The last memory Aurora has of Hook is him on the other side of Rumplestiltskin's cell, taunting Emma and walking off with Cora. Mulan had also shared with her the events that occurred at Lake Nosto's, so it was clear in her mind where his loyalties seem to lie.

Suffice it to say, she's none too pleased with seeing him again once the purple, magical fog lifted and reality set in. Snow and the Pirate at the forefront of her mind, she spent only a brief moment acknowledging the rest of his companions before honing in on his presence.
