Holden was out of breath.

"Whoa where's the fire, yo" Reno said.

"Red... Head... Ran into... Back there..." Holden said between breaths. Claire snicker quietly as Holden talked, "Oh hey... Demyx... What are... You doing?"

"Nothing much. Just hugging the floor" Demyx said sarcastically. "Cause I love it so much" The others started to snicker.

"Uh.. Ok." Holden said.

"Yep. I love this floor. It brings pain to my face. Especially when tackled by girls"

"Hey... There you are..." Holden turned around sharply. "You left this back there" The redhead boy held out her phone. "You ran off before I could say anything"

"Oh... Thanks" Holden took her phone back and put it in her pocket.

"So why exactly did you run away back there kitten?" The boy asked. Holden slightly blushed.

"I uh..."

"Whoa and who do you think you are. Mr. Hot shot, calling my girl a kitten, yo" Reno said crossing his arms.

"She's not your girl she's mine" Axel called out. Mikoto just silently glared at the other guys.

"Hey I'm not anyone's girl" Holden stood up and held out a hand for Demyx. "Sorry bou't that Dem"

"It's cool I'm ok" Demyx said as he took Holden's hand and stood up.

"Kitten is just a nickname. No need to get angry at me" the boy said.

"I apologize For their ill behavior, Loki" Holden said.

"You know my name?" Loki asked.
