Ok. this is my first Castle fic. It's sorta a drabble thing I couldn't get out of my head. Humor is not my best genre I know. :/

I hope you all enjoy!

Please review! :)

"We are not doing it."

"Aw. Come on! It would be fun! You like skiing!"

Beckett looked over her steaming coffee cup in disbelief. Her fiancé was sitting on the sofa, looking at her expectantly.

"Yes, I like skiing. But not enough to get married on a ski lift!"

Castle still defended his suggestion, his voice getting louder as he spoke, "Imagine it...swinging in the cool breeze, white snow falling gently on us, above a endless land of a winter wonderland!" He turned to look at Beckett, smirking he knew that what he just said would win her over. Definitely.

She took a careful sip of her coffee, "No. I would freeze."

"How about a billboard wedding?

Ok, now she was confused, "Billboard?"

"Yeah, you know. The billboards. Some of them have this platforms with stairs and..."

She interrupted him, "No."

He pouted and slumped down on the sofa, "You are so unreasonable."

"Me? Unreasonable?" She laughed, moving from her place from the kitchen to sit besides him on the sofa. "You're the one who can't think of any reasonable suggestions for place to hold our wedding." She leaned her head down to rest on his shoulder. He scowled, "I have given plenty of suggestions!"

"Yes," she nodded in agreement, she shot him a sweet smile, "Just not any helpful ones."

He wrapped his arm around her, there was comfortable silence. "How about on top of a pyramid in Egypt?" Making a face, she asked, "How about something closer?"

"Hmm, Stonehenge?"

She pursed her lips, debating that idea in her head. " Nah, let's stick with closer to New York." He snorted, "Not very exciting."

"Well, it doesn't have to be exciting, does it?"

"Kate..." She turned slightly to look at his face, it had taken a slightly more serious look. "I have been married twice already. Those were normal weddings. I don't want this to be normal. I want ours to be different and special."

Slightly touched, she reached across his lap and gripped his hand. Interlocking their fingers, she leaned forward. "And it will be special." She said with confidence. He smiled at her, and moved slightly, settling himself on the sofa more comfortably.

"How about the Star Trek set?"

She tilted her head, curiously, "I don't think that's still around, is it?"

"No, I meant the one for the new movies."

She seriously considered that for a few minutes. "Oh, no. Not at all," she shook her head, "The red floor would clash with my dress."

"Yeah..." He shook his head slowly, "...probably."

The next few minutes there was comfortable silence again. The couple were curled up against each other, enjoying the silence. The phone started to ring. Beckett got off the couch with a groan, she picked up her phone. She answered it, "Beckett."

A few secs passed and she hung up with a frown, getting up from the sofa. "Guess we will have to figure it out later. There's been a murder."

Castle sighed, also getting up from the sofa. "I guess. There must be something we can agree on." He said, walking towards the bedroom, Beckett following close behind him

He gasped and twirled around, beaming, "I've got it!"

"What?!" She asked eagerly.

"The Empire State build..."

"No." She interrupted, " Just no. Come on. Let's get to the Precinct." She rolled her eyes, walking past him into their bedroom

He followed her, slightly slower, "Ok...wait! How about we get a helicopter and..."

"No!"
