Hey guys, i know it's been a crazy long time since I've updated... well anything. Life is kinda in the way, too much work, relatives passing away... you know.

Anyway here's an extra-long chapter for you guys to try and make up for my absence. Please feel free to leave a review and let me know what you think. XD

The truth will set you free

Gray and Gajeel had finally made it at the entrance to the dungeon, thanks to the guidance of Loke, Levy and Juvia. Due to Levy's insistence they made it there at a slower pace than the guys would have liked since she wanted to avoid raising any alarms on the way.

"Alright, Erza and the other members of the rebellion that have been captured should be down there. But this is where things get a lot tougher." Said Levy softly.

"Gee no kidding." Muttered Gajeel sarcastically.

Levy's eye twitched in annoyance but she kept her rebuttal to herself to avoid wasting time.

"Anyway, the guards down here are S-Class mages. Though there are only two, you mustn't let your guard down around them. Aria and Sol have a reputation for being ruthless." Warned Levy.

Loke's frowned with worry "Sol can be taken down as long as you don't let him get in your head. But Aria has the ability to drain the magic directly from your body, so he's definitely the biggest threat." Loke theorized.

"Drain magic?" questioned Gray in surprise.

"Well at least we know who to hit first." Said Gajeel with a menacing grin.

"Don't be so hasty. The prisoners down there are basically hostages right now. One wrong move could end up getting them seriously hurt." Warned Levy with a glare.

"Juvia agrees, maybe we should divide into teams for this mission?" suggested Juvia.

"Excellent idea. Then I shall take Levy and Juvia while-"

"Not happening Loke." Said Levy.

"Why?!"

"Juvia thinks she should go with Sir Gray." Said Juvia with a blush.

"Huh? Why just us?" asked Gray obliviously.

"Will you all just shut up!" whispered Gajeel loudly.

Everyone stopped to look at Gajeel in surprise and saw him pointing in the direction where palace guards could be seen.

They all crouched down and huddled together to stay out of sight. Making sure to keep quiet until they were gone.

"Ok, here's what's gonna happen; Ice for brains and Juvia are gonna do a full frontal attack on the two guards to grab their attention. While they're distracted me and the Shrimp here are gonna sneak around and rescue the prisoners. Glowstick over here is gonna help move the prisoners out. Got it?" said Gajeel, pointing to each person as he described his plan.

Everyone's eyes were wide with surprise. Nobody was expecting Gajeel of all people to come up with such a clever plan. Levy's eyes were wide more with admiration that it surprised her.

"What? Was I going too fast for ya?" said Gajeel at the looks on their faces.

This snapped everyone out of it.

"No we understood Gajeel. We were just surprised that you were the one to come up with it." Said Juvia quickly.

"I must say I was surprised as well." Said Loke as he adjusted his glasses.

"I've known you for years and even I didn't see that coming." Muttered Gray with a hint of annoyance. He did not enjoy being shown up, especially by Gajeel.

"I must say I'm pleasantly impressed Gajeel. It seems I misjudged you." Said Levy with a smirk.

Gajeel was caught off guard by how cute Levy's smirk was and couldn't control the blush spreading across his cheeks.

"Wh-who asked you shorty." Muttered Gajeel bashfully.

Levy's eye twitched at the jab at her height yet again, but decided to hold her tongue and pay him back later.

Levy cleared her throat "Anyway, I agree with Gajeel's plan. Since I know where every person's cell is and he has the ability to eat through the locks, it's the best way to go." Said Levy in agreement.

Seeing that they were all in agreement they moved towards the entrance of the dungeon to free the prisoners.

Natsu rushed through the hidden passageway as fast as he could. There was only one thought running through his mind right now; he needed to kick his Acnologia's ass.

He realised he had been very irresponsible to let his uncle have free reign over a country that wasn't his to rule. But now he had a chance to make things right again. He knew he should be punished for what he did to his father, and he was more than willing to accept that. But he couldn't just shirk his duty and birth right any longer.

He felt adrenalin and fire pumping through his veins. He was not going to fail again, this he promised.

He could see the door coming up and started to slow down. Suddenly he felt very nervous.

He was about to step into the throne room, the last time he had been in there was with his father. He was told that in order to be a great king he needed to be able to carry the burdens of his people and take responsibility for his country.

He didn't think he would have to do it all at once. Nor beat up his uncle to do it.

He reached the door and took a deep breath to steel his nerves. This was no time to wuss out! Lucy, his friends and the whole kingdom were depending on him now. It was time to make things right.

He grabbed the handle and slowly moved it to peek through the small opening.

Just as he opened the door for a crack of light to come through he heard a loud yell come from the throne room itself.

"Grandine! What the hell is taking you so long!?"

Natsu's eyes widened in surprise.

That was definitely his uncle's voice, and he sounded furious. But the most shocking part of what he heard was the fact that he had called his mother to the throne room while she was supposed to be in her chambers with Wendy, waiting for Lucy to get to them.

'How dare he call mother in such a disrespectful manner' thought Natsu angrily.

He heard the loud opening of the throne room doors and the sound of dainty feet making their way towards the throne. It had to be his mother approaching, and from the sound of it she was there alone.

"My word Acnologia. What has you so irritable now?" questioned Grandine sarcastically.

Natsu felt a sense of warmth envelope his heart at the sound of his mother's strong and proud voice. He hadn't heard her voice in so long, he never realised how much he missed even that much about her.

He opened the hidden door slightly to take a peek at what was going on as saw his mother standing with her face held high and her arms crossed. Natsu remembered this look, this was the stance she made when she was furious and planning on punishing him. Only this time it appeared a lot more threatening than he had ever seen.

Taking a peek in the room Natsu could see that Acnologia had many dark mages stationed as guards around the throne room. He could even see the three mages that tried to kill him all those years ago.

Natsu turned back to Grandine and could see that she had aged since the last time he saw her 10 years ago. Her face appeared more stressed and wrinkled than he remembered. He couldn't imagine what his mother had gone through the past 10 years. She not only lost the love of her life when Igneel died, she also lost her only son that very same day.

He felt a huge wave of guilt slap him across the face at the thought of what he had put her through.

"Why are the mages not taking on any jobs? They need to bring in their monetary contributions to the kingdom." Said Acnologia as he marched up to Grandine's face. His closeness only made Grandine's scowl deepen.

"There are no more jobs available for the kingdoms mages to take. The kingdom has become bankrupt and all its citizens are either in the dungeons or have left the country." Said Grandine.

Acnologia scoffed at her reply.

"The mages simply aren't looking hard enough for work or are too picky about the jobs." Said Acnologia all-knowingly.

"Maybe I need to say it louder so you can hear it through your inflated ego; there are no jobs left! This kingdom is in ruins thanks to you and those barbaric dark mages!" shouted Grandine angrily.

Acnologia started to growl in anger at Grandine's tone.

"The only thing we can do now is abandon the kingdom and find a new place to live." Said Grandine in a defeated tone.

"Nobody is going anywhere unless I tell them to! If any mages dare to leave for any reason besides a job to bring more money into the kingdom I will throw them in the dungeon!" yelled Acnologia furiously.

"There is nothing left here! You cannot do that!" argued Grandine.

"I am the king here! I can and will do whatever I please!" yelled Acnologia and he turned his back to Grandine.

Grandine had lost all of her patience with Acnologia and could no longer reign in her rage. She could feel her sky dragon powers flaring around herself.

"If you were even half the king that Igneel was-"

Grandine was interrupted by a wave of blackened flames striking her in the face and knocking her to the ground with a powerful force.

"I am ten times the king Igneel ever was!" yelled Acnologia furiously, black flames covered his whole body and his eyes glowed a fiendish light blue.

The sound of his flames echoed throughout the entire castle, shaking the foundations to its very core. It was clear to anyone who was inside the throne room that the flames surrounding Acnologia were not normal. They were dark and made of the most vile evils on earth.

After seeing Acnologia strike his mother Natsu felt a blinding rage take him over. Unable to reign in his anger, Natsu let out a ferocious roar of flames that exploded around the entire throne room.

He crashed through the hidden passage door and bolted towards his now unconscious mother.

Acnologia was visibly shaken by the sound and appearance of the flames that erupted in the throne room. He feared that by striking Grandine he had summoned Igneel's wrath from the grave. He then saw a streak of pink run past him and move directly towards Grandine. Acnologia was frozen with fear. Had Igneel somehow come back from the dead?

Not caring for what was going on around him, Natsu moved to his mother on the floor and cradled her head in his lap. He shook her shoulders a little to see is he could get her to wake up.

Grandine's eyes fluttered, her vision was blurry. When she opened her eyes she saw the familiar outline of her beloved husbands face looking down at her.

"I-Igneel? Is that you?" she asked in a strained voice as she brought her hand to his face.

Natsu smiled, happy that his mother wasn't seriously injured by the strike to her face.

"No mother, it's me." Said Natsu as he placed his hand over his mothers on his face.

Grandine's eyes widened in shock. Her vision was clearing and she could see that this was not Igneel in front of her, but someone who looked very much like a younger version of him. And with hair the colour of the cherry blossoms she loved so much.

"Natsu… my baby, you're alive? How-how is it possible?" asked Grandine in a tearful voice.

Natsu just gave his mother a smile.

"It doesn't matter, I'm here now mother." He said as he embraced his mother.

Grandine held onto her son as tight as she could. She could not believe he was here, alive and breathing right in front of her. Her precious son who she thought was dead along with her husband. She could not describe the overwhelming feeling of joy that came over her. Tears were streaming down her face as she held her little boy that wasn't so little anymore.

Hearing that this new arrival was not in fact Igneel, Acnologia turned and noticed the offensively familiar head of pink hair and calmed himself down.

"Natsu?" questioned Acnologia.

Suddenly remembering the little brat of Igneel's that once pestered and annoyed him many years ago, and remembering the fact that he was supposed to be long dead, Acnologia became on guard and enraged at the sudden turn of events.

"My my, Natsu, what a surprise to see you… alive." Said Acnologia as he glared at the dark mages who were meant to kill off Natsu, making them shiver in fear and step back.

Hearing the offensive voice of his uncle, Natsu let go of his mother and got up slowly, glaring at Acnologia with vicious intent.

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't fry you to a smouldering crisp." Said Natsu with a feral growl.

Acnologia was surprised at the power he could feel coming off of Natsu. The boy had clearly grown to master his dragon slaying abilities. He may have even surpassed Igneel at his age. He would never admit that Natsu was actually intimidating right now. He remained unfazed on the outside to not give anything away though.

"Oh Natsu boy, you must try to understand. Running a kingdom is-"

"No longer something you need to concern yourself with." Natsu interrupted, his face contorted in anger.

"Step down Acnologia." Said Natsu as he stepped towards him.

Acnologia tensed at the sheer power radiating off of Natsu at the moment. He actually felt himself sweat with nervousness. Acnologia swallowed and gave a smirk to Natsu.

"Well my dear nephew, I would be happy to. But the thing is, you see them?" said Acnologia as he gestured towards the dark mages that were steadily getting closer and circling Natsu.

Natsu turned his glare towards the dark mages in the throne room and growled. Each of them smirking and ready to pounce on command like mongrel hounds.

"They believe that I should be king." Argued Acnologia.

Suddenly the large doors to the throne room opened up with a bang. Lucy entered the throne room, marching inside with all the mages who weren't already imprisoned right behind her. They were moving forward with determination and stood right behind Grandine, who was helped up off the floor by Lucy.

"Well as far as we're concerned Natsu is the rightful heir to the throne!" yelled Lucy, the mages behind her all nodding in agreement.

"I'll let you leave the kingdom of your own free will since you are technically family, but I'll fight you if I have to Uncle." Said Natsu as he lit his fist ablaze.

Acnologia swallowed nervously at the power he felt from the flames, but kept his perfect poker face to appear confident in front of his lackies and the enemies.

"Oh dear nephew, must this all end in violence? I would hate to be responsible for the death of a family member, right Natsu?" asked Acnologia with an all-knowing smirk.

Natsu's glare hardened at his uncle.

"That's not gonna work Acnologia. I've put it all behind me." Said Natsu with determination.

Acnologia raised an unamused brow at Natsu's bravado, keeping the smirk on his face. He realized he may be able to turn things around now.

"I see, and what of your friends and remaining family? Have they put it behind themselves?" questioned Acnologia as he gestured towards the mages, Lucy and Grandine.

"Natsu, what is he talking about?" questioned Lucy.

Acnologia smirked even wider and circled around Natsu as he spoke.

"I see, so you haven't told them have you? Well then, maybe it's time to clear the air? Tell them all who is really responsible for Igneel's death!" said Acnologia as he stood in front of Natsu.

The whole crowds eyes widened in shock. Lucy and Grandine looked to Natsu in surprise, unable to believe that he knew something about the circumstances of the king's death that they didn't.

Natsu took a deep breath. He was more than prepared to tell everyone the truth about what happened. Just recalling the memory alone brought a sad look to his face, but they all had a right to know.

"It was my fault." Said Natsu sadly.

Hearing this made Lucy and Grandine's eyes widen in shock. Surely they must have heard him wrong?

Grandine walked forward slightly towards Natsu.

"That's a lie. Please tell me it's a lie." Said Grandine in a strained voice.

Natsu couldn't look his mother in the eye that moment and looked down at the ground. His eyes laced with sadness.

"It's true." Natsu confirmed.

And with his final word on the matter Acnologia used the opportunity to strike.

"You see! He's admitted to murdering Igneel!" accused Acnologia as he pointed at Natsu.

Natsu's head shot up at the accusation and turned to face Acnologia to defend himself.

"No that's not it! It was an accident!" shouted Natsu.

Acnologia started to circle Natsu again, the dark mages slowly surrounding him.

"But if it weren't for you Igneel would still be alive! His death is because of you! Are you denying this!?" questioned Acnologia as he stalked around Natsu like a vulture circling its prey.

"No," answered Natsu.

"Then that can only mean you are guilty!" stated Acnologia.

"I am not a murderer!" yelled Natsu defensively.

Acnologia was stalking closer towards Natsu, making him back up and move further away from Lucy and the mages.

"No Natsu, you're shoulder-deep in trouble again. Only this time daddy dearest won't be here to help you. And now everyone knows why!" shouted Acnologia.

He then released a huge wave of black flames that surrounded only him and Natsu the dark mages standing just outside and lying in wait.

"Natsu!" shouted Lucy in fear as she lost sight of him and Acnologia.

Natsu turned around and saw that he had been surrounded by the vilest looking flames he had ever seen. They certainly didn't appear to be edible in the least, and they reeked of dark magic. Natsu wondered where his uncle learned to harness such power.

"Now this seems familiar for some reason…" said Acnologia as he put his hand to his chin.

"Where did you learn to use this putrid fire?" asked Natsu with disgust, his nose crinkling at the stench of the black flames.

"Oh, this? Well since my authority alone seemed inefficient to keep the people of Magnolia in line, I decided to… shall we say dabble in the less appealing arts of magic to enforce my rule." Said Acnologia as he gestured to his black flames with a manic smirk on his face.

"Dark magic comes at a price Acnologia. A very heavy one." Said Natsu with disgust.

"The price means nothing when the reward is this great my foolish nephew." Said Acnologia with a smirk.

Natsu growled at his uncle's foolishness. Clearly the dark magic had corrupted any sanity the man had. Power and greed have completely consumed him.

"You know, seeing you like this reminds me of how your father looked before he died.' Said Acnologia.

Distracted by the statement his uncle had made, Natsu was not prepared for the blow that hit him square in the jaw. His uncle moving fast to latch onto his throat.

"Before you take your last breath, I shall let you in on a little secret nephew." Said Acnologia as he tightened his grip on Natsu's neck.

Natsu was gripping his uncle's arm and tried to pry it off but froze at the words he then said.

"I was the one who killed Igneel." Whispered Acnologia right into Natsu's ear.

These words ignited a flame like no other inside Natsu. The shock and rage that took over gave him the strength and determination he needed to break free from his uncle and unleash the flames of his own with a ferocious roar.

Natsu's flames were so strong they managed to completely douse the black flames surrounding them. No longer keeping them hidden from the eyes of those in the throne room.

Natsu latched his hand onto Acnologia's neck and slammed him onto the ground, cracking the marble floor as he did. The dark mages stayed put, waiting for Acnologia's signal to strike.

"You backstabbing murderer!" shouted Natsu, tears forming in the corner of his eyes at the news of his uncle's betrayal.

Everyone in the throne room was frozen with shock.

"Tell them all the truth!" yelled Natsu as he slammed Acnologia into the ground again.

Acnologia was trying to remove Natsu's hand to no avail, feeling his body scream for more air.

"Natsu, the truth is in the eye of-"

Natsu tightened his grip on Acnologia's neck, making sure he couldn't spout anymore lies.

"Fine, fine." Said Acnologia in a choked voice, "It was me." He whispered.

"Say it so that they can all hear you!" shouted Natsu angrily.

At the end of his patience Acnologia let his secret out.

"I was the one who killed Igneel!"

Grandine was the first to move.

Possessed with blind fury, she immediately moved to strike Acnologia but was intercepted by one of the dark mages protecting him. The other mages in the room were quick to follow her lead and leapt into battle.

Meanwhile Natsu was being overwhelmed by a group of dark mages that pushed him away from Acnologia and were hitting him with everything they had.

Lucy moved to strike the dark mages going after Natsu with her whip and had summoned both Taurus and Virgo to help fight off the rest.

All the kingdom's mages were giving their all to fight the dark mages that had tormented them and thrown their comrades in the dungeon. It was all out magic warfare in the throne room, chaos and destruction had taken over in the name of peace.

Erza had been going in and out of consciousness due to the torture she had been under. Aria certainly wasn't pulling his punches and his magic was sucking her dry to the point that she was nearly empty.

He seemed to enjoy the suffering he was causing, Erza would never understand people like him.

She was roused from her slumber by the sound of clashing and the familiar sounds of war cries coming from down the halls. She tried to lift herself up and get a closer look at what was going on but could barely find the strength to stand.

"What's taking you so long Gajeel?!"

"Shut up frosty! I'm eating and dodging this crazy bastard here!"

Erza scowled in confusion, it sounded like there was a fight, but who was fighting who? These voices didn't sound familiar to her at all.

"I think Erza's cell is just up ahead guys, we need to hurry and see if she's ok!"

Erza's head perked up in recognition; that was Levy's voice.

Did that mean that the rebellion was finally making their move?

"I shall not let you trespassers do as you please, it's just too sad!"

Erza panicked at the sound of Aria's voice, she had no idea who was with Levy, but there was no way they would be able to take on Aria and survive!

"N-no, you need to get… away…" Erza tried to yell but her throat was raw from dehydration.

"Look out!" yelled Juvia.

Erza clenched her eyes, waiting for the screams of pain from Aria's attack to come, but instead what she heard made her heart skip a beat and hope fill her chest.

"METEOR!"

A bright light illuminated the hallway and sounds of pain and walls cracking echoed throughout the cells of the dungeon.

Erza would know that voice anywhere, it was her best friend, the leader of the rebellion, the man she loved more than anything.

"Jellal!?" yelled Levy.

And with Levy's verbal confirmation Erza allowed herself a smile. If Jellal was here it meant that Aria and any other dark mages in the area were screwed.

Jellal was one of the few mages on the planet gifted with Heavenly Body magic, the stars themselves were his strength and provided him with awesome powers and abilities.

It was one of the main reasons he was the most wanted man in the whole kingdom. Acnologia views his abilities as a threat, and when Jellal refused to devote his services to him he was stripped of his status as a knight and hunted down.

Erza wanted more than anything to run away with him, but she knew she had a duty to protect her people and the Queen and Princess.

He promised that he would return for her one day and help bring peace to the kingdom once again; this promise kept her going and strengthened her resolve to bring down the tyranny of Acnologia.

"Holy crap he knocked that guy out with one hit!" yelled Gray.

"Sorry to crash the party guys, I received word that it was time to make our move so I came as quickly as I could, and I brought someone who can help our troops stuck in these cells." Said Jellal as he rushed through the dungeon, searching each cell for one particular person.

"Levy! Juvia! I'm here to help!" yelled a young girl's voice.

"Princess Wendy?! I thought you were with the Queen, what are you doing down here?" said Levy in a panicked voice.

"I was hiding in my room because Lucy told me what was happening, then Jellal teleported in and asked me to help heal the captured mages. I want to help fight too! I'm not a damsel in distress, I can help!" yelled Wendy.

"Oh if your mom finds out she's going to kill us all." Cried Levy.

Erza heard rushed footsteps coming closer to her and raised her head when she heard them come to a stop in front of her.

His breathing was heavy, blue hair clung to his forehead and sweat was dripping off him. Erza had not been in the same room as him for months, their only form of communication being through a lacrima, but his presence immediately made her feel warm and safe.

"Oh Erza, what have they done to you?" said Jellal in a pained voice.

Erza simply smiled at him, his frown making the tattoo on his face more prominent.

"Jellal… I'm so glad you came."

Jellal scowled at her raspy voice and materialised a sword made of light in his hand, destroying the cage and rushed to Erza's side.

He destroyed the shackles holding her arms up and grabbed her as she fell forward and looked over her injuried.

Erza had bruises and cuts all over her body, her clothing was torn, barely covering her body in the cold dungeon. Her breathing was shallow and she was struggling to lift her body.

Jellal clenched his teeth and tightened his grip on her arms. He was furious, how could he have let something like this happen to the strongest woman he knew.

It was a good thing Aria was down for the count otherwise Jellal was going to kill him.

'How dare he so much as touch Erza, this was not how I wanted us reunited.' Thought Jellal bitterly.

Jellal was brought back to reality by a cold hand placed on his tattooed cheek. He looked down and saw Erza smiling up at him fondly. His heart clenched.

"Please forgive me Erza, this is all my fault." Said Jellal as he placed his forehead against Erza's in anguish.

"Silly man, this is not your fault. And you just saved me you dummy." Said Erza with a raspy chuckle.

Jellal lifted his head, tears in the corner of his eyes as he looked upon the woman he loved but never had the courage to confess to.

He placed a gentle kiss on her forehead and turned towards the hallway.

"Wendy! Erza needs help over here!" yelled Jellal urgently.

"Coming!"

Levy, Juvia, Loke, Gray and Gajeel were busy helping the rest of the prisoners out of their cells. They were surprised but relieved at Jellal's sudden appearance. Aria was a lot tougher and craftier than they had anticipated. Gray was almost hit by a direct attack when Jellal swooped in and knocked him back.

It took them a while to get back into action after the shock of his sudden appearance, but Levy quickly got them out of their stupor and back to freeing the mages from their cells.

The addition of the Princess, however, had them all a little tense. Levy and Juvia were pale with worry should anything happen to her, Gray and Gajeel just didn't know how to behave in front of royalty.

Gajeel was working with Levy to help a mage out of his shackles when his curiosity peaked.

"So who is that guy Shorty? He kind of saved our asses back there." Said Gajeel with a hint of annoyance. He wasn't really happy about needing the help but grateful for it all the same.

Levy glanced up at Gajeel, "His name is Jellal Fernandez, he's the leader of the rebellion group known as Crime Sorcier and former knight of the kingdom. He was banished when he refused to pledge his loyalty to Acnologia and became one of the most wanted men in the country." Explained Levy.

Gajeel whistled lowly at the new information and moved along to the next cell and release the rest of the mages. Levy following closely behind him. It was a lot easier to help free the mages now that all the guards had been taken care of.

"He seems pretty tough, wouldn't mind sparring with him when this whole things is over." Said Gajeel with a smirk.

Levy rolled her eyes at his one-track mind.

"Good luck with that, now that he's with Erza you'll be lucky to get five minutes alone with him." Said Levy with a knowing smile.

"What you mean by that?" asked Gajeel in confusion.

"Those two have been pining for each other since they were kids, now that they're back together there's no way they are letting go of each other."

"Are you hurt at all Sir Gray?" asked Juvia with concern.

"I'm fine." Said Gray sharply.

Gray had too many emotions going through his head. Aria's attack was aimed directly at him and he didn't see until it was almost too late. But his main concern was that Juvia had tried to push him out of the line of fire, putting herself in danger for him.

It was sheer luck that Jellal came in when he did, but if he hadn't it would be Juvia that had gotten hurt instead of him.

The thought brought back memories of his family and how he lost them. He didn't want to be responsible for someone else's death, the guilt would be too much for him to bare.

"Why did you push me out of the way like that Juvia? You could have died from taking an attack like that head-on." Asked Gray in annoyance.

Juvia blinked in confusion and blushed shyly, wringing her hands together nervously.

Gray would not admit to anyone that he thought she looked cute… he would not.

"Juvia is sorry she caused Sir Gray to worry, but… my body just moved on its own. Juvia would never forgive herself if anything happened to you if she could do anything about it." Said Juvia shyly.

Gray blinked twice at her answer and tried to cover his suddenly red cheeks with his fist and a nervous cough.

"O-oh, I see. Just… just be more careful for yourself next time. I would feel pretty crappy if anything bad happened to you cause of me as well." He said as he hid his face from her wide, blue eyes.

Gajeel was looking at their interaction with a pained expression.

"Can't believe you two are flirting so disgustingly in a friggen dungeon. Have some class frostbite." Said Gajeel with disgust, Levy just ignored the whole situation and focused on the task at hand, though the small blush on her face said that she found the whole situation embarrassing as well.

"Shut up metal-mouth!"
