A little hint to what is going to be happening in the end: it was inspired by a Supernatural episode.
Timoteo sighed, standing from his desk, and walking over to Coyote. "As soon as possible. I will be going to Florence with Iemitsu to pay a long over due visit to an old friend. Please prepare my flight, and expect me back in three days at the max."
Iemitsu was silently fuming as he stepped out of the cab, holding the door open for Timeto. However, he looked up at the house in an amount of awe in his state of anger.
It was two stories, looking like a Victorian era style house with the swooping designs on all of the four windows and door. It was a pleasant yellow with decorate white trim on all of the windowsills and door frames. He had to admit that Reborn had taste when he looked over the house.
Timeto walked forward, towards the door, while Iemitsu took their two bags from the trunk of the cab. He paid the driver, waving to him as he drove off. Iemitsu hurried to catch up with his boss, carrying the two shoulder bags in his left hand.
As Timeto knocked on the door, they heard a crash, and a surprised squeak that gave way to a tired sigh. Timoteo chuckled a little and Iemitsu cracked a smile at the exasperated sigh. The smile was wiped off when Tsuna opened the door though, and he looked down at his son in a calculated matter.
Tsuna's eyes widened and he stepped back when he saw his father. Reborn walked out, running a hand through his spiky hair to flatten it before placing his fedora on. His eyes turned steely when he saw Iemitsu and Timeto standing in the door way, Iemitsu obviously furious for some reason.
"Hello, Ninth, Iemitsu", Reborn said politely. He crossed his arms across his chest, seeing Tsuna hide behind him at what might happen with the two being there.
"Hello, Reborn. Do you mind inviting us in so we can talk?" Timeto responded cheerfully, smiling around him to look at Tsuna. "Hello, Tsunayoshi, it's nice to finally meet you."
Tsuna smiled hesitantly, nodding towards them, but not willing to say anything as he clung to the back of Reborn's suit jacket. Reborn rolled his eyes but didn't do anything to force Tsuna in front of him. He just reached behind him briefly and squeezed Tsuna's wrist that was closer to his left hip.
"Nice to know you two are well acquainted." Iemitsu spoke up, his eyes piercing into Reborn's in annoyance.
"Unlike you tried to", Reborn shot back with a small smirk, his eyes showing mischief. Tsuna snorted a little in agreement.
Iemitsu spluttered in indignation, taking half a step forward. He was stopped when Timeto held up a hand in a silent command to step down. Iemitsu stepped back, grumbling silently about saving his son from a monster.
Reborn smirked in triumph over at Iemitsu before stepping back from the doorway as a silent invitation for the two to walk in. They accepted, and Iemitsu was trying to give a small wave to his son as he passed. Tsuna shifted so he was behind Reborn completely, and wouldn't meet Iemitsu's eyes.
Tsuna knew he was acting cowardly, but he just didn't want to be separated from Reborn. He knew that was going to happen too, because Reborn was a big scary vampire, and he was supposed to be Iemitsu's weak little No-Good Tsuna, his son. Yet he was so much more than that, and Iemitsu had no idea yet.
Reborn lead everyone into the small living room off to the right of the front door. It was small, two small chairs sitting in front of the love seat. Reborn and Tsuna took the love seat and sat in front of Timeto and Iemitsu.
"Now, I know you're probably wondering why we're here", Timeto started, looking at Reborn then Tsuna. He noticed that Tsuna's usually deep brown eyes were leaner closer to orange. That wasn't a good sign. "We have come here to ask if you, Tsunayoshi, could visit the Vongola manor with your father to reconcile before it's too late. Since you are more than likely going to live longer than both of your parents, and then some, why not spend as much time with them as possible before they pass?"
Tsuna looked away, thinking over what he was just asked. "Why do you want me to visit all of a sudden when mom and I were never invited before? Is it so you can look after me, making sure I don't fly off the handle?" Tsuna demanded, tightening his hand into a fist in Reborn's dress shirt.
Iemitsu looked taken aback at that. "Tsuna, you know that we only want what's best for you. Don't get upset or anything, but your mother misses you, and I missed you."
"Yet, you are never home to begin with. Maybe three times in all of my life do I remember you coming home, yet after that barely any pone calls, mail, all we got was a once in a blue moon letter saying that you were coming home. How am I supposed to sympathize with you, when I barely know you?" Tsuna shot back, his voice dripping with venom and annoyance.
Iemitsu flinched back, not expecting Tsuna to say all of that at once. Reborn hid his amused smirked behind his hand as he leaned into it. Timeto interrupted Iemitsu's answer before a fight broke out.
"Tsunayoshi, please understand that if Iemitsu was to come back too often, it would be dangerous to you and your mother. Don't be so hard on him for not being there when you needed him." Timeto said, leaning over, and patting Tsuna's knee softly in a grandfatherly way.
"It's not a matter of I needed a father, just a matter that I needed somebody." Tsuna murmured under his breath. Reborn shot him a worried look, putting the arm that was on the back of the couch across Tsuna's shoulders.
Iemitsu sighed, knowing that they were getting nowhere in their plan. "Tsuna, please understand that we can't change the past, and holding onto it won't help at all. So why don't we move forward, and I'll be there more when you need it as you live in the Vongola manor."
"No, I would much rather stay in Japan." Tsuna answered shortly. He had no idea what he might be getting into if he said yes, but something was screaming at him to say no, no matter what.
Somebody knocked on the door and Tsuna jumped at the chance to be away from the two people in front of him. He didn't even care that it would be a bad idea since nobody knew where Reborn and he were staying.
Opening the door, Tsuna took an immediate step back, getting immediately defensive at the people in front of him. Mammon scoffed a little, amused that Tsuna was so defensive, before stepping in quickly.
He grabbed the side of Tsuna's head, bunching strands together in his fist, and dragged Tsuna out of the house. Tsuna cried out in protest, struggling as he clawed at the hand in his hair, almost ripping it out.
Iemitsu appeared first, looking both outraged and surprised that Mammon was there. He regained himself and surged forward, but was intercepted by Squalo putting a sword to his throat.
"Don't move, Sawada Tsunayoshi will be coming with us, or CEDEF's boss will kick the bucket." Squalo threatened lowly, his silver-blue eyes glaring daggers at Reborn's calm façade.
Mammon tugged Tsuna forward, pushing him further and further towards the door as he inched along himself. Mammon stared determinedly at Reborn as he did so, daring him to break his poker face, and run after him like he wanted him too.
But it didn't happen. Tsuna looked back, making eye contact with Reborn, and he was certain he was the only person who saw the small wink Reborn gave him. Tsuna's eyes widened before he got it, he winked back before he was tugged out of the door.
He stumbled when he was pushed, falling down the couple of stairs that were connected to the deck and front door. He groaned, sitting up with his head in a hand. Tsuna was about to snap back sarcastically when it died in his throat as he was kicked on his side, feeling a few ribs crack.
"W-What the fuck was-", Tsuna tried to ask, but he was kicked with the heel of a boot, feeling like his cheek was on fire.
Mammon gave an unimpressed stare down at Tsuna's shivering form, turning away when Squalo got ready to kick Tsuna again. Reborn was silently sitting on the railing that went across the deck, leaning against the post, and gripping the wood underneath him until his knuckles turned white.
"Reborn, mind coming with us for an hour or two?" Mammon asked, pulling the hood farther over his eyes so he was sure that Reborn couldn't see him sweat.
"Why do you want me to come with you?" Reborn asked calmly, running a hand through his hair, realizing that his fedora wasn't there. He sighed irritably as he brushed his bangs away from his face, tucking the end behind his ear.
"Because we need you to make sure Sawada doesn't kick the bucket." Squalo spoke up, heaving Tsuna onto the shoulder, holding one of Tsuna's legs just above the knee so he wouldn't fall off.
Reborn seemed to ponder it for a moment before jumping off of the railing, landing lightly a few feet in front of Mammon. "Maybe, but you have to make sure that I don't die as well in the process."
Mammon sniffed haughtily. "Fine, but you expect me to let you die after all we've been through?"
"Yes", Reborn said immediately. "But it's not like you could since my nickname's pretty impressive."
"Whatever, Reborn, follow me. Iemitsu, Nono, stay where you are until we get back. We won't kill him." Mammon said, casting an illusion so everyone leaving was engulfed in indigo fog, Iemitsu and Nono looking on in grim satisfaction as the smoke cleared with nobody in the middle of it.
Tsuna woke up with a hand running through his hair, somebody humming quietly to him, and everything hurting. He was able to blink awake, struggling to stay conscious as the pounding headache almost made him pass out again. Reborn stopped humming and shifted so Tsuna's head was against the crook in his neck.
"Why do I feel like the universe hates me?" Tsuna mumbled against Reborn's neck after a moment, finally able to focus his vision.
"Who knows, maybe you pissed off a god or two in a past life. But I think it's a little better than having to go through cancer, if you ask me." Reborn mumbled in his ear, blowing on it before pulling back. Tsuna giggled at the sensation, swatting Reborn's abdomen weakly to get him to stop.
"Yet, being a vampire is quite hard to deal with when thirsty." Tsuna answered, pulling away from Reborn's chest to see where he was.
It was a small, dank, dimly lit room. A few candles in each corner the only light to the, what it seemed like, hotel room. The tacky, 70's flower print wallpaper peeled near the tops, corners, and bottom with the pink carpet looking like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The bed smelled of stale bread, sweat, blood, and something else he wasn't sure he wanted to place. He was covered to his waist with a yellowing blanket and comforter, Reborn turning out to be the only thing that was actually appealing in the room.
"I'm guessing the Vaira wanted us to have sex or something?" Tsuna asked, shoving his bangs away from his forehead, looking up towards Reborn.
"We could, but that's probably not a very good idea unless you wan to get hurt even more." Reborn said, shifting against the head board, the arm around Tsuna's waist tightening a little. "But no, they dumped you here, locking the door when they left. Mammon's probably doing something since he likes to be dramatic, and will be getting things ready for some sort of ritual. I smell herbs so it's just an educated guess."
Tsuna grunted a little, shifting so he was settled between Reborn's outstretched legs, sitting in the little gap that was made from Reborn resting a foot underneath his opposite leg.
"Are they going to separate us?" Tsuna asked quietly, playing with the fingers on Reborn's left hand.
"Probably, but I'll find you. I am the World's Strongest Vampire for a reason." Reborn murmured, kissing the part of Tsuna's neck he could reach from his vantage point.
Tsuna's vision turned blurry, his breath coming in soft gasps all of a sudden. Reborn noticed, and immediately bit into Tsuna's neck. He sucked out some of the blood before pulling away, licking the teeth marks so they healed over. He pulled Tsuna around so they were facing each other, and guided Tsuna's head to his neck.
When Tsuna hesitated, Reborn sighed. "Tsuna, you are going to feel worse if you don't take any of my blood so just get on with it."
"B-But, won't it hurt you?" Tsuna mumbled, sitting on Reborn's thigh, and resting his forehead against Reborn's shoulder. He felt Reborn sigh again before his head was pulled away from Reborn's shoulder.
"Don't turn squeamish on me now, Dame-Tsuna. You need to survive as much as I do, so stop stalling." Reborn's black eyes were piercing in the dim light, making Tsuna cave as he leaned down to Reborn's neck, biting down on the jugular vein on the side. He clenched his hands into the button up, white shirt around Reborn's waist as he did.
He wasn't sure how he felt in drinking blood, it wasn't like how it usually tasted when he was human, tangy and metallic, but more like his favourite food, his mom's brownies that she loved making, as embarrassing as it was.
He pulled back when he didn't feel dizzy, licking over the puncture marks, and pushing back so he was on the other side of the bed. Reborn cracked his neck, closing an eye when he felt his neck where Tsuna bit.
"I'd say you're good now." He muttered, stretching a little so he wasn't as stiff. He leaned forward, tugging on Tsuna's hand to bring him forward, and settled Tsuna on his lap. He ignored Tsuna's squirming as he hugged Tsuna's hips, setting his chin on Tsuna's shoulder.
Tsuna sighed in defeat as he settled more comfortably on Reborn's lap, hugging Reborn's neck so he didn't feel awkward, and buried his face into Reborn's neck.
"Hey, Reborn", Tsuna muttered after a moment of comfortable silence. Reborn made a small sound, telling Tsuna he had Reborn's attention. "Why is it that we can drink each other's blood? I thought it wasn't possible."
Reborn chuckled, shifting a little under Tsuna to get a little bit more comfortable. "It's because I changed you, and you're supposed to be my mate. Since you're used to having my blood, it's easy for you to drink it, and since I'm used to drinking yours, I can drink your vampire one since there's no difference really."
"Oh, that makes sense." Tsuna said, playing with one of Reborn's sideburns as he thought over what he just heard. "Can vampires die?"
"Yes there is, but there are only a few effective ways to kill them. Decapitation, dead man's blood, and Human blood altered with Leviathan corn syrup. Some idiot human named it Vamponite, and it spread so it's all people call it now." Reborn listed off, taking Tsuna's hand out of his hair. "Stop playing with my hair, it feels weird."
Tsuna pouted, leaning forward, and pecking Reborn's nose. "They're cute though."
Reborn retaliated by pushing Tsuna down onto the bed, nipping at his neck when Tsuna was on his back against the bed. "I'm not cute, but you are, Dame-Tsuna."
Tsuna blushed, looking to the side, frowning lightly at the compliment because he wasn't anything much. Reborn sighed, rolling his eyes as he was used to this behaviour whenever Tsuna was complimented in anything.
Without much warning, Reborn latched his lips against Tsuna's. Taken by surprise, Tsuna gasps, and tries to pull away at the suddenness of it. But Reborn's having none of that as he pulls Tsuna's face back with one hand on Tsuna's face, the other going lower and ghosting over his chest, before finally settling onto the back of Tsuna's thigh.
Giving up, he knows that he's just going to be even more flustered if he tried to stop Reborn, he kisses back. He pushed a strand of hair away from his face, tucking it behind his ear, before wrapping both arms around Reborn's neck. In hindsight, it would have been better if they were back in their old apartment, but it's never something that crosses either mind once the kiss deepens.
Before they get any farther than Tsuna managing to give Reborn a hickey, three for Tsuna, the door was thrown open, and Mammon walked in all of his glory.
He observed the two as they broke apart, Tsuna burying his face into Reborn's shoulder so nobody could see his face, before smirking. He walked forward and wrenched Tsuna off of the bed, pulling him by the hair again like he did before. Reborn doesn't say or do anything, just squeezing Tsuna's leg briefly, before he's on the floor.
Squalo comes behind him, and before he can be flipped over Reborn's shoulder, jabs a syringe into Reborn's thigh, taking some of the blood out of the major artery.
"What, the hell are you doing." Reborn hissed, taking the syringe out of his leg.
"You'll find out, but we'll need to take Sawada for a few hours." Mammon said, smirking at Reborn.
Reborn barely held himself from lunging off of the bed at Mammon, but a powerful demon and a powerful vampire fighting always spelled trouble.
Mammon took the syringe from Squalo, pushing the plunger down so the blood mixed into the already crimson liquid. There were small branch like things floating in it already, looking like tea that somebody forgot to strain.
Tsuna looked at it in apprehension, not liking the smell at all. He was locked in the room, stuck to pacing back and forth in the small dingy bathroom. He saw everything the was going on through the open door, he just could walk through because something was blocking him from doing so. He made an impatient noise when he almost hit the invisible wall again but kept walking back and forth.
On one of these occasions, he caught a glimpse of himself in the broken and cracked mirror mounted on the wall above the sink. He didn't expect it and almost screeched like he usually did when he saw that his eyes were orange.
"VOI, stop looking like that, it's annoying." Squalo grumbled at Tsuna, making him jump, and look towards Squalo.
"It's just my face", Tsuna protested, making Mammon snort in derision.
"It needs to brew more before its ready so you can let Sawada go for now. Let him make-out with Reborn while he can." Mammon spoke up after a moment of annoyed silence.
Squalo nodded as he pulled Tsuna by the arm, down a hall, and pushed him into the last room on the right. Reborn was pacing the room, much like Tsuna had been, when Tsuna was pushed roughly into it. He groaned as he had hit his head against the floor when he was pushed in. Reborn was there in an instant, helping him sit up.
Not even thinking of what he was doing, Tsuna leaned forward on his knees and kissed Reborn more fiercely than before. Not even fazed, Reborn hefted Tsuna up to go to the bed so they weren't on the musty floor, not like the bed was any better though, and smirked when Tsuna wrapped his legs around Reborn's hips.
"You're getting bold, No-Good Tsuna." Reborn murmured against Tsuna's lips, shifting his hands so they were against the back of Tsuna's thighs to hold him up.
"I do learn from the best you know." Tsuna laughed with his breath ghosting over Reborn's face from how close they were.
"Of course, because I am the best there is when it comes to things like these." Reborn said cockily as he dumped Tsuna onto the bed. He wasn't let go as Tsuna's legs pulled him down. "Don't smirk at me, I could easily beat you."
"Sure, sure, but that doesn't mean I can't try." Tsuna mumbled as he shifted his arms down to Reborn's waist. He kissed Reborn again but couldn't keep in the gasp when a hand slipped up his sweater.
"Yet you're still a novice", Reborn said as he dug his fingers into where he knew Tsuna was ticklish.
Tsuna giggled at the feeling, trying to keep it as quiet as possible so Reborn would feel accomplished. It didn't work as Reborn started digging into both of his sides, and he was a giggling, blushing mess.
"S-Stop i-it, Reborn, I-I can't breathe!" Tsuna was able to gasp out. Reborn chuckles a little, pressing a kiss to the side of Tsuna's neck. Tsuna swatted him lightly, blushing yet not really angry.
After a few moments of silence, Reborn nestled on his side between Tsuna's legs comfortably, and his head resting against Tsuna's shoulder with Tsuna's hand in his hair, Tsuna finally broke it. "Are the Varia different types of monsters?"
"Yes, some are pretty obvious if you're religious." Reborn said, playing with a strand of Tsuna's hair that fell over his shoulder.
"I'm not religious", Tsuna said, sounding unimpressed.
"How I am not surprised." Reborn said dryly, pulling gently on Tsuna's hair. "Belphagor is one of the Seven Princes of Hell, he left Hell because he was bored, and stumbled across Xanxus, who's not Nono's biological son but is half vampire himself.
"Leviathan is said to be the first thing God created, before Demons and Angels themselves, but since they was the first creatures made, they are more powerful than anything is. They are shape shifters that can take on any shape. The one you battled was quite weak because they hadn't been able to feed for a while on Xanxus' orders.
"Lussuria is a demon of Lust that tries to lure different people into the mansion so Mammon and any other vampires can feed. Most of the time Lussuria had sex with them, males are the favourite because it takes more to break them most of the time, before sending them to the vampires in the Varia. It is also one of the Seven Deadly Sins that everybody will be sent to hell for if they do any. I think that's bull shit though.
"Mammon is the demon of greed, often personified as a god of riches. He's nothing big though since he's kind of a prick to every one if you don't pay him."
"Wow, you really know your Demonology." Tsuna muttered as he wrapped his arms around Reborn's shoulders.
"Damn right, but it's quite easy if you're smart." Reborn said, smirking when he was hit on the back of the head. "The last member, Squalo, I don't know what he is from how he smells. He smells like seaweed, which smell awful, but he also smells human so I don't know what to think."
Tsuna nodded, taking in what he was just told. "Does that mean that I drank human blood if Xanxus if is half-vampire?"
"No, Xanxus' mother was a vampire but his father was a lower class demon. So you just drank a demon's blood, congrats, most vampires will kill for that chance since it'll make you stronger. It takes a few hours for it to happen but it'll happen." Reborn said, shifting a little so he could wrap his arms around Tsuna's waist.
They didn't say anything for a bit, Tsuna falling asleep after a while. Reborn couldn't sleep though because he kept thinking what would happen to Tsuna. He knew what was happening, but he didn't want to tell Tsuna in case he would try to run. That would just make things ten times worse.
After almost two hours, Squalo burst into the room, screaming. Tsuna screeched and fell off of the bed, pulling Reborn with him. Reborn had to resist the urge to head butt Tsuna for that.
"VOI, get up trash. We have things to do!" Squalo yelled, walking forward to tug Tsuna forward. Reborn got up, following silently behind the two, and silently wishing he could kill Squalo.
Tsuna was thrust into the middle of the room, Reborn being forced by Squalo to stay in the darker corner by force. Mammon was putting the red stuff that they put Reborn's blood in into a cup for Tsuna to drink out of, making sure that he didn't spill any since it was a bitch to brew.
He handed the cup to Tsuna, shoving it into Tsuna's hands before placing a bucket in front of him. Tsuna didn't drink anything as he went to dump the brew onto the concrete beside him. Mammon caught his arm, Squalo coming behind him, holding his mouth open.
Tsuna struggled, kicking and scratching at Squalo and Mammon so he wouldn't drink it. "Let go of me!" He yelled, thrashing even more when Mammon was able to drizzle some of the stuff into his mouth.
He gagged, spitting out whatever he was trying to be fed into Mammon's face. Mammon didn't seem ruffled as he just gestured for Reborn to stay where he was, seeing how he was coming out of the corner.
Mammon sat on Tsuna's abdomen, motioning for Squalo to hold down his arms, and leaned over Tsuna's face, pouring the rest of the liquid into Tsuna's open mouth.
Before Tsuna could spit it out, Mammon clamped a hand over his mouth and nose so he couldn't breath. Tsuna choked, trying to breathe by some miracle, but ended up swallowing it anyways. Almost immediately, he felt a searing pain on the side of his body. He cried out, feeling tears spill down the corner of his eyes.
Before anybody noticed, Tsuna was moving. The pain was a distant feeling as he smiled darkly. Mammon's head was in his hands, the body limp by his feet.
He dropped the head, turning his eyes to Squalo's surprised face. He walked forward, Squalo stepping back every time he stepped forward. Tsuna mock pouted, using the tears he had earlier to his use.
"Don't be like that, Squalo-Nii-san. I only want to help Tsuna. He's annoyed that you're trying to change him back to a human. You do know that it's a bad idea since he's already deteriorating from the cancer. Why did you change him?" Tsuna's voice was different, it was deeper, and it sounded like nails on a chalk board when he said an 'S' sound.
Squalo's surprise, almost fearful look didn't last long. "You fucking monster."
Tsuna's pout turned into a deadly grin as he blocked the swing of Squalo's sword. "But I only want to have a nice life with Reborn. Why did you have to take it from him!"
Tsuna didn't let Squalo answer as he snapped the sword tapped to Sqaulo's wrist, the hand was cut off so Squalo could win a fight against another one handed person, in two. He through the pieces to the side, head butting Squalo as he drove a fist into his gut, all the while Reborn watched steadily.
"How could you!" Tsuna screamed as he stood over Squalo. There was blood leaking out of Tsuna's nose and mouth, and a bruise forming on his wrist because of punching Squalo. "He was happy! Why did you accept money to destroy him because he was happy!"
Tsuna bent down and picked up a piece of the broken sword. He smiled happily as he sat crossed legged by Squalo's side. He stabbed Squalo's abdomen, chuckling at the scream of pain. He got up, dusting himself off, and walked over to Reborn. He smiled up at him before tackling him into a hug.
Reborn didn't react as he pushed Tsuna away, moving him so he was sitting in front of the bucket, and gripped the back of Tsuna's neck as he talked. "Leave Tsuna, and let him throw up already."
Tsuna sighed, rolling his eyes before following Reborn's instructions. Tsuna coughed viciously before he retched up blood into the bucket, reaching blindly for Reborn's hand.
Reborn placed a can of coconut water down on the ground before sitting down himself. How he was able to bring himself here, he had no idea. It had been almost 25 years since the funeral, and he never visited once. He just couldn't do it.
Sitting in front of Tsuna's grave was hard, but it was even harder knowing that unless he was killed by a hunter, he wasn't going to die of natural causes. He still looked the same, no grey in his black hair, his body wasn't starting to fall apart, he still looked not even a day over 25.
He didn't speak for a bit, just sitting there, looking at the grave with a hand propping up his chin. When he did speak, he felt so out of character when he started crying.
"Hey Tsuna, this is so stupid because you can't even hear me, but I made it for the anniversary. How about that, it only took me 25 years. It's been hard, I can't age so my memory's still pretty good. It's hard because I don't sleep; I can't because I see you dying in front of me because of your idiot father. My nickname's the World's Strongest Vampire so when I got into fights by accident; I couldn't exactly die without bringing them with me. You told me that I would have to start buying a lot of coconut water since it can act as a blood supplement. I brought some with me so be grateful."
Somebody walked onto some of dead leaves that were on the concrete path beside him. He looked, going to flick his fedora up out of habit but remembered that he gave it to Tsuna to take to the grave. Standing on the path was Tsuna's mother, Nana, looking older than her fifty years. He gave a slight smile as he saw Tsuna in her face before getting up, dusting his pants off.
He gave a nod, walking with his hands in his pocket, and walked past her. She called out to him but he didn't turn back, he just kept on walking. When another figure stepped onto the path in front of him, he went to walk around. Until he was stabbed in the heart with a knife drenched in dead man's blood.*
He looked at the person beside him who stabbed him, and almost laughed when he saw that it was one of Tsuna's old friends. He fell, being caught before he hit the ground, and looked at Gokudera in equal parts gratitude and revulsion.
The last thing he thought before he saw Tsuna was, 'Damn, I let my guard down.'
*For the people who don't watch Supernatural, if you stab a vampire with dead man's blood, the blood from a dead corpse, they'll die. I'm not completely sure why, they might explain it in the later seasons or I didn't pay attention, but it does.
And I'm done this story. Holy shit this was a fun story. I'm not sure how well I got it down for a few things because lovelydragonfly asked for a crazy Tsuna and I'm not sure how well that turned out.
But hey, I finished, and I still have no idea where this came from.
Drop a review on your way out please!
