A/N: Welcome to another Chapter of "Dimensional Shift", it has been a while. I can't even express how much I've missed writing to you guys. I've been writing this chapter for months. I will not lied I've written dozen of variations for this chapter. The reason it took so long for the update was because I was waiting for more information about the final game and with the new information I've found out that one of the variations of the chapter fit the new information. I think this chapter will progress the story forward so without further ado let's begin! BUT before that let's do a little recap. On the last chapter Azure and his team took over Wadatsumi while the rest laid Siege to Kira's forces in Nozuchi. Both sides victoriously emerged but one however suffered heavy losses. Azures group now enjoy a moment of peace but the peace is only temporary as a battle is about to rage in Naobi and Kagutsuchi. What fate will befall our heroes? Read to find out! Well some of it :L. By the way I almost forgot D:! SPOILER ALERT!

Chapter 16: BlackStorm part 1

June 17, Year 2200 A.D , 12:00 AM

There was pillow stuffing everywhere, falling onto the ground as if it was snow. Blades clashed and groans could be heard as one of the five remaining assailants were sent flying towards the wall by the blond man with the ponytail. It was none other than Azure fighting what could only be described as assassins sent to take his life. He understood that in war killing a general or a leader of any kind would prove as a huge setback for whichever side lost one of it's leader but this was the tenth assassination attempt this month. It had been two days after the capture of Wadatsumi and more attackers had been sent his way.

Azure was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts when the other attackers moved towards him. He had to admit, they were swift and agile much like Ikaruga ninja but he knew they weren't ninjas. Azure immediately sidestepped avoiding a knife which was thrown at him. The knife implanted itself into the wall which immediately melted when a green Ars circle activated.

"Poison Ars huh? Seems they came more prepared this time". Azure kept dodging the barrage of knives sent his way and had to be careful since one hit could prove to be fatal. When his attackers noticed the knives weren't cutting it they decided to get close and personal. One swung his axe at Azure, which Azure found to be a strange weapon of choice for an assassin but he had to admit it was dangerous. After dodging it the first time he noticed that the others were about to attack him again and with a sigh he decided just hand to hand combat wasn't going to deal with them. Azure did a flip backwards, rolled and picked up the Kootenai which laid lazily and forgotten on the floor.

"Oh? So you finally decided to get serious?" one of them spoke and by his high and mighty tone Azure had to guess that he was the leader of this assassination squad. A small smirk then formed on Azure's face and then it slowly turned into a smile.

"I guess you could say that. But here's something I don't understand...what took ya so long?" that smile immediately turned back into a smirk as Azure twirled the Kootenai in his hand.

"Why you cocky bastard!" yelled one of the assailants further to the back. He jumped towards the ceiling and descended down with his blade in hand. Azure simply blocked the blade and and turned around giving him a roundhouse kick to the stomach flinging him to one of the walls. Azure was immediately in front of him with his hands around the assassin's neck.

"I would ask why you are doing this but it would be useless and a waste of time". The head of the black beast emerged from one of the portals behind Azure and devoured the assassin whole and his screams filled the room as the beast finished devouring his body. The others looked in disgust and in fear. Azure slowly shifted his gaze to the other five assassin's who remained out of the original ten which attacked him. He was kind of glad his room was big since he didn't want to take this battle outside.

"Dammit kill that damned monster already!" the assassins disappeared again and Azure was starting to hate anything stealth related. He looked through the dark room, his vision restricted by the darkness.

"Damn...this is not going to end well at this rate" stated Azure to himself as he looked around for his attackers. Each time new attackers were sent they tended to be stronger and smarter than the ones which he had previously defeated. From the darkness a knife emerged at extreme speed. Azure dodged it but it was breath away, but soon after that two more came his way and he wasn't so lucky this time. One hit his arm the other his leg and realization hit immediately. "Agh!" Azure let out a scream of pain as lightning, not poison, began to emanate from the blades. Azure then fell on his knees and looked at the assassins who had emerged from the shadows. "W-well done..." Azure stated with a weak smirk.

"Hmph serves you right monster" stated the leader of the assassins as he smirked at Azure. "Now you die!" the assassin raised his blade and promptly descended it only to find out his target was gone. "Wah!?"

"Phantom...Striker" Azure appeared behind the assassin farther to the back and kicked him straight in the gut, his leg immersed in what seemed like dark fire. The assassin hit back first into the wall and before he could even react he was pierced in the gut and then cut in half. The other assassin's starred in hatred and shocked at the armored figure.

"Tch...I guess we couldn't kill you before you used it" the leader of the assassin's stated as he picked up a cigar and lit it with a smile on his face. He then put it in his mouth and his gaze returned to Azure. "Well let's do this then?"

"Sorry...nothing personal" The other assassin's charged at Azure. The first one swinging in his two daggers at Azure who simply dodged it. "Sorry about this..." Azure simply disarmed him smacking his weapon away and then getting into a stance which meant the end of the assassin. "Azure's rage!" a barrage of slashes cut the assassin and it was so fast that the cuts were not visible. When Azure finally stopped the assassin fell on the floor in little pieces, it was a disgusting scene to watch.

"YOU! YOU MONSTER!" yelled one of the four which were left. But as he was about to charge at Azure the leader stopped him. "Boss! Lemme at him!"

"Stop you idiot!" stated the man as he punched his subordinate. "Can't you see we can't beat him?!" The assassin looked down and clenched his fist. Azure simply stood there watching them and simply not making a move. "Look all of you leave while he's giving us a chance, seems this guy might not be at all as we thought".

"What about you boss?"

"Hmph, I won't run because If I did" his gaze shifted to Azure. "He would kill both of us" the leader then sighed and looked at his followers. "Go I will hold him back, I won't say it will be for long but it is going to be for as long as I can hold him back" the other assassin hesitated a bit and then they nodded in understanding.

"Alright. I will leave, but as soon as we leave the vicinity make sure to leave as well".

"Tch, you are one hundred years too early to be telling me what to do" with that said the others assassin's vanished into the darkness and a few seconds later Azure could not longer feel their presence and although he wouldn't admit it, he was quite glad. This meant he had spared one life even if he wasn't quite thinking about it at first. His attention was snapped back when the older looking man sighed again. But when he took a closer look...why the hell weren't these assassin's wearing any kind of mask? He shook off the silly thought.

"That was quite brave of you, I have to admit."

"I guess I should feel honored to be complemented by the 'Knight Of the Boundary'"

"That is...a stupid name" Azure stated with a sad look plastered on his face. Azure then dropped his sword and sat leaning against the wall leaving his attacker standing confused. "I've changed my mind..you can go."

"Excuse me?"

"I said you can go, I no longer wish to fight", Azure stated as a small smile made a way to his face. "Call it my first act of mercy" Azure then couldn't help but sigh at himself. Calling this his one act of mercy was pure and utter bullshit. Unknown to most of his "colleagues" Azure had sparred hundred to thousands of people in many of the battlefields he was in. Not all could be spared due to threat levels but those who didn't present a threat or even those he engaged out of sight he tended to let go.

"So just like that?" The attacker asked, anger present in his voice. "YOU THINK THERE IS ANY WAY IN HELL I'M WILLING TO ACCEPT THAT?!"

Azure sighed. He knew this might've been a plausible reaction due to the fact that he slaughtered his friends before the man's very eyes.

"You just slaughtered my friends and comrades in cold blood and if you think i'm going to just accept your so called 'act of mercy' then you're surely mistaken about what type of person I am." The man then changed his stance, his weapon ready and rage present in his eyes and without any intention of mercy he charged forward.

"Did you?"Azure began causing the man to stop, his blade centimeters away from impaling Azure's head. Azure then looked up a small smile on his face, "Humans and Gens are compatible species when it comes to reproduction." The man narrowed his eyes at the statement; however, Azure continued. "If a Gen and a humans were to engage in sexual intercourse there is a high possibility that the female in the relationship could bear a child" Azure's smile turned into a half smirk and at that discomfort was present in the C-Gens posture.

"Where are you getting at?" the man asked, this time panic rather than rage present in his voice. The smirk in Azure's face turned into a genuine smile.

"Go home….to your daughter Michael" and at that the man froze. "I know who you are and believe it or not there is a reason I'm sparing you and not the others."

"How do you know who I am?" the man or C-Gen known as Michael asked as he lowered his weapon and took a deep, calm breath.

"I try to keep track of everyone who I ever worked with" Azure began as his Susanoo dispersed. "I've worked with many of Shuu's 'special forces' and I remembered your fighting style on our attack to Wadatsumi. You were the one who took out the generals causing the enemy forces to crumble right?." Michael then began to chuckle at that question causing Azure to raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"You truly are terrifying" the man stated as he smiled at Azure. "I guess that's how you figured out that I am married to a human and that I also have a child."

"Yeah that is why I'm letting you go", said Azure as he stood up. "I'm sorry I didn't spare your friends….but even if I told them they were free to go they probably wouldn't have left."

"What are you saying?" Michael asked and Azure sighed.

"Most Gens are simply followers" Azure began as he turned his gaze to the open window. "Orders are all they have and until those orders are completed they won't give up" Azure said as he turned to Michael. "Your friends were those types, but you however have something to protect which gives you more freedom allowing you to retreat instead of continuously attack."

"You truly are strange...you profiled our behaviours spite all Gens hating and despising you" said Michael as he made his way to the window. "Are you sure you want to let me go? I could easily come back tomorrow and attack you again."

Azure smiled at the statement, "Yeah and I could easily defeat you and enjoy our 'little talk' again."

"You are strange….but I thank you for sparing me and I hope I can repay you for this someday" and with that Michael vanished leaving Azure staring out the window alone.

"Sometimes I feel like this side of the field is not where I truly belong" Azure stated to himself as he looked at the full moon.

"Maybe it's not" A female voice rang behind Azure causing a small smile to form on his face.

"Surely you jest lady Hikaru" Azure stated as he turned to look at the young woman.

"Azure" Hikaru began as a sad look began to form on her face. "How long do you intend to play Kira's little games?" asked Hikaru and Azure sighed. "He sends assassins and you kill them, then you simply turn a blind eye to it and expect me not to worry."

"You see I am nothing more than a soldier Hikaru" said Azure as he looked back to the window. "You're the same but you have a higher ranking than me and you are more cared for then me." Azure then turned back to Hikaru who averted her gaze from him this time causing him to walk to closer to her and gently lift up her chin. "Kira is the commander who we both follow behind, so despite everything I am suffering right now this is where I belong" Azure said as he put a hand on her white hair and gently stroked it. "There are many things that make no sense to me right now, beginning with how my allies treat me with disdain while my enemies treat me if I were their long time allies", Azure then smiled at her. "But as long as you can guide me I am fine living this way."

"Azure…" said Hikaru as she felt Azure's arms slowly embrace her. At that moment Hikaru had to admit, she really wanted to betray all that she had sworn to uphold and tell Azure the truth about who he truly was. But of course that was out of the question. She held a loyalty towards Kira and that would remain true forever. Yet for the past month she had been playing with the idea of betraying Kira more and more often. What gave birth to these feelings was the relationship forming between her and Azure. Of course she was happy because she had never experienced something like this; however, she feared what would happen to it if Azure were to regain his memory.

"I should probably clean this mess" Azure stated as a portal opened behind him. "Devour…:" came the simple order and many heads of the black beast emerged from the portal devouring the body parts scattered around the room.

"If you could teach them how to wipe the blood off the floor and clean the destroyed room they would be more useful than they currently are" Hikaru stated as she sighed.

"If it could do that then It wouldn't be known as the destroyer of the world" Azure stated as his signature smirk formed on his face.

"Is that so?" Hikaru asked as she gave him a soft smile. "Well then we need to get you to a new room for the rest of the night. You can't stay here, it reeks of poison."

"How about your room?"

"That is not a way for you to talk to your superior officer?!" Hikaru asked as she turned a light shade of pink.

"So you have this side to you too huh?" Azure asked and Hikaru turned a deep red. "Ahahaha teasing you is fun."

"Azure you idiot!" Hikaru exclaimed as she tackled Azure causing him to fall back against the wall near the window. Hikaru then sat on Azure's lap straddling him against the wall. "Well what now?" Hikaru asked as she pressed her body closer to Azure and the reaction she received was priceless. It seemed it was Azure's turn to blush as he turned crimson before Hikaru's unexpected attack. Hikaru couldn't help but chuckle at his reaction and Azure sighed at how devious she had gotten over the past month.

"You are incredibly dangerous" Azure began but he suddenly stopped as a memory began to play before his eyes.

~Flashback~

"Are thou planning to sleep there?" the woman before him asked. She seemed like one of the commanders of the Arc forces and if he remember correctly she was named Izanami. Azure then responded without thinking.

"Yeah, there is only one bed so I rather let you have it." A devious smile then began to form on the woman's face making Azure feel his body tremble. The memory played almost like if it was a movie and the term 'almost' was due to the fact it felt unreal yet he felt like it was one of the most real thing he felt in a long time.

"Why not sleep alongside me then?" she asked as she gave him a seductive smile.

Azure could almost feel his cheeks burning. However, his mouth could only mouth three simple words, "No, I'm fine." The woman then pouted in response but that pout reverted back to her mischievous smile.

"Nii-san rejected me again", at that Azure began to realize what was going on. He was being teased and she knew exactly what buttons to press. At that moment a thought flashed through his mind but with that thought a dark voice repeated exactly what went through his mind.

"She's dangerous, this girl is absolutely dangerous." However when Azure tried to figure out whose voice it was he heard a voice call out to him snapping him out of his thoughts.

~Flashback Interruption~

"Azure!" came Hikaru's voice snapping him out of his trance. "Are you alright?" the look on Hikaru's face could only be described as extremely worried.

"Yeah..I'm fine…" Azure stated as the memory slowly began to dissipate as if it was being buried by images of Hikaru. "I think the poison Is making me a little light headed."

"That's weird, you usually have a high tolerance to everything specially any and all types of drugs."

"Yeah...I just think I might need a little rest...sorry for killing the mood Hikaru" Azure stated as he flashed her a weak smile.

"It's ok, we need need to help you get some rest" Hikaru stated as she helped him up to his feet. Slowly the two moved out of the destroyed room of the once NOL base leaving the room in complete silence.

"Well...am I glad I decided to take this shift" the girl stated as she awkwardly smiled. "If Izanami and Saya saw this they would go on a full blown killing rampage."

"Although it would've interesting to watch" came a male's voice causing the young teen to jump.

"Geez Azrael you nearly scared me half to death" said the girl as she sighed in relief.

"Sorry Kirino" came the behemoths unexpected apology. However, it was not the apology which surprised her more but rather her name being called out by him.

"Kirino? When exactly did you memorize my name" Kirino asked as she gave him a confused look. "I thought you memorized the names of only those you deemed as worthy opponents?"

"Trust me, you are more terrifying than most of the foes I've fought or ever will fight" Azrael stated as he sighed. "So learn anything interesting?"

"Oh more than something interesting" Kirino stated as she smirked. "I've learned that Azure and Miss serious are more than simply colleagues."

"That's really bad though right?" Azrael asked as he took the binoculars from a nodding Kirino and looked through it. "The hell exactly happened over there?"

"Assassins again" Kirino stated as she sighed. "The poor guy has not had a single good night of sleep for the past two days. However, the lack of sleep must've triggered a reaction in him."

"Reaction?"

"Yeah" Kirino began as she stood up from where she sat. "When Hikaru and him were 'fooling around' Hikaru's action seemed to have triggered something in him."

"Triggered what?"

"A memory" came Shun's sudden voice.

"Did I ever tell you that you are one stealthy son of a bitch?" Azrael asked and Shun chuckled.

"And on that note what did you mean?" Azrael asked as he looked at Shun who stood on top of his barely visible wires.

"In the academy we learned that some actions can trigger the buried memories of people" Shun stated as his gaze went back to the room. "Hikaru's way of acting caused the same response in Azure."

"Wait, that makes no sense though" Kirino began as a thoughtful look formed on her face. "According to Kaidou, Hikaru doesn't bury the memories but instead replaces them."

"But what if Azure preserved his memory?" Shun asked as he looked at the two below him. "Azure's mind is not like that of a normal human" Shun then jumped down and pulled a folder from his uniform. "See, this folder contains multiple areas where you can store files" said Shun as he showed them the inside of the folder. "According to the information we have on Azure his mind probably works the same."

"What do you mean?" Azrael asked confused. Details like this is not something that fell under his 'jurisdiction'.

"Azure shares his mind with the Black Beast you dumb oaf" Kirino stated as she smacked the back of Azrael's head. And at that second the point Shun was trying to make became clear. "The Black beast….Azure left his memory with the black beast, that is why he shut him off from his mind at the last second."

"Meaning if we let the Black Beast into Azure's mind once more he might revert back!" Shun yelled out in excitement. "Well theoretically that is."

"And tomorrow during the Siege is the perfect time to do it since Hitsuki-san will be here alongside the others" Kirino stated as she smiled. "For once,it finally feels like we're making some progress forward."

"Yeah" Azrael stated as he finally got the gist of what they were talking about.

"We need to go tell the others, well let's skip telling the Izanami the whole 'Azure and Hikaru were flirting part'" Shun stated and the others couldn't help but agree. Izanami rampaging was the last thing they needed, specially the day before the big operation.

"Well let's head back" Kirino stated as she reading to jump to the next rooftop towards the hotel.

"Uhm...lets go get something to eat first" Shun stated as he gave Kirino an awkward smile.

"Why? Isn't food already being made?" Kirino asked and Shun simply sighed.

"Izanami is cooking" and with that simple sentence Kirino changed her direction towards the nearest ramen shop at the speed of light. Soon after the three vanished from where they stood leaving nothing more than marks left by the sheer force of their jumps.

Inside the cauldron of The 0th City Of Izanagi...

"Hm...to believe it took about two months to forge" a man in black clothes stated as he looked at the cauldron before him. "She is something else, must say I am kind of jealous of Azure" said the man as a wicked smile made a way to his face. It was none other than Kira and the cauldron which stood before him was about to give birth to the newest Murakumo Unit. His appearance had changed a lot during the months, much like Azure's. His hair had grown and some parts of it were beginning to turn grey. His eyes were also changing colors almost as if he was becoming something else or someone else. "I wonder if she would remember Azure if I showed him to her?" asked Kira and if almost responding to that statement the cauldron then began to beat as if were a heart.

"So shouldn't you be saying some fancy words right about now?" asked the man who slowly approached Kira from behind.

"Ah Shuu nice of you to show up" Kira stated as he turned to look at the two newcomers. "However, I thought I ordered you to go to Shinatsu."

"Sorry, I sort of insisted that we located you" Hazama stated as he smirked and with that Kira understood what was happening.

"Wow ain't that a shiny glow" Shuu said as he looked at the white aura emanating from the cauldron. "So shouldn't you be saying it right about now. According to the new recruit here" Shuu then pointed at Hazama who simply tipped his hat in response, "You must command it to open well, using your true name that is."

"Ah a bit harsh don't you think?" a smile then appeared on Kira's face and his black hair turned completely grey. "It's almost as if you think this body is nothing more than a shell" this time however Kira's form of speech seemed different.

"Well if I may be bold, isn't that what he basically is?" Hazama asked as he approached closer. "Afterall...you and I are pretty similar aren't we mister Susanoo."

"Hmph...I rather not compare myself to a coward who ejected himself from his own body" Kira stated as he sighed.

"Harsh words, don't you think?" Hazama asked as he chuckled. "I simply hated my job, especially the aspect where I had to continuously protect that 'bitch'."

"That so called 'bitch' is your sister" Kira stated as a serious look formed on his face.

"Oh you're protecting her? Here I thought you and I were similar."

"Were not" Kira stated as he glared at Hazama.

"Oh please, how so?" Hazama asked as a look of disgust filled his face. "You plan to use them much like I did, although I think more about their disposal rather than anything else."

"I at least give them a fair chance to fight back" Kira or 'Susanoo' stated as he turned his gaze back to the cauldron. "I give them shape and allow them to roam and see how flawed the world is."

"And then you use their power to reshape the world to how you see fit" Hazama finished for him. "How does that differ from me?"

"Well, how about the fact I plan to allow them to exist in my new world?" Kira stated as a dark smirk formed on his face.

"Well how disgustingly touching" Hazama stated as he began to smirk. "And then you're all going to hold hands and play together in a field of flowers" Hazama then began to laugh and then it turned into a full blown evil cackle. "HOW DISGUSTINGLY STUPID!" The laugh continued for a while and then it suddenly stopped. "You're amusing...incredibly amusing."

"And you're just as twisted as I am" Kira stated as he sighed. "I wonder if every version of us out there is like this, well I remember one who wasn't so maybe I am wrong."

"Hmph, he sounds boring."

"Uhm... is there something I'm missing here?" Shuu who had been quiet the whole time cut in.

"Ah Shuu, you are foolish at times" Kira began as he focused back to the cauldron which had begun to glow brighter. "That man over there isn't Hazama nor is he Terumi."

"What do you mean?"

"That body is Terumi's original body, meaning the essence which made Terumi's being still remains, which means that person there is one half of Susanoo...nay he is this world's Susanoo."

"Ah, how I've been waiting for you to say it" Hazama stated as he smiled. "Well right now I am simply 'Hazama', until I get that piece of shit of a body from that armored asshole I'm stuck this way."

"Wait what? Then who the hell is Yuuki Terumi now?" Shuu asked as he gave the two a confused look.

"That is a question I would also like an answer to" said Kira as he turned to Hazama.

"Well call him a runaway personality born from my almost unexisting humane side" Hazama said as he sighed. "But enough of that, she's gotten pretty impatient hasn't she?" Hazama stated as he looked at the now trembling cauldron.

"Well I guess it's time we proceeded", Kira then took a step forward and a deep darkness began to surround him. Soon after what emerged was a figure clad in black with sharp white teeth. At his sides there were two swords while he held the third one at hand. From his back a giant black cape hanged and three tails slowly moved from side to side.

"Well you look….different from what I expected" Hazama staated as he smirked.

"That's due to the fact that I've consumed two Susanoos already" Kira stated as he implanted the third sword in front of him.

"Hm I see" Hazama stated as he smirked at Kira. "Think it would be possible to borrow one of those 'bodies' for the upcoming battle?"

"Well, I'll think about it" came Kira's simple response. Kira then took a deep breath and the wind picked up around him. "In the name Of Susanoo god of storms I command thee open and serve me as my blade to bring forth the new world. This world is an illusion born of human greed and senseless bloodshed. However together we can set right the wrong which is this world, so I command thee to forge and awaken! Come forth! The Fifteenth Prime Field! OMICRON-15 or better known as the Totsuka-no-Tsurugi!"

From those words the structure began to shake to its very foundation and a strong presence began to emanate from the cauldron. When the shaking finally stopped a white haired woman landed in front of them. Behind her a Murakumo Unit bigger than that of any known current Murakumo. When she open her eyes the mere force she emitted pushed the three man away and she looked at them full of disdain and hatred. She slowly looked around almost as if searching for something or someone.

"He's not here if you're trying to find him" Kira stated as he returned back to his base form. "Happy birthday Totsuka" Kira stated as his wicked smile appeared on his face.

"Disappear…." came the sudden response and soon after she was was clad in her Murakumo armor. Her Armor was different, It was bulkier than that of any of the current Murakumo. It was also less revealing. On her face was a transparent visor which displayed her emotionless eyes to her opponents but the most intriguing things was the giant sword she held in hand.

"Uhm...this doesn't look good…." Shuu stated as he took a step back.

"Divine….Retribution" with those words spoken a group of countless portals opened around the men.

"Well then" Kira stated as he sweatdropped. A few seconds later a huge explosion resounded through the 0th city of Izanami.

Area 51, 1:00 Am, 3 Hour Before Operation 'BlackStorm''...

"Move it people! We don't have all night!" a female voice yelled to the soldiers who scattered all over the place. Some carried boxes filled with weapons into the giant planes before them while others hopped on the smaller ships which seemed to hold only one pilot.

"Must say...yer were born for this job" came a male voice from behind the pink haired woman gaining her attention.

"Oh hey old man, where are the others?" Kokonoe asked as she looked at her father who stood before her.

"Hold yer horses, they're coming."(A/N: I apologize for butchering Jubei's way of talk since day 1, not too good at his way of speech)

"We're here Kokonoe" rang out Noel's voices making Kokonoe turn to gaze at the large number of people.

"Took you all long enough."

"Yeah, sorry but we're humans but not machines" Terumi stated as he yawned.

"Bite me" stated Kokonoe and Terumi smirked.

"Would be more than happy to."

"Ok you two enough flirting" Kagura stated and Kokonoe turned red, whether it was out of anger or something else the others couldn't tell.

"I rather you call it 'antagonizing'" said Terumi as he gave Kagura an unpleased look.

"Well whatever" Kagura stated as he shrugged. "So you ready to explain your wonderful plan to us?"

"Well depends if Homura is on his way here."

"I told you not to worry about that, I have skilled people handling his transfer" Kagura stated as he flashed Kokonoe a smile. "Must say, I was quite skeptical when you told me to transfer him here but I considered the outcome and I must say it benefits both of us in a long shot."

"Damn right it does" Kokonoe stated as she sighed. "Not only does the brat get extra protection but we also get to have those skilled fighters you keep hidden away as backup and as things stand we need all the manpower we can get."

"The battle for Kagutsuchi huh?" Ragna asked and Kokonoe nodded.

"Laying Siege to Naobi sounds easy enough, but Kagutsuchi is where hell is about to completely break loose."

"Yeah more so due to Kira being in the front lines" Kanade stated as she looked at the chart of the battle field which stood on the board in front of Kokonoe.

"Yeah, he's going to be a pain to deal with" Kokonoe began and soon after Relius entered in.

"Which is why we 'CANNOT' fail in the retrieval of Azure" Relius added in and the others couldn't help but agree.

"So let's hear your plan already, we don't have the whole damn night remember?" Terumi stated as he smirked at Kokonoe.

"Wish you said that one night ago" Kokonoe yelled out as she pointed an accusing finger at Terumi, her face red as a tomato.

"Are we missing something here?" Kagura asked as a mischievous smirk formed on his face.

"NOTHING" both answered in unison.

"Ya sure? Terumi was gone an awfully long time that night" Jubei stated.

"Hmm I do recollect seeing him come back around one in the morning" Hakumen surprisingly added in.

"I also saw him leave from your room around that time" It was Jin's turn to fan the fire.

"I suggest you all be quiet before I slaughter you all!" Terumi stated, poison clearly present in his voice.

"Relax we're just messing with you" Ragna stated and Terumi simply sighed.

"Alright I think that is enough fooling around for now" Rachel began as she sighed. "We have a war to fight, you all still remember that right?"

"Kinda wish we didn't"Sora stated as her gaze unconsciously shifted to large number of troops who were beginning to mobilize.

"I understand how you feel young lady" Valkenhayn stated. "But for now fighting is about all we can do."

"Yeah...I know but...the body counts just increases each day" said Sora and soon after she felt someone's palm on her shoulder. When she turned to look she was surprised to find Guren besides her.

"No war lasts forever" Guren began. "History accounts for that for even war that lasted for almost about one hundred years came to an end."

"Hundred years war?" Terumi asked and Guren nodded. "I'm amazed of how old school you kids are."

"And we're amazed about how curious you've gotten."

"Ah go to hell" a few seconds after uttering those words Terumi immediately regret it his decision.

"'Been there done that, we practically live in hell nowadays'" Came the unified quote from the others in the room.

"You guys are assholes, you know that?"

"Well it's good to see you all finally letting out some stress" Valkenhayn stated as he smiled at the group.

"Yeah, been awhile since I've had a good laugh" Ragna stated as his signature smirk appeared on his face. "Well enough of that, I think it's about time we have our little briefing."

"Thought you would never say it" Kokonoe stated and at the statement it felt like all the relief in the air disappear. "Today Kira will begin his campaign to finally capture Kagutsuchi. However, this decision of his is both a good and a bad thing."

"The good mostly originates from the fact that Naobi won't be the 'impenetrable fortress' it is now, allowing us to strike and retrieve both Azure and the hostages" Relius added in. "However, as many of you who have encountered Azure during the past month you would know that won't be an easy feat."

"As for the bad...you all know where it originates from" Kokonoe stated as she sighed. "Because of Kira's decision we will be fighting a focused war two fronts, and that leave us at a huge disadvantage."

"A war on two fronts is what mostly causes a force to lose a war" Relius began as he pointed at the chart. "The division causes us to split both supplies and our forces leaving us vulnerable on both fronts."

"Because of that our victory relies on how quickly the team attacking Naobi can complete its goal and return back to us" Kokonoe stated and the others nodded. "The team attacking Naobi has less than 12 hours to retrieve Azure and the hostages and double back to meet up with the team in Kagutsuchi."

"The team in Kagutsuchi however will be simply tasked with stalling meaning you can handle the situation based on how you see fit." Relius then looked at the board again. "The Team attacking Naobi will be Ragna, Terumi, Sora, Kanade, Tager and a team consisting of only 200 man."

"Just us?" Ragna asked and Relius nodded. "Uhm..not to say anything bad about your plan...but you do know Hikaru is there right?"

"Yeah we know...but you all have to make due with that" Kokonoe stated and the team sighed. "You will all be dropped down via 4 AC-180 which will provide you all with air support during the continuation of your mission."

"After you all are done the plane will land in a forest nearby and pick you all up."

"Don't we need an airstrip for that to happen?" asked Terumi.

"Azrael took care of that for us" Relius stated with a smile.

"As for the rest of you you're all going to be stationed at Kagutsuchi" Kokonoe finished. "And spite all the manpower we are sending there you will all be handling the toughest of the two fronts."

"Oh dear, seems I've gotten myself stuck in the messy battlefield" Rachel stated and the others sweatdropped.

"Due to the severity of the battle we took it up to ourselves to upgrade your arsenal" Relius began as a group of clothes were brought in by Litchi.

When the others looked at the clothes their reaction varied quite differently .

"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO MY CLOTHES YOU DAMNED CAT?!" Ragna asked as he looked at his remodeled old getup in shock.

"Relax, I just added more protection to it" Kokonoe stated. "I had to add some more armor to it so I had to change the way it looked a bit that's why it so looks different." And different it looked. The once almost completely red long coat had now been changed with plated armor and padding underneath the fabric. Same had been done to the pants and a metal belt carrying extra tools had been also added. Underneath was a vest containing with many pockets which also provided an extra set of protection.

"Ah Terumi this is yours" Relius stated as he handed the yellowish hood to Terumi. "Oh and these as well" he added as he handed Terumi a pair of pants and a vest.

The pants resembled that of his original outfit he wore during his days with the Six Heroes but it was different in many ways. For one his hood felt a bit heavier, almost as if the the entire thing had been filled with something and he could damn well bet it was. The pants were a deep shade of black with two belts carrying throwing knifes and his signature butterfly knifes. As for the vest it was a dark shade of green but unlike Ragna's it had nothing special; however, it did feel incredibly heavy.

"The hell you put in this?" Terumi asked as he sweatdropped.

"Oh just some extra armor" said Relius. "And a few hidden features", at that Terumi turned blank. Relius's hidden features never turned well for those in the receiving end.

"As for you Sora I created a lighter version of your cannon that allows you more mobility on combat" Kokonoe said as Tager handed the black and red cannon to Sora. "I did some adjustments allowing it to hold more ammunition allowing you to not always have to rely on your Astral so you can remain in combat. As for your clothes Litchi made these for you" Kokonoe than handed the set of clothes to Sora.

The set included black boots and long kneesocks. The knee socks were clearly not normal ones due to the fact that they seemed to be padded. For pants she was give short shorts, well decent short shorts as they were not to short. For a shirt she was given something that closely resembled that of Noel except in black with a small red hoodie to boot.

"Uhm thanks I guess…." Sora stated as she gave Litchi an awkward smile.

"As for you miss Kanade we made this for you" Litchi stated as she unhappily gave Kanade her new clothes. When Kanade looked at it she was surprised to find out that it looked like Noel's clothes except in a different color and also the long black coat with her squad symbol on it. Also like the others it was extremely well armored. "I wanted to make it a bit more special but Noel begged for me to make it like hers."

"Yeah I thought it be cool if we were matching" Noel stated as she blushed.

"Like twins" Kanade stated as she chuckled.

"What about us?" Kagura asked as he noticed that there were no more clothes.

"Oh yours are still being worked on, they'll be done in about an hour" Litchi stated as she smiled.

"Ahahaha can't wait to see the new outfit miss Litchi made for me!" Bang yelled out in happiness and the others sweatdropped.

"Well you four go get changed you will be deploying in 30 minutes" and with a nod the group began to scatter. "Hey Terumi" Kokonoe called to the green haired man who was the last one to leave. The man turned around and curiously stared at her. "Be careful…" she simply stated and the man only nodded in response and the proceeded to leave leaving Kokonoe standing there alone. "Seems like the gears of war are finally turning" and with that Kokonoe left the area.

June 17, Year 2200 A.D, Naobi 2:00 AM...

"Hey master look" a small figure pointed to the large numbers of ships leaving from Naobi.

"Seems they're mobilizing for war" another one stated.

"That is a big fighting force…"

"Well don't worry my sweets, once we make it to Naobi we can take refuge there" the figure in pink stated to the others as they continued to walk down the steep path. "But I must say….this world is really heading straight towards its destruction" and with that said the figures continued walking down the path with no other words spoken between them.

4:00 AM…..

On what seemed like a quiet containment area, a group of 54 people sat quietly not uttering a word to each other. Inside only the hum of an engine could be heard as many stood sat quietly allowing only stern or worry looks to cloud their face. However the silence was soon broken when a voice rang throughout the area.

"Alright people we received the green light from the infiltration team" the voice began and as it did so a door at the back of the room began to open and as it did so the wind began to pick up. Slowly the people began to step forward. "At this moment, Operation BlackStorm...is officially a go!" And at the statement one by one they began to jump. Once out the they were welcomed by the sight of three more ships dropping people.

The battle for the world had begun and the clock was slowly ticking. Who will stand and who would fall in the end? That was something that only time would tell.

A/N: Phew...that felt great to finish writing and I hoped you guys really enjoyed the chapter. I will point out a few main things about this chapter that might leave you guys confused. The first one is Omicron 15 or Totsuka. Since all Prime fields are named in greek i decided to actually do the same for the new prime fields. Totsuka is the 15th which makes Izanami's Murakumo unit be the 14th of Xi-14. I based these after the greek alphabet so I continued to where Nu stopped. From the time I took a break from now many things have been revealed in Blazblue and some unplayable characters are even playable now. Izanami is one such and in my story her abilities differ from what she is does in the game. However, I do plan to include some of her in game fighting capabilities in my own way into the story and this will more likely than not appear when she is using her own power rather than that of the 14th primefield. As for the DLC characters I also plan to include them in so I suggest you look forward to those. Well once more hope you enjoyed and I appreciate the continuous support!
