Ruby High School AU! I got this idea, and I decided just to do a quick drabble on it. Again, PLEASE send in prompts for RWBY drabbles, or multiple chapter stories! I would love to get some inspiration from you guys, so if you have a prompt, PM me it or just post it in the comments. I will do any couple you want me to. I am very open to any ideas, even if you think they aren't very good ideas! I'll take whatever I can get! I hope to be hearing from you soon! So without further ado…

People parted as Yang walked down the corridors of Vale City High. Everyone wanted to be popular, and Yang was a very easy way to get to the top. She was beautiful, confident, rich. What else could you want? Not to mention all of the boys fawning all over her. But surprisingly, Yang couldn't care less about any of that. She just wanted friends that didn't take advantage of her. And she didn't even care about boys. From past experience, people just wanted to be her friend because of all the free things and attention. Yang thought everyone was like that, just wanted to take advantage of her. For that, she was really hard to get to know.

Weiss was feared by all of her opponents. She was the heiress of The Schnee Fashion Company, and student body president. People also parted when she walked down the hall- in fear. They knew that if anyone crossed her, they would pay. She was also the president of the Year Book Committee, won the Student U.N every year, and she was captain of the debate team. The point is, she was one of the most powerful students on campus. Most of her "friends" were just her friends so she couldn't do anything to them, in fear that she would turn everyone against them, because, of course, she could. Either that, or, like Yang, they were in it for the free stuff from her family's company. But Weiss knew almost all of these things and savored her power. The one thing Weiss didn't know was about her friends. She just let them tag along, thinking she didn't need any friends, and not having the slightest clue what they were doing.

Blake was the average wallflower, who would rather be at home with her nose in a book then out with the small circle of friends she has. She was the girl that got good grades, but never acknowledged it and always sat at the back of the class. But, despite some of her shy tendencies, she was also a rebel. When everyone parted in the halls to let Weiss Schnee past, she would walk right in front of Weiss, almost hitting her, and to her amusement, Weiss would seethe at her and stomp of angrily. "Daddy's little princess," Blake would call her. She thought that Weiss was a spoiled brat, and by her behavior, it looked like she was right. Blake never held most forms of authority in high regard, as well as the opinions of her classmates. So she pretty much did whatever she wanted. But at least she had friends who didn't take her for granted, who actually liked her. But most of all, Blake was not afraid to speak her mind.

Ruby was just Ruby. She didn't belong to a group of people. She hated being the society's idea of normal, so usually disregarded her classmate's opinions to go her own way. She wasn't the societal definition of popular, but she also wasn't so unpopular that most people at her school didn't know her name. She was a bit of a geek, the kind of person who liked to wear jeans and graphic tees every day. She was in her school's robotics club, which she insisted on calling a sport. She also loved books, and usually carried several in her backpack. She had a medium group of friends, but there were only a select few she liked to spend her time with most of the time. Ruby would part in the halls with the rest of the crowd, but rolled her eyes at Weiss, who occasionally caught her, and sneered.

They were all different, but they all agreed that their high school experience could be like hell.
