Rabbits

"Should we not intervene?" Thor questions, stopping next to the kitchen island beside Darcy, watching as Pepper and Tony yell back and forth, oblivious to their audience.

"Don't you dare," Darcy growls, jabbing her spoon at him as she swallows her yogurt. "It's about to get to the good part."

"The good part?"

"Yeah!" she talks around another mouth full of yogurt. "Ya know, the part where he slams her against the wall and rips her clothes off." Cleaning off her spoon, she pulls it from her mouth with a pop. "Then they fuck like rabbits."

"Rabbits?"

Darcy sighs heavily and rolls her eyes, "Lots. Of. Sex."

"I do not understand." Thor cocks his head in confusion, wondering what Darcy sees that's clearly lost on him.

"Dude, they totally get off on this," Darcy tries to explain. "It's like their foreplay."

Thor's eyebrows pull together in deep thought before he shakes his head, "Strange."

"Hot!" Darcy counters, grinning largely at the chaotic display. Pepper throws her hands up in exasperation sending some data flying and turns neatly on her heel, still yelling as Tony tries to shout over her. "Crap!" Darcy calls when Pepper turns from the holographic display, seeking coverage behind the island, but it's too late and Thor's still standing.

"What the hell are you two doing?" Tony shouts across the space.

"We are waiting for the good part," Thor explains helpfully, with a large smile, while Darcy snorts into her yogurt.

"The good part?" Pepper questions, looking confused.

"Yes," Thor tells them, now looking slightly confused himself. "Where you fuck a rabbit."

"What!?" Pepper and Tony both exclaim in disgust, while Darcy chokes on her yogurt, struggling to get up.

"No, no, no, no, no! That is not what I said!" Darcy frantically explains, turning to Thor with a glare. "I said 'Fuck like rabbits!"

"I do not understand."

"It's an expression!" Darcy struggles to explain, sighing heavily when Thor still looks confused. "Ask Jane." She admits defeat, shaking her head and turning to leave the kitchen.

"Are there no rabbits?" Thor asks, trailing after Darcy while Pepper and Tony can only watch in terrified confusion.
