The sun shining in Howard's eyes woke him up. He groans and pulls himself into a sitting position. Wiping his eyes he stares at his room, trying to wake himself up. Turning slightly to the left, he noticed Randy sleeping in bed next to you.
Realizing that they were trying to head to the Game Hole early, he slides quickly out of bed. Running over to the section of his floor that had clean clothes, he searches through it for a specific shirt, even if all of them are the same. Shoving it over his head, he picks through the pile for the rest of his clothes.
Knowing he would take a shower that night, he only went to the bathroom to brush his teeth. The third time he spit into the sink, he realized that he hadn't woken Randy up.
Opening the door, he listens to figure out if he was awake, finding out he wasn't. Closing the door, Howard finished brushing his teeth before going back into his bedroom.
Walking over to Randy's side of the bed, he stares at Randy's face. "Hey, Cunninham..."
Getting no response, he put his arm on Randy shoulder, as he sleeps on his stomach. Instantly, Randy's hand shot up and grabbed Howard's arm. He yelped, not expecting it.
"Jeez, Cunningham. I-" He stopped talking, noticing that Randy hadn't woken up. His eyes were still closed and his breathing was still steady. Howard looked at his hand tightly clenched around Howard's wrist.
Using his other arm, he pried at Randy's fingers to get them off. His arm fell back to the bed and Howard scooted back. Leaning against the wall next to his TV behind him, he picked up his shoe. Aiming for Randy's head, he chucked it.
Randy's eyes instantly opened and he jumped up. Positioning himself in a strong crouch, he held his arms up in a defensive manner. He looked around, but didn't see any immediate danger.
Howard stared at him. "Wow..." Randy jerked his head toward the sound of his friend's voice, finally noticing him on the floor. "I am never going to attempt to wake you up again. I feel like keeping my arm and my heart in my body."
