Sorry for the huge gap between chapters! I've been super busy. Please forgive me! sorry for any mistakes.

Emma was now eight months pregnant. The Swan couple had stopped contacting her and she couldn't help but be greatful for that. Regina and her were now concentrating all their energy on Henry and the babies. They had completed the nursery. They had their hospital bag packed and now they are concentrating on waiting on the birth of their babies. The doctor said it could happen anyday. Emma was excited and nervous and completely utterly ready for these kids to come. Her back hurt. Her feet hurt and she was totally cranky. Regina was ready for the babies to come because her wife was continuously biting her head off.

"Regina! Will you rub my feet? they hurt." Emma bellowed throughout the house.

"Emma I am busy right now, maybe later hunny." Regina yelled from her home office.

"You weren't busy eight months ago when you wanted a baby!" Emma sneered. Regina was now mad and she was so frustrated with Emma always blaiming her for something they both agreed upon.

"You know what Emma. Yes I wasn't busy but now I am and I am so tired of always fighting with you so I am going to leave. If you decide you want to appologise call me, until then leave me alone. Bye" With the last word spoken Regina slammed the front door shut and drove to her office.

Emma sat up and she walked to the kitchen. "I'm so stupid. why do you always have to screw up?" Emma thought to herself.

She slowly sat down in the chair and thats when she noticed that her water had just broken and she was getting the kitchen chair wet. Regina was going to kill her. "Regina! I have to call her."

Ring! Ring! Ring!

Regina decided that whoever it was was just going to have to wait. She turned off her phone. She had just entered her office and she decided that she was going to have a large cup of her famous cider. Emma was being annoying and she needed a minute to cool off. Her wife was getting on her last nerve.

She opened her files on the desk and got right to work. She soon would regret her decision to turn her phone off.

"Emma! I got your call!" Katherine yelled as she entered the mansion. She used her key that Regina gave her in case of an emergency. The house was eerily quiet. Katherine slowly walked around the house to look for Emma. She found Emma in the livingroom hunched over and moaning.

"Oh Emma! are you alright?" Katherine rushed over to the blonde and placed her hand on the young woman's back.

"I cant get a hold of Regina or my parents and Henry is at a friend's house and Ruby is working and I'm in labor. I yelled at Regina and she left and now her phone is off and my water broke and I don't want her to miss her babies being born. I'm so stupid." Emma's rant was cut of with a sharp intake of breath and a moan.

"Alright Emma dont panic. Breathe. Come on Breathe in and breathe out. " Emma slowly started to calm down. "We will get you to the hospital and we will find everyone. Don't worry. I will keep you safe until Regina returns." Katherine helped Emma up and picked up the hospital bag and helped the blonde to her car. She ran back inside to grab a towel and leave a note in case Regina should returned home. She locked the door and ran to the car so she could get Emma to the hospital safely.

Katherine had contacted most of the town and she still hadn't found Regina. Emma was so close to delivering. She was nine centimeters along and Emma would continuously ask Katherine if she had gotten a hold of Regina. When Katherine would shake her head in the negative Emma would get more and more distraught.

"Ahhh! Please Katherine! I just want Regina, Please. That's all I want." Emma was crying now. She had refused drugs when the doctor offered them to her. Regina and her agreed that it was Emma's decision and this is what Emma wanted. It hurt like a bitch but she decided that she would do this.

"I know you do. I got a hold of Henry and he said he was going to go check Regina's office and if he cant find her there he is going to have ruby track her scent." Katherine said.

"She isn't going to make it. I feel like I have to push. I cant have these babies without her. She will be so upset. I just wont push" Emma said.

Katherine pushed the nurse's button. She had to make Emma push even if Regina was going to miss it. "Emma Swan you will push do you understand me. I know you want Regina and I know Regina would want to be here and I bet your angry at her for not being here but I need you to push. You dont want to lose these babies do you?" Katherine was staring at the broken image of Emma.

"No" Emma whispered.

"Alright we will do this together. I will let you hold my hand and we will push together. We can do this. I will be right here with you." Katherine held onto Emma's hand for dear life.

"MOM! Are you here? Mom!" Henry busted into the office.

"Henry, What are you doing here?" Regina jumped up from her office chair to greet her son.

"Momma is in labor." Henry said breathless.

"What! What do you mean she is in labor. She would have called me." When she remembered that she turned off her phone she got mad. When she turned it on she notice the 57 missed phone calls from Emma and Katherine.

"Mom we have to go!" Henry started to drag his mom out of her office.

When Regina and Henry made it to the hospital they found a nurse who pointed them to Emma's room. When Regina enetered she couldn't believe what she was seeing. Emma was holding one kid while the other was slowly making it's way out.

"Ahhhhh. Oh my Fucking god this hurts!" Emma yelled.

"I know! breathe! Come on. We can do it. Just one more push and the last baby will be out. You can do it!" Katherine said reassuringly.

"I'm so tired." Emma whispered.

"I bet you are." Regina said from the doorway. Emma looked over quickly and saw her wife. Emma was so pissed but she was kind of glad Regina didn't miss the whole thing. " You can do it. One more push!" Regina came over and grabbed Emma's empty hand across from Katherine.

When the final baby made its way out of Emma, everyone was relieved no one more then Emma. "It's a boy!" the doctor announced. He handed the other baby to Emma. Emma was now holding both babies with Regina looking over her shoulder.

"What! We were told they were both girls." Emma quipped.

"This one was probably hiding that day. It happens occasionally. You have a healthy baby girl and boy. We will just finish stiching you up and take you to recovery." the doctor said. Two nurses came over to take the babies to get them all checked out. Emma was cleaned up and taken to a room where she was to wait for her babies.

"I'll leave you two alone to speak." Katherine said backing out the door.

" Katherine Wait!" Katherine turned to Emma.

"Yea" Katherine said.

"Thank you" Emma said quietly.

Next time... Regina and Emma speak. Is Emma mad? What are the names of the babies going to be? Is Snow going to come visit. What will Henry think about having a brother!
