Last Time

"... then teacher were screaming at Helmeppo and those other two. Thank god Coby took that time to go get the teacher. Or else that would be my third fight that week. But thanks to that, we became best friends right afterwards" I said.

Her face had this serene smile and I can't help to think When was the last time I saw her like this?

"Man, those were the times. Yet when you were hugging me, I just wanted to punch you in the face. Because I could've have beaten them up." She had this angry look with her hand in a fist.

"But afterwards you gave me that cookie from Rika, I forgave you." She put her fist down and put a great big smile on her face.

"Zoro," she looks at me with huge puppy eyes, "will you give me a hug? (I promise I won't want to punch you.)"

Zoro gives Luffy one last look before he goes over and hugs her. Luffy starts to squeeze Zoro tightly.

As their arms starts to loosen Zoro whispers into Luffy ears, "Please don't leave me." Luffy body stiffens.

As they pull away from each other, Zoro can see how much Luffy is struggling to tell him some bad news. Luffy had no clue how to tell Zoro why she couldn't stay here.

Zoro then cups Luffy's small hands into his big rough hands. He can feel her become rigid and the need to pull her hands out of his was great, but he holds them tightly in his.

Then with a determined look he tells her, "Let's run away together. Let go some place far away, this way we can be together. You don't have to be alone anymore"

Luffy then gives a startled look. "Zoro!" But then she looks at his determined face. "Are you sure you that's what you want to do Zoro?" Then she turns her head to the side so she doesn't have to keep looking at Zoro. "What about your dream? The promise you made on Kuina's grave?"

"Luffy," Zoro say as he gently took Luffy's face into his hand and brings it up so he can look at her face. "Without you there to see it, my dream will seem pointless. I need you."

Zoro leans down to kiss Luffy's lip passionately, trying to convey his desire to be with her. To let her know that she didn't have to do this alone anymore.

Once they let go, only their heavy breathing filled the room. Luffy then grabs one of Zoro hands and grasp it in her own hand and smiles at him.

"Okay," Luffy states breathlessly, "Let's go."

~A Year Later

On a newspaper front, there was an picture of a girl who has black hair, a red shirt, jean short, and a big smile on her face. On top of picture, the headlines was written in bold letters saying Missing Granddaughter of Police Commissioner Garp for a year now!

"Hey Robin!" Robin looks up from the newspaper and sees Nami walking her way.

"Hello Nami, are you done now?" Robin asks as she closes the newspaper, pack up her stuff, and leaves her seat to join Nami.

"Yep. So what does the news say about Luffy now?" Nami ask as they both walk toward the exit.

"Oh they still have no clue where she is at. The police only have a few photos of her from different location. Also they have cleared Stelly from being a suspect of being her kidnapper. But now Luffy's grandpa is suing Sengoku for child abuse and trying to arrange a marriage that was now revealed through the investigation." Robin tells her.

When they reach the door, Robin opens it and hold the door for Nami. The girls then start walking through the parking lot.

"I can't believe Luffy didn't tell us that she was going to get an arranged marriage or that she was being abused." Nami unlocks the car door and climbs into the driver seat while Robin gets into the passenger seat. "I felt there was always something she was trying to hide but I didn't want to pressure her into telling us. I mean we all have secrets of our own," Robin says with a displeased face appearing, but Nami wasn't watching because she kept her eyes on the road.

"I guess you're right. I still wish she didn't need to go through that on her own." Nami sadly says. "Oh, we are here." Robin and Nami gets out of the car and goes into the apartment complex. They finally stopped at apartment 603 and knock.

"Coming!" They hear the person yell from the other side of the door. The door opens and shows Chopper. "Hi Robin. Hi Nami." He greets them as he holds the door open for them.

"We were just about to start the video chat." Chopper guides them into a room. In the room they see Brook, Usopp, and Sanji sitting behind the computer screen.

As soon as the girls enter the room, Sanji scream with excitement, "OH NAMI-SWAN AND ROBIN-CHWAN! I'm so glad you guys are here now. I was dying just being in a room filled with guys."

"Hey!" Usopp glares at Sanji.

"SHHHH GUYS!," Franky yells at them. "I'm going to start calling them now with my SUPER computer."

*RING RING* *Ka-chak*

The first thing they all see is Zoro upside down.

"Oi Luffy, they are video chatting us now." Then the screen shakes. "Weirdly enough they are upside down."

Luffy voices then appears, "ZORO, you got the tablet upside down." They see a hand covering the camera and when the hand leaves the screen shows both Zoro and Luffy.

"Hi guys!" Luffy waves excessively at them.

"LUFFY!" the whole gang screams.

"How was the Fishman Island?" Usopp asks them. In the background Zoro and Luffy can hear Nami say, "You better not waste all the money I just sent to you."

"Oh that was great. They had so many fun stuff at the amusement. And we met this Princess called Shirahoshi. She's such a baby but she's cool." Luffy gushes.

"I think you guys need to stay low now though. They are onto you after that stunt you pulled with Blackbeard." Robin warns them.

"Shishishishishi. That guy, no worry. Me and Zoro got this, right?" Luffy climbs into Zoro laps and stares at him.

Zoro leans down to kiss Luffy and then gives a smirk at the camera.

"Of course we do." Together Forever

Author Notes

Truthfully I slightly got distracted by life. But that was the beginning. Now I kind of lost interest in the stories and I keep on comparing my stories with other authors' stories. I figure though I'm not dead, I should just give this story an ending.

The other ending I had given this was Zoro and Luffy having a kid and they were telling the kid how they fell in love but people wanted more or something so I changed it to this.
