And here it is my friends, the last chapter of the last I.N.K story! And no, it's not the last I.N.K story I'll ever make, I can imagine there being more but once I finish this one I'll be making a Danny Phantom one and we'll see what happens after I finish that story. If you guys were worried that I'd quit doing I.N.K stories forever, you can stop worrying. I will be doing them, just not anytime soon after I finish this story, because I am beginning to lose interest in the series but I'm sure it'll pick up soon ^^
Other than that, enjoy the final chapter of my I.N.K story. You won't be seeing anymore I.N.K chapters/stories from me for awhile, so I might lengthen the chapter because of that. ;)

They all hurried to their seats while Zero carried on the plan by going to Macbeth's desk to see the Math tests tucked roughly and untidily in her top drawer. Zero smiled slightly with assurance that the plan was going well so far, she quickly grabbed them and then jumped in front of Macbeth's desk which shook Wagner's bowl as she waved the tests in the air to get the kid's attention. Macbeth in all the meanwhile was still fast asleep with her loud snoozing nettling her desk and earplugs shoved deep into her ears.
"Hey, here are your tests! And you all did great!" She announced but then lowering her tone. "Uh, well most of you did well." She ended sounding a little guilty.
Burt slammed his fists on his desk in assurance that he didn't do well in the math test, while many cheered in glee and relief as Zero threw the papers up into the air then the students quickly ran to grab their sheets just in time for Macbeth to make her entrance.
Daryl gasped as he saw what Zero was doing, he wanted to wake Macbeth up but he knew he would get in serious trouble from Zero afterwards.
"Hey Zero, why do you care so much about our tests so much?" Little Fred asked feeling unsure and confused of why Zero was doing this.
"Yeah, have you finally gotten smarter or something?" Van asked as she placed her math test underneath her neat pink pile of books.
"Well, I think we all know that reason." Zero answered.
"And we'll all find out in approximately 4 seconds." Newton added while pointing to his watch as the class looked over at him.
And it wasn't long later that Macbeth had woken up from her lazy and deep nap looking grumpy as she usually would, with her books in front of her, she grabbed the ruler and stood up and began to smack it against her hand in warning.. She looked over at the students as they smiled slightly in waiting for the reaction they were all expecting, her eyes darted to the clock as she grunted a little. The time was precisely 9am and the bell had rung only a few minutes ago. She glared at her students before making her usual punishments.
"So, think you can get out of writing lines by coming in early?" She yelled with her voice cracking after every word.
Some children nodded worriedly at her with a small crooked grin on their faces.
"Well…"She said quietly before her voice rose dramatically."Then it's going to be 2,467 lines of 'I must not arrive early for Miss Macbeth's class to get out of writing lines.' Now get to it!"
The four I.N.K members smiled as Macbeth was about to receive a big upset in her plans about the math tests. As Macbeth sat back down in her char with a small grunt, she reached for her top drawer and pulled it out and gasped as her eyes widened in astonishment, but then anger as she thought I.N.K had gone one step ahead of her.
"Okay, who stole the math tests!?" She cracked loudly while almost stomping her feet as she walked in front of her desk with her metre long ruler in hand.
No one said a word, they knew that they'd get punished if they either told them who the culprit really was or even cover for Zero and say it was them. Either way it'd be either Macbeth or Zero beating them up, both were just as bad. So they kept in silence until Macbeth's rage reached critical levels, she began to ultimately assume that it was anyone who showed the slightest smile of mischief.
The I.N.K members looked casual just as the rest of the class did, but then Vin had decided to say something in which the other I.N.K members knew he was going to say due to his plan that he had told them previously.
"We've already got them Miss Macbeth, Mr. Soper handed them out yesterday." He said nicely to Macbeth as he waved his math test in the air.
Macbeth looked a little dumbfounded at this, but knowing Mr. Soper, she wouldn't be able to get any proof out of that man. The only thing she is able to get out of Mr. Soper is his genuine knowledge of almost everything including things that Macbeth herself would be interested. Macbeth let off some steam by lowering her temper and sitting back down with her head rested in the backs of her hands as she let her fingers and pointy nails intertwine to let her head rest comfortably in them.
"So, are we going to be a bunch of wise guys are we?" She asked the class almost sarcastically.
Vin had hoped that the class would seal the deal with his plan and say that what Vin said was the truth. Some students looked at each other in thought of whether to go with Vin's statement or keep quiet. Hector decided to speak up first since he was one of the smart kids and someone that Macbeth would actually believe in regardless of her extreme hatred for each individual student, including Daryl.
"Miss Macbeth, it's true what Vin has explained to you. I can even ask Mr. Soper after class if you'd like." Hector stated briefly trying to look intelligent as he closed his eyes and pointed a finger upwards while explaining so.
Macbeth first growled at this statement but then let it register in her mind then she turned into a much calmer but annoyed person by that moment. "Don't bother Hector," she replied sarcastically. "I trust Mr. Soper has given you the tests since I…failed…to do so a few days ago." She added while feeling very annoyed at herself saying the word 'failed'
And so, the class continued on while Zero and Vin gave each other a high five and Newton and Trixie whispering to themselves a 'yes' in relief that Vin's plan carried out quite well and that they had their math tests back, even though everyone had a 'Z' grade written on each test regardless of whether the answers were all correct or not everyone was still happy and especially the Invisible Network, because they had just foiled another one of Macbeth's plans.
During the lesson and shortly after Vin and Zero gave each other a high five, Vin then thought about the outcome after all this involving him and Zero. He didn't realize that he was staring at her with a dazed look on his face. It was around a minute or so after Vin had began this unexpected stare that Zero looked at him and felt a little annoyed at first but then saw the look in his eyes. It made her smile slightly but then she turned back down to her work and blushed slightly as she remembered how much she liked Vin.
After class, it was recess break. And all of the kids were going to the cafeteria to find some food while the I.N.K members met up in headquarters for a short moment of celebration in Vin's plan and how successful he was in jumping ahead of time to use the time watch.
"Vin, I must say that I am very impressed of how you handled this all on your own." Trixie stated with a smile printed on her face as she sat comfortably in her spiral chair.
"Yeah, who knew you actually had a brain in there." Zero added also impressed by how Vin was able to carry out a plan all on his own.
Vin smiled, feeling very proud of himself for what he was able to accomplish.
"Turns out you guys really do need me in the network. After all, I did create this Network." Vin bragged while posing a little.
"Well done I.N.K, we were able to foil another one of Macbeth's schemes but remember to be on the lookout for her next plans, especially you Vin." Trixie added while she had announced what had to be done from this moment on.
Vin felt much more involved than he had felt before he was able to do all this, and hugged Trixie which did startle her in his sudden affection towards her but then knew it was only a sign of friendship and happiness.
"Thanks, Trix. You really do make me feel like an honorary member of this network." He said after he finished his affectionate hug to Trixie.
"Well, just like you said; you created this Network. An on top of that, you were able to control a mission all on your own." Trixie explained feeling very proud of what Vin done.
Vin blushed feeling very loved by his friends, but then looked over at Zero who did indeed have a pleasant smile on her face as she looked almost right through him. Vin looked over at Newton and then Trixie with his expression changed to a more serious but cautious expression rather than him looking happy and looking more like a show off.
"Hey, I got to go outside…and talk to someone for a bit. You don't mind right?" He asked Trixie especially.
"Of course, we can continue our small celebration shortly." Trixie replied happily.
Zero had a hunch about what he was going to do next the second he laid eyes on her, she felt worried but at the same time the butterflies in her stomach made her feelings swell inside her. So she decided to go outside the room to talk to him, as she proceeded to do so, she exhaled deeply and told Trixie and Newton that she had to leave also. Trixie knew almost instantly what was going to happen next, so she decided to not bother them. Instead she smiled with a slight smirk at one corner of her lip as she and Newton watched Zero leave the room to find Vin.
"Is everything okay, Trix?" Newton asked feeling a little clueless.
"Just fine, Newton…" She replied feeling happy about the outcomes of this day. "So, got any more useful inventions we could use to prank Macbeth?"
Newton felt surprised at what Trixie was saying, he gasped at the thought. "Trixie, are you okay? I thought you weren't into pranks."
Trixie giggled in doubt of Newton's statement. "Oh Newton, even though I seem like the most mature person in the group, I can still act like a kid from time to time." She replied smiling widely with her eyes almost glistening with happiness.
Meanwhile, Zero was looking all over the place for Vin until she eventually found him in his room sitting on his bed slightly curled up and his face an expression that showed that he was in serious thought and slight depression. He looked up slightly to see Zero's worried yet lovely face.
"Hey Zero…" He said to her miserably.
Zero walked over to Vin slowly with her hands shoved gently into her pockets, she didn't know what to say. All she did was sitting on the bed and kick her feet at the ground until either she had thought of something to say or until Vin said something.
"Look Zero, "Vin started after a deep sigh. "I'm really sorry for what I done before."
"What? What did you do?" Zero asked, being fully unaware of Vin spying on her during the night.
Vin looked up in surprise as he realized that he went back in time after he told Zero what he did, so he let out a breath of calmness and slight nervousness as he told her what really happened, at first Zero felt very uneasy and upset for what Vin had done, but as he began to elaborate on it some more, she become more relaxed and calm about what he had done.
"So, I'm sorry Zero. I never meant to do that to you. I was just curious I guess…" He ended looking and feeling guilty for what he did with slight depression also.
It took a moment for Zero to think of how to reply to all this, she knew that he was now waiting for a reply from her; and by the looks of it, he was willing to accept almost any form of reply even if it were a punch or some kind of motion attack. She looked down first in anger but then in sadness, she knew what he did was wrong and he thought so too, she was both outraged and thankful for this. She was thankful because he told her the honest truth but also outraged because he spied on her when she was at her weakest point.
By this point, she was just going with her gut. She wanted Vin to feel better but also feel more guilty for what he did, it took her quite some time to figure out how to do both at once, but she eventually thought of something perfect that she could do to him that would make him feel hurt but also shocked and happy at the same time.
Vin looked up at her face while his still looked gloomy and depressing, her face was more devious as a small smile widened her lips. She punched him in the gut and then no a second later he was grunting and moaning about the pain.
"Well, I guess I deserve that…" He added while trying not to complain about the sharp pain in his gut.
But then, Zero grabbed his chin and faced it towards her face. He didn't know what was going to happen next, at first he assumed a punch so he kept his eyes tightly closed. But was in for a shock when he felt something press up against his lips. He at first didn't know what it was, but until his cold lips warmed up to hers he knew exactly what she was doing. Their eyes both closed from the intense emotion within the kiss washed away Vin's gut pain and worries for the time being, he knew Zero liked him but he'd never expect this to happen.
They both embraced in the kiss as Zero slightly shoved Vin onto the bed as she let her feelings for him take over momentarily, but then turned back to reality and she gently broke the kiss then looked away in embarrassment.
Vin felt very happy, confused and dazed at the same time. He didn't know what to say, but as soon as he looked up to see Zero sitting on the edge of his bed guiltily he felt sorry for her.
"Zero, I'm sorry for-"
"No, I did it. I forced it, and you should forget about it." She replied in deep regret and deep embarrassment for what she just did.
"But, I liked it Zero." Vin confessed.
Zero sighed, she had now shown Vin her true feelings for him and there was nothing she could do now to stop him from knowing. She didn't know whether to keep these feelings a secret or make it official. But Vin had an answer to that worry that boggled Zero's mind.
"Hey look, how about we only tell Trixie and Newton about this and no one else? How does that sound?" Vin asked feeling confident in his plan as she rested a hand on her shoulder as he sat next to her on the edge of the bed.
"That sounds to me like a good plan." She replied, remembering how successful he was in his previous plan.
Vin nodded in reminiscence of his time watch plan that worked out perfectly and had full confidence that this plan was going to work just the same. They both shared a warm and comforting hug before returning back to headquarters to celebrate their victory against Macbeth's plans once again.
As they walked, they held hands and looked at each other with a tint of pink on both their cheeks. No one was around so it was completely safe for them to be holding hands. And then Zero ended with a warning about Vin's plan.
"Just be careful, most plans you've done so far have failed. Just be sure that this one doesn't fail."
Vin smiled at Zero as they continued to walk. "Oh, I insist Zero. I intend on keeping this a secret just between the four of us."
Zero smiled in reply and in assurance that things were going to turn out great for the both of them. It seemed like everything had turned out great in the end and the time watch was still intact and was kept in Vin's room just in case for any other missions that might need to be solved ahead of time.
