Chapter II, is now up!

Serena blinked incredulously as her father jumped on their newly awakened guest.

"Hades!" he cried happily wrapping his arms around the man's neck. Large hands came up to his back to hold him in place as a deep laughter filled the room.

"My dear friend." purred Hades "Such a warm greeting! One would think he was missed?"

"Of course you were missed!" laughed the blond with tears in his eyes. Serena rolled her eyes at the man's over-exaggerated reaction and came closer to the gods side. Just being next to him was intoxicating. The amount of power radiating off of him was amazing and she didn't know how her father was staying so close to him.

"Lucifer. I think your daughter may want her own greeting? Don't you think?" pointed out Hades silkily, his flame colored eyes gazing at her from under long lashes. The blond in his arms whined but stepped back to let his daughter come over.

"My lord." she greeted calmly with a small smile. She had truly missed the God.

"Serena." smirked the brunet as he took a step forth. Serena's eyes were drawn to his nude form and she frowned at the dark cross branded into his chest. She had hoped the reincarnation would rid him of his previous vessels scars, including this one.

"It will not leave me my dear. It is now a part of me as it was left there by a true believer. But do not fret, it only stings when I am near any other cross." he explained rubbing at it lightly, he did not tell them that he had hoped it would have left his body as well.

"Enough of that!" cried Lucifer as he finally had enough of standing still. His vessels blue eyes flashed red as he flicked his golden locks of his shoulder. "What do you plan on doing now? Are you going to stay? Or are you going to live the boy's life?"

Hades laughed at the angels enthusiasm and held up his hands in surrender.

"Calm down my friend! I have yet to fully absorb the Potter boy. So I do not yet know what he wishes to do. I do not know what traits I will get from his soul once I change to a human form." he admitted.

"I will need to-" a bark interrupted him and he looked up at the white owl flying above. It stared down at him before diving towards him. He let the bird land on his shoulder and din't even flinch as it's talons dug into his skin.

"Well hello there. Are you perhaps looking for your Master?" he asked the bird. It gave him a pointed stare and he lifted a brow. It was not often he met such a smart creature.

He could feel the boys soul in him struggled to reach the birds and was awed at his vessels stubbornness. This would be interesting to say the least.

He closed his eyes and reached inwards. The soul strands of the boy were a blinding gold but something wasn't right and he didn't mean the dark red thread laced around the main core. As if a parasite had taken up residence deep inside his very being. No. He could clearly see that said main core was almost entirely smoky and had a black core. He knew perfectly well what that meant.

The boy was an Oscurial in the making. Everything in his life had pushed him to become one but it was almost as if something was stopping him from fully succumbing to the darkness. Hades decided to have some fun. Maybe being an Obscurial would be interesting.

He mentally poked the black spot and flinched as it burst forth and engulfed the boy's whole soul in under a second and then melted into the darkness of his mind. Well. There went that plan.

His eyes snapped open as the bird on his shoulder let out a pained cry.

All three beings watched as the owls feather turned gray and fell to the floor. It almost looked like the owl was disintegrating before their very eyes.

Hades felt a strange sadness at the birds imminent demise and frowned. Why would he feel any form of attachment towards the creature? His eyes widened as he realized something important.

"I may have made a slight mistake." he said with a frown.

The two other's in the room turned their gazes to him questioningly and stared as scars suddenly started appearing and disappearing on their lords body.

Some were just large gashes like those on his chest and arms but others were much more disturbing. Such as "Freak" that flashed on his hip and "Monster" that flashed on his left fore-arm. And they couldn't even see his back.

Luckily they flashed one last time before disappearing entirely.

"What was that?!" asked Lucifer incredulously.

"I would seem that I have turned mister Potter into and Obscurial and absorbed him..." he said slowly. Not quiet understanding either.

"An Obscurial?" asked Serena curiously.

"An Obscurial is a young wizard or witch who developed a dark parasitical magical force, known as an Obscurus, as a result of their magic being suppressed through psychological or physical abuse." he said calmly. The girls eyes widened and he could see her hands clench by her sides.

A rasping screech brought his attention back to the dying bird and he lifted a brow as he came face to face with dark black eyes.

"Well. This is unexpected." he blinked reaching up to pet the now black feathered bird.

It was as it the bird had changed to match her master. He didn't even know familiars could do that. Dark black shadows seemed to seep out from between her feather and around his hand as he ran it down her back. An animal resembling and Obscurial was unheard of.

Empty eyes stared into his and he smirked.

This was really going to be interesting.
