Her worst nightmare came true…
Lucy Heartfilia the only celestial mage in Fairy Tail sat by the guilds' bar, casually sipping the milk tea Mira had given her; all the while listening to a certain group of people talk about her. The group of people comprised of Gray, her sort of big brother. Erza, her un-proclaimed big sister and Natsu her best friend, partner and slash very secret special someone. She only thought of it once but she didn't ever imagine that it would come true.
"Do you really want to do this Natsu? She's been very helpful to our team." Erza said, her tone laced with sympathy. Natsu nodded while Gray sighed.
"She is helpful, but she's also a burden." Gray added.
"Yeah, it's hard to keep protecting her over and over." Natsu added, glancing over the bar where their blonde haired teammate sat.
"Well that is true... Shall we tell her then?" Erza asked the two males, which nodded in return. The trio went towards the blonde ready to tell her the news.
"Hey Lucy!" Natsu greeted her, internally cringing at the look she greeted them with. Her eyes said 'she heard what they talked about and she's ready to accept their choice'. Damn this is a bad idea, maybe we should sto-
"We just wanted to tell you that-"
"No!"
"We're kicking you of the team." Erza finished, giving Natsu a questioning look while he returned it with a glare. Lucy's eyes brimmed with tears as she stood up and faced them.
"No Lucy! We didn't mean it! We just want yo-"
"Out of the team. I heard you, you don't have to say it twice Natsu." Lucy said, her tears slowly cascaded down her porcelain cheeks. The trio quickly regretted what they said. Natsu more because he saw her eyes before they started to tell her.She's going to leave me.
Lucy bolted away from them, ignoring the others questions and Erza's, Gray's and Natsu's shouts as she headed for the door. Demonic aura was felt inside the guild.
"Look at what you three did! That was a harsh prank and Lucy didn't even know it's April fool's day today!" Mira screamed at the three, who shrink-ed back at the demon's wrath.
"Go after her and apologize!" Mira braked, which they saluted to and headed out of the door but stopped at once. Before them stood Lucy together with Loki, Juvia and Ichicya of Blue Pegasus.
"Happy April fool's day guys!" Lucy greeted the three with a smile, to which it slowly turned into a smirk.
"Time for payback." She added, which immediately Juvia launched after a panicking Gray. Ichiya who went after the grossed out looking Erza.. Leaving a sweating Natsu with a smirking Loki and a giggling Lucy.
"Lucy... I can explain..."
"You guys were so mean~ Get him for me pweaty pwease Loki?" Lucy asked awe so sweetly at her trusted spirit.
"It'd be my pleasure Princess." Loki answered, smirking at Natsu who smiled sheepishly as he bolted away from him; He popped his fingers ready for a good torture at the dragon slayer, because we know how much Loki gets pretty scary when he's doing something, especially for his beloved Master.
"Ahh~ Sweet revenge!"
Ever since then everyone was careful of their prank for Lucy. They didn't want face the wrath of their celestial mage. Who knows she might bring out Aquarius next.
