Takao took his head up, when the noises of footsteps echoed on his hearings. It was Midorima, walking towards the hawk eyes' way with a small box on his hand.

"Shin-chan, doushitano?"

"Well, I want to say something." Midorima pushed his glasses up, which were sagged from its place while the green orbs were looking away, slightly. Even Takao laguhed inwardly at his response.

"Spill it out, Shin-chan."

"Today Scorpio ranked first," Takao made such an 'o', a wide gap on his mouth. He have figured that Midorima would be talking about Oha-Asa, but his zodiac this time and not the green-head's? This is something else.

"Heh, how about Cancer?"

"Second." Midorima pushed his glasses up, again which made no difference at all from the first time. Takao just nodded and smiled with a small comment.

Midorima coughed once, thinking of averting his gaze to hide the blush whenever the thinking of his raven friend always looks cute with a pure smile crossing his lips. He really wanted to run away, but he just needed to make things clear, everything, now.

"I have an extra lucky item for you, Takao. I-I mean, I won't use it so you can give a hold into it for this whole day."

"Why do I need to hold into it? I ranked first, no?"

"Stupid! Of course you have to!" This made the obsidian orbs laughed, it is Shin-chan after all.

"Then, what is it? Gimme, Shin-chan!"

Again, the green-haired let out a small cough, which is unusual and even Takao had this thought on mind. Is he nervous? Before he could fight with his own statement any longer, Midorima handed him a small box that was on his hand a long time ago, the first time he walked towards the point guard's way.

"Here."

Receiving it, Takao wondered, looking at the box suspiciously but actually he felt curious, a lot. Both of his hands helped him to open the box, the obsidian orbs caught the silhouette of a ring. It caused his mouth to make another gap, another 'o'. "A ring?" And sounded like amused and also confused at the same time.

"Y-yes."

"A diamond ring? Sure an odd one, Shin-chan, where did you get it?"

"I-it is. You don't need to know. And ... it will bring you happiness."

"Heh. I trust you. Thanks, anyway!" Takao offered a cheerful grin, didn't know that it could bring nothing but the pink tints the shooter got all over his face, especially the cheeks.

Even right now Midorima felt like backing down, but just like before, he needed to settle everything all, right now. Once and for all. He couldn't just hide it any longer and it won't be good, he needed to do this for the sake of both of them.

"Takao, will you marry me?" It just slipped from his mouth, even Takao can't release the gap on his own mouth when he heard the certain sentence, shocked to the fullest.

"That is the main purpose o-of your lucky item today." Midorima just can't take it anymore, he averted his gaze, at last. He finally said it, spilled it out, finally. "I-I don't really need ... I-I mean, I'll be waiting the answer!" Being such a tsundere he is, as usual.

"I can't Shin-chan," such a mental breakdown for the shooter, but it won't last long until he heard Takao's next sentence. "Can't say no," it was followed with a chuckle and also a hug, Midorima could feel it.

Without even pushing his glasses up, he smiled after widening her eyes. The green orbs were being shut, feeling the happiness and also the warmness he got from a hug that was given by his special person.

"See, it brings you happiness, nanodayo. Let's get married ... Kazunari."
